Housekeeping lacks customer service

This hotel is in a great location but is definately not 5* . We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once during that time. The first day we thought we had missed the cleaners round as we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door while we went for breakfast and only put ‘please clean room’ when we went out at about 11am. We advised reception that evening who apologised and arranged for clean towels to be delivered to our room. The next day we put ‘please clean room’ up at 9am when we went for breakfast. When we returned at 11.30 it hadn’t been cleaned, and after going out for the day we returned at 6pm and still no one had been. We advised reception again who apologised and brought us some more coffee and water. One of the treats of staying in a hotel is having your bed made nicely, fresh towels and a nice clean room when you return from a day sightseeing. Also on check in we were advised that our reservation only included breakfast for one person despite us paying for a room for 2. The breakfast was very nice but at 20 euros per day it added quite a bit to what we thought was a reasonably priced hotel. This was our second visit to this hotel which is conveniently located for us as we have family who live nearby but we are not likely to return.

Giant undergraound pool, gym, sauna, and steam room.

Service was top rate. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and spacious and I loved the shower. There is park nearby to walk in, though some roadworks/pathway repairs are being done immediately outside the hotel,which impairs the views, but thats not the hotels fault. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely after a walk in the cool weather. Very good value for money overall

Morning drill

Very nice hotel, good spa section and restaurant. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. There was a fair bit of mechanical / building noise waking me up every morning.

Very spacious room with huge breakfast choices

The room and facilities were excellent, and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK. Great to have a pool on site, and there is a beautiful piano in the lobby!

Overall great hotel, Pool and Spa a great plus.

Only stayed for one night but was perfect and proximity to Palace Park meant I could pop out for a scenic run.

Great hotel in Warsaw

Great hotel, friendly staff, large clean rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Eras tour and the hotel was perfectly prepared. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. It’s a little further out than maybe we thought from the city but we figured it out quickly and transport was very reasonable. A great stay!

Lovely stay in Warsaw

The staff are all really lovely and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Great location for access to the gardens/park. The city centre is just a bus or tram ride away and they're cheap as chips.

Needs a serious renovation

The hotel is not a 5 star. There’s nothing around the area in terms of restaurants or shopping. The hotel needs a serious reno. Breakfast was incredibly lackluster. The elevator “up” button didn’t work.

Poor stay

Their was a constant foul smell from my bathroom toilet, this foul sewage smell was in the lobby toilets. My colleague in another room said his room was the same. On two separate occasions I had trouble getting into the hotel underground car park for the shear number of taxis outside the entrance, the hotel is more geared up for conferences than it’s guests.

Great service Ans great location but currently a lot roads work around

Hotel has had story of different ownership, still representing premium level service. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, very well designed by 3 Architects. I think style of hotel has been inspired by 20's past century where buildings been designed like transatlantic cruisers. Currently nearby construction works generate some noise since 8 AM. Bonus of localisation this hotel is a walking distance to Lazienki park. Centrum you can reach after 30 minutes of walk. Price are very fair. Please consider breakfast. Amazing amout of polish traditional food: bread, cheeses whithe, yellow, vegetables, smoked meat like ham, sausages, pate. Everything delicious and tasty and fresh. In future i would like visit this hotel again. Highly recommended.

A great hotel that is situated a short distance away from the city centre next to the beautiful Lazienki Park. Good bars and restaurants in the area. Good breakfast at the hotel, great gym, pool and spa. Staff are excellent and most speak some English. The area around the hotel has major roadworks going on but the noise does not affect the hotel. If using public transport, buses to the old town, city centre and Wilanow are frequent and stop right by the hotel. The hotel is very clean.

Amazing facilities, unfortunately some road work detracts from location, but stay was wonderful.

Nice hotel but surrounding area extremely noisy.

Hotel and its facilities are really good; nice and big room, very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Big minus from my side was that I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking building site. During my two nights stay, work on that site started at 5:30am and noise was unbelievable. This hotel is marked as vip on hotels.com, so as a gold member I would have expected to be placed in more comfortable room.

First check in no problem the 2nd the blond guy couldn’t find my reservation said it was cancelled. I showed the confirmation from you …he’s typing on the computer makes a phone call keeps on typing. Apologies says he found it still busy typing . I ask can you check me in then continue your typing. NO. 40 minutes later I have my key . I ask for some compensation for waiting 40 minutes….NOTHING not impressed!

It was a nice stay overall. Just for your information, the hotel is a bit old and interiors aren't that grand but I would say they were just fine. Steam room and Jacuzzi were under maintenance during our stay although I called two days before our visit to make sure those facilities are open for guests. May be it was just our luck that they got broken during our stay.

Good location and reasonable price

The pool wasn’t working, they said it was going to open soon. Also, most of the elevator buttons on the ground floor are broken. Other than that, the facility is very nice, clean, looks luxury. Rooms are big, bathrooms are big. Very nice place. Restaurant is also good, especially for the breakfast (I would also advise to search for authentic polish restaurants around the area for dinner). Saunas and hot tub are high class. Gym is fine too. Massage and spa are a little more expensive than around in the area, but the service is very good.

The Hotel is good large rooms quiet. There is not any more minibar at rooms. It is a basic good hotel not more. But the best value for money.

Overall very good property. Just needs better parking. But maybe the norm for Warsaw.

Room was too hot. Asked for the heating to be adjusted 3 days in a row. It was never fixed. Otherwise the room hotel was very nice. Very clean!

The shower was bad, very small water. The room and furnitures are very dated, the internet didn’t work in my room, I had to stay outside, and that’s really a problem as it’s a business trip. The hotel is so loud at night too! Many people were returning back to their rooms after midnight, I couldn’t sleep. Worst of all, the receptionists were terribly arrogant, they gave me wrong indications about simple questions, and they have been very rude to me. The hospitality was non existent. I would never come back, not even for free.

There is infrastructure construction on the road access to the hotel. And there is not hot water in the bathroom. and the covid actually is finished why not to have again the minibar service.

Maybe 3 star hotel

Well the hotel is five star because of the name but certainly not for the service. +: Spacious and clean room Big bathroom Iron in the room Pool Sauna -: The first thoughts were on reception -gave me the room with smaller bed than in reservation; paid bigger price than reservation after argiung and cosultation with supervisor the price was decreased. The window view was a wall The hotel has three elevators, however during our stay only one was working and this frustrated many people as it crowdy all the time and the waiting was everytime arround 5minutes. The stairs are not an option as they told us that stairs are only for the staff. So be careful if you have problem with the space

Breakfast was amazing and a lovely room and the downside was the pool was crowded and full of loud kids screaming and the reception staff were sour faced and never acknowledge you when you passed.

The TAXI Driver from the hotel to the airport charged U$290.00, which was outragious. The driver was rude and obviously DESONEST.

Good mid range hotel.

Clean comfortable. Poor staff communication prior to arrival emailed constantly 4 days prior to arrival. No reply. Beer in hotel expensive and average. Staff confused why we would want one towel each? Breakfast best ever had.

We have a full pleasure of lazy vacation

There is a small gotcha with air conditioning - it set at a bit too low temperature like 23.5C and I was not able to adjust it. Spagetti can be quite spicy 'be default" so if you prefer not spicy variations, say this explicitly. We used only in-room food service, it was good so we never visited their bar or restaurant. If you want lay in bed with laptop, you may need a power cord extender or a surge protector with long cord (called "listva" in local computer/electronic shops).

Room size

The pool was very clean thier bathroom and tub extremely clean the breakfast is superb!

We loved our stay at the Regent. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Lovely spa and breakfast

We had a loosely comfortable room and all the staff were great. We were in Warsaw for a wedding and we were able to walk to the Belvedere restaurant easily. If you are staying here on a Sunday the Chopin concerts in the park must not be missed! The lovely hotel spa is a treat and just the thing after a flight to have a nice swim and a massage. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel by itself is good, it’s not a brand new, but still looks ok, equipment is ok and everything remains ok. But I was really disappointed with my VIP check in using my Gold status on Expedia. I have received an e-mail From Expedia saying that I will receive a free room upgrade and receive an exclusive amenities during my check in. When I have arrived at the hotel I asked about room upgrade and the manager told me that I have already received the upgrade and I will have a free breakfast and something else. I was frustrated because I have already had a free breakfast it was Sayed that during my booking of the hotel using Expedia. So I was upset and told to the manager that I need a room upgrade and not a free breakfast that I already received when I did a booking. She invited new lady and she checked something and told me that’s there are no free room available for the room upgrade. But I showed her an e-mail saying that “I will receive a free room upgrade” she told me that the room upgrade only possible when you have a free better rooms. And they don’t have such rooms right now. So I open Expedia and chreck for the rooms available for today, and I saw many rooms available better than I’ve booked. So I told about that to that hotel manager and asked her to invite me the top level manager of the hotel because this problem need to be solved. They didn’t bring my any manager but they talked to each other and at the end they gave me another hotel card with a room in tbe 6th

Pleasant room

The room was super spacious, wonderful big bath and the bathroom was great in general. Only drawback was that the shower was semi blocked and the water almost spilled over into the rest of the bathroom on a few occasions. Came to look at the problem but nothing was done. I did manage it in a way... breakfast was okay. Steam room and Sauna was awesome!! Good gym and nice swimming pool with very small jacuzzi.

Room view terrible but room itself fabulous. Especially the bathroom, great tub and shower facility. I Like that the pool was comfortable, the spa could have been hotter. One of best breakfast buffets I have had, match an all inclusive resort.

Disappointing

The internet was very poor in the room and in many parts of the hotel the signal was not great. This disappointment was mentioned to the staff with no response. The use of Wifi was essential for the Guest and the Paying Patron. Because of this unsatisfactory internet coverage, communication for the Guest made the stay at this facility unhelpful.

Hotel did not meet 5 star expectations

I was disappointed because of the following; 1) When paying the bill we were not told that it would be favorable to use local currency so we ended up paying more. 2) We had a booking for 2 people, there was only one bath towel, one flannel, two shower gels and one lotion. 3) We were not given bath robes or slippers, we had to ask 4) The fridge was not working 5) Exractor fan in the toilet was not working 6) Speakers in the bathroom were not working
