The hotel is located not too far from the train station. It is also located close to the city area, only about 20min by train or car. Nearby there is also lots of local food only 5 to 10 min away, very convenient. The hotel itself has very comfortable bed. Very recommend to stay.

Got upgraded to room on higher floor, with such beautiful view of the city. Staffs at fromt desk are very helpful. Close to mtr station.

Wonderful experience

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Chengdu. The staff were very helpful. My return flight was a late evening flight and the staff were very helpful to extend the checkout timing so that i would not be stressed out about my luggage.

Overall pretty comfortable stay, great value. However central heating was turned on while outside temperature was >20 Celsius

Brilliant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel is. Although it has a major roads running outside, which you can't avoid, we didn't notice the traffic noise. Checking in was easy and the staff are all welcoming. The room was in a great condition and very clean. The bathroom was scrupulously clean with a large bath, separate shower, wc and two handbasins. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chengdu. To us it was a safe neighbourhood and although you need taxi or didi to get anywhere places were all within easy travelling distance. We will stay again.

It was a great location and convenient for my purpose. Hotel staff very very professional and friendly. The special price they offered made it extra sweet. I would stay there again.

Super helpful staff!

My son and I traveled to Emeishan for an international wushu competition and stayed here for the night before transporting to the site. My son’s competition weapon did not catch the transfer flight and was left in Beijing. The hotel people were so nice contacting the airline, the airport and arranging for the lost luggage to be delivered directly to the hotel. They continue followed up and the luggage arrived 10 mins before we had to leave catching the train. They are SUPER! The hotel is nice. Room is clean. Nothing that may deduct any point from my review.

Ideal for short stay business trip.

Comfortable bed and huge bathroom. No traffic jam problem from and to airport as it is just at the exit of the highway towards downtown.

Fantastic Hotel, friendly Staff, Clean and very comfortable bed, nice room, just around the corner a brew pub, restaurants and a WoWo convenience store, also quite close to the airport..

Exceptionally spacious rooms with the only blight being noise from the interminable traffic in front facing lower rooms. Wonderful food for all tastes and charming staff.

Nice hotel not far from the airport.

Helpful check-in staff. Were given a free room up-grade and permitted to stay an hour or so after check-out time. Good buffet breakfast. Dinner slightly chaotic by European standards but good food. The restaurant was very busy. Quite a few staff do not speak good English.

Convenient and great hotel

I recommend to stay 4 nights or more in Chengdu, specially in this hotel...in order to enjoy what the city can offer for tourism. A nice breakfast is very important in China. This Hotel offers you all you want to have a great breakfast.

Hotel situated at the second ring road

This is the second time for this hotel. We got s luxury room which is extremely spacious. Breakfast is wonderful with every possible food product to suit East and West. The staff are charming and will do everything in their power to please you and there are excellent English speakers at the front desk. We rented a hotel car and driver to go to Leshan and though pricey was a limousine and very smoothly and safely driven in a country of very dangerous driving style though with few serious accidents. We had a water leak in our shower from the floor above and were immediately moved to another room without quibble. I would stay nowhere else.

Good place to be.

Good location, polite staff, excellent breakfast, big clean room.

I stayed for two nights. Clean room and comfy bed. Went to the gym. Not a big one but have the essential machines. The food selection at breakfast is good. Don't forget to try their spicy potatoes. High recommend.

Good but not clean.

Stay was good. Staff was friendly but poor cleanses scare me. With small bugs in bed and the carpet was not clean at all. My little one accidentally drop noodle on the floor which was not clean for two days.

Good room size

Great location, good room size. They give me a pair of tickets to see the great panda. Would stay longer if I had a chance.

I stayed at this hotel when it was another brand and there were no service at all, but now it is a Renaissance hotel, its totally different. you get a good welcome in the front lobby and the breakfast service is great where the manager would greet you in a very professional manner.

Wish we had more time in this great hotel

Even though we were only there for a late night arrival & early exit, the hotel & staff were wonderful.

close but far

close to a lot of things thats the good part but no body or very few people speak english . The one very good thing was the concierge some guy name Andy that guy is a star , he will help you anytime he can .

Excellent hotel outside the very centre of Chengdu

This hotel has the friendliest staff whose every moment is to serve. We were allocated a front desk and restaurant excellent English speaker who wre charming. The breakfast was magnificent but all their good was excellent. The prices in the hotel were about twice local prices but cheap compared to UK. Eating out with drinks was typically £5 per head. Chengdu is a brilliant city with over 200 museums and many beautiful garden as well as every designer shop all at world prices.

This hotel is fabulous! The service is amazing. The food and wait staff (including room service) are all spot on. Everyone speaks a communicative language of English. Just a real spoil! Every time we visit Chengdu...this is our go to place to stay and we are never disappointed.

good location, close to everythings

We arrive the hotel in late afternoon, staff are very helpful and showed us where we can go for a nice dinner, they are very friendly

出張で使用。 朝食が少し高め且つ宿泊料にセットに出来ないのが少しマイナス。 ただ徒歩圏内に24時間営業のコンビニもありお酒やおつまみを買うのには便利です。 あとWiFiが上手く繋がらず使えなかったのと有線LANが無かったのが残念なポイント。 それ以外は清潔かつ建物も綺麗なのでおススメです！

部屋は新しく快適。清掃も十分。フロントの女性スタッフは中国には珍しく対応が丁寧かつ、英語も完璧だった。スタッフ間の情報伝達も良好。 ロケーション的には空港まで近く、高速の入口に近いので混まない。市内の中心へは少し遠いが、成都のタクシーは安いので全く気にならない。 一泊一万円程なのでコスパは最高。
