2 star hotel - no one answers the front desk when you try calling - really frustrating - front desk staff doenst seem like they want to be there.

Hotel staff was very nice at check in and out. Room was perfect for what was needed for the weekend. Good restaurants around and shops nearby.

Broken elevator

On our last day, the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry our bags down five flights of stairs.

Very average and mediocre guest service, definitely get what you pay for. Had a very odd scent throughout the place, only upside is It’s quiet and in a decent location, the adjacent restaurant is pretty good and honestly gives value to the place. Also, they have no complimentary breakfast.

Relaxing and Rejuvinating.

I had a surgical out patient procedure done and had to book a room in tax for the stays since I live out of town….This is the second time I have stayed there. With the restaurant which served very god .. Since the restaurant was open for breakfast , lunch , and supper, I did not have to go no where….The room as well as the cooling was exceptional. I will definitely book my next stay there.

It's fenced around like a prison and so you have to walk all the way around to get to it..no shortcuts..it was very annoying. worse thing is they have no cleaning free drinking water which i think every hotel should have. so because of this 1 star.

Love the wall of exposed brick in room. Although located on a major highway, got a good night’s sleep. Quiet & clean hotel.

I had booked the room because my daughter had to be at the hospital for surgery at 7:00am. The surgery was cancelled and I tried to cancel the room. I was told I was getting a refund, but never did

It was just right. The best asset is the staff. Very professional...

Not very clean, bed sheets were dirty

I was charged $60 of my $100 deposit for a wash cloth and pillow case I'm sure bleach would've removed easily. This place is rip off 😞

The room was nice. The bath tub was worn out and looked grungy. The hotel gym was literally a handful of mismatched weights, one bench, a broken elliptical, and a treadmill.

Not really sure what to say. Just beware company truck got broken into and all equipment stolen out of it. Cops didn't show up. Nobody at the hotel cared.

What is this, any city?

There were ants everywhere.

The property was filthy and smelled of mold and weed! There were stains all over the furniture in the room. Mold on the ac. I’m felt unsafe. I ended up leaving same day due to the smell! They would not give me a refund and I was supposed to stay for 5 days. Do NOT stay here!!!

Roach in my room. No automatic door. That’s not ADA compliant. No Managers to be seen anywhere. They said they would spray my room for the roach and I think they did. Because now all of my stuff in my toiletry bag smells awful. And it didn’t before they sprayed. And I had to wash my face with the only hand towel in there because they just couldn’t get a washcloth to me. But it’s the roach and lack of communication from a manager that really made things not good.

Staff was excellent, hotel was excellent and the location is not too far from The Concourse Project 🙂🎉

Excellent place to stay

Great place!! Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Ice machine was close and worked! Pleasant smelling, not smoky or smelling like marijuana. Lady at the front was very nice and helpful.

Very Comfortable & friendly staff.

Never have I seen so many bugs in my hotel. I saw them in the bathroom, on the beds, I left food in the fridge and saw bugs crawling out of that. I am worried/ concerned I might be bringing critters back to my house. Have pictures to prove bugs as well as dirtiness. Would love to talk to someone who could put me in touch where I could file a claim for at least a temporary refund. Thank you

Good choice for the money!

This was a nice room. The beds were clean and there were plenty of towels. The fridge was on the small side. AC was iffy at times but not bad enough to report.

Seemed to be recently renovated and looks nice. Outside parking was a little used looking. Located in an old part of town. Overall a good place to stay.

Tub was leaving wouldn't Stop dripping. Doors in the bathroom and elevator were flity and dirty.

The sheets on the bed, could have been cleaner. I smelled a faint order on sheets and pillowcases.

The room was very, very clean. However, on Expedia, it shows that there’s breakfast included, which isn’t necessarily it’s just a restaurant connected with the hotel

We had a great time. It was a safe area the room was clean. Joseph at the front desk was a great help. Didn’t get the name of the person at the front at check out but she was also very friendly.

Good Stay

Good hotel only thing is the room smelled bad when we walked in. Room smelled like wet dog. Other than that everything was fine.

Hallway on second floor had odd smell, like carpet had been cleaned and it didn't dry all the way. Could be type cleaning supllies used, it wierd smell. Overall , stay was good.

We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in the near future. Staff was friendly and the on property restaurant/bar was very convenient and food was excellent. They even had Saturday night entertainment. We'll def be back!

We only stayed the night to be close to the hospital the next morning for a procedure. The hotel was conveniently located within a few minutes of the hospital.

Would have liked to have something out for breakfast, coffee? The coffee machine was not working in the lobby. We came in late and was checked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We would stay there again. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Property was a decent price and was quiet at night, but there is apparently a cricket infestation and people seem to regularly smoke in the rooms. We had to switch rooms when first checking in because of the smell, and when we were checking out, we passed by a room where someone was smoking a cigar. Other than that, staff was very friendly.

The property was fine, fairly clean. The issue i had was no breakfast. They did have a restaurant next door and the price was fine but i am unsure as to why hotels dont offer breakfast ?

Room kinda smelled like smoke and a little musky, but I still enjoyed my two days.

Entitled property smelled moist with mildew and mold. Staff are friendly but friendliest only go so far. The room moist and humid. Everything that existed in the room is dampened. AC just circulated the moldy air all around the room. Left with a cough.

Found multiple bugs in my bedroom throughout my stay. The advert says there is a gym but all that means is one treadmill and an incomplete set of dumbbells. I won’t be returning.

Kimberly was amazing. I arrived at the hotel in the morning after a long flight and managed to find a room for me without having to wait until the check in time. All the staff were very friendly.

Convenient for the price, really enjoyed the free coffee, the cleaning lady was so nice and comprehensive about a small issue that we had and fixed it right away, just the elevator that is too old and smelled bad.

Room was fine, but if you use Hotels.com, be careful booked a 2 night stay, tried to cancel the 2nd night, they said it was after cancellation window, however it was more than 48 hours for the second night, stated hotel would not waive, so hotels.com an whyndam properties, i will not be using.

Misinformation

When I booked I was notified there would be a $50 deposit on arrival. The clerk at the front desk told me it was a $100 deposit. It had been changed from 50 to 100 a year ago. Please confirm and update your website for this hotel

Great Choice at a fare value.

We chose this hotel for its walking proximity to a 3 days Event at a near by Hotel and happy with our choice! It was both more affordable than the Hotel's Venue and cleaner, with pleasant furnitures/decor and attention to provide a pleasant environment. It's a great choice for a moderate budget without loosing on the quality! Nice staff and front desk people too ;)

This hotel is overall good. Staff were friendly and the hotel is clean. My only recommendation is to do something about the stuffiness in the rooms. Also expressway very accessible.
