We stayed two nights in different times. Two of them were at the same room. The toilet lit was broken and we noticed that at the first stay. When we did the second check in after 10 days later they gave us the same room and the lit was still broken. They also doesn’t offer soup unless you ask..

Worst stay ever!! Bad quality bed and mattress .. worst quality pillows Rooms not cleaned even after reminder - we stayed for 3 days and only 1 day the room was cleaned. Very disappointed!! There’s no ventilation or window in the room… it feels stuffy and uncomfortable all throughout the night. We wouldn’t recommend to anyone. On top of all this - worst customer service from Hotels.com . They didn’t even help resolve any problems. Once we complained all we got was apology!! Worst website to book. Will avoid from next time

The toilet lid was broken and although we told it to the staff they did not fix it or change our room. There was not any hand soap either. Even though we asked for it, they kept us bringing shower gel. The location is strange as the hotel is inside a shopping mall which is right next to the football stadium. The hotel needs an update, everything looks old. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.

Very very nice hotel. I liked the shower nice settings and very cosy also right next to a supermarket which is the best option for food in Switzerland if you don’t get paid as much in your home country.

Great hotel

This is a great hotel with a mall next door, easy transport links, we traveled from airport here and went in and out the city on bus, train and tram. It was quiet, the area was safe, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Overnight transit

Connected to shopping centre and two train stations at either side on walking distance was a plus point plus Genève football stadium next door. We used the airport bus at the door.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, helpful. Near a shopping centre, good facilities. Rooms wee lovely, only thing is our coffee machine was a bit dodgy so they supplied hot water elsewhere. Only really issue so honestly would book again.

Great stay

Well maintained hotel. Particular care taken each day with cleaning room and replacing water, coffee etc. Excellent buffet breakfast. A little out of town but travel easy and free on buses, trains, trams and some boats with pass provided by hotel. Excellent for Stade de Geneva.

Conveniently located for the football stadium (outside), airport (30 minute bus journey) or the city centre (a 20 minute bus journey). Lobby, corridors and lift areas had an unpleasant smell. Other than that the hotel was absolutely fine.

I read reviews about parking. Suggest driving up towards door, check in, let them give you directions to park underground garage. Then it was easy. Without directions, would not have found parking garage. Hotel was not clearly marked. With address, need to go to gate with arm, buzz front desk to get into front of hotel. Yes it was next to soccer stadium. All else ok.

Hotel itself is fine - only issue is parking. The car park is a dedicated area within the shopping centre car park next door. Entrance to this is a significant distance before you reach the hotel and is easily missed. The instructions provided by the hotel aren’t really helpful and provision of a map would have been of more use. Secondly, the police close access to the car park about an hour or so before a game at the football stadium next door. Is it really too much for the hotel to notify guests of this? We ended up parking in a rough area over the road and negotiating traffic and football crowds whilst dragging luggage to check in. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a regular service into the city (takes about 10 mins). The hotel provides a free travel pass that can be used on local public transport which is really useful, but you need to ask - we weren’t told about it at check-in.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, I thought it should be a 4 star hotel.

Just OK. Bit dead. Safe was not working. Flush gave in after day 1. No fridge in room. Service terrible as they had not enough staff. Location was quite good with mall connected to hotel. Phone was not working and never did even after complaining. Otherwise condition of hotel is fine.

No tea bags / water were provided during the stay. One particular reception staff was not helpful at all. Rooms are too hot even though it was December and room View was not as described.

Although the hotel itself feels a bit soulless it's a very convenient location for our needs. We had to request a room change on this trip (second in a month to this hotel) due to a couple issues with the first room.

Short city break

Next to Geneva football stadium and large shopping complex, so not a beautiful area. However, free bus pass from hotel gave easy access to the centre in about 15 minutes. The hotel restaurant closed at 7pm but there are a few cafés and an Italian restaurant close by. The hotel is fairly basic but OK for the price compared to others in Geneva.

Good value given the average cost of hotels in geneve. It is a little way out from the centre and airport, however it is well connected by bus, train and tram.

Great hotel, great location. Next to a shopping mall and a bus route which takes you to the city centre. Its also about a 10 min walk from a train station which can take you anywhere. The only negative is that rooms don't have a mini refrigerator.

This property in Lancy area looks close to Lake Geneva , but it is a 40 euro taxi fare each way from anything a tourist would like . This hotel is a business hotel and does not cater to tourists . Changing money is not even a routine experience .

The bed was not good, supposed to get a king sized bed and got two twin beds put together. The twin beds would come apart and I would fall in the middle

Convenient location, next to a shopping center. Easy way to go to the city center by bus. We got a free public transport tickets to use in all days we have been there. It was a very pleasant stay.

Convenient Location.

This hotel is located next to Geneva's stadium and connected to a very nice mall. The bus stop is within 5 minutes walk. Every staff member I've met during our five nights stay were very polite and helpful. The deductions are for two things: 1- I park in the garage and when I take the elevator to go to my room on the 2nd floor, the elevator would always stop at the Reception floor... this is extremely annoying and unnecessary. 2- the breakfast price is ridiculously high at 24.50 Euro per person. Way too expensive. 3- the prices in the cooler next to Reception desk where one could buy water, were atrociously high. 4- the hotel can be 4-star if it would provide more toiletries and daily complimentary water. 5- parking was 10CHF per day, a reasonable rate for Geneva, however, I believe the parking should be free because not all of the hotel's guests are arriving there by taxi or bus. 6- the internet service in the room was painfully weak/slow. 7- the pillows were useless because they go flat as soon as you lay your head on them.

Convenient location next to the mall for ease of access to food and shopping. Would recommend brushing up on French prior to arriving, was expecting speaking German upon arriving and wasn't fully expecting the language switch. Speaking english was only useful in the hotel and not the mall.

Although not in Geneva itself, it was very easy to take the bus into Geneva. The hotel staff was very friendly staff, and the service was great! The mall next door was very convenient for breakfast or quick dining, as well as for picking up anything you forgot to bring.

Adequate, met my expectations.

The stay at this property would have been a lot better if the internet worked. I had to resort to using my SIM data to get any work done. For a business class hotel one of the most important assets is connectivity. The room was clean, the beds were soft and the shower was hot.

The hotel is located next to a sports stadium and shopping mall, however an half hour drive to the airport. We left before breakfast so cannot review it. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice Place to Stay Near the Stadium

It was a very comfortable room. The hotel is not that far from downtown Geneva, but, depending on the route, it does require a ten minute walk after you get off public transport. I enjoyed my stay--it was very comfortable and clean.

I liked that it was by the mall. It made getting breakfast easier. The staff was super friendly!!

Standard business hotel

Business hotel, with basic bar and restaurant. Use the nearby Italian restaurant for a meal and cafe for breakfast. The hotel charge an insane 28 CHF for breakfast!!!

Wet dog

Very handy as I was sitting exams in the conference centre next door - I cycled from the train station on my wee Brompton- the only down side the room had no bath tub and the sheets smelt damp - wet dog. The staff were friendly- breakfast was ok!!

Good hotel for business stay

Good hotel with comfortable rooms. The front desk staff especially in the evenings could have been more helpful and courteous. Example, small requests like room with a better view or extra plastic cups were flatly ignored. A little flexibility from hospitality staff goes a long way in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Breakfast was expensive and not worth it. The location although far from the centre, was well connected by bus and tram.

Very nice hotel with a breakfast bill to prove it

A very nice hotel close to bus stops. It’s connected to a mall so there are places restaurants, a grocery store, a movie theater just a minute away. A nice perk is that they give you a ticket for the local transportation that will get you pretty much everywhere. The only qualm I have with the hotel is the price of the breakfast. If I remember correctly it was about $20 for essentially a continental breakfast.

Perfect!

This was such an easy and low-key place to stay. We had a car and leaving it in the mall parking lot and then just hopping on the elevator to the lobby was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable; we loved the shower and the bed. There is a train depot out the window, but the room was super quiet. We felt like we were the only people at the hotel, when it was actually packed. It is super easy and free to take the bus from the hotel to the city center, and we even walked to the cute town nearby to eat fondue one night. Of course, we might have preferred to stay on the lake, but at this affordable price point, and having a rental car, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Having the mall next door and all of the shopping/restaurants was great - especially for breakfast. Highly recommend. We had an amazing, comfortable stay for an excellent price; surely a rarity in Geneva!

Slept well

It’s quite a nice hotel for a soulless hotel chain. The room was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast is way too expensive and the bar shuts too early. There is however a lovely Italian outside and a bowling alley in the shopping centre next door that has a great bar and pool hall.

Nicely located hotel in a good condition. Somewhat disappointing experience when communicating with the staff. Accounting mistakes do happen, but one would normally expect to hear apologies in such cases.

Extremely difficult to find! 3 navigation systems sent us around in circles for over an hour. Please give your clients a description in their confirmation email as how to get there, i.e go into parking garage to park and get access to hotel there on level-2. TV had no info to controls, info guide nor station. Laborious to find CNN by chance after a long search. Room very neat and comfortable except for some black mould growing already in the shower of this seemingly brand new hotel.

Good Hotel NO CLIMATE CONTROL

The staff were typical for any hotel, the decor was actually really nice, the room was a good size and I would have given this a closer to a 4 if not for the fact the room was so hot I couldn't fall asleep and when I finally did, when I work up I was dripping in sweat. Theres no working air conditioning. Its inhospitable during the summer. I get many hotels in the alps don't have AC, you can just open a window but in Geneva that just isn't enough (plus the windows don't open here). The location is also a little tough as parking is in the mall parking garage entrance which isn't really near the hotel so its easy to miss.

Excellent hotel and staff!

Great hotel! The location isn't in Geneva but you get a free transit pass to use and the bus to centerville is out front. The hotel was great, excellent staff, so helpful and nice, especially Manon, she was awesome! The room was spacious, a great big bed that was soft but supportive. The wifi was good, we could stream and video chat with ease. The bathroom was so nice, we loved the big open shower. The parking was nice, only 10 Franc per night with in/out and it was under the hotel, you enter at the shopping mall FYI.

Geneva 2 nights

The hotel and room were clean. Liked that the hotel was attached to a mall and that they give transit tickets in Geneva with your hotel room. Taxis are very expensive in Geneva. One of the eating places in the mall said most of the food outlets give 10% off to hotel guests. There is a grocery store in the mall and a fridge in the room would have been an added bonus as food (dining out) is pricey in geneva as well.

Less facilities, little far from central, room ok

I stayed in hotel recently in 12th & 13th of July2016 for 2 nights, wasn't pleased enough on my stay, Room was comfortable and neat & clean, no complain about quiet night stay, but inadequate facilities, its little far from central where as there is no enough restaurants and fast food shop around the hotel, not enough choices except MacDonald and supermarket food, there is shopping complex near by, but no shop for lunch or dinner nearby. As we check in late night after 11pm, we couldn't find any place to eat at all around after such a long journey, we asked hotel staff to arranged some food or dinner if possible, he couldn't help, he refused to give some idea where we could buy some proper food for our dinner, he didn't help us at all. Then, we went to bed with whole night starving, couldn't sleep at all, was really nightmare, receptionist didn't help us to look on internet to find some shop to order takeaway food for us as I eagerly requested him and we were unknown about the place and can't speak french, wasn't happy with the service at all. no more there if return to geneva.

I stayed two nights at the hotel. As I traveled to other cities for two days, I found the location inconvenient. You need to take a bus then change once to get to central train station. And it was also a bit tiring when I arrived back to Geneva central late evening. But if you are staying more than 3days, I recommend to stay. I am quite satisfy with the bed mattress but they almost asked me to pay for printing out online tickets from the front desk(I have asked two different person at the front, one said free of charge, then when I came back for the prints, other person asked me to pay!-I didn't pay at the end-), so make sure to ask first, if there are services you want to use at the hotel.

Great little hotel. Well organised and friendly. Very new and fresh looking rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Barman was a total star when we realised we were too late for the restaurant. We'll definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent Business Hotel

Due to the slightly excentric Location, the hotel is easy to reach and easy to get out of without getting stuck in Geneva´s rush hours. The rooms are spacious, personnel is friendly and forthcoming. I´ll be using it frequently in the future.

The hotel is so airless and smells of cigarettes even kn the non smoking floor - the bed sheets and towels smell and you cant open any windows!

Excellent Hotel. Attached to the stadium and the neighbouring mall. Many major transit lines stop just in front of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and their English was very good. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay.

This was my fourth time at this hotel, and I will return. The hotel is part of a big commercial Mall with every thing you might need, adjacent is a conference center and Geneva stadium is just next door. True the Hotel is a bit far from the city center where all the tourist activities are but for a business traveler it is not a big problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped... the bedding was very comfortable too. Needless to say that the price is also just right.

Hard place for us to find!

Well, what a nice surprise when we finally figured out how to get into this hotel! You have to go into a parkade to get to reception, we could see the hotel but took us the longest time to find out how to get to it! Very lovely rooms, breakfast cost was pretty high so we passed on it, we did enjoy our one night there.

Stayed 3 nights, clean room, multiple facilities.

Lovely time. Staff extremely helpful and informative. Last day our flight wasn't until 7pm and checkout was 11am - the hotel were able to keep a hold of our luggage so we could look around the city more.

Okay hotel close to city center

Even though the hotel was not in the city center the bus stop was just outside the hotel (mall) so very easy to get to the city and the bus ticket was included in the daily feee you pay at the hotel. Coffee and tea in the room without charge. Unfortunately the resturant is not open in the weekends but there is a good Italian resturant just next door and the food court in the Mall is open to 10 pm. Overall an okay hotel we might consider again if we go to Geneve.

Good Overnight Stay

We Stayed at the Ramada the night before we had to go to the Geneva Motor Show. It is Quite a Distance from the Airport but very easy to reach with 2 Changes by Public Transport (Bus 4). The Check-in was a Bit of a mess as they cannot charge the Security Deposit on a Maestro Card and they can also not Accept payment for the City Tax by card if it is less than CHF10. So we needed to dig around for Cash to pay the City Tax. The Staff Spoke English. The Restaurant in the Lobby was closed the Whole night but as the Hotel is in a Mall there were a few options available for dinner till 21:00 (Top Floor). The room was Clean, Some Instant Coffee and Tea Available and a Quite Large Bathroom with Shower. The Gave us a City Transport Pass for Zone 10 for the 2 Days. Which is everything we Needed from Airport to Hotel and Everything in between.

We stayed for a Night before the Motor Show. Hotel Was Clean, Staff was Fairly Friendly and Spoke English. We had a Few Frustrating Issues on Check-in but nothing that would spoil our Stay. Location in Mall is Great.
