Beautiful and within walking distance to the airport.

The door was locked when I arrived around midnight and there is no flat way for baggage, paid staff for handling baggage for me

Walk into the airport!

We booked this hotel so we could be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Our receptionist knew some English which always helps. The lobby is quite grand and very nice. The room we had was quite large and very comfortable. The bed was great, no complaints about the pillows, and the shower was amazing! High ceilings and modern decor, we really enjoyed it here. We ordered room service and it came quickly. There was a little confusion when we were ordering but overall the food was decent. We did not get breakfast since it was quite costly. When you check out you walk for a few minutes and you are in the airport. It is very easy! The domestic terminal is a bit of a hike but its no big deal. The only annoying thing was that we paid a 500RMB deposit and they would not accept credit cards to paid for our room service. However, they reimbursed us the difference right away via WeChat.

Terrible service of the staff. No English communication skilled staff. Whatever you expect, you will see the worse.

The best thing is inside the T3 international terminal, the services are great. I have a 20 hours layover and I am happy to stay in this hotel.

Upgraded to a very spacious Suite

We appreciate your kibdness to upgrade to a suite. A Suite was the best we have ever stayed together. Very spacious, with a great view of airport and 3 TV sets (bedroom, living room and bathroom).

They refused to give me a receipt when I left. Last time me or anyone from the company will stay there!

It was great. We checked in at ungodly hours and the service was great in getting us the rest we need.

Best airport location, with walking bridge on the third floor directly into the airport. Buffet breakfast at 88¥ was decent. Dinner buffet was overwhelming with cold seafood. You can order from their regular menu.

Hotels.com took my money and gave me nothing

No rooms available. You stole my money.

Very outdated. front desk very badly informed. So overpriced for what you got out of the spa was closed and they charged for you to use the pool

Excellent hotel conveniently connected by covered walkway to airport Terminal 3. Sauna and swimming pool are enjoyable.

Best location if you have an early flight. It is literally 5 minutes walk across the airport.

Super conveniently located with bridge connecting to terminal 3 in Xian Airport. And it was a pretty hotel on top of that.

Great location, rest not great

The hotel is right in Terminal 3 of the airport, not always well indicated but great for early flights. Room was nice, facilities seem OK, wifi works fine for China. However service is lacking: when we checked in, a person was seemingly doing nothing at the second counter, but still told us without a smile to go wait in line at the other counter. Then when we got to our room, it was an oven, 27C, and air conditioning was not working. We asked them to fix it while we had dinner (OK but not great buffet) and they told us the room was "fixed": to our surprise, they just put in a noisy portable aircon unit that barely worked and was in Chinese so hard to operate! Stay there if you must have an airport hotel, otherwise I'm sure there are better choices.

Great experience, staffs are willing to help, the room is clean and comfy.

Hot but convenient.

Perfect for one night stay. It is about an hour from the city. But perfect place for my tour guide to pick up and drop off. As it is literally inside the airport. Overall the room was nice. It was hot tho. As it does not have air conditioning in each room but only central heat or a/c for ALL the rooms. Just put that in the description if only on during specific monthes. Overall suitable for what I needed it for. And the staff was very nice.

Nice hotel very close to Xianyang airport. Friendly staff members provide great services.

Comfortable and Satisfying

It was pleasant, receptionist recommended us to book the hotel through 3rd party booking website for cheaper prices. Stayed at the hotel for half a day to wait for a flight. It was good enough.

Excellent Hotel

It was a fantastic room, large and well fit out. The location is perfect, as we were able to walk under cover to the airport. The staff were nice. Could not fault the hotel.

Great location in the xian airport. This hotel is very nice, check in is easy, and the rooms are great. I have stayed at a lot of airport hotels. For the cost this one is the best hotel and best location. You can’t go wrong staying here

Nice Manager but rude front desk

before I used hotels.com I was told by front desk the price was 3600rmb and had a room. then I booked on hotels.com for 800 rmb or so and was told that they had no rooms. The manager David fixed the problem and was very accommodating, however their front desk lady was rude and made it very difficult. Although the manager David fixed the problem, there should never have been a problem especially for a foreigner who stays overnight passing through this area. Hotel itself is very nice, very soft beds, 4 to 5 star, but they play a game, or should not overbook and try and not help you. Again kudos to the manager David, who immediately stepped in and waved off his employees attempt to not provide me with a "guaranteed" room, but their staff needs training and not a "ruse" of having a room and not having a room...

Very convenient location, and quiet room. The air conditioner is so good that you can barely hear it working.

I only missed a hot tub or jacuzzi! Have them build one!

Great location, quality room

Hotel is literally inside the terminal 3, 5 minutes walk to security. Nice local food inside terminal and general transportation center. Room is spacious and elegant. The only problem I had this time, is I could not get AC to cool down the room. The control panel doesn't work as instructed.

Wonderful stay but just one night for next early morning flight, hope next time could stay longer. Five stars thumb up!

Great overnight stay at Xian Airport

Firstly, please note that no airport shuttle is required for access from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is directly connected by a short passageway from Terminal 3 Departures. There is signage indicating how to get to the hotel within T3 Departures. Terminal 2 is some 5-10 minutes walk away via a covered passageway. We didn't see any signage in T2, when we arrived, but T3 is signposted. Our room was of very quiet, comfortable, of high quality and immaculate - except that we couldn't switch the lights off and had to change rooms after we called Reception for someone to fix the problem. Highly recommended for a long transit between flights.

great hotel that is connected to the airport

We only stayed here one night before a morning flight back to America. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

I have been staying in Regal Xian Airport Hotel for few occasions, they never fail meeting my expectation, service, friendly staff and etc. Good Job.

출장 목적으로 좋았어요.

조식이 좋았습니다. 호텔이 크고 체크인 체크아웃도 잘되며 공항하고 가까운 편입니다.

早朝便のため寝るためだけに利用。部屋は綺麗で、1人では持て余すくらい広かったです。 チェックアウト時、いきなり"did you drink a water in the mini bar?"と聞かれて、追加料金の確認事項というのは察せられたけど、"if you drank, the additional fee will be charged."くらい言えば良いのに。尋問みたいな聞かれ方して面食らった。説明があまり上手ではなかった。 また、デポジットのカード払いのキャンセルがその場で行われず"deposit will be canceled"と退店を促されたのが笑えた。部屋は良いです。iphone充電できるミニオーディオがあり、これは大変助かりました。

シャワートイレにしてほしい

空港に隣接している事だけが利点。設備の割に値段が高いと思う。部屋にゴミが落ちていた点も気になった。

フロントの方の対応が完璧でした。最上階にあるラウンジは豪華でした。
