新大阪駅 新幹線口そばで便利
新幹線口を出てすぐ右にエントランス。便利なので数回利用。新幹線利用の旅には最高のロケーションですがツインルームはトランクを広げるスペースもなく 電車のコンパートメント気分でした。
Very convenient location, close to amenities. Rooms were on the smaller side but that’s to be expected.
It’s clean and quiet. Right in the station hub. Very convenient.
Easy location at the station. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
Clean, convenient hotel for a short stay in Osaka
We were staying just one night, so decided to stay near the Shinkansen station - the hotel is inside the station a few metres from the platform which made it super convenient. Efficient check-in. The room is small but perfectly fine for a short stay. There is a chair massager which is a nice touch.
Convenient transfer to Shinkansen train due to it’s location inside the train Station.
Convenience
Very conveniently located good clean hotel get corner room Good value for money
Directly above the train and subway terminals, very convenient.
Right in the shin-Ōsaka station
Small yet clean and modern room
This hotel is so convenient being attached right next to Shin Osaka Station. The room is smaller, yet very clean, ergonomic, and well designed. My room was 17th floor and bathroom and shower room are facing exterior wall with stunning view of the town. This place is definitely the one of my favorite as a business hotel.
Hotel is extremely safe, room is clean and small but spaces are efficient, and it also is convenient to train station Staff are professionally and very helpful. I would comeback again.
Close to station.
Humid weather but no laundry!
There are no coin laundry facilities are the hotel and you’re therefore obliged to choose the hotel laundry service which is very expensive (350 yen for one pair of socks).
Close to the station, with convenient shopping and restaurants in the area. Room was very quiet, even though we were next to the station.
Our stay was excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. The room is very clean and beyond comfortable. Highly recommended.
I was traumatized by the complication of getting out of the train station searching for my first hotel. So I made sure this hotel was right inside the train station. Not much searching. Fantastic, helpful & understanding staff members.
Location
The best location around Shin-Osaka Station. You cannot beat this location.
Great location, very clean room but please be aware that the room are very small.
The hotel is inside the Shin Osaka station which is very convenient to transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, grocerie. Very safe place to walk, though restaurants and coffee shops close at 10pm, some groceries are still open and a lot of people are still walking.
super clean. and i mean super clean rooms
Good base in the train station
Good hotel. Great location. Right in the train station
Being attached to the Shin Osaka main station, it's very convenient for transportation, however it is very very crowded station and very hard to move around. Every restaurant in the station are always pack.
Rooms are small but you have everything you need if you travel light; if one has several pieces of luggage then there is a bit of planning and tetris playing involved. We are returning travellers here and we liked Remm hotels because of the good sleep we got and the good quality toiletries.
Rooms are small
Nice stop in Osaka
Pro – this was my favorite of the small room hotels during my Japan stay. I liked that it was attached to the Shin-Osaka station, so it was easy to get on a subway or from the trains and there were numerous food options in the train station. The room was airy with the big windows and had everything I needed in a compact room. It had a massage chair in the room. I could probably stay here a few days as a solo traveler Con – Small room, I could hear my neighbors who were very loud
Very convenient for shin osaka station. And wonderful view from the room.
Hotel is in a very good and convenient location, right within Shin-Osaka station. Room is very small and not so clean. Better suited for business travelers.
Gem in a middle of busy station-led shopping center!
A business hotel right inside Shin-Osaka station
Very simple but convenient place to stay right above Shin-Osaka station.
Ok
Despite the tiny room we had, it was very convenient as it's within Shin Osaka station. It would've been confusing to find as the station is large but the step by step instruction provided on their website helped us locate the hotel easily. Also, it was within easy access to a convenient store etc even late at night. Staff were very polite and helpful as well. Whilst this hotel may not be for those intending to enjoy spending much time in the room, this was an excellent hotel for travellers like us who use it just to sleep. We will definitely consider staying here again.
Good location
Easy to access to stations
Corner twin room-big windows-great view but not much space for luggage and to move around beds. Loved the deep tub/shower, massage chair. Front Desk & housekeeping staff was exceptional. Entrance of hotel on same floor as shinkansen entrance in train station. Easy walk within station to lots of dining, shopping & two 7-11's.! Gotta get the omusubi's Nothing much outside of the station so you'll need to catch a train to department stores & popular tourist spots but the trains run every 5-10 min from here so it was convenient for us.
Just right on top of shin osaka Shinkansen. Staff friendly. Room was small, suitable for 1-2 night stay. Location was easily accessible to any other area.
Note: Rooms are incredibly small. They also promise to have "desks" in the room, but there was no usable desk in our room, just a weird round table that was very heavy and difficult to move. Check-in staff was weirdly overly-familiar too, which is almost unheard of in Japan. Still, for a night in a 'nice' hotel directly above the station, you can't really beat it. But I'd stay elsewhere next time, where I could actually sit in a chair and work at a desk. Beds fine, ammenities in station below pretty good (before 11pm, after 11pm there's almost nothing).
All excellent
We stayed to be able to access the trains quickly. The room was very small but that is to be expected in Japan. The staff was very kind and helpful even while we were needing to translate.
I would have been better if there were some instructions in English for the air conditioner. The massage chair, while good for people, took up some space by the bed.
Convenient, reasonable and modern
Windows and glass walls keep the small space from feeling claustrophobic. Very modern and up to date. The massage chair in the room is a bit bizarre and takes up precious space.
The staff is very accommodating. The room is clean but quite small. The highlight of our stay there is that the hotel is very accessible to everything. Just located within and above of the shin station, you have all the time to not panic on your trips. Also, you won't starve as it is very close to restaurants, cafes, etc.
Checking was easy and seamless. Staff was also on hand to assist with any issues.
Inside the train station and very convenient to transportation.
All good!
The room was very nice, just a bit small, almost no room to open my suitcase, but it is right above the train station which makes travel super easy, that is what I was going for.
awesome! I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.
Osaka in the spring
Great location for transport, you do not need to leave the station concourse, hotel is at the north exit of this hub station. It is served by various JR lines, subway and Shinkansen so great for visiting Kyoto Nara Kobe as well as the centre of Osaka. The downsides just two. The bedrooms are tiny by most European standards and pretty typical of most (not all) Japanese hotels so there is some noise from the station but not really bothersome. I would stay here again as a travel base as above.
It was within walking distance of the train station, allowing easy access to the hotel and to transportation for sightseeing, etc.
Extremely convenient -located in Shin Osaka station. Very clean and efficient room. Very quiet. Very helpfull staff and extremely professional. Would definitely come for a repeat stay.
The room was crowded. The massage chair was so-so but it took up a lot of space. The curtain couldn’t block out all the light.
Great Osaka
Excellent location at Sim Osaka station. We could hear some train announcements but nothing too obtrusive and ear plugs provided which we did not bother with. There were complimentary razors combs etc. breakfast was outside the hotel and filling but the menu was three options. Japanese, Vietnamese or curry based.
The hotel was located in the Shin Osaka station so it was very convenient for travel. The station offered many dining options.
The room was tight. They need to have a better lighting in the room, too dark.
The locations is amazing, the entrance is at the Shin-Osaka station, right next to the shinkansen entrance gate. So convenient of taking any JR lines to nearby cities!
Small but perfectly form, awesome location. Great facilities, so handy for getting anywhere. Really clever use of space.
Perfect hotel at Shin Osaka
One my favorite hotels in Kansai area Next to Shinji station
Easy to use good hotel for businessmen
Chance upon Remm Osaka when I was at Shin Osaka last year. This was my solo trip hence the room is big enough for me. The window in the room is great, makes your day when the sun shines in the moment you wake up. The rainshower is good on top of the showerhead. The only thing I am a little puzzle with is the housekeeping tags. For people who are very particular with housekeeping, I suggest you enquire about it clearly in order not to have any misunderstandings. As i stayed in the lady's room, the aroma therapy gadget is a plus point to my room amenity. Highly recommend for solo traveller like me.
The environment is good, it's inside the station, very convenient.
Convenient, right in train station. It was clean and safe. Only one complaint was that a night there are not enough light by the desk, other than that it was great!
Clean and new looking. It's accessible inside Osaka station as well, instead of walking out and across the street from other hotels we've stayed at. Osaka station doubles as a mall for quick eats and shopping. The room is the smallest we've been to for our Japan trip but it wasn't that much of an issue for us with 2 backpacks, 1 carry-on and 1 medium check in sized luggages, just note if you are carrying even more. Has Air Conditioning even in the winter. Great view of the skyline.
Clean and modern, super convenient access to trains. Rooms are small and only good for sleeping.
Good Stay
Like: *extremely* convenient, located inside Shin-Osaka Station by McDonald's/Tully's and steps from the Shinkansen gates. Great views of city; Unique: room layout is a little different with walk-in shower (no tub) and clear window facing the bed (optional privacy screen). Wish: would've liked a towel hook or towel bar, but only had these clippy towel holders that were impractical for a bath towel, but not a deal breaker for a short stay; Overall: liked the facility, would choose again for short term stay
great location...right in the station. Friendly staff..easy check in.
The service was great. Only thing that they could not provide itemized invoice which is necessary for me to claim expenses as business trip. Please send me itemized receipt.
Location and cleanliness are good, but the room is too small.
Corner room is a must!! Spacious with panaramic views
.
The staff is polite and provided professional services. Everything was good except the room is too small.
Super convenient location for commuting to other cities and stations, right above Shin-Osaka station which has an array of restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Things to be aware of: there is no washers/dryers on site however, there is Benny's Laundry which is ~10 minute walk from the hotel.
Cleanliness and fancy
Convenience
It's a beautiful, slightly futuristic hotel sitting right above Shin-Osaka which means easy access to the rest of the city. The staff were super friendly as well. I loved my stay and will recommend the hotel to any friends or family looking for a place to stay in Osaka.
Location
Clean, quiet, and the staffs are very courteous and helpful. Thank you.
Everything are good
Excellent location, clean and modern
The hotel is above Shin- Osaka station. It is not only convenient for transportation, also provides a great selection of restaurants and shops. The size of room is pretty standard for Japanese hotels. I am very happy with the stand it shower room with rain shower head as I do not use bathtub at all. I was worried about the noise but it turned out not a problem at all. As the room is situated at a high floor, I could not hear any noise from the train. The city view was great. I am very satisfied with my stay. If you are travelling with bigger family, they do offer connecting rooms. It provides you the convenience of not having to go through the hallway all the time and also a bit of privacy and personal space.
Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.
The location is excellent if you’re using Shinkansen daily.
This is really good hotel! Easy access from Shin Osaka station. I traveled with my American husband, he likes Japanese style bath room, this hotel’s bathroom is great. Clean and spacious. Just one thing we didn’t like was the massage chair. It’s nice to have a massage chair in the room, but it was in the way. But we do highly recommend this hotel:)
Friendly staff
It is right in Shin Osaka Station so it is extremely convienent to catch the subway, bullet train or JR lines. There are also some really good restaurants and shops within the station that are right there.
Awesome location
Great hotel and very conveniently located above Shin Okasa station!
The customer service was very helpful.
Easy access to shinkansen
The staff was very nice and friendly. Really helped me out a lot accommodating with me with my migraines and switched me to a new room. I really appreciate all the help and understanding. Rooms in the hotel are a little interesting and there was a decent amount of dust floating around in the air and on my stuff. Other than that it was a great stay and easy to get around the city due to being at the train station.
Great location right on top of the train station. 5 mins walk to Shinkansen. Room was lovely and spacious, really clean and came with a massage chair which after a busy day of walking was great. Amenities provided so no need to being shampoo, shower gel etc. Check in and out was seamless. Cant fault this hotel.and would definitely return
Clean hotel nice room & bathroom did the job as only wanted the bed , didnt use any other facilities?. One criticism we stay out after midnight found are selfs locked out of railway station hence couldn’t find hotel entrance as just a very small entrance on a very big railway station which is about nearly a mile & half in length , spent at least an hour locked out til finding a security guard and showed him our hotel card who helped us Otherwise we were stuffed so won’t be staying at this hotel again as much as it is nice or any other hotel in a railway station again lesson learnt , wit a station that shut up & locks early , also the other things show a taxi driver a British name of the hotel most don’t understand , they only know the Japanese name . That night caused us a lot of grief & took the edge off what was a fab evening
I loved the convenience of the hotel located in the station. The rooms are very modern looking. Do not let the picture of the exterior fool you. My only annoyance is the space near the desk is too dark. They need more light. The hallway is dark as well. The views are amazing. My friends and I would definitely stay here again
Clean, convenient, access to subways. Overall a great location for accessing the subways and bullet trains to take you anywhere. The station has a lot, floors of restaurants and shops, and being in the same building it is just perfect. A tad small and lack of closer space but it’s really good good budget hotel overall. Will stay there again.
房間不大,但真的很方便出行,酒店樓下已經有很多不同食店選擇
Perfect landing place/hub for exploring Kansai.
Super convenient, highly efficient hotel right at Shin-Osaka station. Friendly staff and well appointed hotel. Rooms are small, but that's what we expected. Great bathrooms/showers, very comfortable beds and nice linens. Best place to stay as a convenient travel hub - can take every kind of train to basically everywhere right from the hotel.
Have stayed here numerous times, rooms consist of mostly a bed, but the area and convenience of being above the station cannot be beat.
Great hotel with solo traveller
Was having a hard time to find the hotel. After realized the hotel can be access vis 3rd floor then it became much easier to locate
Easy access to the train station
Friendly, clean & many dining options in the area!
Started out that they really don't have rooms for more than 2 people and we had booked one for 3. Ended up getting 2 rooms, don't believe we were charged extra but will see. The rooms themselves were tiny and the windows into the bathroom and toilet were really wierd, didn't like that at all. Must be targeted for single people staying overnight with little or no luggage as there was no room to stash luggage or putting out toiletries in the bathroom. Wouldn't really recommend going to this hotel.
