Worn mattress

Worn mattress, I complained and they don't care. Room service every 4 days because os eco friendly. Ok for the eco friendly, but what's the point to stay in a hotel?

Very good suite room. Bathrooms and the balcony were very spacious. Snacks and water refill every day was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Final day early morning checkout was handled very well with breakfast prepacked and ready. Pool and gym was very well maintained. Location was awesome with the only issue being the backside of the building smelling a little bit (overlooking from our balcony). But everything was walking distance - night market, beach, restaurants. Breakfast was awesome everyday with great variety. We loved our stay at the RAMADA and highly recommend it.

Limited knowledge of English makes communication quite challenging at times. Other than that, every employee was warm and welcoming.

Rooms are a little old, breakfast good but in a non air conditioned area. Full of people from India.

The location is the only thing decent about this place. Ramada should pull their name from this place. Housekeeping doesn’t exist and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is like feeding time in a zoo. I will definitely not stay there again nor will I stay in another Ramada hotel.

Good hotel close to patong beach

It is a shame that Ramada at this location is managed so poorly. I had a better impression of Ramada and other places I have seen better. At this place it seemed like they didn’t care much about the rooms such as broken things, no closet, bathroom amenities are broken such as shampoo bottles and so many broken and old and outdated items. Very disappointed with the property. I won’t stay at another Ramada since I got this impression from this one.

The location of the hotel is nice. Little away from the bustle of main road. Yet very close. Nicely maintained property. Staff is very warm n friendly. Close to many important things. 7 eleven Currency exchange Indian dining options. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Kids loved the property too.

Lady that checked me in was not very friendly, didn't smile. Guy who took my suitcase was very nice and friendly. I wasn't aware that you can't smoke anywhere around hotel, only outside in front of it

It was ok, Ac in the room not working and breakfast is very poor.housekeeper service was ok.

The people that stay there are mostly from India and don’t care about other people and are very inconsiderate to other people very noisy so unless you’re a very heavy sleeper I don’t suggest staying there I never will again

Perfect Holiday !!!

Stayed here for the wife’s 50th. Perfect place just off the Main Street. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced too. Patong Beach close by along with bars and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was spot on aswel with a good selection on the menu. If there is anything that you need printing from emails, just ask at reception and they will sort it out for you. The guy at the pool bar always had a big smile and was no bother to him bringing your drinks And food to you whilst in the pool or to the sun beds. All in all it was a brilliant holiday. Thank you to all the staff !!!

Terrible Hotel

The staff is nice but dishonest and not able to do their job. My room was too hot and they claimed they could not do anything about, the internet did not work and the minibar fridge would not cool. I complained and complained finally after two days they changed my room. New room was still room warm and uncomfortable but fridge and the internet worked. I will never stay there again.

Ramada is only a short walk to Patong beach and if you are a regular walker, walk to Junceylong and Bangla Walk only takes about 20 minutes. There are a lot of street food and souvenirs shops along the roads which are very convenient. The hotel serves halal food and that is a plus point for us. We took the junior suite and really love the room and the comfy bed and the huge tub! Wasn’t much of a view frm our room though. Our room overlooking someone else back yard. The only setback was that there were no cable TV. Most channels are locals and Indian channels with no subtitles. So we didn watch any tv at all. But overall it was a great stay. We will definitely come back if we ever go to Phuket again.

This property met all of our needs while on holiday. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to Bangla Rd and Patong beach.

Great breakfast, pool and location

Lovely hotel with a great pool, always got a sunbed and was able to swim. Lots of breakfast options although was definitely one of those places where guests literally barge you out of the way for the buffet! Very friendly welcoming staff and they have a different themed buffet for dinner every night with live music which was also great value. Walking distance to the main street. Only negative was our room wasn’t cleaned for the first two days and supplies weren’t restocked (including water), even though we left the sign on the door and spoke to housekeeping twice (in person).

Screaming kids, non smoking hotel.

The hotel had a good location. Its far enough away from the main strip that its not that loud. Smokers beware - non smoking hotel. Not even allowed on balcony! There were stains on the bed when we arrived - but they changed them immediately so that was good. Room was clean. Liked the beach bag - nice touch and was handy. Pool looked clean didnt use it.. The breakfast and food is over priced - walk down the road and its all there. Exchange rate is again low - walk outside and its better! My main issue was not to do with the hotel - but the screaming kids. Waking up at 8am to kids screaming next door is very annoying. Had i known i wouldve requested a room not next to kids - which im sure would be possible

1st time in Thailand and I enjoyed!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. I was my first time in Thailand and I'm happy his was my first hotel. It is right off the Main Street so you're close to restaurants, shopping, etc., with the convenience of not hearing all the Main Street noise. In walking distance to Bangala walking street and Patong beach. I would definitely stay here again for my travels to Phuket

Since is near the beach..it has the beach feeling..and the breeze inside the hotel..very relaxing

This is a good place to stay quite at night so that we can get a good night sleep. They do have a happy hour. I used one time only. Pool was great, did not have enough time to go in. There were many kids too. However, they were well behaved. CHECK OUT: The check was okay. The only thing I did not like, the front receptionist called the cleaning service staff to check my room. I was somewhat embarrassed, what do they think I am going to steal from the hotel. I have stayed a brand name hotels all the time, never had any issues. I was just trying to see if it was a nice Hotel to stay, I guess not. Sorry, I will not coming back to this hotel anymore. We all were embarrassed in front of each other.

Fantastic stay! You feel so welcome at the hotel and they greet you like you are a celebrity! Great Junior Suite room - the mattress was a little soft best the rest was 5 star!

Not the best location and you will need to walk 15mins to get to the beach or Bangla street. Stay here only if you are planning to hire a scooter.

Great stay in a quiet area of Patong

Very clean and comfortable hotel. 10 min walk from city cente and beach so close enough, but at the same time, in a very quiet area. Nice pool and was never crowded during our stay. Amazing breakfast. Free mini bar includes chips, chocolate and soft drinks, which was a nice to have.

Service was great, rooms were big and clean. They have a buzzer on each door in rooms that keeps buzzing if you don't close your door properly, it's a nightmare as some people don't close their door in middle of night. Breakfast wasn't very good, they offered eggs, cooked them and out them them on the players, by the time i went to get it was very cold, breakfast was catered mostly for Asian, lots of rice deep fried chicken and etc. Lobby washroom was extremely hot, it will be nice if they had a vent, ac or anything there to make it brake to use.

I feel the in room refrigerator should have products for purchase.

On arrival the reception we received was wonderful, and Fern our receptionist even took us to our room. Phuket is busy, but The Ramada is in a quiet area, close to everything.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming from reception, bar & housekeeping staff always a smile, a hello and friendly service. Room was immaculate everyday, very good and fridge replenished daily with drinks. Location very central but off the street so you dont get the noise. Free aircon was amazing must admit a relief to come back to. Transfer to airport available which was very reliable and good value for peace of mind, is a bit more expensive (1000THB) than a taxi from local street offices but an early flight so personally I wanted to book with the hotel in case I had an issue and I had no problem with this service. Pool area very small but was practically empty and huge beach nearby anyway. Would have no problem recommending hotel.

Had a one night stop over on the way to Koh Samui so this was the perfect location which was close enough to Bangla Rd but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. Airport transfers expensive via the hotel so we found this cheaper online.

Checked-in took about an hour, bed sheet and pillow smell (looks like they did not change them when I checked-in). I make a mark around the bed sheet and pillow case to see if they going to change them next day or not. Very disappointed, they did not change them. Also, the bed sheet and pillow case are rather old. Will not book them again.

It is a nice hotel but as more members of my group had pool facing views with much better showers I did feel a little disappointed - my shower was terrible and there wasn't a view but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

ok to stay for small family. no exemption for late check-out.

Hotel is very strict with the number of people staying in a room. We stayed in a junior suite and our kids age 13 and 12 has to pay extra $500 for both. Staffs there are very uptight. Cannot this cannot that. We felt like we were in a dormitory.

Great breakfast. 15-20 min walk to bangla road

Walk to Bangla road is longer is about 15mins. Needed to rent a scooter. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Great breakfast buffet!

as excellent - hotel staff could not have been more helpful - breakfast was always ready to go at 0630, lots of variety (don't know why some complain about the food) - pool area relaxed - food and drinks available - well done and thanks to all at the Ramada Phuket Deevana Patong - highly recommend to others.

Great hotel, great location. Clean, comfortable and a great value for the price. I will probably stay here again next time I return to Patong Beach. This hotel is better than most I’ve stayed in Phuket especially for the price. Very clean, no funny smells, very attentive staff and a good part of town. Great views from the balcony (I had a pool view room). Only minor drawback could be they do not allow unregistered guests to the room. This wasn’t an issue for me, but could be for any single gentlemen traveling to Patong. It’s more of a family oriented hotel.

Brilliant stay

I would highly recommend this hotel, it was very clean, the food was excellent from breakfast and the evening meal. its ideally located for the beach and local restaurants. The room we booked was a deluxe and it had a free mini bar which is a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile allowing us a late checkout. Keep up the great work

Brill hotel, little hard to find.

Had a large junior suite which has some great out for space. All excellent, just a little hard to find as the name can be confused with its sister Deveena resort

New hotel, spacious and clean rooms with friendly staffs 7 to 10 minutes walk from bangla road so you will enjoy the calmness of the area . Also a lot of restaurants around the corner.

Brilliant stay!

Centrally located to shops, bars, tourist attractions and main beach. Great hotel with awesome staff who make you feel extra special. We had a great stay here and will stay here next time again!

Quiet respite from busy Patong

Halal kitchen available in hotel; more halal food options within walking distance. Suite and bed were huge, just a pity that it was furthest away from the lift; room was quiet though! Very helpful staff. Easy, guarded parking available 24/7.

It's OK but ..

Just going off the name 'Ramada' I was expecting something a bit more luxurious, it isn't. All public areas (reception, dining, corridors, elevators) are not air-conditioned except with fans. Fittings are pretty basic. Our room was overlooking a 2 storey hostel-type place but the view was reasonable if not 'nice'. Having said that, there was nothing wrong with the hotel, it was clean enough, it's far enough away from the busy main street through Patong to be quiet yet not far to walk to plenty cafes & shops plus 10 minutes to the beach. If you can find something more 4 star for similar price, take it; otherwise this hotel is just 'good' in my opinion.

The junior suite was fabulous and included a complimentary mini bar. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only negative is the noise levels in the corridors. The breakfast was good but the area was very crowded. The area is perfect within a short walking distance to the beach and shops. Great restaurants just outside hotel. Overall a very nice stay.

Our family stayed here for 14 days & were very happy. Great place, clean room, very helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. 5 minutes to everything you need. 10 minutes to Patong Beach. 15 minutes to Bangla Rd. Sometimes we would arrive back from a day tour & our room wasn't made up, other times we were not left enough towels for the 6 of us but we asked & received. This is more a family orientated hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and nice people

The experience was great. The hotel is very nice and not near the noise and busy loud streets of Patong. The breakfast is pretty simple and good. It has western style buffet (basic salad, pancakes, omelettes, potatoes, bacon), Asian (noodles), and some Indian. The beds are a bit stiff, but overall comfortable. For those use to western traveling, this feels like a Courtyard Marriott. Nice but doesn’t have all the full amenities of a Marriott.

Quiet

Quiet hotel despite being close to a busy street. The hotel photo on the web site is misleading. They show the prettier one next door. The pool photo is this hotel but the angle picks up a different hotel. Staff was ok but not the helpful and responsive staff experienced elsewhere in Thailand. The really attentive ones were the ones selling a promotion. Overall good.

Family holiday for Christmas

Nice connecting rooms Staff friendly and helpful Remember the deposit in cash - we . off set the deposit with our bills from the bar - was great to not have to think about saving extra cash to pay the bills The beds were very comfy and the ladies that cleaned our room very nice. People have complained about the noise of the passage and next door - it was like any other hotel - not more or less.

Nice hotel not far from nightlife but also not too close that noise is a problem. Easy to rent a scooter across the road. Helpful staff and accomodating. No negatives come to mind.

check in was smooth , check in staff is friendly except room deposit was charged to my credit card & it can only be refunded after 2 weeks. Should have explained to us before hand so we can decide either to pay cash or credit card. Need improvement on this.

Nice stay.

I found the hotel to be very modern and comfortable. The room amenities were plentiful and useful. Pool was great as well as the breakfast buffet. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return.

We booked the junior suite for 3 nights and the stay was quite pleasant. The hotel stands in a good location accessible to shopping areas and tour booking places, walk-able to Patong beach too. Highlights were the clean rooms and nice breakfast buffet spread.
