The most serious problem with the hotel is that the kitchen is located in the room. This may seem like an advantage in a way, but since the rooms are not cleaned daily during your stay, the odor created by previous use in the room is disturbing. Unfortunately, the toilets do not flush sufficiently. On the other hand, the staff is very attentive and hospitable. Hotel service and location are good for the price.
The welcome ws great, the room perfect with incredible amount of storage. The shower cubicle in my room was rater small (I'm rather large) but still usable and plenty of hot water. I ws working at the exhibition centre which was 10 minutes walk. Only downside to the area is a lack of restaurants as it is a business area. However, the Heco restaurant next door was superb and a coffee shop next to that for breakfast croissants.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk, a great dinner place next door and only 15 minutes from the metro. Perfect! The room was spacious, but everything is a bit outdated. Besides that it’s cleaned daily and taking care of. Beds were comfortable!
Perfect location for the EUR district
Location is the primary reason why I chose Residence Garden; it being just a few minutes from the Marconi Square in the centre of the EUR district; with its majestic limestone and marble museums, the cloud conference centre, and just beyond the business area. First impressions of the apartment is its dated drab brown furniture and the bathroom needs a refurb and especially the nylon shower curtain replacing with an enclosure. The next morning I discovered the tray drains so slowly that a shower lasting more than two minutes is not possible. Probably just a problem with that apartment. However, the room and bed was comfortably, air con worked well and the kitchenette well-equipped even with tea towels and washing up liquid. The cafe next door is convenient for a light breakfast of coffee / tea and croissant. It was good value for money considering the proximity to where I needed to visit. I would stay here again
Cleanliness of room 7/10
Great location lots around, two of my bedroom lamp bulbs were out reported to reception and nothing was done about this!
Nice and friendly hotel with large rooms/apartments very reasonably priced. 10 mins walk from metro and 5 mins to various museums etc in the vicinity.
Rather expensive for what it delivers
Although prices in EUR are normally higher than in rest of Rome, I expected more from this hotel. Our room was small and has seen better days. I would also expect a shower gel in the bathroom. On positive side the service was friendly and helpful. Also convenient, a decent restaurant just next door to hotel.
Decent place, worth the money
Great rooms, plenty of room for a familyLocation is a bit remote and hotel may use a bit of renovation but great for the money
A bit scruffy but okay overall.
The whole place could do with a bit of decorating and cleanliness isn't great (e.g. someone else's toenail clippings on the carpet in my room). The lady who checked me in was great, the other staff didn't care much. Breakfast consists of buying a coupon to exchange for a glass of juice, a coffee and a croissant at a cafe two doors down from the hotel. Four Euros isn't bad for that though and wi-fi access was good value too. A refrigerator and basic cooking facilities in the room mean you're not tied to eating out all the time, something which bugs me as a business traveller. It's a ten minute walk from the metro and bus services so quite good for central Rome and nearby offices.
good hotel convenient
Well it was a decent hotel, the only complaint I have is that there is almost no service, did npt get toilet paper and towels till the fourth day even after requested. the fact that it has a kitchenete is really convenient to save money on foof. and there is a super market a few blocks down. most of the front desk staff are helpful , with the exception of one of the male staff that was discorteous and he was acting as if whatever he was doing was a favor, and not part of his job. other than that its fine.
Very glamour
Davvero confortevole.
ottime camere, zona tranquilla
İt is very close to where i.need to go. Do not consider me since it will be rare case
Ubicazione comoda. Ben concepito l’appartamento Buona accoglienza
The apartments are huge (80-90 m2) and clean, the staff is friendly and willing to help. There is a metro station close by and also a supermarket. Not much to do in the area, but i went on a business trip. Negative points: the lighting in the apartment was a bit poor. The furniture is very old, but that is not so much of an issue. Also, you have to pay for wifi, which is not so common nowadays.
Very good and the staff are friendly
Excellent

great place for a family plenty of room good home base to see rome,, the exchange of money or ability to charge to your room the store cafe or restaurant .. this is important instead of 1 charge and fee and exchange fee when you have this service allows this to occur once, instead every time i paid separately i get charged, not a wise move...
