The hotel has all the comfort you’d expect from Ramada. The access is difficult, and the parking lot is far from the entrance.

Great Hotel Staff - super service from all.

The staff in this hotel are really very customer friendly and really do make you welcome. The service is great at the front desk, restaurant, and also from housekeeping. Spotlessly clean at all times and the food in the restaurant is always a great quality. Air conditioning in the rooms would be better if you could adjust it to blow cool air. This is only available in the summer months but rooms are really warm. Small point but would make all the difference.

Arrived late and an early start so didn’t get a great time to enjoy the hotel but room was nice

The only thing I liked about this hotel,is the restaurant staff. The place is old and tired. I had an injury and was unable to walk, I needed to check out 2 days earlier because my room was a long walk away but they wouldn’t refund me. They said it was hotels.com that didn’t want to refund me but I had called them before and since I am a gold member hotels.com said it’s up to the hotel policy. I was also way overcharged because all the other hotel guests were paying half of what i was charged. I left the hotel and my money behind. I will NEVER stay at a Ramada again especially this one. I am also disappointed that hotels.com didn’t fight for me to get a refund especially since I was badly injured

This hotel was excellent. Went there for business and enjoyed the stay. Room service was cheaper than the restaurant!

Ramada business hotel

Ramada North hotel is located directly in the middle between airport and downtown. Aprox. 1km to the nearest subway station. It is quiet, comfortable. Very close to big park.

Nice hotel but parking not so much

Like many of the other chain hotels you cannot collect any points if you booked through certain services, which is ridiculous. Other than their stingy policies the hotel is very nice and quiet being situated in a diplomatic residential neighborhood. Beware of the 'free parking' however. It is situated some distance away and looked a bit shady to me. You have to pay 30 lei if you want to park right next to the hotel in a nice lot. Other than those 2 minor things it was a pleasant stay.

Clean room and lovely service however the hotel is a little tired looking. I did not find it good value for money at all compared to other hotels in this area.

Nice hotel let down by very poor climate control

The room was too hot, even with air-con on chill with fan at max! In fact, with the climate control system on, the room just seemed to get hotter. The only answer was to shut it off and open the window! Other grumble is that staff routinely ignored the do not disturb sign on the door.

Overnight stay. Excellent service from front desk and a good selection for breakfast. Only drawback, hotel is nestled in residential area. Need taxi or shuttle to get anywhere. Good hotel for business travel.

Smells old

Unless you have a business in this part of the town this is the wrong hotel.. The rooms have that "old" smell and despite I had the windows open it gave me headache. I am not sure if the smell was coming from the furniture of from inside the walls and the floor but it is probably mildew.. The hotel is the business part of town and the Park nearby is quite nice. There is a shopping mall about 1.5 miles away (I walked)

Excellent!

The hotel is really nice and I really enjoyed staying there. Room was a decent size for a couple, and daily house keeping. Sauna and gym available too which was great. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant had great food, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food to enjoy. Is relatively close to the centre of Bucharest, only a 15min trip via taxi. Also close to public transport. Close to the airport too, again only about a 15min trip. Cannot fault at all and will be definitely staying there again!

Nice hotel but no any renovation since long time . Very good location if you have to be in Airport early morning .

Pleasant stay

Very Pleasant Experience

During my 2 day business trip into Bucharest I was staying at the Ramada North and was quite pleased with the efficiency, quality, comfort and overall experience at the hotel. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable, the internet access was easy and quick and the restaurant service was very good, even outstanding both in service and the food itself. On my future trips in Bucharest I will definitively stay at this hotel again.

Business stay

I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone staying for work or pleasure. I stayed there for 3 nights whilst on a recent work trip. The service was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. There is also a lovely terrace where you can eat in the evening and the food was of a very high quality. All in all a great experience and I will definitely go back.

OK for a night

Not worth it

Stayed here for one night to meet my husband who was arriving on a late night flight. Overall I found the stay unpleasant and a very poor value considering the price. I believe the description on hotels.com to be deceptive. There is free parking, but not in the lot adjacent to the hotel. The free parking is in an unpaved lot up the street. Also, the beds in the "king" rooms are not king sized beds. It is an American queen size. Also, my room only had one bath towel even though my reservation was clearly for two people. The clerk at the front desk seemed distressed about my complaints above but did not offer anything to rectify the situation other than an extra towel. Aside from that, it was tolerable and the room was clean and comfortable. I won't be going back though. In most of my previous trips I have stayed at the RIN Airport hotel, which is far nicer and much less expensive than the Ramada.

I travel to the area for business a few times a year and this is my choice hotel. Great service, rooms and the food is amazing. Will be back again soon!

Very good Hotel,

It has a nice restaurant outside with a pool, very good breakfast. It offers a shuttle at 19:00 to the city centre and back 22:00, It also has a cash machine and good internet connection.

Excellent Value for Money

It was my first stay in Ramada Hotel and Suite even though I have stayed in Ramada Plaza earlier. The staffs were quite nice and helpful

Not the best value you can get - even amongst Ramada hotels in Bucharest

The hotel is perhaps a 3.5 stars. Reception was in my experience the least customer friendly area while the bar, depressing as it is, was more professionally staffed. The whole is bearable, but for the same price or less you can get a newer and much better Ramada (relatively nearby, in case youa re a Ramada fan) or many other hotels.

Mi aspettavo meglio per un 4 stelle. Camera non era stata pulita. Palestra molto scadente. Parcheggio un po' lontano tra vari edifici all'interno di una zona delimitata con sbarre che la mattina presto non apre nessuno!!. Occorre farsi aprire dall'hotel

Hotel tres propre et pratique

J'ai trouve tout ce qu'il me faut. J'ai choisi l'hotel pour la proximité avec mon point de RDV. Hotel agréable a conseiller. Si on veut lui trouver un point négatif ca sera seulement la Tv a la chambre : trop petite :-)

Room is confortable and clean. Good breakfast and very good restaurant. Perfect for business trip.
