Great location

It was a nice stay, good location and the service and attention were great as well

In general the hotel was in good conditions and the staff excelent service. Just one thing regarding parking lot it needs maintenance.

We had a great experience overall. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the vanity/bathroom areas in the rooms are very small.

Instalaciones, bien. Ubicación, excelente. Sin embargo, la alberca estaba muy sucia. Las amenidades podrían mejorar, que te cobren por una mini pasta dental es ridiculo en un hotel de este nivel.

Excellent location for Veracruz triatlon

Facilities are not brand new but super spacious. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

El hotel está enfrente del Mall Americas y muy cercas del WTC. Puedes utilizar fácilmente los taxis para ir a diferentes lugares y todo esta relativamente cercas. El staff del hotel son excelentes en su trabajo y su restaurant es muy recomendable.

Poner la cantidad de toallas de acuerdo al número de huéspedes por habitación.

Overrall a great stay. The staff are extremely motivated by tips, and sometimes i didnt have cash on me. So the service varies depending on if the staff remember you tipped well or not. We tried one of the restaurants for dinner and were not impressed. Room service food was significantly better.

Bed was great. However, the property charge is high for its equivalent.

Customer service staff was really outstanding. Nothing to dislike everything was awesome!!

Very clean and professional people. Hotel is big and with a great location to go shopping or to eat. Room service was fast and good. Rooms were huge and comfy. I recommend this hotel!

Staff at the lobby was not very friendly, specially at check-in. The guy asked me if I wanted to call the bank when he was using the wrong payment terminal. Also, I had to find the parking lot myself as no one really was available at the main entrance to receive the car and help with the bags. Will look for other options next time.

Excellent services

Camas muy cómodas, muy buenas amenidades. Único es el ultimo piso se escucha mucho ruido del techo, lo cual hizo la estancia un poco desagradable

Clean

The hotel is on a great location near two major malls, it does not have ocean view, but the location makes for it. You can walk to the malls but I would recommend taking a taxi as the weather will make you sweat a lot. Great service and the place is very clean. The food is not my favorite but it is ok.

Great location, very comfortable bed but unfortunately only one elevator for a full hotel. Been broken for six months.

Good thing first, there's a shopping mall right across the street from the hotel, rooms are spacious although in need of renovation. The not so good, room service food was mediocre. I attempted to tip the waiter but he said he had already charged his tip to my card. It's expected that an extra service charge is added to the bill for being room service, and I'm fine with it, but something different is when the waiter decides how much his tip is. The really bad, actually the dangerous part. I reserved 7 rooms, opted to pay at check in, then I received a message from the hotel saying my reservations weren't paid so I needed to check in before 3:00PM or my reservation would be cancelled. I informed them I wasn't checking in before 3:00PM, and asked them to hold the rooms, thankfully, they did. We checked in at around 9:00PM, everything apparently went smooth, but then they assigned us two occupied rooms, in one of them there were 2 men, who reacted very aggressively when they saw 2 girls walking into their room, they assaulted them and waited for no explanation. The bellman arrived at the scene to deliver their luggage right at that time just to be assaulted and yelled at, I understand these men were upset, but that doesn't justify assaulting two girls. Assigning an occupied room is unacceptable, but 2 at the same time only speaks about mediocre management. The worst part, no apology was even offered for the incident.

Unfortunately me and my family did not like the decor or pool which was not heated and there’s no sun because property is blocked by other buildings. The housecleaning staff were pleasant but front desk was disorganized and our room was ready after 6pm. We liked the location across from mall and beaches.

Property is fine, clean, and with easy access to mall. Reception staff helpful and attentive. Personnel in restaurant, young male, needs training. No service for long time. Other than that, great hotel.

Amazing! The hotel staff is extremely professional and courteous. The rooms were maintained well, very clean and neat.

The room was clean and comfortable. However it is hard to rest as you can hear the traffic outside the hotel and the doors shutting (slamming) and people talking on the halls so it was hard to sleep in and relax. The hot water in the shower took ages to come out and it was never really hot, just lukewarm. The breakfast buffet is not awesome but if you are in a hurry or don’t want to leave the premises it’s ok

Fast check in

The room was prety clean and comfortable. The property is well keep and the pool is big enough. One thing we didn't like so much was the food ib the restaurant.

Love the location, spacious rooms, you can walk to the beach. It is clean and right across the street from a huge shopping center.

The workers at this hotel were super great best service I have seen I go every 3 months always go to a different hotel but this is the one from this day on

Very nice room. Clean. Staff was great! This is kind of picky on my part, but the Shampoo they had for guests was the 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner, and it was awful. They should have separate Shampoo and Conditioner. The location was great, within walking distance to two Malls and the beach. I walked to the beach easily. Lots of places to eat close as well as in the hotel. I ate in one of the hotel restaurants and the food was wonderful. All in all I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Plaza.

The service was excellent everyday. Thanks to all.

Fair price, and the breakfast buffet excellent

The property was located near an active area with lots of restaurants and stores. The staff were okay. They took a bit to give me my key, but otherwise everything else was okay.

Really good place to stay with family

Check in was fast. Room very clean. Friendly stuff at check in and check out. Restaurant does need attention since the personal there wasn’t very helpful. The pool was great if you have kids. It’s on walking distance from Americas mall and beach

Staff was super helpful, stay another night, without any troubles they gave me the same room i was staying, the staff around the pool are excellent, I'll definitely stay there again

Our group of six enjoyed it very much! We regretted not dining there more often as their food was excellent. The pool was clean as well as the premises; the location was also great!

Esta descuida la zona de alberca, deberían contratar un jardinero y renovar esta zona

Todo muy bien lo único es al rededor del hotel fuera de la plaza comercial excelente, pero alrededor hay mucha basura
