Usually stay next door at the Convention center but wanted to see the difference with a business suite at Ramada Parc. Pros: very friendly reception and staff. Always enjoy the spa and gym facilities. Clean and calm environment. Breakfast has pretty good options and fresh eggs/omelette station is lovely. Cons: not enough electrical outlets in room especially for a business suite ie: phone and computer charging. Beds/pillows are not all the same standard/room, but I was accommodated and able to change rooms. My room had very low water pressure so it was nicer to shower in the gym. Difficult to get all shampoo out of my hair. It would be really great to have gluten free options for toast, etc. as I have left a comment on previously and haven’t seen this implemented yet. On hotels.com app and website extreme swing in rates and extremely inflated last minute during non-peak times.
So clean. Comfortable, the Breakfast was so good. I 100 % like to stay here. Strongly recommend others to share with my experience
Lovely hotel.
Hotel is great. Facilities such as the pool and gym are exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful. But I felt my room and the halls looked a little dated and tired. However, overall a very pleasant stay and would certainly return and stay at this hotel again.
I like the view
Good stay
The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking.
Unfortunately, despite being charged for a 'business room' to accommodate me, my wife and my daughter we were also, on the last day, also charged for the Spa / pool despite already paying for an upgrade to the business room on day one. The hotel told us that we we're being upgraded to facilitate space for three guests on day one, but on the last day the story changed and we were told the charge was for an extra bed. This wasn't made clear and the service we received when we complained was poor...we were effectively told we were wrong and had to pay for the additional services added! Poor service all round. The hotel facilities were really nice and the bar, food and pool were all decent. However the service received, and the fact that we were overcharged for elements which should have been included spoiled the experience.
Convenient stay for a trip to Bucharest!
Good customer service, good food and quiet .
I booked this property for my husband, my daughter 17 and myself. They only gave us one bed because my daughter was supposed to sleep with us. They made me pay for a extra bed when I made the reservation for 3. I have never had this kind of problem before
Location, Personnel eager to help
Ramada Park City break!
It was a weekend city break. Impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the reception personnel, which also applies to the rest of the staff. We especially enjoyed the pools, notably the outdoor poolside shower, because we could regulate the temperature!!! We think that the reception area needs some chairs, for tired guests on arrival!!!
No dwimming poil available and it was not announced
Such a liar
This is a complete liar, first of all it is not a hotel, but an apartment; second, you book and pay, but when you arrive, they will make an excuse that there is no room, and let you change to another Building, maybe 1-2 km away, worse condition, worse room, worse sanitation, you can even see a big stain on the sofa, very bad, very bad; third, this is already their scam , but they charge the same money and refuse any apology and compensation. It is strongly not recommended to book
This is not a 4 stars hotel, not even close. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small and old style. We booked 2 rooms for 2 night, but left after one night (didn't even care about getting refund). Moved next door to Crowne Plaza which was much better.
Miserable sleep, or lack thereof
Old furniture, inconfortable bed, very noisy heating and ventilation system, worn and so and so clean sheets. Good breakfast. Avoid if you can.
If you smoke you may like this hotel room
Hotel is Old and it shows, rooms smell of smoke, and are generally from the late 80's. Toilet spilled over very unpleasant. Priced very low for a good reason. on the positive side its close to the convention center short walk less than 10 minutes.
I found people at the desk not friendly at all for anyone let alone a customer service employee, almost arrogant and bothered by simple basic questions. The room is outdated, bedsheets very clean and the breakfast really fresh and a lot of variety of yummy options.
At best can be described as ok
I have never been in a Ramada which didnt have irons in the rooms and given it was a 'business' room it was even more surprising. I asked at the front desk if I could get one three times and was told they'd look into it. I never got an iron in the week I was there. The rooms are pretty rundown and the A/C only sort of worked. Not as expected.
The front desk couldn’t locate my reservation and I had to wait one hour. Pool and gym are not free. The bed is not comfortable
Excellent food, customer service, cleanliness!
Excellent stay. Very good service, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean everywhere, very good and breakfast. Highly recommend.
It is a nice hotel, it was perfect for 1 night stay. Also had access to spa and breakfast from Ramada Plaza because of choosing above standard room level. No bad comments, all was good.
Cold and outdated place!!
I had room 116, the room was very outdated it smelled very bad of cigarettes and also very very cold, it took about one hour for the room warm up, tv has the poorest quality display, stained carpet, mattress was hard and you could feel all the springs, bathroom was dirty and rust everywhere, very dirty balcony and the pvc windows and door seal not holding the cold out, so if your staying there in the winter you will freeze to death. Overall a very dull and depresing room.
This hotel was a bit dated looking in the corridors but down around the restaurant it was quite nice an modern. My room was nothing special but it was not too expensive and the bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice and the restaurant staff where good. The location is not great for a lot of things people will want to visit. But it was fine for the airport and my own activities
Good hotel
I just stayed one night. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
Nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bucharest Parc
Ramada is a great place to stay while in Bucharest. The building looks a bit older but has everything needed. Especially if you come to Bucharest to spend time visiting the city or for work, and not just stay in the hotel whole day, which should be usually the case. Excellent price per value ratio.
Ready to walk inside the building? It's too big
Too big building, walking inside a long way to get the room. They have given a smoked room for a family with a child and we had to go back to change the room with a smoke free room. It was the only issue. Apart from this all fine
Reception Desk was unmanned. For every tinny thing you have to walk to Turist next door. The room was disastrous: phone and TV not working, mosquito net had holes in it, hot water only late in the morning, and only after insistences. The gate to the parking did not work, thus another walk to Turist, with the car unsafely parked in the middle of the alley. Hotel and restaurant super crowded, impossible to keep social distancing. Restaurant was a huge disappointment: you bring an Indian Chef to Romania? Instead of traditional, quality food, you get a dubious oriental fusion. Bah! The personnel is marvelous, as usual, except for the maintenance technicians, which are impertinent and lazy. It's a shame that such a prestigious franchise name is associated to this crumbling joint. Don't blame it on COVID, it's the management and corporate leadership that sucks.
What you see on the pictures is not what you actually get. The hotel is run-down. The rooms are old and worn-out. Access to the gym or swimming pool? Forget about it - you have to pay 7 EUR. At 10 am I got a knock on my door by a member of staff asking me to check out. I said check-out was at noon. This should not be ranked as a four-star hotel.
Place is only problem they closed front 0esk in ramada parc side , so now you have to go check in in the ramada plaza side and walk back to ramada parc to go to your room also long lines now one front desk for 2 hotels!
I was a bit reluctant to book this place after reading ththe complaints after reading negative comments about breakfast, etc. I got a really good deal of £30 per night that included breakfast which was really good with plenty of choices. From eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese all sorts, beans veggies, fruits etc. Good coffee too. There wasn't nothing to complain. Maybe the lack of a system in place as people were not queing and waiting for their turns, it was a bit hectic, but it's Romanian style. Romanians don't like to be organized in such aspects.
Good comfort but poor food quality
Good comfort, however food lack in quality, poor, cucumber not washed and cheap products from supermarkets for a 4 star hotel the food was bad quality.
The location is good for a big city. The hotel is ok, not so clean (there were hairs in the bathroom). the bed is comfortable, one night i did not have warm water to take a shower. Parking is very good, and the breakfast is excellent.
The toilet flapper chain kept coming loose from the flushing lever. I reported it 2 times and they never tried to fix it so i had to reconnect it each time i flushed. :( ...and they allowed hundreds of non-redient guests to come to the pool (for a fee) every weekend (with their kids)
Old facility with poor customer service culture
Old facility, the central AC noise didnt let me sleep all night. Most staff members I have dealt with are not friendly. The breakfast is a low-quality buffet, the coffee machine needed to be filled, when I called the restaurant employee, he started talking with his colleague in Romanian language with negative facial expressions. All what I mentioned and much more made my experience below expectations.
The Spa center
Quite
The hotel was more than perfect in terms of safety measures for the pandemic. The room was also clean and big enough. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools together with the spa and fitness center was beyond our expectations. The catering service next to the pool area was also incredible in terms of variety of the food and the service.
Breakfast bad
Breakfast at this hotel is terrible , will be bether If they dont offer something free with so bad quality.
Well below average
Food at the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast was pretty poor. The mattress and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I paid for a business room but it was very old and I would bet the standard rooms are exactly the same. Only good thing was the indoor pool looked great but wouldn’t stay here again.
The hotel is very far from anywhere and there is no public transportation in the fire area to take cabs all the time, in our room we had flooding from the bathroom and all the necessities came out of it and spilled into the room when it happened we encountered a shocking attitude of the English lack of understanding and did not let us pack our things to move to another room Only after arguments did we pack our stuff when we came to the reception to talk to the hotel's representative claimed he could do nothing and it happened and that just waved us off, the gym and pool cost very expensive a day to enter, no variety at all every day when we performed Dough Out also waited half an hour because of his misunderstanding of the employee Party to manipulate the computer to check the condition of our room and we had to wait for the person responsible for sleeping room settled down and come Hbdok to liberate us, that total is not the most experienced pleasant experience at where I know I will not repeat
Disappointing.Room not cleaned.A lot of dust, hair on the table, toilet, and towels.Marks and dirt on carpet.
Great stay
reception staff was ok. room not good, old, very bad mattress and pillow. breakfast buffet 5/10
Good Stay
It was comfortable and safe hotel. Bucharest hotels are quite expensive this is one of the best price for the location and so . There is a perfect spa in the hotel if you like to use it. I enjoyed my stay. If you are in to see good locations you might want to choose different hotel
Not far from the airport, not many room service options. Generally speaking it’s good and cost effective. The neighborhood, which is also Ramada, is more recommended because it is newer.
Visit to Bucharest.
We stayed at this hotel 7 nights. The hotel rooms are small but in good condition , but their breakfast is amazing. Service is very good, everyone was very helpful. We stayed there because our niece had her wedding there also, otherwise is just a bit far from center of city , but taxi is very affordable.
Very nice pool area, rooms are rather old style with carpets and dark wood furniture. However the entrence to the spa (incl. the pool area was not included in my room rate, so I had to purchase tickets for my stay albeit at a discounted rate of EUR 7.00 a day).
We've stayed at this location for 6 nights. Good location and a very good, fresh and plenty rich breakfast. We'll stay there again in the future.
Short break!!!
It was very good, except for the fact, that even though we were paying guests, we still had to pay extra for the use of the pool!!! NOT GOOD!!!
This has been the most outstanding service I have received in my whole 3 weeks throughout Romania from the front reception staff to the restaurant staff, I would highly recommend
decent.
Was a good stay. Room was a little small and bathroom was small. But otherwise pretty decent. Pool was good and one for doing laps.
Nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Better to have car, not much within walking distance.
Ancient hotel
Very old rooms, needs to be modernized. Staff was friendly. Not far from city center
Not taut good
Could be better
Outstanding morning breakfast and great hotel for the low price.
Rooms are very clean but not beautiful. Staff is good, breakfast is good.
Poor restaurant food quality and service. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull
Booked and paid for a queen sized bed..........got 2 beds
shower should be renew, and water in the toilet would keep running after flash ...nice wide bed but only 2 pillows...
Hotel room a bit on the gloomy side and musty.Telephone didn’t work. During my stay bed made and sink cleaned. Small roaches.
Goodd not great.
Restuarant and hotel were full of tourists when I was there. Otherwise 3 star not clean enough for four star.
Non smoking but somebody still smoked in adjacent room or floor. Area very busy with traffic and construction. Staff was good and good breakfast.
Bad night
Music from reception was loud for hours and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel tried to use chessy rice instead of cheesy risotto as I preferred. Just horrible. The bed was the hardest bed I have every slept on in my life. Concrete slab
Nice hotel great stay
It is amazing especially the spa, even thpugh it charges a bit.
Ramada Parc stay
Excellent stay for a day, comfortable and spa was comfortable. Breakfast good and plenty of selection. Room and bed big and comfortable.
Mediocre hotel
The hotel desperately needs some work, as it looks old and hasn’t been refurbished in a while. Not very clean for its stars and price.
Room is ok. Facilities are quite good. Staff could be more helpful.
The bathroom is not safe and a change must be made to the shower stall.
Close to airport but expensive extras
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and pool. After check-in we found the pool was an optional extra and was going to cost us an extra 7 Euro each :( Drinks are approx. 4 times the price than in restaurants nearby. Staff were polite but not friendly or ready to engage in conversation.
Reception staff wonderful Great breakfast Nice extras Close to big park
It was near to the airport no shops close by
Nice hotel.. Breakfast nice... Spa n pool facilities great need to pay 7 euro a day to use these facilities but worth it... Well the first night I pAid in business class but I didn't feel it was a business class room as room was too small n bath tub n bathroom was really small overall it was OK... The next two nights were a compensation thru wizz airline and everything was bad... Room was standard double which was still small and had some issues with heater... The shower in room 214 was not working properly... Didn't complaint as we were mostly in spa so had taken shower from there itself... Breakfast was regular but with lunch and dinner it was terrific as they had fix menu for wizz guest and it felt like we were just dumped to eat those food... Although we ate outside both time... The last night meal was in the second restaurant and the waitress didn't know that the restaurant arranged our dinner here and moreover once explained that I will pay for my drinks so they gave me a drink menu and the drink came after long time I asked for gin n lemonade I got gin n lime juice which waS too sour didn't complain as they ruined our night anyways and we were gonna go out for dinner... Still I would advise to the staff to behave little better if people are compensated In your hotel... Over all except spa service Great mention to the lady in the spa who did the eRly massage on 17&18 at 7.30 she was gud others were OK not great ... Will I stay back may be may be not?
5 days they only made seem to clean the room. For example the drinking glass in the bathroom had stains from teeth brushing and evry day the cleaning team just turned the glass over to look like it was cleaned without cleaning, and particles that were on the carpet remained there. But the worst was the air condition, when I arrived it vas turned on and the room was very cold so I turned it off. The next day the temperature was over 30*C and I tried to turn on the AC but it didn’t work,. After I came back from breakfast and was ready to leave (and vas sweating plenty) it started to work suddenly by itself-unfortunately tool late!!!! It seems that the Air Cndition has a mind of itself! And this went on the entire 5 days. This is NOT what I want and expect from a hotel that rates itself 4stars.
Good
Good location. nice sauna and swimming pool. ............................................................................ ........................................................................................................ .......................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................... ............................................................................................................ ........................................................................................................... .......................................................................................................... ................................................................................................................. ........................................................................................................................ ................................................................................................................................ ........................................................................................................................... .......................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
They charge you €7 per person per day to use the pool
Safe and comfortable hotel 6 kms from the centre
Nice location, good amenities bit pricey though , friendly staff
Hotel overall was adequate for my personal visit but was very disappointed that it did not have draft beer available and you had to pay to use the outside pool which i found out belonged to the hotel next to it despite the itinerary i read describing it had.
Good hotel for the price and location
Good price and location but all levels smell like tabaco maybe it’s time to change the carpets...also the beds are buckled; on the good side breakfast is great! And service is great too!
- when check-in i was not told about the spa facilities even though i had them included - we had to share the spa facilities with people from outside hotel - the quality of the hotel itself is not 4 starts - the windows have no safe net, they pen widely - when i check-out i wanted the invoice an they refused to issue it on regards that expedia has to mail it to me
Great amenities
Great gym, pool and restaurants. Close to the mall and downtown.
Great hotel near Herastrau Park
Clean hotel, nice location, great views from the my room and good value for money!
Clean and Awesome staff
Hey what and awesome experience. They even made sure that my children and I had a breakfast to go bag for an early morning flight. 5Stars for us and we will be there again!!!!
Nice hotel
All good......................................................
Old hotel, bur clean, ok for night accommodations
Ok for business travelers. The hotel is old, but not bad. Clean rooms. The breakfast is ok. If you dont like to get involved in city traffic, then this hotel can be your choice.
Poor Service
The staff had and air of superiority. They were not gracious when asking us to leave the breakfast area because breakfast was over. I've never been in a hotel in the United States where you could not linger a while after breakfast. Here, I felt like they wanted you out exactly at 10AM. They told us to finish our few bites of food and move to the bar. Overall, the hotel was OK, though a bit dated and definitely not worth the money. Be aware that the pool is an extra charge.
Great amenities
The room wasn’t anything spectacular but the surrounding amenities, pool, gym, restaurants and spa were very nice.
Smells and poor hygiene rooms !!!
Very rude and arrogant staffs with hardly and daily housekeeping provided No change of bedsheets or towels
This hotel is getting old. It need to be tefurnished ASAP, especially the bathroom
Bucharest Hoiday
Ramada Parc Hotel is a great place to stay, everyone was great. The staff are a true asset to the place. I would definitely stay again. Multumesc
A bit of a shambles
I visited Bucharest with my 15 year old daughter for a city break. As such I specifically requested a twin room. When we turned up there were no twin rooms available, so we had to take a double, although we did move the next morning to a twin room. There seem to be big problems with the plumbing for some reason. 3 blocked toilet issues over 3 days in 2 different rooms? Not great. We tried to book room service on the final night for my daughter to have a salad. After trying to ring them 4-5 times I contacted reception who put me through - to the wrong hotel. I finally went downstairs to reception who pointed me off to the bar where I ordered the food, was asked to wait because they weren't sure when they might be able to find somebody to deliver it to the room. The chairs in the room looked like they had been created from a coffee table, that a padded back was attached to. This was the same in both rooms. It wasnt what I really expected from a 4* hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It just didnt seem to be 'right'...
Hotel good - but had to pay to swim!
Good hotel and location. Loved Burcharest Therme and used free bus to travel there. Surprised to have to pay for pool and gym at hotel. City is generally great value.
plumbing in bad condition. All doors (mine and the
plumbing not OK. All doors (mine and the neighborhood's) violently slamming preventing me from sleeping
Cold water and dirty rooms
The water for shower was cold in the first room. We ask them to fix it it took 2-3 hours and we left hotel without take shower at night they told us it’s fixed but in the morning same situation. They changed the room but again same and one of the Conciarge people told us his mother a doctor and we shouldnt take a shower with hot water . At least they make us laugh.and at the end they said because your room on the smoking rooms level and the hot water tank on the top floor then its like this. Another problem i belive they didnt wash the cartain for the past 2 years.breakfast was the best part of this hotel as it was average and up. Thank You ramada good job
Decent hotel
For a one night stay is a fair location. They need some improvement on small details, such as amenities replenishment, a smile from time to time, but we should already know the type of customer service around the area. For a longer stay choose Ramada Plaza next door. Customer service is nothing better, just rooms are a little better.
Not close to downtown as they claim.
The stay was good. Breakfast excellent. The staff is very friendly. However it is far from the down town where all the action is. I wish I booked a hotel in real down town city center. I wasted lots of money on taxis.
This place smells like the 70s Asking for additional fee for the pool. Nothing more to say than not recommended.
Good enough
Front desk staff wasn't especially friendly, but weren't rude. Hotel could use a freshening, but not bad. Thought buffet lunch was overpriced. Liked the spa and pool. Decent massage for $35. Liked the proximity to Herastrau Park. All in all, with breakfast it was a good value.
Excellent Stay in good location.
Very fast check in, plus got an upgrade. The room was on the ninth floor. Room was clean and good facilities the bathroom could do with updating eg shower head and curtain. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Coffee was not the best with people waiting and staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful.. The Pool and Filness area is excellent and staff very helpful. The reception staff were always very helpful.

Always love this hotel wonderful staff. Beds seem to be needing a refurbish as my last week stay between the two hotels differed compared to last April and July stays. Pros: staff - wonderful!! Cons: add gluten free options for breakfast Beds and pillows vary by executive ro booked Hotels.com has extreme ranges of prices that don’t always meet a 4 or 5 star European setting
