STAFF NOT GOOD AND SWIMMING POOL CLOSED

Property was very good. Restaurant was good, but buffet was rather small and restaurant was very chilly. It was New Year's Eve and so the place was too crowded for my taste. Also the shopping arcade in the hotel was just okay. Had to get a small heater in our room to maintain the temperature. TV didn't have cable or streaming capabilities. WIFI barely worked in the room though it worked in the lobby. WIFI was more of an issue than it should have been for a hotel this size and caliber.

Liked it a lot. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very courteous n helpful. Prompt service. Reasonable too.

Below average experience

We had booked the room for two night but had to check out after one night only. The hotel should be a 3 star and not a 5 star. the rooms very dirty, the taps were leaking with muddy water coming from it. The door lock was not functioning properly. There was no tea bags in the room and they do not provide complimentary water bottle in the room. i would suggest to give a skip to the said hotel

Its a nice property and a great experience I would say that people visiting Jaipur should once visit in this hotel as well. Great service, place and food as well and nice location indeed.

Its an old property, not like a real 5 star. Just rated 5 star but its not.

The hotel sense of arrival has trash all around and is a heavy distractor. The staff training for service is non existent. Telephoned don’t work. Can’t order room service . The night manager was outstanding helped us out. I will not ever stay in this hotel again.

An average hotel. Check in was ok. Massive stain on a pillow covered with the pillow cover. Had to make a couple of call to get it changed. Staffing in the breakfast area was limited. There were more managers than floor staff.

Very nice

The rooms were not comfortable- no towels in the room, the bathroom was not clean, the room had a weird smell. The wifi was not working and they kept telling us to wait 15 mins. The breakfast was horrible, and when we tried to get our own coffee from starbucks the front desk manager NIKITA made a whole scene about it and would not let us bring the coffee inside the hotel. No sense of customer service or logic behind anything! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. EVER!!

I didn’t like that they makes me wait so long just to confirm how many items we eat from the room that they have for sale so we are going to pay anyway but they don’t let us go until confirm that

Room Bait and Switch

We had a Club Double sized bed in non-smoking booked. They tried to give us a club non-smoking two twin beds, or a club King smoking room. We ended up taking the two twin bed room, as that's better than a smoking room. Then after all of that, they couldn't find our passports and had to check their cameras to find where their employees put them. The manager brought us our passports back in about 30 minutes, I let him know that we were very disappointed and would have gone to another hotel if we had known they didn't have our room available. He asked us to wait a bit and he would see what he could do. While waiting, I checked the hotel's website and they still showed they had multiple double non-smoking rooms left. After waiting an hour the manager came back and showed us a club double sized room that was also non-smoking. So we moved over to the room type we actually booked about 2 hours after we checked into the hotel. The room wasn't the best quality, but out of the 3 rooms we were shown, it was the best one for us.

The Ramada is very well situated for seeing the Pink City and the greater Jaipur area. It is comfortable and well looked after.

Plenty of staff to help. Had a mouse in room and they were there in a minute to patch up hole behind toilet Breakfast buffet is great.

Good location , repair work was on all night and noise did not let me sleep. Will never stay here again.

Old and dirty hotel

Nice, family friendly place

- We stayed with family and it was a nice place with great service - Swimming pool on the roof was good experience. Once it rained, so going in the pool in rain was awesome - Spa and massage services were good - Breakfast had lot of variety - Location of the hotel was good

Good location, well maintained, however I found the lighting in the room was inadequate and less lighting over dressing mirror, toiletries were only shampoo, body wash and moisturizer. No dental or shaving kit was there.

The hotel is s western style set up , having a central lift shaft an @25 ish rooms per floor. The rooms are quite and clean however the bathroom marble and grout joints have seen better days and will require renewal soon . Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Indian food . Staff were reasonable busy at this hotel , there is an “ Irish ☘️ pub next door “ which was handy .

Pleasant Stay at Hotel Ramada-Jaipur (India)

Good experience. Rooms are clean. Comfortable. Hotel service personnel are courteous. Breakfast is fine. Check In and Check Out were smooth. 2 hour extension beyond 12 noon for check out was provided without fuss. Our preference is for hotels which are minimalist, supremely efficient, minus the silly touristic frills. Following is my suggestion: The Hotel can keep a complimentary small basket of fruits (not elaborate, otherwise it gets wasted) and chocolates in the room.

Ramada Jaipur

Hotel can do with a re vamp. Room needs a good painting, not enough sun beds by the pool, cig butts on rooftop area. Many staff didnt understand what we asking for.

It was clean spacious n comfortable room. The staffs were friendly. My check in n check out were easy.

Not as friendly as some

First impressions last,and ours was not a good one. Check in staff seemed rude and unwelcoming. I had asked to pay at hotel and they took the entire payment for 3 rooms off my card without checking with me. Hotel is a little dated,but it's ok for a decent price. Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Good location for little local places to eat in area and a great wine and beer shop out the back. It's a little far out of town,but we didn't mind as it's cheap enough travel if you can be bothered.

Value for money

Value for money. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was also nice. Hot water was not completely clean. Cleared after about half an hour.

City hotel with pool and three good restaurants

Nice hotel close to tourist sites

Great staff, everyone went above and beyond to provide service. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great which was included with the room, with lot of choices in both continental and Indian food.

checkin and checkout issue

Had to pay extra 800 for checkin . You have to pay almost rs 75 per hour for wifi access . Even the smallest hotels offer free wifi . Guess the group is not doing good financially . Checkout took 35 mins as the lady who had called for check out was missing for 25 mins and when I informed Lobby manager and he informed me that I will have to wait . Also stayed at Radisson Blu the next day . World apart .

Electric Kettle provided in the room was faulty and telephone kept in the room was in disconnected condition. Television did not work on the second day of stay. South indian food served in the buffet BF was not real south indian, Bhatura too was too oily. Food and equipments of the hotel was not inline with the hotel class

Everything was good but there was no free wifi in the room. Wifi charges were also very high. This needs to be addressed.

Ok hotel that is let down by the restaurant

The hotel itself was fine - rooms were a little small and there was a strange smell throughout the hotel but other than that, we didn't really have any complaints...until we went to the restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant lets down this hotel. We had poor service, dirty cutlery and an inedible chicken dish for dinner, which we sent back and did not want a replacement for.

I would like to have Wifi included. I had a lot of problems with the Internet. I bought for 2 hours logged out after 15. Min. Successfully and logged in again later and all credit was gone. Complained and they gave me another hour credit. So after a while I only bought half an hour and used up right away. Other than this internet we were very happy with everything.

Functional hotel, no frills

Satisfactory stay for a short business trip. TV channels are limited and image reception is poor. Watch out for the chargeable Wifi.. there is a complicated code for logging out, just switching off your device does not disconnect and the purchased online time runs out very quickly.

Nice hotel with good location

Staff was very courteous, complimentary breakfast was tasty. The room was good, but the washroom could have been cleaner. Overall a pleasant stay and worth the price. Food at the vegetarian restaurant was delicious (thali).

Great destination for vacation..

Ramada is an ideal place to stay in Jaipur. The hotel is nice and so as their services are excellent. Due to strategical location, its probably the best suitable place to go anywhere in Jaipur. Having three restaurants, disc, pub gym, spa and etc anything u need they have it, what else one need to have a nice time. Even though the 'pink city' is beautiful, its won't be worthless to spend one entire day in just chilling in Ramada with a book on the terrace and some munchies.

Difficulty in assessing

We checked in at the same time as a big Indian wedding. We were upgraded and taken to a suite. Wa it overbooked? First impression - very nice but cold. We took it that it was the aircon. BUT everything was damp including the bed. Slept in fleece. Next day moved to the room we should have had . Really nice and comfortable. The buffet was average ,staff worked hard to please. Pub good. Fitness centre - oh dear! Equipment out of order and very small. Not the best of our Ramada experiences.

Pleasant n Peaceful Stay

I Stayed in this hotel after doing a lot of research over internet. However, i had certain doubts in my mind. After entering the hotel, all my worries disappeared. It was my best Stay till date in Jaipur. Roof top Pool side BBQ is just amazing for spending a romantic evening with your partner.

Room cleanliness

Rooms are not clean and with worst smell. After continuously following with the staff for 4 hours they were able to change the room and again the same situation.
