Beautifully located resort. Staff were very accommodative and trying to help/please you.

Excellent experience on all counts; staff, amenities, restaurants; beach; cleanliness, swimming pool and shopping area. Complimentary pickup and drop off to the airport was a nice gesture. Enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check-out process went seamless.

It was a beautiful place but service was terrible and it ruined a bit of our trip. They sent us a message to offer complimentary service to take us back to the airport but since we booked the same day they sent us back and forth for an answer for 3 days and did not accommodate. I paid for a king bed and we got to our room with two twin beds but we could not go back to this bad service. They spoke to us like they didn’t want to help us. My husband got frustrated and so did I and it just made our stay stressful. The shops were cool but beware they want your money and offer different price so don’t get ripped off. The buffet was amazing and so were the excursions but all staff looks and speaks to you like they are bothered to help. We were told so many things and our brother in law did not pay for late check out but they made us. They told us they would fix all of our issues but took 3 days to give us a solution but did not want to accommodate us.

Let’s start with the facilities, it reasonably large hotel with many pools and the private beach was fabulous. The system to clean the room is working well and always when we get back from sea, the room was turned down and new towels were added. The hotel is also safe. Quality and variety of food was very poor and almost always serving same food with little variation. The food gave us diarrhoea and when we went to onsite pharmacy we saw other guests with the same problem. There are plenty of Bars but none had any quality drink just same 4 drinks everywhere. The quality of drinks were poor. Small kitchen in bars server an awful pizza or burger which is never ready. Bar kitchen staff were somewhat rude and lazy and talking with each other instead of making the snacks. At most this hotel is 3star in modern countries in Europe or US.

Awesome value for price

Great hotel. Food is ok at the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were great. Service was awesome. The Relax adult only pool was fantastic. Great service overall. Clean rooms. Great value for price. I'm an Egyptian living abroad in Canada and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent!!! I loved the hotel so much! Comfortable, Large and Clean Room. Hotel facilities are really good, luxurious stay and well trained, friendly staffs. Hotel manager Mr Mehmet was really helpful. Thanks to the chef, food is really delicious. Beach is great. Definitely, I will go again.

Dont book seaview room as this hotel has a building site obscuring the sea ...everything else a super

As always Reef Oasis Blue Bay does not disappoint. From check in to check out the experience is nothing short of great. Having been to the hotel 4 times over the past 2 years, it is great to see the same staff, still smiling and still delivering great service. A simple good morning, welcome back from Hassan on the beach makes you feel instantly at home and to see the General Manager actively walking the resort and talking to guests makes you realise that the focus on quality and service comes from the top. Looking forward to coming back and diving with the Dive Team at Reef Oasis Dive Club and then relaxing at the resort. Great resort, great service, fantastic people

For the price range, prob as good as it gets in this area. Dive shop in site in excellent. Choice of food is good and the al a carte options excellent. Some staff can be a little pushy , looking for tips, most are good. Pools are clean and mostly quiet.

Exceptional hotel resort

We had previously stayed here eight years ago and enjoyed the hotel and facilities and were hoping when we booked again it would be still be ok. Well we are very pleased to report that’s it’s even better. We have just returned after spending eighteen days in this wonderful resort. The weather was fabulous, which always helps, but it is the exceptional staff who make the experience so rewarding. Everyone is super helpful and very professional and they go about their work with cheerfulness. Special thanks to the staff at the Relax Pool Bar and the Pool guys. Plus, to Amy and Emma at Guest Relations. The quality of the food was outstanding and the artistry of the puddings/desserts was magnificent. We would love to return for another holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends of ages.

Amazing family holiday

We had a wonderful week of extended family holidays at Reef Oasis Blue Bay resort. Everything was excellent, starting from the friendly and super-helpful staff at the front desk, beautiful resort, several pools with gorgeous views, especially the infinity pool, amazing private beach with the beautiful reef and perfect for snorkelling, spacious and comfortable family rooms, great amenities, super-clean, and the last but not least, the generous service of the resort team in each and every aspect. Our son suffers from gluten intolerance and he was perfectly served with his own meal cooked especially for him every time and day. As we were there in a large group with the extended family, there were plenty of various activities within the resort suitable for all the ages. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

Beautiful Property, I highly recommend it, my only issue was about front desk not focused enough to find my Expedia booking, that Hotel is full, they need the room, this has put stress on me, I am there to relax, not to be stressed out by employees that don’t focus and do their job correctly. Overall I love the Hotel and staff I will be back.

Bad choice

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the food is not good and the same type of food every day for the three meals

I stayed for a week all inclusive in May 2023. Hotel is lovely & rooms are spacious and clean. Mine was cleaned daily. There is a walk to the main reception, where the restaurants are & pools & beach, but they have a bus service for those who cant walk far. There is an infinity pool near the reception which is short walk to the beach which is less for swimming more snorkeling & diving. There are a few a la carte restaurants & i was given 2 vouchers to try them free. I heard they were good but i didnt end up trying them. The main restaurant where you have you buffet meals was very nice. There was another one closer to the beach too. Food is pretty much the same everyday but if you try different things daily there's enough choice. Also plenty of drinks around the various hotel bars. The local alcohol was pretty good & i had plenty of their cocktails. Loads of water bottles in your room too. I'd have liked few different fruits but otherwise can't complain too much. I'd recommend the hotel for its facilities, closeness to a private beach & having very friendly & helpful staff especially at the various bars. Gym was adequate. Spa was very nice & evening entertainment was good. They also had a market area with various shops if you forget to brung sonething ir want to buy a souvenir. Pharmacy also which is handy. Id recommend anti bite spray especially in the evenings.

Perfect week away in a -effect resort.

Room, staff, food and service all 1st rate. The chefs in each of the restaurants turned out top quality food. The Indian and Thai chefs produced food that could only have been beaten in their home countries…..and if you like Kofta, then you are in for a treat. Mohammed who serviced our room went above and beyond, even leaving books as he noticed my wife was close to finishing hers Hussan the life guard, every day greeted us with a smile, every day made sure towels were fresh and every day took the time to talk. The dive team are fantastic, from the support team to the instructors, they all made our holiday fantastic. Looking forward to coming back already.

Ahmed Ismail Duty Manager helped us a lot from the very beginning and was very helpful during the whole duration of the stay. Nice and very FRIENDLY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Service was outstanding and property was wonderful. Spa services were great. Great selection of tours. Only negative was only one pool in the complex was heated and the room keys didn't work great, kept having to get them recoded.

We booked this hotel due to good reviews, we ended up regretting it. It didn't feel like a 5 star hotel at all. Customer service is non-existent. Food is repetitive. Avoid if you want a stress free holiday. Check trip advisor for my full review.

The pool is excellent but the staff are not friendly or helpful . The hotel is too far from the entrance you have to walk 15 minutes to reception . You have to call buggy to go to reception . The security can’t talk English so we can’t understand him . The food is very basic .

Great place to stay at in Sharm!

Very nice hotel! Customer service is great but please keep in mind that they don't all speak English. Food is good although bit repetitive. Rooms are large and comfortable. Facilities are great. Try the spa!

Great 5 Star Resort on the Red Sea

Itvis simply a wonderful resort with the nicest and helpful staff. A huge resort, with multiple pools for families and only adults. Great beach with an incredible coral reef to snorkel and enjoybthe wonders of the red sea.... the resort is kept clean all day, and the food is fine with something for everyone... go and enjoy!!!

The location

I paid for an Executive room with two king beds when i checked, they checked me into a room with one bed and offered a downgraded room with twin beds which i refused, i paid more money for that room with two king beds and now i have to sleep in same bed with my business partner!!!

Russian sanctuary

It was ok. The food got kinda old. Felt like I was in a Russian you know what kinda place.

Great staff and service. Far location from other places, but good service inside of hotek

It was ok. Due to COVID restrictions, I would honestly wait until they are lifted to do an all-inclusive. I've been to a few since covid and the experience just isn't the same, most of the restaurants are not open, lines for certain food at the buffet are too long, you have to drink from little kiddy plastic cups, staff is bare minimum so they can make money (of course). Certain areas are closed, or only open for limited hours. This hotel will nickel and dime you if you, so you can enjoy a nice pool, beach and gym for what you pay. If you are lucky you can reserve the italian restaurant at night for a different dining experience. If you aren't able to do that, then it's just the buffet and some pizza, fries and hamburgers they serve by the beach. There was no items inside of the fridge, there are no other snacks...the kids wanted some chips or candy. We had to pay a taxi to take us to a store. They have a little shopping area in the middle but don't sell one mint etc. The taxis are extremely expensive and there are no ride apps at all. When, if , you try to buy something from the shopping area, the first thing they ask is where you are from so they can rack up the price for as much as possible depending on your country of origin....I can't speak for other countries, but being from the USA it's a total turn off. They probably don't get many westerners there anyway. The animation team is too sweet and they worked so hard to include everyone in activities. I give them a 10.

The staff was wonderful, especially watching them deal with many guests that were not always polite to them or the other guests. COVID had much of the resort shut down, or scaled back, and that limited the available options.

Simply amazing!

The hotel is very amazing! Food and especially service is really extra for Egypt! The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh. Selecting the hotel you will enjoy your vacation for sure!

First class Diving and Resort

The shore reefs are amazing here. My husband and I completed our Advanced Open Water Scuba with Reef Oasis Diving located in the resort. Not only was dive club and staff top notch, but diving itself just amazing. With regard to the resort, great food options and outstanding staff. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Very large property with 4-5 swimming pool and 5 restaurants and bars. Our family room was spacious. Walk to restaurants can be daunting depending on which building you get allocated but there is regular shuttle. Area around reception gets crowded in the evening once beach is closed. Quality of food especially in buffet restaurants can be improved a lot. Soft Drinks are of poor quality and there is substantial scope of improvement. The staff in restaurants and reception are young and enthusiastic. Arafa in Sea Breeze restaurant was amazing. Will recommend

Fantastic stay

Nothing too much trouble, staff very friendly, good selection of food (more than enough to keep me happy). Good to see maintenance work going on even though things were a little quiet.

Struttura molto ordinata e pulita. Personale gentile, cibo ottimo. Bellissima barriera corallina per lo snorkeling. Non c'è bisogno di fare escursioni altrove per vedere la barriera, quella del resort è di gran lunga migliore. Per chi vuole è presente anche l'animazione del villaggio. Soggiorno perfetto.

Resort molto bello e pulito

Resort molto bello e pulito. Cibo con materie prime di buona qualità ma ripetitivo. Personale gentile e abbastanza preparato. Praticamente tutti parlano inglese e qualcuno anche italiano. Unico appunto da fare: il primo giorno arrivato con 5 minuti di ritardo per fare colazione nella sala principale, aperta fino alle 10, nessuno mi ha saputo indicare dov'era l'altra sala aperta fino alle 10,30. Dopo aver seguito le indicazioni sbagliate di vari addetti, anche della reception, alle ore 11 finalmente un manager, forse il direttore, mi spiegava che nel pub veniva servita una colazione ridotta, comunque buona, fino alle 13.

ottima struttura , gia’ provata in passato . Personale super gentile a partire da Mr Hany e Mr Hibraim alla reception , sempre disponibili e pronti a risolvere problematiche . Belle e spaziose le camere , buono il cibo e simpatica l’animazione . Ci torno sempre con grande piacere .

Fantastisch hotel met supergoed en vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten

Ogni maniglia che toccavo nella stanza mi rimaneva in mano. Una sera sono rimasto chiuso in bagno poiché entrambe le maniglie delle porte si sono staccate. Per il resto direi tempi di attesa egiziani. Nel complesso la struttura è ok, ma un po' datata. L'affaccio sul reef e l'accesso in acqua è il migliore che ho visto nella zona. Il reef è davvero bellissimo con una fauna ittica variegata e colori spettacolari.

È la prima volta che io e la mia compagna abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura. Il personale è molto qualificato, si fa un po’ fatica con la lingua italiana presso la reception ma con un po’ d’inglese in aiuto ce la siamo cavata benissimo. Il personale che ci lavora è ovunque, sempre a disposizione dei clienti, simpatici e attenti ad ogni dettaglio, questi aspetti mi hanno portare a volontarie mance a parer mio meritate. Il resort è fantastico sia nell’aspetto che per la pulizia e la cura degli ambienti e giardini. Ristoranti ottimi e con vasta scelta, per gli italiani è sempre difficile adattarsi fuori casa ma qui non abbiamo sofferto la lontananza. Le piscine ed il mare sono meravigliosi. La zona è poco distante dall’aeroporto e da Soho Square, per chi volesse concedersi qualche giretto fuori porta e qualche acquisto. Più distante ma sempre nell’arco dei 20 minuti il rinomato Farsha. Consigliatissimo!

È la seconda volta che torniamo, si mangia bene non è vario ma ci sono tante alternative. Per quanto riguarda ristoranti internazionalel per le bevande io metterei selservice come in spiaggia.quando c’è il pienone per avere un cappuccio al mattino e l’acqua e bibete ai pasti ci vuole tanto perché i camerieri devono sparecchiare, apparracchiere,servire. Il ristorante internazionale sarebbe da dargli una sistemata svecchiata e cambiare le sedie. Per la spiaggia pulita lettini comodi. Camere datate ma letto king molto comodo pulite.

Un bel hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés autant pour le service, la nourriture, la gebtilesse que pour la localisation niveau récif nous pouvons déjà voir de jolies choses dans la mer. Peu de personnel français sauf Ahmed de l'accueil ce qui est fortement appréciable

Siamo stati bene, il cibo molto buono anche se ripetitivo ,ma veramente buono complimenti allo chef.Per i miei gusti l’albergo è un po’ dispersivo noi non abbiamo capito fino alla fine dove vengono svolte le attività di intrattenimento.😀Pulizia ottima dappertutto,spiaggia ,anche se di facile accesso visto i 4 ascensori perfettamente funzionanti,non sempre usufruibile per la mancanza di lettini.Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il check-in,abbastanza lungo e senza un drink di benvenuto pero c’è da dire che erano indaffarati con una marea di ospiti in partenza o in arrivo.In conclusione un ottimo albergo molto grande con una bellissima bariera corallina e una piscina a sfioro stupenda.🙂
