Travelling with family is not easy, but hotels like Ratonda make it great! Very helpful staff, nice rooms, fabulous breakfast made our stay amazing! We want to come back!

Not what I expected but still good

It was good, a bit more off the beaten path than I expected but the breakfast was delicious, Internet was fast and staff very helpful. Just note that the Sauna isn’t free and is built into a room on the first floor, is small and only allows a few guests at a time. Other than that it was great

Very comfortable, modern hotel; large room. Just off Gedimino Prospektas, a major street lined with shops, cafes and restaurants, and a 20-minute walk to Vilnius Cathedral and the old town. Good breakfast.

Our bathroom needed a refurb. Being a pensioner I found the shower over the bath, not good. No handrails.

This hotel is a small and quiet one at the end of the main street in Vilnius. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. I have no reservations about recommending it.

We booked a room and got a suite. Lots of space. well located on a side street so traffic noise low. Goo breakfast buffet

Staff on reception were very helpful giving us directions to city centre and telling us which bus to catch to the airport.

Great place to stay

Clean and comfortable room. 10-15 mins from airport by taxi. Breakfast was a really good selection hot and cold. Strange to have to leave the breakfast room to get coffee but it was ok. Reception were helpful and spoke good English.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offers a good selection.

Vilnius Ratonda

Lovely hotel, good rooms, lovely bathrooms, big crack in our room wall but overall recently decorated and high standad. Bed firm & comfy, air con all good, reception staff v helpful, breakfast buffet not all hot though, cold meat, cheese and fruit selection good. Central location, easy for buses and for walking round sights.

Clean and comfortable

Nice clean hotel in a quiet area, 15 minute walk to the main street Vilnius G where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful with any queries. Breakfast staff quite surly, no communication or eye contact. Breakfast ok, better if you get there early otherwise hit food has been sat there for a couple of hours. Bar is in the restaurant downstairs but was always closed by the time we got back to the hotel around 10pm. Rooms very comfy and good supply of toiletries.

I liked it all. The hotel was very conveniently located for the meetings I had to go to. Given that it is near the main road, it was amazingly quiet and peaceful at nighttime. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent too.

This property is in a great location. Close to shops, sites and history. The staff were really helpful and full of knowledge. My mother and I had an early flight and would miss breakfast so they packed breakfast boxes for us. Just a great touch

Really cosy and pleasant hotel, staff was very friendly and the breakfast pancakes are the best in the town!

At checkin the front desk person was trying to claim they have no rooms matching my reservation and payment made. After long arguing and telling them that they will be reported to Expedia for overbooking, a room had been surprisingly "found". Although, in the room, was constant background hum which made rest hardly possible.

Very nice, clean, older, hotel centrally located. The breakfast is outstanding and was included. I had a car and they let me park in front at no charge.

Nice hotel poor breakfast

This is a nice hotel in a good location, and the staff are nice too. It’s clean and has modern bedrooms which are nice and clean. My only complaint is the breakfast was very poor! On this occasion, they also have a daft system of you having to leave the dining room to go out and get your tea and coffee. This needs to be looked at by the management it’s very silly and not convenient.

Vilnius hotel

Very nice hotel recently refurbished to a high standard and fairly close to Old town centre. Good facilities although the bar closed a bit early. Good location as a base with very comfortable rooms. Would recommend.

In the heart of city

The Hotel is located just around the corner from the main boulevard of Vilnius, yet it is very quite and you don't hear a sound. It is about 15 minutes away from the airport. Shopping and restaurants are all in the vicinity.

Immaculate hotel with good facilities

Our room is as immaculate and well furnished to a good standard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful- lending us a brolly when it chucked it down. Lovely spread at breakfast including plenty of options for vegetarians.

Utmärkt! När du går in i receptionen, så luktar gott och du känner dig välkommen till detta hotell. Mycket rent och i otroligt fint skick. Frukosten är till för alla smaker och har flera variationer i utbudet. Mycket trevligt personal och hjälpsamma. Har bara positivt att skriva om detta hotel. Vilnius är en jättefin stad och mycket rent. Staden har otroligt många vackra kyrkor. Det är billigt att äta och lokal trafiken kostar 0,9€ från flygplatsen till hotellet och har nummer 3G Excellent! When you enter the reception, it smells good and you feel welcome to this hotel. Very clean and in incredibly good condition. The breakfast is for all tastes and has several varivariation to offer. Very nice staff and helpful. I only have positive things to write about this hotel. Vilnius is a great city and it is very clean. The city has an incredible number of beautiful churches. It is cheap to eat and you can take the local transport from the airport(Bus no: 3G) to the hotel the ticket price is 0.9€

Bra hotell! Stille og rolig. Her våkner man ikke av festbråk. Hyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjon. Hotellet er preget av godt håndverk uten lettvinte løsninger. Fint bad. Frokost ok. Savnet en åpen bar etter dagens dont.

Quiet hotel, located a little outside the city center, as we prefer it. No problem to walk everywhere, and also close to the buses, restaurants, cafés and a grocery store. Very clean. Nicely refurbished. Relatively spacious room (we slept three persons in a standard double room). Ok+ breakfast. Well worth the money!

Buon soggiorno a Vilnius

Confortevole soggiorno di tre notti a Vilnius. Camera tranquilla e confortevole in zona semicentrale - circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Camera standard sufficientemente ampia. Bagno confortevole con bidet. Molta attenzione alla pulizia e ai servizi in generale. Io l'ho raggiunta agevolmente con i mezzi dalla stazione dei bus, proveniente da Riga.

Very nice hotel in Vilnius

Hotel in convenient but still extremely quiet location near a main street in Vilnius. Helpful staff. Didn't try the restaurant. Good wifi and breakfast. Rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish. Sauna was a nice extra. Recommended.

Günstige Lage im Zentrum, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet.

Ruhige Lage, zentral gelegen, schnell zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Altstadt, sehr sauber, grosszügig Badezimmer, guter Komfort, sehr vielseitiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Very nice hotel which I highly recommend! First of all! They deliver breakfast of your choice at the room! AT NO CHARGE! Incredible service I've never experienced at hotels comparable to this. Large selection in the buffet as well. He check-in was quick and easy. The room was as expected for a 4* hotel and clean. The bed was a bit hard, but that's probably Personal taste... Located close to the centre of Vilnius and in walking distance to most likely everything, if not well connected with busses. Not far from airport. 15 min by bus (1 euro) or 7-8 by Uber (5-6 euro). Highly recommended hotel👌!

少し旧市街からは遠いです。隣の人の声などが聞こえてしまうくらいには薄い壁でした。 しかし、綺麗でバスタブもついていて暖かくて居心地良かったです。

ood value for a business trip

Clean and nice hotel with a friendly service. The breakfast is very good. The bed was too hard for my taste, but otherwise it was good overall.I have been previously at the same hotel and I am likely to select it again in one of my future visits to Vilnius.

We had a three-night stay at Ratonda and loved every bit of it. Our room was classy, cozy, clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel has a small gym and a sauna which is a positive add-on. The restaurant, Liberta, had a versatile breakfast buffet with a wide variety of meat products, fruits and vegetables which was nice. The restaurant also serves during lunch and dinner times but unfortunately the quality of food & service does not comply with the prices: I had a beef steak (24€) one night which was supposed to be cooked medium. Instead I got a well-done steak that had tendons all over it + the side dish was a set of deep freezed potatoe wedges. Not worth the 24€ at all. Oh, and we had to wait for the food for over an hour although we were the only customers there. Fortunately the city of Vilnius has a wide range of quality restaurants with very low prices so you have options. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is basically right in the heart of Vilnius within walking distance of the city centre and some major attractions (eg. Cathedral Basilica & Gediminas Tower). There's also a bus stop a few hundred meters away in case you want to go explore the outskirts of the city. Public transportation works like a charm in Vilnius and it is very cheap to move around (1€ per trip but you can buy a travelling card, eg. a 3-day card cost 9,5€). I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again in case I decide to revisit Vilnius.

숙소가 깔끔하고, 관광지가 있는 구도심까지 큰 길로 도보15분 정도 거리라 무난했습니다. 버스터미널도 버스로 15분 정도. 그리고 아침 조식 맛있어요!! 가격 대비 만족합니다^^

Best sleep ever. Woke up feeling like having been sleeping on a rainbow.

部屋もバスルームも広くと使いやすさ満点。スリッパがあるのは感心しました。バスタブは隅まで掃除が行き届いていました。朝食の種類も豊富です。一つマイナスを上げるなら、入口が階段5段ほど、スーツケースを持ち上げる必要があります。

This is not a 4 star hotel. Cleaning service failed; room not done during 2 days! Poor compensation. Poor service. Limited breakfast. Uncomfortable hard beds. Outside city centre.

Simple but comfortable. Have stayed at hotel several times but lately getting feeling that they have turned more into the basic budget hotel. Also their fabulous breakfast has turned more simple over the times. Location is very good.
