Hotel was rated as an 8. While the hotel did appear to be updated as far as the sink. The room was very dirty. The walls had what looked like food or tar from smoke on them even though we were in a no -smoking room . The shower walls, ceiling and bathroom area also weren’t the cleanest. There was a crack in the ceiling above one bed. The beds were not comfortable at all and each bed only had 3 small pillows. Definitely would not stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel with quick access to highways. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a basic hotel that's clean and affordable, you found it here.

Clean rooms, repeat customer

I’ve been staying here for three years now whenever I’m visiting the Columbus area. The building is older but the property is well maintained and the rooms were recently updated. They are some of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen at any hotel in the Midwest.

Only stayed one night room was good size. Bath tub had hole in it covered up by something that at first I thought was a tub mat. Ok for a short one night stay

I have stayed at this hotel several times on visits to the Columbus area. I consider it good value for the money. It has what I am looking for in a hotel room. Plus it is located just off I-71 and close to I-270. It seems to be in a safe part of town. It has become my preferred hotel in the area.

The propery is ok and so is the location. Arround the properpty on the green areas dog poop was found all over. Pet stations not clean and no poop bags on them.

The room was exceptionally nice and immaculate. The staff I interacted with were all super friendly. Next time I visit Columbus, this location will be #1 on my list of accommodations.

The room was very clean. Everything seemed to work fine. There could have been a little more coolness in the fridge. Tissues would have been helpful. Otherwise it met our needs and we were pleased with the overall experience.

There are limited amenities in the area around the property. It's also not safe to walk around the neighborhood due to the severe lack of sidewalks. However, the property itself is clean, in good condition, and the service was excellent. For the price, the overall experience is good.

I am pleased with everything

Good stay for the value. Part motel and part hotel(doors opening to inside). Our outside facing room was comfortable and clean. Tub showed some wear. Comfortable king bed. A little skunky smelling when we stepped outside. Across the parking lot is a great Mexican restaurant.

The room was ok. It was clean and not smelly. The bed after the 4th day gave me backache. Had a microwave, small fridge, hair dryer, iron board, but not coffee maker. Its safe to wall and there are restaurant within walking distance

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, but the bathroom was not the best. The walls looked a little grimey and the shower had rust stains and felt gross. Bed sheets were clean though, so I'll take that.

The ice machine didn’t work and vending area didn’t have much of a selection. Thought the lighting was a little to dark.

Room was clean. The bed could use a more comfortable mattress topper and none of the chairs were very comfortable. Could use an update on those items. Otherwise the premium upgrade of comfy pillow and snacks were a nice touch. The guy at the front desk was very nice and check in was easy! Definitely could use an ice/vending area on the far side of the building. Having to come clear back around the building was not very convenient.

Got what I paid for.

I chose the room to save costs so I got what I paid for. I have no complaints except for the loud pipes going down the street in the morning.

Some of the rooms (1st level) open out to the parking lot but those on the 2nd level are like regular hotel rooms opening to the hallway. Didnt like the outside lighting still shows in the windows even with drapes closed. Not very quiet since it is right next to the expressway. Only needed a 1 night stay so it is cheap and easy for that purpose. I didnt hate it. Bathrooms appear to have been updated with newer mechanics.

Clean, safe and inexpensive for a one night stay. A restaurant pub and a Mexican restaurant right across.

A quick, easy stay.

I enjoyed my stay until it was time to check out! I had the window open because of the steam from shower & they tried to say I was smoking because I had window open but never said you can't open the window

The bedding was very comfortable, our room was clean...and we enjoyed having walkable options, around the property.

The bedroom area was perfect. The bathroom was very clean, but not what you expect from a modern motel. Shower is not separated from rest of bathroom, goes into large drain on floor. Maybe bring flip flops for shower, otherwise it’s a good, reliable motel

This is a good place for a single man but not good for a family. Most of the customers are traveling workers who get drunk at night and are noisy. The staff was exceptional though.

The staff tried and were very nice but 3rd floor and no elevator stunk. The water pressure was not good. But cheap and not to musty smelling for a quick stop. I wouldn’t do more than a night.

Easy right off the highway, just stayed for a quick night on a trip , easy and cheap.

We got in late check in was quick room was downstairs which was nice because elevator was not working. Outside a little noise but not bad. I great place if you just need to crash felt safe and room was fine

Rooms are large and very clean. The elevator was under repair and our room was on the third floor. Other than walking up 3 flights, everything was fine

The property is very run down. Not sure if they were doing renovations but the elevator was not working so you had to walk up three flights of stairs. Open the door to the hallway and an odor of pee and weed hits you. Get into the room and it's dated, stains in the walls and mildew in sink and shower. I will not stay here again.
