The stay was great, the service was amazing and the room was just perfect.

Terrible experience

We arrived 3:30 pm and room was not ready. Since we booked we said it was 4 of us in the room (2 adults 2 kids) there where only towels for 2, we called to asked for more towels and they never arrived. We left out room for dinner and when we returned we found some new luggage which was not ours in our room. We called lobby and they took the luggage out of our room. Music was loud, there was a partir in the room next door and we could here everything. Very bad experience.

Great and amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful.The food was great! This is now my go-to place in Tegucigalpa. The only issue I had it's that the window in my room didn't have blinds to shield from the direct sunlight in the morning. Otherwise I really liked this place, and would highly recommend it.

Too noisy!

The place is intended for business travelers, but not once have I been able to hear my guests during business meetings. I go for breakfast, and I hear music so loudly early in the morning, as if I had landed in Cancun. Please, please, consider hiring a consultant to advise this hotel on creating suitable environments for conducting business meetings. If this hotel is geared towards partying, then I'll be looking for a better alternative next time.

In the restaurant, the service was okay, but lacking in detail and the profession touch. I think this can be addressed with improved service training. Sometimes I think they forgot my requests.

The hotel was great in general, I think they need to improve the service at the restaurant. The bar/restaurant had very slow service for drinks and food delivery. Breakfast at the Market was good but once again the problem was slow service. With a nearly empty dining room they took 20 minutes to deliver my food because they were al chatting in the kitchen area.

Great and beautiful hotel, newly remodeled rooms, super nice staff and great restaurants.

They absolutely charge, surcharge, add tip for absolutely everything. Whether you are a big tipper or not. They charge you for bringing your own drink to the pool area. The breakfast was mediocre and $35.

Ok hotel

The hotel is ok,the staff is not that friendly. My first breakfast I found a hair in the toasted!!! The housekeeping services it takes roughly hours to arrived to your room. More staff is needed. Overall, it didn’t come up to my expectations. I was disappointed

The hotel is very nice in a good place near the mall. the food is ok it was better before. They told me that my room was ready but there was water on the floor, I almost fall it was the air conditioning that was leaking water, I call and they repaired it in 45 minutes The happy hour is was nice thank you I pay for a club room on the 9 Th floor they give me a standard room.

I LOVE EVERYTHING about this hotel. Just REALLY wish it had a jacuzzi. Temperature in Tegucigalpa is too cool for me to enjoy the pool.

It was very concerning and dissapointing to ser the lack of security. I had a package [earrings] delivered prior to check in at the front desk and the person who dropped them off was given the room number that was going to be occupied. There is a non-chillant way of handling guest information inspite of the country's personal security issues. In addition to the serious safety concerns, the pre-blocking room requests were not honored or even acknowedged.

Perfect location and very nice and clean! Friendly staff, definitely enjoyed my whole stay. Very good restaurants too.

Great place for any season of the year.

It was great. People ready to serve and make sure you have everything. I also forgot to lock my safety box and cleaners came clean up and when I came back everything was in my safety box untouched. I love it.

The staff was amazing! I think the staff took my experience to the next level! From the girl at the front desk Doris to the ladies that cleaned my room they just went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Also this hotel was a good choice as far as security goes because there were always cops watching out for the safety of the people staying in this hotel. The location is perfect because it's right accross the mall you can just cross the street and there's a movie theater. overall this was a very nice stay

Perfect Location, Great Staff, Another Great Stay

Intercontinental is always a pleasure when travelling. Teguc is no different. Another great stay! I was here for surgery and when I was released from the hospital, the staff prepared a welcome back note and fruit for me, very sweet and personal gesture. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay.

We give this hotel 4 stars! Atmosphere was clean, elegant, warm & welcoming. The staff were friendly and the wait staff at the Market (a restaurant in the hotel) were 💯! Thank you to all of them! The rooms are nice, beds are soft and nice bathrooms,. Across the street from a mall were we felt completely safe and comfortable walking to and around. We will stay here again & will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

Still the best?

It used to be the best hotel in town, however, they haven’t invested in securing a parking spot for guests (it is ususally taken by the visitor in the events). Upon check in, eent to the room and the climatization was switchbto off. Took a long time to reach a comfortable temperature.

The only hotel you will need

Great hotel with great service and great restaurants within the hotel. Also right across the mall which made things very easy for myself when it came to being able to do other activities outside my hotel. Mall Has a theater and a food court with many stores to accommodate any of your needs.

Nice Hotel with Amazing Staff

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning! Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk and restaurant staff spoke both Spanish and English. The room service and restaurant services were prompt and the food was good, but not wonderful. The service at the bar was fantastic! The patio/pool area is very large and comfortable for lounging in the shade or sun. You can sit outside and order food from two of the restaurants. I recommend going to Hacienda Real for lunch or dinner. It's a short taxi ride away and the food and drinks are delicious. They also have a very nice courtyard with outdoor seating. This hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from a large mall, if that interests you. My only complaint about the hotel, on both Saturday and Sunday, there were kids's birthday parties at the pool. I arrived quite early on Saturday and was looking forward to relaxing on the patio but the party guests occupied nearly the entire area and the kids were very loud.

Grrat comfort, nice staff, kind of loud on the weekends so bring ear plugs. Good beds .. the sushi not good but good breakfast which was included.

Room Service Never Arrived

After midnight I decided to order some room service, since I couldn't sleep from the noise from the fireworks and the party, which is understandable on a New Year's Day. After about an hour I called back to check the status and they told me the order was on it's way. It never got there.

The hotel is well equipped and comparable to any other international hotel. It has a great location next to the mall so its easy for travelers to get a few things from the stores, go to a movie or do some shopping. The main restaurant by the entrance can use some improvement when it comes to the food. Also the staff kept making mistakes with my order. Like bringing the entres and forgetting the appetizer. Not asking if I wanted another drink. The server took the order and disappeared.
