Perfect location. Beautiful room friendly staff and very helpful.

Decent sized 2nd floor room, clean and tidy though requires some upgrading (toilet door, sink) balcony, balcony very dirty, Very noisy area as is on main boulevard Extremely polite, friendly and accommodating members of staff, receptionist(s)/cleaners English speaking and understanding !

Nothing special, room was lovely but the staff were noisy and played the TV in reception very loud.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

There is too much noise from Cars from the main road

It was walking distance to the Old Town. Our room was overlooking the main road and so noisy.

everything was smooth and as expected. we enjoyed our stay and we recommend it for short or long stays.

Very convinient spot next to the metro and plenty of food places around. The room had a nice bath and a kettle, and was very spacious. Unfortunately the hotel is situated on a very busy road wo it can get very noisy at night!

There was confusion checking in because I used Expedia and some miscommunication apparently. Room was OK, but a little noisy. I will stay again.

Convenient no-frills hotel near the Old Town

The location was very convenient for exploring the Old Town of Bucharest. We stayed 2 nights in a twin room. A bit disconcerting that we were not to put paper down the toilet. We were on the main road which is noisy but ok. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the Old Town then this is fine. Hope they get the plumbing sorted soon.

Great hotel, friendly customer service by Florie, comfortable bed, big shower, perfect location.

Nice standard rooms, cleanliness left a bit too be desired though. Found a lipstick down the side of the bed and as myself and my friend are both male i think it was there before we got there.

Having stayed in this hotel previously, we were very disappointed in the drop in standard. Having booked a ‘superior’ room, the room we were given was small, noisy, had a broken shower, and no internet WiFi connection (despite reporting the matter a number of times) until the final morning. The staff seemed to lack management, and were indifferent to issues. During one night the hotel had an extended power outage. The entire hotel was left in complete darkness, with no emergency lights in corridors or stairways, or even luminous signs marking exits. I’m not certain if this is allowed under EU legislation, but I hate to think of the consequences in an emergency. On departure, despite our requests, the staff were unable to order any suitable (i.e. reliable taxi) transport for our onward journey. Very poor.

I did not like nothing bugs a lot the bath tub was annoying it had cracks when you take a shower water leaks and there where bugs

Decent value

The room was meant for grandeur but the leaky oversized tub in the bathroom with black mold in the grout and the door stopper that allowed only partial access to he sink kind of soured my experience. The furniture and decor are outdated but charming in a way. There were plenty of power outlets and the radiator heat was superb. The staff were really great and went above and beyond to make check in and check out go smoothly.

Centrally located decent hotel

Overall, it is a good budget hotel in a good location. It's only 5-10 min walk from Universitate Metro station and you can walk to Old Town (15-20 mins). There are bakery/ super market/ Currency exchange/ ATM nearby. It was a little noisy in the room at night because it's located on the main road.

BUcharest Hotel

Although the rooms were big and well appointed and the staff were nice, this hotel does not live up to the way it is advertised. The description says it has a restaurant and bar, 24 hour airport shuttle and free breakfast. In reality there is no restaurant or bar, just a place that serves a limited breakfast which we had to pay extra for. The 24 hour airport shuttle translates as them phoning a taxi for you. The location also is not as close to Old Town as we expected, about a 15 min walk and the surrounding area is not particularly attractive. The room however was excellent. Large bedroom, separate lounge, fridge and decent sized TV and the staff were helpful.

Very nice staff and a great room

The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was exactly as advertised. The hotel is located in central Bucharest and things to do are within easy walking distance.

Great room with jacuzzi nice bed good wifi and tv channels in the center or town and of the metro station.Friendly staff and always safe and clean.Fridge in the room a plus ... we'll be back!!!

Tired rooms

Great location

Good location for the centre of Bucharest, and also close to the metro and bus stop for the airport. Pleasant and helpful staff, and a nice, clean, well looked after room. Only downside for me was I struggled to get a decent night's sleep as I was in a room facing the busy main road, but then I did expect that to be the case so can have no complaints.

Not quite what we were expecting. A hotel is somewhat old.

Good location but not for long term stays

I stayed several times at this hotel. The good things: the central location, affordable prices, spacious rooms. The bad things: very noisy even in the night on the street side; the air inside the rooms doesn't feel clean enough, probably because they open the windows and there is a large and busy avenue just in front;the doormen are polite but strange, insisting in taking your luggage and showing you the room.

I was very happy with hotel and I would stay there again if I go back to Romania.

Dodgy hotel porter

Asked the porter give me directions to bar for football. He ordered a taxi and sent me to a strip club. Halfway there somebody jumped in the car and told me he was the manager. Very dodgy. I told him I wanted to watch football and he walked me down the road to another strip club. I walked out. Porter obviously on commission.

Great hotel. Only problem I had was traffic noise in rooms next to the street. Bucharest traffic roars 24 hours a day.

Nice staff, great location, good price!

The room was nice enough, clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is great (close to main intersections and short walking distance from the subway, the old city, and the People's Palace). The bathroom was recently renovated, everything looked just slightly used - but clean. The staff was very nice and provided lots of information about getting around in Bucharest and more. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Not very impressed but not bad either

The overall stay was ok. Having to pay extra for more juice for a breakfast that was already paid for was not good. There was a foul smell in my bathroom which seemed to pop up everytime i flushed the toilet. Other than those problems it was just ok

ok hotel close to the city center

it is ok budget hotel. nothing unexpected. close to the nice walking area of the downtown.

Great staff, good location

Staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Old Town and is right off the metro line. Good value for money. The A/C was amazing.

Ottima posizione per poche pretese

Hotel per chi non ha pretese e vuole spendere relativamente poco in una posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi in metro o bus. Letto comodo,stanza grande e pulita. Il bagno davvero brutto con la tenda della vasca che è antigenica e non comprendo come nel 2025 ancora possa esistere. Stanza abbastanza rumorosa essendo su una via principale e molto trafficata e anche perchè essendo proprio attaccata alla reception si sente chiunque parlare.
