Room was nice enough but weird design. Breakfast options were a bit average.

I was only there briefly. It was close to the Cruz del sur bus station so made leaving the next day easy

Can’t go wrong.

This is my second time at Encore, hotel is very clean, great location, vip perks are always a plus (room upgrade, welcome drinks). The staff was super accommodating, they even packed a breakfast lunchbag for us because we were checking out early. The only thing I did not like, my boyfriend requested an ice bucket and he was told that have to charge him for it. Odd but true, other than that everything was awesome.

I was visiting Lima from Washington, DC and the front desk staff at my hotel were wonderful. I would like to thank Miss Xiomara for helping me arrange transportation and a great 3-hour excursion to see the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas and was clean. The staff was always courteous and polite. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was delicious.

An excellent hotel to stay in Lima!

They have late check in up until 2am.

Be prepared to haul our your luggage up the stairs. They dont have a bell boy during the night. I wouldnt pay full price for this hotel, but it was good for the rate I got. Clean, excellent bed. Hot water with good pressure.

only complaint .No hot water upon checking in and not enough continous water pressure in shower. They fixed the hot water issue after the complaint but the pressure still the same . No handrails in shower.

Very clean, smell good hotel, safe inside, outside and around the hotel. Excellent service, great free breakfast. Few minutes walk to businesses. Such a beautiful hotel, i will stay again next time, and i will recommend to family and friends.

I have stayed a few hotels in San Isidro Lima, this hotel is not worth for the amount you pay to stay.

It was very clean and the service was great. The breakfast was great and the people were very helpful and friendly.

Easy welcoming check in. Staff was super helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us to make our one day in Lima fantastic. Only downside was location, it is in the business district, rather than Miraflores, but not too far.

Friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff was kind and offered a box of breakfast meal because of early departure. A room was clean and easy access to wifi.

Fantastic, organized and great staff!

I can say that this was a fantastic experience. Mostly away from the loud music of clubs goers and therefore very quite. The pool on the rooftop gives great views plus it was so organized only thing i could think of is maybe heat pool because it was somewhat Chilling at night BUT overall great time and experience

exceptional hotel for the price

all the staffs are well-trained, always with smile and good atention. location is percect for business. rooms are always clean. room service and restaurant are good enough... i stayed more than 50 days, but i would chose again.

Everyone at breakfast was very kind! Food was great! Also enjoyed the beverages allowed at the bar. Nice welcome goodie.

Nice hotel for night layover in Peru

Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Helped me to secure a cab/uber to the airport. Hotel is located in San ISIDRO. A mercantile and business area in Loma. Five minutes from Miraflores. Closed to eateries and restaurants. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast and/or restaurant. Had an early flight out. Definitely would stay in hotel again in my next visit to Lima.

Great stay at the ramada. The staff is very accomodating the room is very clean and comfortable. Wish I had a longer stay there.

Best kept secret in Lima

Outstanding customer service. They really deliver on the brand promise and more. New, clean and comfortable facilities. It is close to the tourist district, the financial district and the historic centre of the city. Room a little small but consider the price of the area real estate, it is understandable. It definitely deserves an encore.

Beautiful old colonial building! Bathroom could use a little update...stopper in tub drain didn't work. However the room was charming!
