The staff are very attentive and we feel so welcome. Lots of dining options close by and close to the metro station. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Small rooms. Excellent!!
Very clean and spacious room, amenities is good
I really liked the spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite and the fact that the toilet and bathtub were in separate areas. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. However, they didn't provide water in the room, so you had to buy it from the vending machine on the second floor. I highly recommend booking this hotel for solo travelers.
Great stay!
We originally went to the Rembrandt style hotel, but they said we were at the wrong hotel - the Rembrandt Style Grande. Only a couple blocks away, so to save you trouble with luggage, know which one you have reservations at. Front desk staff at both were very nice and accommodating. The room had three beds and very comfortable. Shower and bathtub and bidet toilet. We only spent 1 night to be closer to Disney Sea. Very comfortable stay for all of us! The breakfast was very complete and provided a large variety of food from chocolate croissants to rice with curry, salad, yogurt and fruit.
Nice staffs
Nice location. Closer to the train and metro line.
Very clean. Small and compact room.
The location is great. At a walking distance from Nishi Kasai Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast could have been a little better with more options.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, and close to subway and bus stations
It was clean and the bed was comfy. The shampoo and body wash smelt good. Overall pleasant stay.
This is my fourth time staying here, it was previously Best Western my other 3 visits. We were lucky to check in earlier than the 3pm standard time since the room was ready. Rembrandt Style is a straight forward place and the rooms are clean. It is an easy walk to the Nishikasai Station that connects easily to other places. Everything you need is near by such as convenient stores and restaurants. If your looking for a good place that's not over priced and not as busy as other cities this is place. All rooms/floors are non-smoking so that is a plus as well!
Wonderful a very nice stay with friendly employees
The front desk staff are very helpful and they will accommodate you in any way possible to ensure that your stay is safe and comfortable.
We stayed for 7 days 6 nights and it's been a very convenient accommodation for us. Not only for the good location to shops and transport, but also they have the housekeeping service daily. Thanks again for the lovely hotel experience.
Lovely hotel, great breakfast
We were planning a long travel through multiple countries, this hotel is perfect, first, the breakfast selection was amazing everyday, so we could get a full belly with a balanced breakfast prior to planning our day. Also the room is much bigger than the average Tokyo room, there is a working ice machine and a coin laundry room in the building - super convenient, don’t need to pack as much clothes, although the wash is good, the clothes were still damp after drying, after hanging it up in the shower laundry line, it dried in a couple of days. The AC/Heater works very efficiently, makes a very comfortable stay, if you need any amenities just ask the staffs, they also assisted us to call taxi. When we first checked-in, we did find a couple hair from previous guest near the desk chair and bathroom, but we picked it up and it was all good. This hotel is also very close to the metro station and have plenty of food options around within 5 minutes walk, Disney is also close by, 20 minutes by taxi. They also have nice bidet toilets in the rooms with heated seats and automatic flushes. - very happy with the stay, thank you. Ps, taxi rides to and from this hotel to HND airport was about 90-100 bucks each way, make sure to exchange enough cash for this, it’s easier to travel with cash; Suica card reload on iPhone does not work with visa, so a welcome Suica needs to be loaded with cash as well, then you can use the Suica card almost everywhere.
A good bit outside the city but has an easy to walk to Tokyo metro subway stop. Clean modern hotel with nice staff. Only disappointment was Disney shuttle wasn’t in service for a long time which is the specific reason why I booked this hotel and was listed as a service at time of booking.
The staff are lovely. The hotel is very practical, but the rooms are a bit tiny with very little storage for clothing.
Very friendly staff! Excellent stay!
最上階であったので、静かにホテルで休息する事が出来ました。
Staff are friendly
Very nice!
Great little hotel about 25mins train ride outside of Tokyo. Staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Only small issue is a the little language barrier at times. The hotel is clean and easy to access via car, bus or train. We got the grande room, however is is still quite small and we had to use the 2nd bed to store our suitcases. If you pack light it is ok.
The hotel is clean and nice, the service is great. It is just a few transfer to go to other place, not very convenient.
We’ve been traveling Japan about 2 weeks. We stayed many hotels. This place is the most spacious and comfortable hotel so far. Amenities are DHC which is super good!! Facial soap was Pola which is very expensive Japanese brand. I didn’t expect much of this hotel but this place made us to relax.
Nice comfortable Hotel
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Room is comfortable. Location is a bit far to walk for those with big luggages.
This is a very clean hotel and it is conveniently located next to many convenience stores. I would definitely book here again
Great place to stay. Would stay with Rembrandt again!

We checked into the Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai on December 3 thru December 12th. Upon going to our assigned room 416, I saw the room was for one person with a single bed. I thought the desk clerk just made a mistake since we booked a double room for 9 nights. The female desk clerk said room 416 is for two people and the bed is a semi double bed (single bed). I asked if we could have another room which she replied no. I request a refund which she said was not possible. I requested to speak to her supervisor, and she told me she was the supervisor. It was obvious this desk clerk was being less than honest or delusional since she wasn't a supervisor. We endured sleeping in this single bed for two very uncomfortable nights. In all we spoke to one male and three female desk clerks who refused to help us. The fourth desk clerk was a Russian young woman named Olga. When we explained to Olga our problem she told us she would contact her supervisor for assistance. That afternoon, Olga left a nice hand written message stating her supervisor approved for us to have another room with twin beds. Ms Olga is the type of employee best Western should hire, not people who could care less about their hotel guests. I would like to thank Olga and her supervisor for reconizeing two adults can not comfortably spend nine nights in a single bed. They made the rest of our stay in Tokyo enjoyable. Other than this incident, the desk staff was always polite and helpful.
This is our repeat stay at this hotel. Very happy with the general condition. Good location. Excellent for those going to Disneyland/Disneysea as the hotel provides shuttle service on a very punctual basis. Only shortcoming is the rather basic breakfast with no variation day after day.
Happy in Tokyo
It was a very comfortable hotel a 2 minute walk to the train station from where you could go to anywhere in Tokyo. They have a free bus to drive you to Disney Land & Disney Sea. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby that sell a great variety of food and alcohol at really resonable prices. There were also lots of retaurants around the train station. We weren't right in the middle of Tokyo but it didn't matter because the train system is just so fantastic!
Great budget hotel. There was one night which the air con did not work correctly and there was a smell from the bathtub. Fixed the next day.
nearby many restaurants
His was the largest hotel we stayed in during our trip across Japan. It is a bit out of town but close enough to transport. Appreciated having the free wifi device as well.
Lovely quiet hotel
Excellent hotel in a quiet section of the big Tokyo and only 20 min by metro to downtown.
conveiniant to trains& public transport. also shops & restaurants, only downside was no real public lounge or bar onsite... maybe a slightly bigger onsite laundry.... but all in all a really nice pleasant hotel....
We stayed in the Deluxe room two bedroom and it was awesome! The room was impressively large (for Japan) very clean and tidy. What impressed me the most were the features of the room. All the light switches were built into the head board unit (head board light and room lights were dimmable) plug outlets and even AUX outlet if you want to play music through the headboard speakers. I’ve stayed in Japan before and this place knocks it out of the park!
Really close to subway system so we were able to get around Tokyo. I wish that I knew they had the shuttle to Disney when we booked the trip (found out when we were there and it was already booked for the 7:30 shuttle). We took public transportation which worked out fine. I will definitely stay here when we go back to Tokyo.
Comfortable stay location
Clean room, helpfull customer service easier to go Disneysea or Disneyland with free of shuttle bus. Near station and food culinary..
Fantastic hotel for your stay in Tokyo! The rooms are very cozy and comfortable with TV, fridge, coffee maker, great quality beds/bedding and bathroom with a Japanese toilet including bidet and music. The room might be considered small to people - but there is so much to do in Tokyo you will not be spending much time in the hotel room anyway. The train/bus station is a 5-minute walk away. There are three convenient stores located a 30-second walk from the hotel (7/11, lawson and family mart). There are also many other vending machines, cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. Best Western staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in helping us organise sending our luggage back to the airport at the end of our stay. I reccomend Best Western to anyone visitng Tokyo and can't wait to visit again!
Great place to stay. Close to the station. Parks nearby for jogging. If you like, you can take a train to the Imperial Palace to jog on the Top 1 track in Tokyo.
practical hotel to get into Tokyo central in half an hour as 5 minutes from Nishikasai st . Rooms not big especially ours which had a city view ? but hardly in the room as so busy . We’re there for 10 days so price was a factor in choosing this one .
Nice hotel near Nishikasai Station
Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Nishikasai Station. There is a supermarket and a few convenience stores nearby. Many restaurants are in the surrounding area. Hotel room is very clean and bed is very comfortable.
Communication is difficult
This is a lovely hotel fairly close to Disneyland and Sea. There is a shuttle to Disney 7:15 and 9:15. The return shuttle is complicated because of language barrier. And taxi fare back is about $25. It is about an hour from the airport.
Demanded a $30 fee per night to change to a room with two beds when the price difference was only around $3 per night. Other than that the room and hotel is nice.
We are really happy with the hospitality, location, nice people, and always very helpful.
Good for its price
Nice hotel near Tokyo Disneyland. It’s a bit far from Tokyo city centre but it’s a fine stay. A bit small though.
Convenient yet disappointing
Firstly. Handy to metro. Only 300m walk to hotel. Not much English spoken at reception, but friendly. Now the room. Very very small. Double bed very hard, and pillows the worst I've ever experienced. We asked for softer pillows.. no can do. Bathroom you gave to step up into about 300mm. Was worried I'd break my leg walking out in the middle of the night. Aircon set at 19 degrees, and must have been about 22. So in summary, you get what you pay for. Adequate but think about upgrading elsewhere
Quiet hotel = comfortable stay
The hotel is extremely comfy and the room is amazing. My friend and I were so sad to leave the beds and the coffee maker! The water is also perfect temperature for a hot shower and the front desk staff are so nice. Definetely would stay here again if I want to visit Tokyo again because Edogawa is a very quiet, family area.
Good mid range hotel for visitors to disney
3 star hotel, 5 star service. Above average location. Stayed 5 nights at Best western Nishikasai Grande Hotel. Rooms of decent size but it's very clean. The Housekeeping is excellent and they changed the toiletries and towels Everyday! On departure day, We extended 1 room from 10am to 2pm for 4000 Yen as our flight was at 5pm. Location wise is convenient to/from Haneda airport and Disney land and sea. Tozai metro line easily connects u to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara. From airport, take the Airport Bus to Kasai where it's 1 stop from Nishikasai stop. Then walk 5min to hotel using the South Exit. Hotel do provide free transport to Disney land and sea at 0715, 0815 and back at 2130 , 2230. However if u decide to go later or come back earlier, u can always takeBus 20 at Nishikasai station to JR line Kasai rinkal Koen station which is 1 stop from Maihamai station.
it is not far from the metro station and the staff is polite
good suburban hotel
Appreciated the quiet location and good size room. Access to breakfast on site very convenient.
Great location, nice hotel & service
Pillows were hard but everything else very nice... reasonably priced accommodation. Will stay here the next time I'm in Tokyo. Wifi was great.
The hotel is generally very good. The service very friendly and super nice with our 2 kids. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Western style and Japanese dishes. We chose it because it had a free bus to Tokyo Disney, unfortunately we were not able to use it. But the Staff gave us printed instructions to get there by using public bus.
Nice hotel
The room is clean and the food is really good. My kid wants to stay longer but need to come home for work. Thanks a lot BWNG.
pleasant hotel
location is very central, hotel is very clean and our room is very quiet you can not hear nothing, alot restaurant nearby
Not in Tokyo but New Clean Hotel
The hotel is only a couple of years old. Use caution as there is a Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai and a Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai Grande hotel. They are only 1 block apart. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Lots of English channels on the TV. During the afternoon/early evening, the staff has coffee, tea, orange juice, and cookies available for guests at no charge. The Tokyo Toei subway line is a 5-8 minute walk away. Plenty of 24 hour convenience stores nearby. Late checkout will require a fee. They have a very favorable cancellation policy offering fee cancellation all they way up to 1:00p the day of check in. Most hotels do not do this. Narita Airport can be reached by the Chuo/Sobu Line from the hotel without going back into Tokyo. Tokyo Disneyland is only a couple of kilometers away. This is a non-smoking hotel.
Nice hotel close to metro station
Close to metro station, lots of restaurants and many convenient stores. Will definitely come back
Our stay at the Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai
We enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Hotel. The only complaint I had was while using their laundry facility the dryer left my clothes soaking wet and I was not able to get them dry with the dryer there. I informed the front desk and they were really not helpful in refunding me or assisting me with the problem. I spent $10.00 and 7 hours on one load. I am not sure if it was a communication problem but that left me unhappy. But other than that it was a very good place and if you are a disney fan, very close and they have a shuttle in the morning that will take you there.
Very nice new hotel in a suburb of Tokyo
Hotel was very nice and new. Rooms are a bit small, but that's Japan. The location is not so great for tourism, except going to Disney of course.
Family holiday
It was really good. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful. The area was good and we could get about really easily. Found the local stores and restaurants to be good. We enjoyed the local park and zoo on one of our quieter days. We were in Japan for a family wedding and the hotel was a good central point for our stay.
BW Nishikasai Grande easy access
This was my second time staying at BW Nishikasai Grande and the experience is very easy. The Tokyo Metro Line T-16 Nishikasai Station is near by and you can connect to multiple areas. Once you figure our the train/subway network it is pretty easy. The staff was very helpful and most can speak English or help you with your questions. They offer free shuttle to Disneyland/Disney Sea, however on the return trip you have to walk tot the nearby Maihama station and connect to another station to meet the bus at it's pick up point/area. It was an overall great stay and the room size is great since Japan hotels are typically very tight. There is a 7-eleven, Family Mart and Lawsons nearby for all things you need.
Would recommend
Clean hotel with courteous staff - would recommend if you don't mind riding the subway a bit to get into the heart of the city.
Exceptional
Had to pay a little to check in 2 hours early. Otherwise hotel was exceptional. Easy walk from station. Excellent value
Above the call of duty
We booked 2 rooms side by side. However when we chked in we were told they weren't. They gave us 3 rooms instead to accommodate the mistake. Side by side, skip one then ours again. 3 rooms for the price of 2. That's exceeding my expectations in every way. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Hair dryer. Even audio cables and speakers. Tassimo like coffee machine that made a great cup of coffee. Kettle. Heated And spray toilets. Woooohooooooo!!!!!
Great hotel not great neighborhood
Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and service by staff train station close but area very busy
Nice hotel but small room
Don't be fooled. On Expedia is says that this hotel offers free breakfast but read the fine print, only certain rooms have free breakfast so not every guest gets that. They charge $xx per person for the breakfast but there is a very nice breakfast place across the street that charges half that. The photos online are also misleading and make the rooms appear larger than they are. I expected a small room but this was worse than cruise ship sized rooms. No closets, no drawers, no storage space for luggage and one tiny bed for 2 adults. The staff are friendly and helpful and to location is very good and close to restaurants and the subway. Also there are two Best Westerns one block away from each other.
Need a staff at the reception speaks English
Nice and comfort hotel but staffs did not really understand English! I told the staff at the reception not to clean the room next day and no replacement for towels were required but needed a box of tissue. I saw they marked it down. When I came back, I only found new towels and amenities packed in a poly bag placed in front of the room door.
Comfortable with lovely staff
The hotel room was big enough for two adults which was nice, the bath is amazing. The hotel staff are extremely nice, if we had a problem about anything they would fix the problem very quickly. There is also a shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea which is just awesome.
We stayed in January 2018. Hotel was new.
Great Value hotel close to Metro
We arrived super early and check in helped by giving us early access to our room and breakfasts which were great. One set back with a poorly cleaned room on the first morning but otherwise this is a very comfortable hotel located a short walk to Metro line and 15 minutes train to the Chiyoda or main train station.
Awesome stay. No problems.
Easy access to city train. Nice room. Helpful staff.
Good hotel.
Very nice hotel. Awesome rooms and very clean. Only issue was that they wouldn't allow a late check out without charging us a 1000¥/hr. Checkout was @10am.
Very friendly staff along with a nice hotel
This hotel was amazing, if a little smaller than the rooms you're used to in North American hotels. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond in helping me find my brother when he was stranded. The room was super clean and had all the amenities you can and can't think of. The internet was fast as well, no lagging or glitches even while streaming movies. Thank you so much, my stay was lovely.
An enjoyable and pleasant stay
The hotel is new and clean. Staff is helpful and able to answer our queries.
Wnderful
Very good
Tokyo at the Best Western Grande.
We arrived on the Sunday and check in was a breeze. Got two rooms on the fourth floor and the lift was very quick. Hardly heard any other guests in the hotel and slept very well. Breakfast was a buffet, which had a variety of food.
One of my best stay.
Everything is very clean and tidy. Hotel is more spacious than initial thoughts. Will recommend to my friends that are traveling to Japan.
Spotless. Very quite it felt as if I was the only guest staying there. 3 blocks from the train station and free shuttle to Disney (advance notice). I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing & comfortable hotel with great service!
I stayed here for 8 nights and loved this hotel so much. The service was so amazing, all of the front desk workers were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest station which was so convenient. It was also located next to a 7-11, Lawson, and Sunkus!!! I made daily trips there for inexpensive and tasty food/drinks. Overall, a great experience! The room was also so clean and felt so cozy. I didn't expect the hotel to be as great as it was, especially for the price. Definitely recommend - I would definitely stay here again if/when I go back to Tokyo!
The location was good, not far from the train station. the room was small for a corner room and I bumped my knew coming out of the bathroom on the last day. Overall it was fine, I'd stay there again but ask for a bigger room.
Value for money and conveniently located
Hotel is conveniently located near Nishikasai train station with many food outlets and convenient stores nearby. Hotel is new and facilities well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
Extremely Nice Place
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean. Within a 2 minute walk to the Nishi-Kasai subway station.
Great Hotel Close to Nishikasai Station!
This hotel is great! The rooms are small but it is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel accommodated leaving our luggage while we flew to Osaka. Room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Location of the hotel convenient to the JR line.
Modern Hotel With nice beds and friendly staff
Centrally located and close to Metro and Tokyo Disney. Comfortable rooms & Beds, The Staff were so helpful
The Location is pretty good, near Nishi Kasai station, and it just about 5 mins by walking. And Nishi Kasai area is a quiet place, you won't be bothered here. The hotel is not small, compare to other business hotel in Tokyo downtown.
一泊ですがとても安心して休めました。

Property was clean but the food/ breakfast was very limited and their were not really any amenities.
