We found the property to be in a great central location. Walking distance from the skybus stop, grocery store and train station. The property is roomy and has enough space for 6 people comfortably. The only downside is that it needs some TLC.
Location was a good point, however the cleanliness - or lack of it was very very dissapointing. Right off , the unit was not cleaned prior to us getting there - benches not wiped down, beds just pulled up ( with hair all through them when blankets pulled back) bathroom had not been touched, even the previous tennants keys for the room were still on the table.After trying to contact complex manager went back to where we got the keys from( Typical COVID thing - no one at front desk to greet you or see to your items, all managed remotely) and they managed to get hold of them and they sent a cleaner to " clean" the place. We were told they would be there at 16:30 that day but did not arrive till the next day to clean - so we did not appreciate having to sleep in a bed that someone else had slept in previously .When they did come to clean, they left fresh towels and sheets ( we had to make bed) and swept the main floors areas and left. No bin liners, no benches wiped down, bathroom not cleaned ( soap scum etc still on glass door). Hygenically this was very poor. The windows have not had the runners cleaned for quite some time as the amount of mould/grime/dirt in them was quite astounding, and BLACK. Photos can be supplied upon request of all areas !!! Very disappointing when you pay hard earned money and expect at least a resonable service but don't even get that. A somewhat sour note to our holiday in Melbourne.

This property was in a great location. Property was clean and spacious and really good value for money but some fixtures in the apartment could do with being updated i.e the shower head falls down.

Prime location, spacious apartment, mostly clean (the balcony hadn’t been cleaned & there were a ton of cigarette butts, empty packets & empty cans that seemed to have been there for sometime). The tv did not work (quite annoying of an evening when you have children), however overall we were happy with our stay.
