Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to family and friends

The only problem was the pull out sofa. The matress was terrible.

I was very happy to be able to plug my EV at the Hotel. The hotel should have more adapter from Testla to other EV like my Ford Lightning.

Close to all we needed

Not the cleanest room. Dishes were dirty, we found hair on the bed and towels. The couch was full of pet hair.

Wonderful Staff, safe surroundings within walking distance of restaurants. Very clean and quiet.

Your staff were all amazing! Knowledgeable and helpful. The pool area did not look like the sparkling pictures on line.. one of my pet peves, as we enjoy a nice pool and hot tub. That is the only reason this proberty wouldn't be a 1st choice for us when visiting Moncton.

Love it, downtown, very clean, easy parking, great staff, close to great food ( the Keg) very high on our list of places to eat close by. Rooms are VERY nice, we will be back im sure.

Great night stay...was hard to find entrance for check in before parking and parking was limited and full...should have more attention ti how many spaces are available.

The only issue is walking on the cobble stone as it is very slippery in the winter. Otherwise hotel was great.

We spent 3 nights here with our dog for new years and we had a great time. Room was large and included a kitchen and living room area. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to the river trails for dog walks. 10/10 we will Definitely be back next time in moncton

This is our favourite hotel. We know exactly what to expect. Always great!

Holiday breakfast was pick up in a bag. Kids were walking in hall with arms full which explains why there was only a Muffin left. Front desk staff are excellent. Parking lot well maintained in snowy weather. Pool and whirlpool are ok.

Great spot

I always love staying at the residence in when I am travelling with my dogs. They are very pet friendly and the extra space of the apartment style rooms makes the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is always great and the location in Moncton is very convenient

I have stayed at this facility on numerous occasions, overall fully satisfied with our stay. Only issue was in regards to the underground parking. No access to the stairs to the motel from the underground parking up on arrival. You have to go the long way outside with luggage in hand to the lobby. Once you check in they will provide a pass key via your room key.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub were dirty.

Decent Stay with the family

We stayed in a King Suite with kitchenette and pull out couch. The amenities/things offered in the room were great. The King bed and the bed within the pull out couch were not comfortable...very worn down. The pull out couch mattress was very thin. The pool/hot tub area was nice, but the hot tub really needed a cleaning. The breakfast included was very nice. A lot of options, it was very clean and well stocked. The service at the Front Desk was a bit lacking. Not very friendly. Overall we had a good stay, but better beds/mattresses are needed.

My room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the river. The hotel is conveniently located downtown within walking distance of shopping, dining and trails. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The pool, hot tub, gym and laundry were nice additions for longer stays.

Great location. Close to many great restaurants, short walk to see the river and its tidal bore.Breakfast had a reasonable variety. Does not have free parking

The suite was very comfortable and clean with the large tv on a lazy Susan so you could rotate the tv to watch it from either the living area or from bed. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and dishwasher was also convenient.

Hotel is a little dated with the furniture and decor. A bit boring, no vibe.

The staff has been wonderful! The room is fabulous! Full kitchen including a toaster. Beds are comfortable and my son slept well on the pull out couch. They even have spare toothbrushes for when my son inevitably forgot his. They even allowed a late check out of 2pm

The hotel and room were nice. The pullout sofa not so much. The mattress desperately needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was good.

We loved everything about this property. It was a great place to stay with a toddler. The only disappointing thing was for breakfast we didn’t get to eat because they didn’t have enough high chairs.

Housekeeping was nonexistent and we had to Go get our own towels

Nice hotel a little pricey for condition.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice. The room was very nice and clean; bed was super comfy, pull out couch not so much. The breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub need upgrades badly….hot tub doesn’t get very warm. Also parking was an issue and you had to pay.

Very clean inside and out. Simple check in. Room was excellent and everything a person needed was a simple walk from the front doors. All amenities were very close.

We (family of 3 w/ 2 year old), checked in and went for supper. Came back and was unable to get into our room. Manager on duty also couldn’t get in. Called maintenance who was not on site, took 20 minutes to get hotel and had to open the door. Later that night fire alarm went off for an adjacent building. Body wash soap was empty. Provided paper towel was nearly empty. House keeping never came the next day.

Great stay. We love the central location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful on check-in and when we had questions.

Overall, it wasn't worth the price they charge. Absolutely ridiculous to add a $16 charge per day for parking and $75 per night for pets when you're paying over $300 a night. I wasn't a fan of the area, didn't feel safe walking my dog at night. The main door was always locked so you had to pass by the parking lot in the back which didn't feel safe either. We were 3 in a room and one had to sleep on the sofa bed. They didnt provide a conforter for the 3rd person, just sheets and a thin old blanket.

I will focus on the dislikes, the couch was stained. So much so that my wife would only sit on it using a bed sheet over top. I recommend that it be cleaned. The heating/ cooling unit in the room was very noisy/ loud. Could hear it when it started and through the night. There are signs of some needed up grade. As example the button for the elevator on the main floor was very lose. It moved when you pushed the button. Makes one think of maintenance up keep of the elevator it self. Other than that the room and motel was acceptable, but as mentioned it showed some signs of up grading. That being said I would probably stay there again.

Main st is noisy on weekends but otherwise was extremely pleased with my stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Pay 18 dollars a day to park and 7 dollars a day tourism tax to stay in Moncton? Added 50 dollars to a two day stay. Not very upfront pricing.

Terrific hotel

The king room we had was roomy, clean and comfortable. It’s right across the street from the Pumphouse restaurant, which is a great choice. Breakfast was typical free hotel chain breakfast, but enough to choose from.

Very convenient location, overall great price and comfortable , will recommend to anyone travelling with kids and need a kitchen

The location was a plus for us. We could get to all destinations easily.

The room wasnt set up for 5 people, sponge was old and used in the kitchen, no extra bedding or towels.

Our room with kitchen was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were more than adequate. I’d stay here again!

Fabulous stay in Moncton

Fabulous one night stay in Moncton. Hotel was in a great location with parking at the back. It was convenient to many restaurants and close to the riverfront. Only thing I found odd was there was no hot water in the shower. Front desk staff were excellent.
