Good deal!

Always my hotel of choice everytime I am in Quezon City. I have stayed here many many times and I alwas feel at home. Just read all my past reviews about this hotel.

The property is great. A convenience store right next door Restaurants are a few blocks away Drug store almost across the street

Excellent place for a basic needs

A good place to stay and the price is right if just looking for a place to stay, and a walking distance to the mall, and the staff were very courteous.

Safe place, staff were great. I’d say only downside was tv was awkward kind of pointless. Electric socket on right side of bed also didn’t work right. Would lose power after a few seconds. Meant to mention but forgot. Its a good cheap place to stay. Grab locker there is awesome.

Average no toothpaste.

The parking for the car is nice and safe. and inside out of the elements

Staffs ate nice. Rooms are clean.

I liked that it was really close to shopping malls. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Recommended and affordable , clean

Once again it hit a mess but it looks like most of the hotels in Manila are stepping up their standards when it comes to pest control and this is one of the famous chain hotels in Asia. Absolutely no problem with pest and very convenient location, very good customer service overall not a problem. I would recommend booking here without any worry about anything.

Red Planet, luxury hotel at a really budget price!

Everytime I go to the Philippines, I always check in to Red Planet cause the place is awesome! Staffs are so friendly and you feel the luxury of a 5 star hotel at a really budget price!

everything is excellent

This hotel is very close to all, shopping malls and public transportation. There’s no much amenities but if you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay then its for you. I will definitely come back.

Perfect Stay in Manila

Great location. Really near to a nice mall and conveniences stores. The hotel is clean, comfy and safe. Would stay again.

NO ACCESS TO YOUTUBE CHANNEL

The ambiance is good, it's location is very near to Gateway Mall, about 10 to 15 minutes walk, near Kia Theatre which is the main reason why I booked here. What made me a bit disappointed was the AC takes time to cool and later felt warm. Then the TV has cable channels but no access to YT channel, I wanted to chill while watching online. Overall my stay was good.

front staff were great....yet noisy to sleep in the morning. Seems like everyone was dragging a chair. Small room yet manageable...close to some good d inner places and shops....

The hotel staff are very accommodating, from security guard always open the door for us. And housekeeping they clean good our room. And smells our room after got clean , and clean towels . When I come back visit manila I don’t mind stay to stay again red planet hotel.

i always stay in this place everytime i visit Cubao. The place is getting older. Signs of aging is visible in bedsheets and towels. Limited amenities too. But still, this is the most convenient place to stay at a reasonable budget and yet very centrally located. Wifi is working very well. Secured place with a safe for your important belongings. Parking is so accessible. Staff is very hospitable.

as a budget hotel, itvhas very limited amenities. only 2 towels, i floormat towel, no soap but only dispensers. but its hood for the price

Very basic but clean&nice.. bside uncle john. Little distant from edsa. At nyt many homeless around. Even though will.come back.

The hotel is clean but there is no microwave and the room fridge is very small. We can’t put a box of cake Inside. Over all it was a nice stay in the hotel.

Close to everything , shopping, dining, entertainment

My third time to stay in this hotel. The reason is location, easy parking and price. For a short stay, this hotel is ideal. the rooms are small but enough for one or two persons to feel comfortable. Amenities are very minimal. I was provided with floor towel and two bath towels. Soaps and shampoos are in a dispenser attached to the wall. Bed sheets and towels show some signs of aging but they are clean. They have a safe for valuables. Wi-fi, airconditioning and water heater all works well. Parking is so accessible and free. It is located at the very heart of Cubao and walkable to all department stores in the area. Staff are welcoming and hospitable. I will definitely stay again in this hotel in my next travel.

Property is clean, staff was very helpful and friendly.. as i was waiting at the lobby for my room to be ready, i saw the receptionist how she assisnt the dissable customers she was very helpful and accomodating as well.. what a plesant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Red Planet Cubao! Very comfortable and clean. Did not smell smoke, only saw one tiny gnat in my room on the last of a 5 night stay. Staff very welcoming and helpful. I didn't love that there wasn't a direct phone line to the front desk. So, for any questions - you have to ask in person or download an app. I was especially grateful that staff helped me to navigate the Grab app to request rides - it is not as user friendly as Uber. The noise from outside was audible from my window but I was still able to sleep. I did not hear any guests above or next to me. It was nice to hear different languages of guests in elevators and lobby. Bring your own soaps, shampoos and lotions. No lotions provided. And soaps and shampoos were meh, not great. But RP is also across the street from a shop that sells all three. A/C worked fine in my room. Hallways are not cool - surprising, but fine. Would stay here again, no doubts!

The linen is so dirty with mark of shoes and some hairs under sheet of bed... and smelly so disgusting like old sweaty man...,its hot also d room the air-conditioned is not working well not good at all..but thanks for the nice guy in d front desk assisting me to transfer to another room..

Definitely value for money

The good: Modern tech in the room, comfortable bed and pillows, eco friendly from what i could see, relatively inexpensive, staff are very friendly and easy to contact (as in, easily accessible via various methods, although I didn't feel the need to contact them outside of checking in and out), relatively convenient location, WiFi is very good! The not-so-good: Mugs and kettle were available, but no spoon for stirring my coffee that i bought outside, because nothing consumable (aside from toilet paper, soap, shampoo) is provided in the room (which is fine, given how cheap the room was). The fabric and towels were visibly stained and the towels do look well-worn, but they didn't smell bad or anything. Summary: Expect to get what you pay for; i don't have anything to complain about with respect to my stay.

Good and comfortable

I stayed for 2N and the place was good for the price.Clean and comfortable. But I do recommend you to bring your own bathsoap/shampoo. The hotel do offer 2N1 soap but you might have a grueling match with the soap dispenser while bathing😊.

They are still practicing STRICT COVID RULES !!! YOU CANT ENTERTAIN YOUR FAMILY OR GUEST in the room, they will stay at the lobby with no aircon! Only 2 registered person in the room.

Nice and cool staff, security guards..

I give the hotel a 4 star rating just because there is no air conditioning in the lobby and the hallways but it's staff gets a double 5 star rating, very polite, pleasant, friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to my early check-in request only to be changed to late check-in the next day because of fight delays. Check out was also a breeze. The room was small but very clean, shower was nice with a hot shower and it was very clean too. Overall I give the hotel 4 1/2 stars and I will stay at this hotel again and again!

Very small room.

Definitely value for money. This hotel has great staff (namely Yssa and Ricci from front desk), the guards at the door are always attentive and they welcome guests with a smile. Rooms are clean, just enough of what you need. It's a good 7-8 mins walk to Araneta, Gateway, Farmers so you get lots of dining, shopping and entertainment options. We extended our stay and my brother and sister in law even went back to this hotel after their short trip in the province. I will definitely be back here the next time I visit the Philippines and will recommend it to friends!

Don't walk around this area at night.

It’s excellent! The room was very clean and the staffs were very nice and approachable. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

5th stay since 2018.

Excellent spot to stay if you are in Cubao. Convenient walk to shop, dine or catch bus or lrt.

Near stores , easy route Bed kinda hard first day no towel to use but1 small one..

Short good stay.

Just an overnight stay but it was very good. Check in was quick. They even let me check in early which was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door had great food. Would definitely stay here again.

Internet connection was good.

A dissatisfied, stressed, and mistreated client

I was very dissapointed due to infested unit with insects all around. I cant transfer to another hotel since it was a 10-day quarantine requirement by the Bureau of Quarantine of the Philippines. The situation caused me to experience 10 sleepless nights and days. The stress of boiling water to kill the insects every hour was a nightmate. The situation also caused me to feel nauseated everyday, which affected my food intake. I furnished the concerned parties photos of the insects on the last day of stay. It was too stressful to do it every day. Few hours before my check-out, i informed and requested the Headquarters' Head about the extremely unsatisfactory and unsanitary place, and to discount the price of my 10-day stay. She denied the request. For her to say, the management was trying to control the infestation was an extremely unsatisfactory, inhumane, and unfair reason to deny my request. The staff of the hotel have nothing to do with the situation. They were all courteous and helpful. I am here to visit the sick, the orphanages, and family.

Quarantine stay

No hot water during my quarantine stay. No alcohol allowed in the rooms. Limited dining choices and had to use Food Panda. Service was responsive. They were able to help me get my health pass from Philipoines DOH.

No complain Staff are very nice and courteuos

I used it for a 10 day quarantine. Strict protocol are enforced and i am.ok with that to stop the spread of virus. Everyone is kind and courteous. Will definitely recommend to others.

Accessible to all, very clean and staff are approachable. The only thing they need to have are iron, closets especially when staying longer. Good for one night stay

Nice surprise

The higher the floor, the quieter. Given that this is located at the busiest part of the city, you need to strategize to get a good sleep. Of course, surprisingly the deal is low compared to other hotels, and you are rewarded with a nice place to stay.

i have been to a couple of red planet hotels, by far this location is my favorite. the rooms are clean, and the staff are accommodating. i highly recommend staying here, when in quezon city!
