This property looked beautiful online. I booked this for a last minute stay for Easter weekend with my family. I requested to cancel prior to check in, due to our baby not feeling well and was told there was absolutely no cancellation, which was fine, and that it would be the same price if I cancel or if we stay, so we decided to make the 2 hour long drive trip to the property. We came in wanting to love our stay and excited. That was quickly diminished within seconds of trying to communicate with the hosts. Check in instructions were nonexistent. The garden studio we booked looked nothing like the photos- trash and debris all over. We were willing to look past the outside appearance and try to make the best of the stay until we saw two huge spiders on the bed immediately upon walking in. Given that this is Tuscany, a few bugs are to be expected, but upon closer look there were live bugs crawling in every corner. All under the bed, the walls, and in the bathroom. After disposing of the spiders on the bed, we walked in to the bathroom to flush the spider down the toilet and we were greeted by leftovers in the toilet and a complete mess left by someone else. We waited ~30 minutes to speak with someone at the property to ask them about the conditions, I also sent a whatsapp message as we packed up our baby back into the car and was told this by the hosts: “I m sorry just change bedroom if u want”. Unprofessional, filthy, and deceiving. Do not waste your money or time.

A Tuscan favourite

We have stayed here many times, a beautiful place to stay, a beautiful family that always makes you feel welcome.

The place was very welcoming and clean

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and from a 3 week stay across Italy, it was the highlight of our trip. The Villa is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of option, they’ll even make a lovely omelette if you’d like one. The pool is amazing and has views that are out of this world. Only downside is the location and having to get the bus into/out of Florence everyday but very grateful to the owner and her daughter for the lifts they gave us to the stations. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fine Family Property

Family owned and operated with great pride. The staff is friendly, outgoing and helpful. GREAT location with all of Tuscany at your doorstep.

Tuscan countryside villa with great views

Amazing stay! The villa is so quaint and has the perfect backdrop of the Tuscan hills. The breakfast was functional but the homemade pies, tarts and cake were just out of the world and everyone is so nice 😃😃 we would definitely be back again! You do need a car to get in and out of the place for sure. The Mall Firenze is about 10 mins away if you fancy outlet shopping

We just stayed one night before we continue our journey in Tuscany. It is a cute property with a nice swimming pool. People were friendly.

Wonderful

We have had a truly amazing holiday. Everything was relaxed and very friendly. We loved every day. Beautiful peaceful location and wonderful people running the hotel.

The property is very beautiful, but when I came here, they said that I don’t have reservation. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes at night after 14 hours trip to have a room.

Quiet and nice

Very quiet location for travellers looking for absolute relax. Familiar atmosphere, very friendly staff (the owners itself), cosy and clean room, rather small bathroom, tastefully furnishes lobby and breakfast-kitchen, very good breakfast with homemade sweet pies, parking in the private courtyard for max. 8-10 cars (depending on their size), nice pool. The only small sore point: no elevator - for disabled or elderly persons not ideal, due to stairs inside an outside the building. Overall: very good

A Fabulous villa in Incisa In Val Darno, Tuscany. We were very Spoilt by the hosts. The property is in excellent condition, with a beautiful pool. Aperitivo available and delicious with a amazing variety of choices. Planned to stay one night but extended to 3 nights.

Goed maar niet meer voor ons.

Uitzicht en zwembad waren top. De service was prima alleen stonk het heel erg op de gang en de kamers. Misschien hebben ze problemen met het riool. Kamer is prima en van de standaard gemakken voorzien.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr nettes Personal. Die konsumiertes Getränke gingen alle auf Haus (Bier & Prosecco). Ein kleines aber wunderschönes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Die Gastgeber geben sich extrem mühe.

Paikka oli erittäin viihtyisä ja mukavalla seudulla, edes läheisen autotien äänet ei haitannut altaalla. Aamupala oli oikein hyvä. Isäntäväki oli oikein mukavaa ja saimme heiltä saimme hyviä vinkkejä lähiseudusta.

I proprietari Barbara e Leonardo sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accolti con molta cortesia. La posizione dominante consente una vista stupenda sulle colline. La struttura è molto particolare e ricca di storia. Oscar e Mary

Underbart ställe

Ett underbart ställe med atmosfär och gott bemötande. Omgivningen vacker. Personalen ordnar allt. Man kan beställa lättare lunch ( sallad, smörgås) vid frukosten om man vill stanna vid poolen under dagen. Det tar ca 10 minuter att åka till restauranger. Finns 2 ställen som är toppen. Fråga personalen.

Alte Villa aus den 1920er Jahren mit Pool und typisch italienischem Frühstück. Leider sehr hellhörig und zwischen einer lauten Bahnstrecke und derAutobahn gelegen, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet.

Sind schon viele Jahre Gäste in diesem Hotel,waren bisher auch immer zufrieden.warne jedoch vor dem Zimmer hortensia. Dieses Zimmer ist eine Zumutung, durchgelegene Matratze, Wasser in der Dusche nicht regelbar, Duschtür defekt. Dies entspricht keinesfalls einem vier Sterne Hotel.

Great experience at a very reasonable price. We stayed in a two room family unit on the top floor, which were perfect for two adults and three children.

Bella villa ottocentesca immersa nel verde a due passi dall’outlet, buona colazione e staff gentile e cordiale. Peccato per le stanze arredate in maniera discorde allo stile dell’edificio e in alcuni casi con cattivo gusto. Altra nota negativa, l’acqua calda non si riesce a regolare. Insomma, posto con grande potenzialità in alcuni casi inespresse, peccato.

In una villa maestosa

Abbiamo prenotato 2 stanze in questa bella villa d’epoca con piscina vicino a Firenze. Le camere semplici ma caratteristiche e arredate con oggetti etnici. La colazione si può fare nei tavoli esterni del giardino, meraviglioso! Sono molto cordiali e quando fai check out ti danno un presente in pelle. Internet funziona male

Siamo tornati a vill al vento, dopo avervi soggiornato la scorsa estate. Accogienza famigliare, ottima colazione, serrviio e pulizia impeccabili come sempre.

This is very bad hotel. The bathroom is very derty.The bathroom floor was unpolished so my slippers stuck to the floor. he breakfast was poor and the staff were un friendly.

Location superlativa, ottima per visite ai Mall della zona, proprietà famigliare disponibilissima e cordiale. Stanze pulitissime e ben arredate.

Un angolo di paradiso!

Posto splendido, purtroppo abbiamo potuto fermarci solo una notte ma ci siamo promessi di tornare.Immerso nel verde,pulito, piscina bellissima e ottima colazione con le uova km0. Infine,proprietari gentilissimi.

Très bon séjour et du personnel agréable . La bâtisse est magnifique tout comme les extérieurs . Attention , un supplément de 20€ et sans facture m a été demandée pour un lit supplémentaire ne figurant pas sur mes frais de réservation .. dommage ...

Belle demeure de charme vers Florence

Superbe établissement familial de quelques chambres seulement. Dans une belle villa, à environ 30 min de Florence. La propriétaire est avec sa fille et sa mère. Le cadre est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est un buffetbien garni. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine par manque de temps mais elle avait l'air très chaude !

Lugar encantador! Desde do ambiente externo aos quartos. O hotel é administrado for uma família, que são super solícitos e receptivos. Os quartos são maravilhosos... tudo feito com muito capricho, fiquei encantada com O cheiro da roupa de cama e toalhas. Voltarei nesse paraíso de certeza!

Virkelig dejligt sted - og personalet var altid super venligt. Værelset var skønt og poolområdet super. Og aldrig crowded. Og der er en super 5 km løbetur rundt på de små veje

Struttura famtastica immersa nel verde e con una splendida piscina. Il relais è a conduzione familiare e la sig.ra Barbara ti mette subito a tuo agio e ti fa sentire come a casa. Stanze confortevoli , letti comodi e una buona colazione completano il tutto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Boas acomodações e lugar lindo.

Esta já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, retornando após 10 anos de casamento. O hotel permanece com boas acomodações, localização e atendimento que me fizeram retornar. É um local especial e que pretendo sempre que possível retornar quando estiver na região. Próximo do Outlet The Mall, que vale uma visita quem dispuser de tempo livre em Florença, embora este não tenha sido meu foco. Obrigado mais vez a toda equipa do Villa ao Vento. Espero ter nova oportunidade em breve.

Molto deludente e deprimente collocato in mezzo al nulla a solo 100 m dal cavalcavia dell'A1. Disordinato nel giardino e completamente deserto.
