decent place to sleep

the hairdryer was broken. i didn't have time to ask for a replacement. at least this time they didn't put me in a handicapped room that I didn't ask for. I didn't have breakfast as it started too late. 630 am would be more ideal for business travelers like me.

Not my first time. It’s a nice stay. Right now the lobby are under renovation. Just slightly Inconvenient as is one of the reasons why it’s my preferred location. Bed 10/10 slept like a baby!

Find another hotel if you can

Pros: Hotel let us check in hours early. Staff was nice. The room was spacious and the hot tub was nice. Cons: Room was in bad shape. Some lights didn’t work, the toilet flush handle was barely hanging on, lots of damaged walls, no towels at pool (had to ask front desk for some) and no bedding in room for food out bed (again, had to ask front desk and they still didn’t give me me everything). It was not worth $200 at all, very disappointing. I won’t be going back.

Loved the layout of the room. Staff made it very welcoming. Planning on staying here for future trips.

Great hotel

Clean and safe hotel. We had bad weather so it was nice to stay inside with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel shampoo/conditioner & body wash set smelled amazing. Staff is really friendly & relaxed.

It was okay but not worth the money

The hotel was nice however the hot tub was out of service, which was one of the reasons I specifically chose this hotel (for the hot tub), the TV was set up where we couldnt watch anything other than a few local channels, we were told they were switching providers and that was why, and the pull out bed from the sofa was actually awful, in poor condition and not comfortable enough for anyone to sleep in. Aside from those things the staff was friendly and helpful, and it wasn’t a bad experience but for the high prices I was expecting everything to be on point instead of 3 important variables being less than desirable. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Very nice experience. Very clean and friendly service. The free breakfast was sub-par (lot of things empty, missing bowls, etc.) but would definitely stay here again.

It was very cozy and unique I loved it ! Also the drive there in the day time was a plus because of the scenery and it’s close to a grocery store and close to the oasis lake Travis ! When we checked in the lady was super nice so was the other lady when we checked out super friendly and they were able to answer our questions I would stay again in the future

I don't have a problem with pet friendly properties. I have traveled with dogs, but when I dressed for a dressy occasion in black dress slacks they ended with white dog hair on them before we got out the door. Some warning would have been nice or keep pets in certain rooms maybe?

Door loose on hinges, toilet paper holder loose, 2 conditioners but no soap in shower. Good layout for a suite, comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette. Lots of dogs.

The stay was good for the most part. My only complaints would be the first night my tv in the bedroom was not set up and I had to wait until maintenance was in the next day for them to fix it and two, I was a the very end of the hall and two nights in a row (Tuesday and Wednesday) there was a garbage truck picking up the trash at 4am waking me up. I would just advise that those rooms don't be used during the week. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Its a nice room set up for extended stays or if you have family with you.

Overall ok. Was not special, just close to our proximity location. Night staff was rude, kept questioning if we were Marriott members and if not would charge extra for water and other items.

I loved the bedroom, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, large bedroom with a small kitchen and living area too, the lady at the front desk was a little bit rude but otherwise was great!

Our stay was good. A family member didn't have such a good stay. He had his truck broken into the second night of our stay.

We only stayed for 1 night and arrived late, had no problem getting our keys, room was clean.

We will stay again on a future trip to Austin and have already recommended to others.

Beautiful scenery. Stayed on the 3rd floor. Nice big room with all the amenities you need. Very clean. Kinda dated...I only rate this room a 6/10 because of how expensive it was. It didn't meet the price tag expectations.

Very clean and quiet. Gorgeous views and very close to everything we needed (target, HEB, coffee, total wine and more all less than 2 minutes away). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good

I have stayed here for years before covid. Before covid I would buy the half bottle of wine in the ministore in the hotel. I bought one on my walk back to the hotel from my office and come to find no corkscrew in my room and I checked with the woman at the desk (before covid they would have a regular hh in the lobby) and SHE COULDN'T find a cork screw in the entire hotel and the little store now sells little bottles of champagne. I pushed the cork into the bottle and spent more than 30 minutes cleaning the kitchen area of my room. To make this sillier, there is a potato peeler in the kitchen area of my room.... but no corkscrew. I hope someone rethinks this setup.

Spacious room but expensive

Spacious two-room. Very disappointed with the breakfast options. Overall expensive stay.

The property is beautiful but it’s lacking employers. It’s durty in the public areas: elevators hallway, etc. Breakfast is sorry: all sugary: no proteins, it was better not offer breakfast and low the price. All cleaning people were Hispanics and the receptionist was white and could not communicate with them. Her name is Gloria. She treat me very uncomfortably because I have accent. She needs a lot of training!

We have a service dog and another small dog. The front desk clerk asked our preference of floor. I asked for first floor. She put us very close to the exit on the first floor. We really appreciated that! The room was very spacious and comfy. It was clean and quiet. Bed was nice! I would stay here again.

Kinda unclean for a Marriott. Thin ceilings too. Felt like I was in a shady apartment building where you can hear every step your neighbor takes.

Loved everything.. had issues checking in because Hotel employee entered wrong name and the tv remote was not very user friendly. But everything else was awesome. Really nice hotel.

Breakfast, the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit -- along with the convenience to so many hill country points of interest -- make this hotel the perfect homebase for a vacation at any age.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Only glitch was the dispensers in the shower had not been refilled so I got in the shower only to find I had no body wash and no shampoo.

All of the staff are super kind and helpful. Especially the woman that does the breakfast buffet. Very clean, plenty of parking, convenient to everything, and the rooms come very well stocked. It’s so nice having a full size fridge.

The property was very close to my daughter's home so the location was ideal. The room was large and very clean. I was surprised to find a complete kitchen which was stocked with more than enough items to make a meal.

No maid service, unless requested, I assume. Requested shower gel, got shampoo instead. Broken table leg in kitchenette. Filthy air vent. Sad that Marriotts standards are now so low. They used to be THE chain to emulate.

It was ok, not for the 10 star rating.

I stayed here to be close a wedding venue. The place was not so clean, there was trash piled up at several trash containers. The pool water was green, towels were not replenish. The rooms were not clean daily. There is not enough parking. It’s pet friendly but you can smell the pet odor they the hotel. Breakfast area is limited,despite the amount of guest.

Grills were so dirty, and no lights were working the pool was dirty and not working, and the breakfasts was nothing like the picture. Nothing that i expected from fhe websites.

The indoor pool wasn’t working and that’s the whole reason for staying there!

Best hotel ever!!! Super clean, very confortable beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen w dishwasher and everything you need to cook, living room! Indoor pool (not heated) and jacuzzi. Outdoor grill and fire pit (just too cold to be outside). We stayed in room 321 and paid $156 including tax. Amazing staff and breakfast to go.

Great staff!

Really wish I could give five stars as I have had great stays in the past. The staff is great! Unfortunately, due to a mechanical issue my reserved suite was not available. Had to downsize to a studio. Property is starting to look a little shop worn. Maybe as things pick up this can be addressed.

Excellent location. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Not to mention minutes away from lake Travis and the oasis.

The rooms were nice sized for the price. The pool had obviously not been cleaned in awhile. Hair clumps all over and my daughter came home with an ear infection after being in there.
