We loved the huge pool/common area, such a great place to hang out, especially since our visit was in the winter.

Very outdated facility. Drains were clogged, mold around tub, pool and hot tub not healthy (no staff seen cleaning water or checking chlorine). Stayed two nights and only counted 4 staff on duty. I have been at this facility many times in the last 40 years and disappointed there has been no money spent in upkeep or modernization.

Okay stay, restaurant and takeout convenience, good beds, balconies and exercise options were nice.

You can tell this was a beautiful property when built but vwry poorly maintained. The walls in the room were dirty. The bathroom grout and tile was gross. The bathtub faucet leaked our whole stay. Room was freezing cold even with thermostat turned up all the way. People were yelling and knocking on doors past 1am. Breakfast was ok but stuff was dry and you could tell it had been in the containers for a while. Pool seemed dirty when we looked down at the tiles so we didnt swim. Disappointed because this hotel has such a neat indoor courtyard but not maintained to standards

Nice place but out of the way

It was very noisy kids playing ball in the hall , door slamming , people being loud . This was at 10 pm

We where hoping for a peacefull night of rest before a meeting the next morning. It was far from peacefull. There was a group of teenagers yelling and running and slamming doors in the hallway right by our room. I called the front desk and told them what was happening. They said they would do something but nothing changed. Finally at midnight i went out off my room into the hallway and asked the people who where running from room to room and yelling to quiete down . I imediatly got called a baby and other names because i asked them to turn there volume down. Not a pleasant place at all.

Quite run down and neglected. Our first room has broken remote, broken wooden chair that had obviously been broken and hastily put back together. The bathroom fan switch was broken and was pushed into the wall. There was no hairdryer, the patio guardrail feels unstable, hot tub was out of order. It's sad to see, it used to be a great spot.

The bed and sheets were clean, the courtyard a nice touch and the breakfast was good. The room needed repairs (chairs, tub, wallpaper, balcony) and wasn't very clean without being dirty. Correct for one or two day stay. Good price for what you get.

Was a great stay we always stay there with the kids was another great experience

Really enjoyed our stay! We had the perfect room- right by the pool for my 4.5 year old and right by the exit door to take my dog out. My son loved the pool area. So great to find a place that allows dogs. Loved the complimentary full breakfast that even had a pancake making machine! Will be back!

This hotel was basic but fine. The bed sheets and towel linens were clean but the remainder of the room felt dingey. It was clean but didn’t feel clean as it’s old and worn, with some stains on carpets, chairs and in the bathroom. The fridge was a 1/2 sized bar fridge but worked just fine. The pool was absolutely freezing- lots of small kids were using it but it was too cold for us. The open air space where the pool is situated is actually fairly inviting, but again everything feels old and a bit run down.

This place is extremely dated and dirty. I checked the bed for bed bugs, just in case; that's how our room made us feel. Staff were ok but not including the restaurant staff. Would not recommend. I have pictures to attach.

This place was easy to get to and was pretty good overall. The restaurant was alright, food was pretty good(pub food), the service was ok but the waitress seemed a little timid for some reason. The pool area was nice but too many kids for me. And the hot tub was down while we were there. The wifi didn’t work which wasn’t the end of the world but it would have been better if it was working. Overall I would recommend staying there. Staff seemed friendly and prompt with any requests we had. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are dirty looking, stains on the carpet. It’s very outdated. The continental breakfast wouldn’t allow me a take out container. lol

It had a terrace in the center of it that had a pool and a hot tub. Next to the pool was a tiki bar ... it gave the hotel a tropical vibe. The buffet included in the stay was really good. On the other hand, the hotel is dated...there was a juke box in my room.. I guess it was kind of neat having the box. 60s vibes... there was also a stain on my rooms carpet

There was a hockey tournament nearby. The hotel was full of kids. The kids were running up and down the halls all night banging on doors until 2:30 AM and then continue again at 9 AM. The worst sleep I’ve ever had.

I found the room to be outdated and the bathroom was in poor shape from the cracked sink to the 1970’s shower head. The ceiling tiles were water stained and the wall trim was coming off. The furniture was from the 80’s and uncomfortable. You can tell the owners are more concerned with profit then the keep up of the property.

Loud kids

We slept on the court side, wich is the pool side. It was too loud until the pool closed. 10 pm is too late…

The only complaint really is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room smelled of cigarettes but linens were clean. Comfortable but not anything special. We did not eat in the attached restaurant; there was no breakfast included.

Kids running playing ball hockey in hallway. Staff would do nothing to fix problem. Room looked like mosses stayed in it. High prices for no services.

Old building, well maintained, need some refraish.

Room was freezing. Heater did not work. One thin blanket on the bed. Spent the night shivering. Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean up room, refresh towels or make the bed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Costumer service was excellent!!! Very friendly! Was looking forward to use the hot tub and pool but it was full of kids having a pizza party so no one else could use that area at all. Dissipointed i paid for hotel with that to be used, and not accessable.

The gave me the wrong room. My girlfriend and I was in bed and a family walked in the room. Then got a call from the front desk saying the didn't have my booking. So a hour later trying to sort it out.

This property is tired and needs upgrades. The carpet in our room was frayed and had come away from where it meets the tiles at the entrance to the room. The metal tack board was exposed and I stepped on it hurting my foot. Very dangerous. I hope they fix this - I did speak to someone at the front desk when I checked out. Paint is pealing, bathroom is old and kind of gross looking.

This hotel was disgusting, the first room we were given stunk like an ashtray and the second room we were given was run down the bathroom had rust on the tub, the shower ceiling was moisture absorbing ceiling tiles that were all stained and moldy and the carpet in the rooms was covered in stains and needed to be replaced along time ago. This place is run down and needs some serious renovating, even the pool and the hot tub are dirty and broken.

Beds ands room were clean Pool was green and slimy. Jets were out of service for hot tub.

The inside is showing it’s age, the pool area could use a fresh coat of paint and the pool should be scrubbed

We loved coming here but unfortunately it seems to be going down hill. The whole place needs a little TLC to bring it back to the great place it was.

The once and only stay at this hotel!

This is a very old hotel. Very outdated. I will never stay there again. It was a last minute booking. Not clean. Mold in washroom. Spider web above lamp. Smell of mold throughout the hotel. Only positive thing was the lady at the front desk for check in was friendly.

The room smelled musty and dirty. The bathroom has holes in the wall and has no soap to wash your hands with. You feel just as dirty coming out of the shower as you did going in. This hotel is way past due for updating. The carpets are old and smelly, beds are uncomfortable.

The hotel is okey as well as the rooms but the corridors needs upgrades. The carpets are dirty and dark of dirt. Front desk culture not good they need training.

While the property is a little dated, it is always cleaned when my family and I have stayed here. They take care if any maintenance issue as quickly as possible. The staffing is as considerated and pleasant as you can get!

This hotel room was so dirty, there was blood all over the box spring and wall. Black mold behind the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. The balcony had mold all over the walls. The first room we were given the bathroom light didn’t work so we were moved to a different room.

Room was very dissapointing, bed was broken, musty smell through the room. The shower curtain, bedding, and chairs all had stains. Sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. Bathroom was not cleaned appropriately before arriving. Will not be returning to this hotel

Our first room had a broken toilet, the second room had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. The pool was absolutely filthy, the water disgusting. The hot tub was broken. Absolutely no pride in the property, and the staff were indifferent when we brought these issues to their attention.

It was dirty and not what we originally booked. Staff were good.

Staff were professional and friendly! Check in/out was easy & quick. The property is showing its age and is in need of some renovations. The toilets and sinks are stained and cracked. The beds need an upgrade, as do the tv’s. Outside, the benches were broken, there was garbage laying around and the grass needed cut….little things that just give it a bad appearance.

Everything was good except for the hot tub not working.

The property is old, and I think that is why some have said dirty; it wasn't dirty but it does need some updates. The self check-in ahead of our stay was great and my room key was sitting at the counter when we arrived, I didn't need to do anything else which was great. The restaurant at the hotel had great food and we were able to bring take out to our room on actually plates and leave them in the room after.

Everything there was good until it was check out time we had to provide a 200$ deposit upon arrival when it was time to check out it took well over 2hrs cause they couldnt find our money

Needs Refreshing & Updating

The bathroom was so old it would be hard to make it look clean. The shower curtain was dirty or permanently stained. The sheets were worn & did not appear clean. The staff were welcoming. The hallways were dark, poor lighting in the bathroom & main room. There were no usb charging outlets. The wifi did connect quickly.

I think the washroom should have 3 large towels instead of 2 and there ought to be a table and light on each side of the bed. Restaurant staff was excellent and the menu offered a lot of choices. The location of the hotel makes it easy to get in and out of the city plus there is a gas station or two next door.

Perhaps I'm being too harsh, but this motel was not what the pictures made it out to be. The rooms feel humid and damp due to the pool, our original room had several stains on the bedding, floors and walls. We were offered other rooms but the first room offered was dusty and had mystery stains as well. Staff, while polite, did speak over me while I was explaining my groups concerns. The balcony rooms were loud due to the pool overlook. Had to search for new accommodations.

Stopped in for a quiet nights sleep prior to a 12 hour drive home. Super noisy hallways, yelling at all hours, teenagers being loud after midnight. Very disappointing as we just wanted a quiet night.

This place was flthy! There was mold in shower, and the front desk staff , appeared to be looking for creative ways to add extras to our bill.

This is an older hotel. The staff is doing their best.

The property was a little weary, but still very presentable. The only disappointment I had was we stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping after the first night.

The coffee maker was not clean, same could be said of coffee machine in rm 143 where I stayed a the previous Friday. Also, very large nasty stain on carpet. Only small section of carpet in toom, so could easily be replaced. Overall, still like the hotel, staff are TOP NOTCH! Would stay again.

Was not overly impressed found ladies dirty undergarments in room, pool was too cold to enjoy and hot tub was not working. On the upside staff was very friendly and the food was really good

- Unfortunately didn’t like the dirty room, dirty pool. towels and blankets had old washed out stains. Shower curtain had orange mildew at the bottom. Half the channels on the TV did not work. Overall just didn’t feel very clean. The restaurant had good food and great customer service. Just wish that breakfast had been included as the room is definitely overpriced for its condition.

Tried to cancel our reservations because our work got canceled and they would not refund the 2 days for 4 rooms.

The staff and servers were awesome but the bed mattress was very hard, needs to be replaced. Terrible sleep.

Needs renovations. The bathrooms are so outdated and the furnitures were stained. The restaurant food was good. Loved the French toast and the club sandwiches. Restaurant staff was nice. Hotel just is outdated and the pictures don’t match the rooms. It also states breakfast included but it’s not. The price is separate.

One of the best properties, we have stayed till now

Good location and clean hotel. But very poor Wi-fi and the hot tub in the inner court had jets that did not work.
