Aircon is automatic off when we woke up in morning,rude service

Basic hotel. Clean room. Towels were stained and damaged and so I had to ask for them to be replaced which the housekeeper did straight away. Rooms facing the main road are very noisy I kept being awakened by traffic . There is no soundproofing. Walls had scuff marks and the door kept snapping open and ac unit was very loud. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this was not like other Red Planet Hotels I have stayed at which have all been in better condition.

Economical

Units, use a magnetic card that you have to insert into a card slot in room to turn on electricity and the aircon. Even with the magnetic card left in place, the aircon will keep turning off after just 2 minutes. Aircon never has a chance to cool the room. Red planet, modified the switches and buttons on aircon unit, so you aren't able to physically turn on and off the aircon yourself. This is the worst Red Planet I have ever been to. The wifi signal strength is also trash. Just got 2 out of 5 bars and my room was close to elevator where the wifi router was set up at.

helpful staff

The hotel is nice. Not that updated but it’s a safe and quiet place to stay. Staff are friendly. You can request for transportation. It’s good that they have restaurant at the ground floor.

You get what you paid for here. It was a small room, no place for luggage. You will need toiletries unless you're fine with purchasing a dental hygiene kit and using an all in one soap. The bathroom has the bare minimum necessaries, soap and towel. Water dispenser can be found in the lobby. It was clean and staff is very nice. It was just what we needed, a place to shower, lay our head and wasn't too far from the airport.

AC in the room wasn’t that cold. It seemed to struggle. The staff and location to SM Clark and everything else were awesome.

My family and I loved Red Planet! Everyone from the check in desk staff to Marvin the security staff made us feel right at home! Check in was easy and fast! Getting our luggage to the room and answering our questions about gas stations etc we’re very efficient! My compliments!

Nothing fancy, just a clean room for a low price. The food at the restaurant downstairs is not very good but there are a few one's a few steps away. Make sure to visit the 7-11 before going to the room because it does not have a mini fridge.

Pretty good hotel

Simple & clean, good place to stay if you just want to explore the area. My only complain was that the AC was noisy & didn’t work well. Had to turned on the ceiling fan to cool the room.

poor service

Nothing, everything is worst...

Booked a room for 5 nights after coming out of quarantine on arrival in Manila. Nowhere was the property listed as ONLY a quarantine hotel. When I arrived I was not admitted nor was I given a refund. Total bull——. They said that I was sent an email about this. I receive many emails about hotels telling you to do this or that relating to what to see and do. I never read those emails. Why not tell you right away that it’s a lockdown hotel. That’s never mentioned during the booking. I am totally pissed at the place who told me it was upto Expedia and not them to give the refund. I might as well bang my head at the wall before I get any satisfaction.

Not Convenient

The room was clean but too small, its not convenient to stay for long bcoz no fridge and no kettle for hot water, u always have to ask front desk and their not response quickly u have to wait for hours, and if u call them most of the time no answer,the foods is ao expensive and tasteless😒😒

They had their quarantine approval withdrawn and did not notify me. I had to book another hotel on my arrival in country. This took 3 hours. They refuse to refund my money.

Great place to run from the Taal volcano near Manila.

Price and location has restaurant but they only take cash and it’s a bit of a walk to cash point . Rooms spotless clean have stay here once before when it was brand new and it’s just as good now . Location is good halfway between Korea town to the west walking street and malls to east airport less than 10 minutes away also amazing beds and showers as all red plant hotel here

Good location

Stayed at red planet many times, rooms are small , but veryv clean an comfortable nice bathroom and good wifi

The hotel is located near Clark Freeport and restaurants. Room is clean, comfortable bed & pillows. The only thing I didn’t like is that you can hear the noise of the vehicles outside.

Very small rooms and bad wifi

Very small, but clean rooms, if you have a large suitcase you won't have anywhere to put it, even on the floor. Some waiting time during check-in, heavy traffic on the road outside the hotel. Wifi was mostly useless and seemed to only allow one device. Ended up using mobile data instead.

Renovation ongoing

Hotel is away from the busy areas, noise level slightly ok. Room is noisy at some intervals with the renovation on going. Counter & housekeeping staff prompt & responsive. Overall satisfactory stay.

We arrived there and when we got to our room on the !0 th floor, it had just been repainted and stunk. I ask for another room and we waited by elevator when the power went out, we waited and later were led to another room, the air was pitifully weak and the ceiling fan hardly moved any air, i awoke with a throbbing headache, the food provider was a stinky urine soaked bar, i will not return, to this Red Planet

Check room before you unpack.

Hotel has become run-down, though they are trying to fix. I had to change rooms several times ... aircon/wifi not working ... in one case several bugs invaded out of the shower drain, likely shaken by all the construction on that particular floor. But service was good and they never gave pushback when I said I had to change rooms ... just annoying unpacking and packing all the time

Good place to stay at for the rate. AC can be cleaned a bit as jt was a bit dusty.

Checking in was a nightmare. The lobby is so hot because they don't use the air-conditioning in the lobby. They had 3 employees behind the desk, 3 computers, but only 1 person checking in people. The other 2 employees did nothing. We we're soaking wet from sweating by the time we got checked in. WIFI is non existent in the room as well.

Fair mid range hotel. Close to everything Rooms are very small and limited stoage or hanging space. Have to live out of your suitcases.no table or chairs in room just a bed.

First time

It was a comfortable stay. Rooms were 150 sq ft. But shower was hot and strong. 7-11 down the street but a little isolated. I might stay here again. I can sleep just about anywhere

Parking not safe; our car windows were smashed

We had a bad experience. Our car got broken into and our windows were smashed. The hotel asked us to park a few meters away and unfortunately, security was not available in the area. The front office staff did not even inform us until we are about to check out.

Required confirmation information even though she had all the information she needed including my passport. I have never been required to provide confirmation when they have me in their system. A unnecessary duplication of effort.

Overall it was nice I could say the place was safe to stay and the people was very friendly and accommodating especially the guys downstairs.

Budget Motel

I would describe this as a Shoebox with a shower, but if you only need to sleep it might be ok. One elevator is broken so takes a while of waiting to get the only elevator. Bathroom smelled like a school locker.

Parking wars

Parking is a problem.If you get to the hotel at 11pm ,wont find any. Hotel is perfect for my stay.Staff are very pleasant and courteous

This is our go-to hotel everytime my husband has a race at the Clark International Speedway. It’s location is convenient and checking-in and out are hassle-free.

Disappointed

Disappointed to get charged for an extra person in a 2-bed room. I thought it was uncalled for since there are 2 twin beds and 3 of us. The beds can accommodate up to 4 persons so why charge for the 3rd person. Extra air conditioning, water usage, or electricity? Really??

Clean, quiet and safe hotel

I stayed at this hotel because of what I mentioned on the title. Security is high. The security men would only let only hotel guest and visitors enter the hotel which is electronically locked. Problem is that the hotel is located far away from the action or the clubs scenes. You need to ride a trike bike, taxi or Jeepney. I did not take a taxi know it is expensive. The Trike cost 100 pesos. But the Jeepney which is cheaper cost 8 pesos. It is inadvisable to walk during the night from the hotel to the clubs. Ask the receptionist for a map to assist you on where to go.

a little bit sad about the iron and iron board.if you serve things like this it doesnt seem youre in a hotel.i know that it depends on the availability but i think it is better to buy new ones or not serve them at all.the rest is good.staffs are friendly location is perfect.

A Good Budget Choice

The room is clean modern and comfortable, and everything seems to work well. But the room is small and the is no refrigerator, and there are a limited amount of channels in English on the TV. Better spend more if you want these things. Free internet in the lobby is a real plus. Get a room on the back side or up high if you want quiet, as there is a lot of noise from Fields Avenue.

Overnite at Angeles City Red Planet

Check in was very fast. Room was clean. For its price expect no toiletries. Guards guide you to the street parking. Got d breakfast package with choice of continental, american or Filipino meals. Just right to start your day. There was a water problem but was quickly solved. Only one key was given though so you cant use the elevator but the guard will assist you. Aircon cool tv ok. No coffee also.

Clean but noisy AC unit

Hotel was not well-maintained. AC was extremely noisy so I only used it for 30 minutes just to cool the room upon arrival and then switch it off. Fortunately it was raining that time so room temperature was tolerable. The hotel's only redeeming "feature" were its guards and maintenance staff who were pretty much helpful especially in fixing the AC unit.

Nice Place for Us

We have stayed at RP AC about 45 days over the past 2 years. It is Spartan, but clean & safe, staff are great, location (for us) is perfect. Best of all is that the PRICE, is right! Joel in housekeeping, many thanks!

Nice Economical & Pleasant Stay

I have now stayed here a total of 45 days, on different occasions. We own a house nearby and use this as our base as we renovate our home. The location for us is perfect, parking wifi and restaurants are nearby. Staff is great, helpful and polite.

The place is cool. You need to ask assistance with your tv and aircon to put it on.
