Parking at front hotel

Safe and quiet

Very clean, modern place. Within walking distance to great food options and historic downtown. Parking was about 2 blocks away - but hotel staff accompanied and showed us where to park safely. Breakfast was a lovely spread!

Decent hotel to close to city plaza, its a good value for the your money

This hotel is very well situated to walk in Latacunga. We were there only one night before a 3 day hike and would recommend. Everything was clean and modern. We had a small plate of nuts and fruits in the room when we got there, which was nice. There are 2 things that could be improved: 1. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of options but only fruits for vegan. It would be nice to have nuts or bread without eggs as an additional option. 2. It was very warm in the room and we had to close the window since it smelled like food outside. They offer an option to bring you a portable fan/AC which is nice but it was very loud and noisy during the night. The next day the mentionned they have quieter units. The staff was great and overall would recommend.

Nice little place right in the middle of town! Rooms are on the small side but was fine for our one night stay on our way to Banos. Water pressure was amazing, but room was very warm- no ac and opening the windows left you very exposed- they’re tall with no screens. The hotel did provide a fan upon request, but wasn’t much help. Also, no hairdryer provided. Small restaurant on prem- was ok, nothing to write home about, but was convenient. There’s also a small cafe on prem where we purchased sandwiches for our car ride. They were Yum!! Overall, I’d recommend!

Soy cliente frecuente de la cadena Oro Verde pero en este caso no tiene nada que ver con el standard de un hotel Oro Verde. Habitaciones sin ventilación, sin espacio, hay mucho ruido en el hotel se escucha todo. No tiene nada que ver con un oro verde

Alto ruido

La ubicación del hotel es buena y la atención también. Tiene un problema estructural y de diseño del edificio que pejudica la estadía durante la noche: el ruido que provoca hacia las habitaciones desde la panta baja hace muy dificil descansar temprano

Excelente servicio, el mejor locro de papá que me he comido y toda la comida genial además de unas habitaciones muy bonitas y arregladas.

Ne prenez pas les suites

L’hôtel est très situé, la rue est très bruyante si vous avez une chambre qui donne dessus. Il y a pleins de boutiques qui ont la musique à fond. Le lit est trop mou pour nous, ça va pour une nuit! Le petit déjeuner est basic mais fait à la minute. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais!

Excelente opción para hospedaje en Latacunga ya sea por viaje de negocios o de placer, personal muy amable, habitaciones cómodas, buena comida

Fuí con mi esposo e hijos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, el personal excelente todos siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, el restaurante muy bueno.
