It is a comfortable hotel but it is in need of some TLC. The water in the shower would not drain, the lamps did not work and the soap dispenser was broken. Can they get any meaner with their shower gel? Breakfast was adequate but the instant coffee the only free coffee available gives you a flavour of the issues here. The lack of competition in the area means it might end up as your first choice.

Çok Berbat rezillik Öncelikle hafta sonu okul öncesi bir gün stres atmak için gittiğimiz Ramada şile otelde yaşadıklarımız bir kabusdu. Aksam 6 da giriş yaptık odaya girdiğimizde sifon sürekli akıtıyordu, ayrıca balkon kapısı açılmıyordu .2 yetişkin bir çocuk gelmemize rağmen odada ek yatak yoktu . Bu taleplerimizi arıza dahil bildirdik uzun sürsede yapıldı. Gece yağmur sabah yağmur yağdı balkon dan içeri su taştı halılar ıslandı.Gece böcekler üzerimizde geziyordu. Sabah uyandığımda elektrik kesikti. 20 dakka sonra geldi banyoya girdim elektrik tekrar gitti 10 dakka gelmedi. Banyoda köpüklü kaldım, ayrıca lavabo ve banyo gideri tıkalı taştı sürekli. Otele kapalı havuz var diye geldik . Kapalı havuz tatilatta denildi. Sabah ailece kahvaltıya iniyoruz kafamıza çok noktadan sular akıyor . Halılar pis lekeli kokulu . Resmen rezillik felaket bir gün oldu . Ramada kalitesine guvenmistik ama hüsran oldu. Resimler mevcut şikayet var a da gonderecem ayrıca . Resim yüklemeyi kabul etmedi .

My shower had visible mold, falling apart ceiling. The parts of AC unit were open. Furniture seems to be hanging on a thread. Seems nicer from outside/lobby.

Otel konumu çok iyi.Giriş yağtığımda oda hazır değildi başka odaya aldılar. O odada karınca vardı. Başka odaya aldılar. Temizlik sıkıntılı idi. Havuz içi spot lambalar yerinden çıkmış havuzda yüzüyordu. Herşey yeniydi ama teknik sorunlar ile doluydu. Çalışanlarda bir o kadar gayretliydi. Yetersiz bir işletme sistemi ve temizlik sorunu var.

As a Ramada regular guest I can say the overall experience wasn't at the level I used to from other Ramada hotels. I stayed here in December and it appeared like understaffed. As the area is more popular in the summer maybe the hotel offers a better experience during the peak season. At the end you receive what you're paying for.

first of all, the air conditioner was barely working and I called them to slove the problem and they didnt care. We stayed there two nights and housekeeping didnt even cleaned the rooms even though we asked by pressing the room clean service button and also we went the reception and asked for it too, and they said that they will send housekeepers to clean both rooms in a hour. but nobody came.

I like this hotel, we have stayed before and the amenities are good and the rooms are fine. However many of the staff are not exactly friendly. The towels are hard. Our room was not cleaned till past 2pm, which was frustrating. Breakfast is rather sad, if you are only going to offer coffee from a machine why not invest in a good one. The bar charged £20 for two G &Ts which were poorly presented, they did not have suitable glasses for the drinks. The hotel is a little way from the beach and main town. None the less this is a great getaway from Istanbul and a pleasant hotel to boot.

Disappointed

It’s quite disturbing to see a name brand hotel this bad. Disappointing breakfast, no AC in 30^C weather and broken stuff. Asked the staff 5 times to unclog shower drain but they ignored it completely. NOT RECOMMENDED

The sauna didnt work. The wifi didnt work. All there was to do was go to the pool and its a good half an hour walk to the sea. WIFI was super limited and didn't work at times in the room. You may be better off finding something that is closer to the sea. The good was the breakfast the cleanliness of the room.

Communications difficult. I think the hotel mainly for Turkish people. Trouble with the internet, trouble with the card key on the door. Nothing in mini bar and room cleaned at 5pm. Overall, just ok.

Worst service & customer service

Checking In: we arrived to the hotel at 12:30 pm we couldnt check in because the receptionist was busy for more than 40 min to start checking in at the lobby, and the rooms were not ready. We checked in to the rooms, no electricity we had to wait almost 1 hour, then I warned them if the electricity is not going to turn on we will leave a review then they turned on the electricity. Also the room phone was not working Room mini bar is empty, no tissues, even the room was not well cleaned. Toilet: the room toilet was looking and sound like its working but it is not working at all, I was not able to use the toilet, we reported this issue all day and night to the hotel they did not change the rooms and did not fix this issue and they confirmed all rooms has same issue, so we had to use the public toilets in the lobby because that was the only place the toilet water is really working. after the phone worked, they hardly pick up the phone, even HOTELS.COM tried calling them when i reported this issue to hotel.com and the hotel never answered their call they keep putting them on hold for endless time. They don't care about the guests The room service staff are teenagers 14-15-16 years old boys and girls !!!! We chose this hotel trusting the brand name to get quality stay and service, it was the worst stay I ever had in my whole life, I wonder how come this is Ramada by Wyndham !! Don't Stay in this hotel or you will regret it 100%

Ufak bir kaçamak

Hotels.com’un bana ve eşime ayrı ayrı birer oda vermiş olmasını anlayamasak da, resepsiyonda bu sorunu kolayca çözdüler. Genel olarak otelin durumu iyiydi; ıslak alan kullanımı için gitmiştik. Kapalı havuzu kullandık ve masaj hizmetinden faydalandık. SPA ayrı bir firma tarafından işletiliyor, bir sorun yaşanmadı, masörleri de gayet iyiydi. Fakat kapalı havuzun bulunduğu kısım çok derme çatma gözüküyordu, -1. katta yer alması ve bütün boruların vs. açık olması oranın tadilatta olduğu izlenimini veriyordu. Bu yüzden pek hijyenik gelmedi, ancak havuz fena değildi. Suyun oldukça sıcak olduğunu da eklemeliyim. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitliydi ve yiyecekler lezzetliydi.

Personeel is super beleefd en doet zijn best. Maar dit hotel heeft een slechte management (beleid). Onderhoud is achterstallig, dingen zijn niet goed geregeld

Veel te duur voor wat het is.. familie suite was groot en over het algemeen wel proper! Maar boven ons bed hing het behangpapier los omwille van vocht en schimmelplekken. Onze kamer (suite 249)zat aan de zijgevel, mss daardoor. Geen bar ( enkel aan het zwembad, geen ander faciliteiten, ontbijt was heel beperkt! Hotel echt afgelegen en heel moeilijk om je te verplaatsen naar de stad en strand. Personeel ook heel afstandelijk, behalve de piccolo ( zijn naam vergeten) deze was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wel leuk en proper zwembad.

2 nätter med familj

Det var en fin och trevlig vistelse. Rent och nytt hotel med bra frukost. Några småsaker som togs om hand direkt av hotelldirektören herr Cemil. Stort tack och eloge till honom. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka!

Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli kahvaltı kötü değil ürünleri markalı odaları güzel fakat extra açılan yatak felaket v şeklinde havuz ve çevresinin bakıma ihtiyacı var ama kesinlikle kirli değil teknik açidan 20 yıllık otelci olarak söyliyeceğim rahat ve huzurlu tatil yapabilirsınız.

Otelin önünde otopark yok. otel dere yatağı içinde, dere yağmurda yükseldi ve araçlarımız su içinde kaldı. Otelde 1 gün mahsur kaldık.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Odada bazı ufak tefek problemler olsa bile büyük bir sorun yaratmadı bunlar. Genel olarak personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sezon dışı olduğu için çok az misafir vardı otelde. Özellikle sauna, hamam ve havuz hizmetinden memnun kaldık. Otel misafirleri bu tesisleri ücretsiz kullanabiliyor. Biz ek olarak masaj satın aldık ve ondan da memnun kaldık. Otelin etrafı sessiz, fakat merkeze yakın. Taksi ile yaklaşık 8-10 dk sürüyor ve sizin için taksi çağırıyorlar.

Memnun kalmadım maalesef

Oetlin düz ayak olması güzeldi, ancak kapıda bizi karşılıyan bey haricinde hizmet zayıftı. Kahvaltı fena değildi, 11 e kadar sürmesi de güzeldi. Havuz ise bir fiyaskoydu, demirlerdeki paslar plastik sarmaşıklarla gizlenmeye çalışılmış, fakat paslar duvarlara akmış.

Otele girmeden kaplı havuzun sıcaklığını sordum 26 derece dediler. Otele gittik görevli 28 derece dedi. Gerçekte suyun sıcaklığı 21-22 dereceydi ve mevsim itibariyle çocuk üşüdü. Asıl amacımız çocuğun havuzda eğlenmesiydi ama olmadı. Tekrar bu şartlarda tercih etmem.

Öncelikle ilgisiz personeller var. Rezervasyon öncesi telefonla dahi arayıp odaya bornoz ve kadeh istememize rağmen konmamıştı, konaklama sırasında tekrar arayıp istedik çokta anlam veremediğimiz bir bahane ile olumsuz yanıt aldık. Hiç hoş bir durum değil. Oda duvarında küflenme ve boya kabarması vardı. Tavanda lekeler vardı. Yatak çarşafı yırtık, ayak havlusu yırtıktı. TV yamuk asılmış ve kabloları sakmıştı. Gizli LED aydınlatmalar çokta gizli değil ve bir kısmı yanmıyor, bir kısmı ise sarkıktı. Otel konum olarak iyi fakat bakımsız ve kendi haline bir yönetime burakılmış gibi.

Tavsiye edilir

1 gece suit odada konakladık. Oda temizdi, konforluydu. Kahvaltı biraz eksikti, ürünler bitmişti ve zamanında yenilenmedi.

Vin der Lage ist es ok. Personal wirkt gelangweilt. Überall stehen Eimer rum um das Tropfen der Klimaanlage aufzufangen einige decken hängen herab. Sollte definitiv repariert werden

Girişte iyi karşılandık odamız balkonsuzdu balkonlu olması daha iyi olur oda temizliği süper oda konforu çok iyi genel anlamda güzel yer havuzda temizdi

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles verfallen oder schmutzig. Ein Hotel sollte in der Lage sein am Abend rund um den Pool sauber zu machen. Der Müll der Gäste vom Vortag lag am nächsten Tag noch immer herum. Auch sonst war das Hotel ungepflegt. Allein das Frühstücksangebot war gut, Kaffee allerdings ungenießbar. Nochmal würde ich nicht hinfahren.

Harika değildi ama güzel bir otel

Otel genel olarak kaliteli bir hizmet sunuyor olsa da bazı küçük eksiklikler can sıkıcı olabiliyor. Örneğin otelin önünde başı boş iki üç köpek vardı, otopak alanı yok, ağaç dibine araç bırakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz, oda ve balkonlarda askılık eksiği var. Balkon oda seviyesinden yüksek saçma, çoçuklar için tehlikeli, odalar aşırı sıcaktı. Elektrik gidince jeneratör yok. İyi tarafları ise karşılayan görevliler çok yardımsever, ilgililer ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Açık havuz ve kahvaltısı harika. Çoçuk havuzu yok ne yazık ki..Acilen daha kurumsal bir yönetim anlayışına geçmesi lazım. Yine de memnun olduğum bir tatildi diyebilirim.

Das Personal war unfähig und unpro, Bestellung wurden vergessen oder zu spät geliefert. Drauf angesprochen, wurde einfach ignoriert... Die Anlage war super, gepflegt und sauber...

Family friend and near public beach

It is very nice hotel in terms of location, very close to public beach. It has good facilities, swesming pool, good breakfast and the rooms are as good as typical Ramada or as its scores indicates. Generally, it’s family friend hotel and is located on quite area. The staff are kind. The only negative is that only one or two can speak foreign language.
