The people that work they are rude and play like they don’t speak English

Disappointing

The room was hot and beds not made up good. Dead cricket and toilet paper in the toilet. Hair on floor and in sink and tub. I would NOT have stayed in the hotel if I had not spent 45 minutes on the phone with Hotel.com due to other hotel booked in Weatherford, TX not having the room we booked and rude desk clerk. We needed a place to sleep but this was NOT a good choice and was way too expensive for the price paid.

Filthy. Roaches everywhere. I’d had enough when a roach crawled across my pillow. I checked out immediately.

The tub was filthy some of the towels were dirty and there was roaches the bed was hard as a rock the floors looked dirty

Everything was ok

It was convenient and cheap. The AC was very loud every time it turned on. The lights are delayed to come on but that comes with the price. The bedding was hard but did it’s job.

Nightmare of a Stay

The room had dead bugs in the floors. The toilet leaned to the left. Was told it was Queen beds and they were double beds. AC unit smelled like it was burning.

DUMP!

This place was nice a few years back. New management has run it into the ground. It's a dump. I checked in. Went to my room. Looked it over. Went back to check-in and cancelled. I'll NEVER stay here again!!

The Old Knights Inn

The staff was friendly and the room and grounds were clean it's an older property but kept up well

Not as I hoped

Many of the outlets were not working. I asked for handicap assassibility in the bathroom. There was none. The lights over the beds did not work. The ac and minifridge flickered as if there was a wiring problem. The ac was loud. The walls in the bathroom need some cleaning. I asked for extra towels and was told they only give out two because they have to get back what they give. I guess that is their way of keeping count. However, the staff was cordial, but I doubt that I will return to that motel.

It was clean. Housekeeping really does a good job. She is sweet and helpful. We stayed 4 night's. The only problem we had were our neighbors yelled and cussed alot and slammed doors all throughout the night.

Disappointing stay

If the room rate had been below $40 per night I might have been OK with the stay. While the room walls had newer coats of paint on them, the carpeting in our guest room was sticky and dirty and there were insect parts spread around the room - probably because the vacuum cleaner wasn't sucking. Towels and bed sheets were stained. The stairway to the second floor has uneven steps and I consider it a hazard to use them (we were on the second floor). The pool was filthy and we could not use it as there was debris floating on the surface and pool furniture was in the bottom of the pool. Very disappointing stay.

Great Budget Motel!

Great budget motel. Well maintained, clean, and quiet. Owner allows no nonsense. Appropriate for families.

Above average motel experince

Motel, good pool, about on par with Comfort Inn hotel down the road (ripoffand in bad shape for a hotel) for much less $. Check in was smooth and quick, on site personnel active and knows what's going on with motel. Older motel, but obviously someone trying to keep things up if something needs repair. Odd mix of older and some modernization. Had all the amenities of the other hotels around, Coffee in room, luggage rack, iron, ice bucket and cups, bodywash, conditioners, fridge, tv, microwave, internet, desk area. AC was COLD and hot water was HOT! Lots of insects outside, not sure what's up with that, but likely drawn in due to time of year and all the really good bright lighting on the premises. Above average motel experience, if all hotels are booked or only have the expensive suites left for the weekend, this is a good backup.

cant believe i paid over $100 for a Roach Motel. never again.

The man who checked us in, DJ, was phenomenal and very kind!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only complaint is breakfast was somewhat sparse.

Great,Safe quiet and clean motel excellent bargain

Nice, newly renovated, clean, and quiet legacy motel. Rooms and spaces clean, attractive, and well-maintained. Management was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was adequate. Overall this motel was a bargain. Everything you need at a very fair price. I will stay there again when I am in the area. Parking lot is well lit and constantly monitored by management. Your vehicle is safe there. Management does not allow loitering or loud noises in the public spaces. It is set back from the road far enough that there’s very little noise. I felt very safe here. This is definitely not a fleabag, no tell,, dope or prostitute motel. Great place to stay with your kids. To management, thanks for the great stay!

Not recommended

The room had wires hang down from behind the TV. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a board. Room was clean but needed work

Not to bad

It was clean. Older style. You could hear every sound from next door and from walk way.

Check in was fast and pleasant. The grounds surrounding the motel was very well kept and seemed to be safe. But for the age of this motel it’s probably what one would expect. That’s about it. Encountered a huge water bug in the bathroom, scared me being it was like 3:00 in the morning and half asleep. Breakfast wasn’t too much, but enough. Will not be staying at this motel again.

Nice hotel well located between Lake Mineral Wells State Park and the city. Sits right off Hwy 180.

Quiet clean room, you will sleep well.

Basic, cheap and clean. Very nice pool sparkling and clear water. Very quiet, I had no problems and will stay here again.

Great for the Price!

It was quiet and seemed to be in a safe area of town. Not fancy but an overall good experience.

Weatherford is double the cost

Nice motel. Its not top of the line but that is why it is so affordable. Why stay in Weatherford when this is ten minutes away and more than half the price.

Not what expected!

Room was dirty with a unclean bath towel, bugs in light fixtures, a lock that didn’t work and curtains that did. It cover the sides of the windows. There was a odd smell in the room.

Not Good !

Checked in and got to room . Room was dirty and old and had a terrible smell . Tub was dirty as you can see in the picture below . Even the lamp shade on the wall had stains all over it . We turned around and walked out and I called Expedia to get my money back but hotel wouldn’t give it back . Still we were not going to stay there . I wouldn’t let my animals stay in that hotel . After we told our friends they said they were glad we didn’t stay there because word around town is that the hotel has bed bugs which wouldn’t surprise me since it was so dirty in there . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody ever !!!

Pleasant Surprise

What a pleasant surprise. I chose it because of the low rate. I stay again because of the quality of the property and service. The pool was one of the finest I have enjoyed at any property at any price.

Most enjoyable

The staff was great. Was greeted when I drove into the parking lot. Getting my room was quick n easy. Told about all the amenities there n in town. The room was clean especially the bathroom. Refrigerator was already on n cold for stocking.

Solid option for the price

Hard to beat the price if you're traveling on a budget. Room was clean but needs renovation and updating.

Working weekend.

Good service. Wanted a non-smoking room, but smoking was all they had.

Great and friendly staff

We were exhausted and the staff was quick, friendly and efficient. We had picked the Knights Inn because if tge low cost and our expectations were really low. The great service at the front desk was so surprising and greatly appreciated

Amazing

We had an excellent stay, the staff was very polite, no problems what so ever. We will definitely stay there again and refer our friends.

It was okay, the website only had us for 1 bed for 3 people. Changed our cost. Very accommodating. Door had trouble latching, our dog got out and was hit by a truck and died. Not a nice memory.

Older rooms, Excellent staff

Older amenities, but the staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are solid 2 star motel rooms, but it's what I expected for the price. I wound up having to extend my trip and gladly extended my stay at this hotel rather than moving to another one.

Air conditioner didn't cool. Lights didn't work. Floor was sticky. Room was very outdated and dirty.

Close to stores and restraunts!

We like the motel because it was close to everything ! I liked that we got to park right in front of our room because it was raining hard!
