TravellerTravellerBeautiful historic hotel and the staff speak English. if you go to China, this is the biggest problem, just imagen you can't order food, you can't ask for a taxi, you can't ask the staff where to go etc. I will stay again many times, my only complain is that they don't have room service,

Very nice hotel. This is the second time we stay at this property when we visit Jinan.
