Located in a quiet area (not on a main like big hotels but close to tons of restaurants & food stalls, very clean, the shower is good. Generous with bar soap, no conditioner which is fine with me. No elevator.* Staffs are very friendly and very accommodating, breakfast is decent. Overall experience is good and will stay again.

Great place to stay

Always been a such a nice family run hotel type I love it an always stay there when I visit Ubon Ratchathani only thing needed is a lift otherwise all pretty cool an super clean

This i quality built hotel that has been very well maintained. It is spotless and the staff are very courteous. I would recommend the hotel. It does not have some ammenties like a pool otherwise i would rate it a solid 4 star. We were passing thru for the night but thru circumstance have now been here 3 nights. Probably coming back thru this town in a week and will try to stay here again.

It was okay if you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay.

It was ok.

Check in was a bit of a circus, first they could not find the booking, then said we had paid twice. No lift, bed was two singles put together. A lot of light in the room at night, due street lighting and no black out curtains. Bathroom very small, shower not hot. However, friendly attentive staff, spotlessly clean. excellent security. Breakfast ok, but good quality. Car parking was fine.

Great location for Central Shopping Mall and not too far from the airport. Very comfortable room

Nice staffs. Clean room. You can hear people opening doors but overall it’s quite quiet at night. Decent breakfast. A bit far from center but you can ask staff to call for taxi if needed. There is restaurant in the hotel. I find the price of ice ridiculous, 20 thb per glass. Anyways, it’s a pleasant stay.

This clean, and nice room

More of a business hotel really, people awake early and leave. It is clean and staff are nice, breakfast is comparable to other hotels of same caliber in the area.

Excellent service again from friendly staff. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh food.

Great Hotel in Ubon Ratchathani.

Gave us early check in. King size bed, nice size room, fridge, A/C, TV, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, good staff, very clean. Highly recommend this place.

good clean hotel with nice breakfast for that price. Just that door closing can be heard due to sound proofing issue but is ok.. only for a while dur to door slap issue

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel immaculately presented and very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and quiet apart from inconsiderate guests slamming doors but this is the same everywhere. A small restaurant and breakfast was good. Evening meals also good. The only negative was the beds were very very hard and need a sponge overlay on them.

Very comfortable hotel with good location - all places nearby. Staff including the owners were very pro-active in explaining and giving information. We will be back!

reasonably new hotel

second stay here, is OK for price. rooms OK except for silly cupboards that have no handles, so if you are getting up in age with dicky knees this is not for you. Three floors no lifts. No help with luggage and hard beds for Thais. Breakfast OK. Nice surrounds. This place is always my second choice if I cannot book the "Bliss Boutique Hotel.

Great hotel to stay, very friendly and cozy place to stay,fast and curious service with smile , I highly recommend it. But I wish the hotel consider installing bath tubes in few rooms and charge more

An excellent hotel to spend the night. Stayed for 2 nights, on the way to Pakse and from Pakse. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cant really fault the hotel except that it is on a quiet street , a short taxi ride into downtown and the airport

Delightful hotel

Amazing hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Nothing was any trouble. Outstanding value for money. Owner is hands on and it shows with his input, attention to detail and impeccable maintenance. Breakfast and dinners were awesome.

Nice hotel close to mall

Parking is close to check in and room. Breakfast is a nice touch.

Ubon

Ubon is a very green city. There are local restaurants and a 7eleven within 4 minutes walking. I was only here for a night but I enjoyed my stay.

Reasonable priced hotel

Thought I would try out this hotel for a change from my regular hotel in Ubon. On arrival rooms were not allocated as requested. Staff were pleasant. A fairly new hotel set in pleasant garden surrounds. Nice restaurant with limited breakfast. Dinner was OK. First hotel in Thailand that charged me for ice and water with our dinner. Rooms are OK. Let down by crappy old Box TV and cupboards with no handles, you have to kneel down to open fridge cabinet. Thought they might be press and spring open type, but no, you have to almost kneel down to open fridge cabinet, same same with draws, really weird. Plastic shower curtain in bathroom. Overall the place is OK, but for me I won't be back, will return to my favourite stay in Ubon, The Bliss Hotel a few soi,s away.

Great hotel, great staff.

Highly recommended. I stayed here for a short time and had such a great experience I decided to come back a second time!

Friendly and clean

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean and aircon and shower are working well. No lift but staff helped with luggage. It was quiet at night thanks to the other guests who did not smash doors as is a usual issue at most hotels. Breakfast is ok but would be good if the fried eggs would be hot. Had dinner at the restaurant one night which has a nice outdoor setting.

No lobby or gym

Welcoming staff and helpful, the rooms are nice The Rapeepan hotel did not have a lobby for its guests & when i ordered a cup of coffee at it's restaurant, they referred to an outside cafe about 100 meter away. The hotel kindly offered an umbrella in the sulking rain and I went to the neighbourhood cafe.(the hotel provides instant coffee and water boiler in the room) So I decided to change hotel to one that had a reasonable service for a hotel in that price class in Ubon.

On a Peaceful Little Soi in Ubon Ratchathani

I thought initially (since accustomed to a more "Guest House" property) that the Rapeepan Ville might be a bit too "hotel-ey", but I was won over by the more intimate surroundings of the indoor and outdoor dining areas and the well-appointed fish pond, so obviously enjoyed by the fish. The staff seems always to be present and very helpful and the facilities are immaculate. They will reach out to you to clean the room even if you unreasonably choose to spend the day working there, appearing to be unwilling to relinquish the space. Ubon Ratchathani may not be a nightlife hot spot, but I have discovered that the best options available are within walking distance, so in my view the property is well located.

Nice and handy to major shopping centre

Run by owner ,could not do enough for us ,thai restaurant food for lunch and dinner excellent.Room of high quality and very clean.Excellent overall ,price very reasonable,I have travelled a lot in Thailand, 5 star!! Regards Brian Richards

Immaculate and suited my stay

Couldn't fault this hotel for being so clean and bright with friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Don't expect a swimming pool here, but you will find the whole place inviting even though small, and the buffet breakfast very enjoyable. 10/10.

Home Away From Home

We spent 2 weeks at the Rapeepan Ville Hotel. Our experience from beginning to end was perfect! The staff makes you feel like it's your second home. Our room was spacious & well maintained. The restaurant serves delicious meals! I highly recommend the fried shrimp in tamarind sauce & banana flower in coconut milk soup. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Ubon.

Good value with breakfast

The staff were helpful the hotel was clean, the owner is a nice hands on guy keeping his standards high... It is very clean and nice coffee shop within 2 minute walk.

nice & clean

We arrived at the hotel feeling so hot because of the weather. However, having a cool drinks upon arrival at the hotel makes me feel better. And wow! our room was upgraded. What a nice surprised for us. The receptionist did the simple orientation about the use of their amenities. SO her orientation helps. I like it. The room is also comfortable enough. With a lights that helps you sleeps better. Though it's not good for reading. Bathroom is also clean.
