Always a great experience staying at this resort. Very friendly staff and great location.

It’s in a great location and only a short walk to the beach or OTOP

Overall have a great experience. The staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Room is good comfortable and clean but accessories were not clean. Our clothes got dirty while put on stand. Coffee cups were dirty. Food quality was very good.

The pool access rooms were good value for the price but some things do need improvement. Ie. Considerable mould around air conditioning vent and the air con thermostat did not change anything so the room could be too cold. Mattresses were also quite hard for people who aren't used to it. But overall still pretty good value.

My fourth time in Phuket. Everything about the hotel is the same. I think maybe the hotel may need some renovations on some furnitures in the room. Hotel food could be better and staffs could be more wellcoming and friendly.

Price, location

Great location. Hotel bit on the older side but still worth the money. Had the pool access room which was great. Only issue was the mattress was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to sleep on top of the beddings to make it a bit softer. Might want to invest in new mattresses as this is consistent complain from other reviews. But overall I would stay again. For the location.

It was our second time there. We had a pool access room which was divine. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Close to everything.

Great stay twice this trip

Great hotel. Pay the extra money for the pool room it’s worth it if you swim daily. If not you can get cheaper rooms on upper floor. Located close to beach. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has many options from Thai to western and includes coffee, tea and breads. Will stay here again for sure

Awesome time in Patong, Phuket!

Perfect location if you want to be close to main beach of Patong and all the markets around. Still quiet and isolated once you are within the hotel. Pool access rooms are just amazing!

Very nice place, this is the 4th time i come and will never change. The only one thing i would like them to have a safty box in the room. But never the less very safe and never worried. Staff is great, location is perfect. Next to the beach and away from the part sounds of the night so you r able to relax. See u next time!

Near to Patong Beach!

Booked an pool access room and it was nice. Felt the room was small for 2 people but it was ok. Spacious tub! Good breakfast too. Quiet place to be away from the noisy places.

Don’t stay at this hotel.Your money might be stole

Don’t stay at this hotel. Hotel security is really bad. I lost money inside my room when I out for swimming. No safety box provided inside your room. Bad management. Even though u have made complaint to the hotel management about lost money inside my luggage, they didn’t apologise at all. They even challenged that I had no evidence to proof my money inside my room was stolen. Anyway their attitude was very poor and they ruin my holiday.

Nice decent stay near Patong Beach

Not many guests, decent breakfast and stay. People are nice and friendly, the location is amazing with Patong beach very close to the vicinity with not much noise and chaos around the resort.

Comfortable and value for money.

Nice hotel but it is on a very busy crn which this does not show in the map. Even though we had the room made up sheets were not changed & often we had to ask for water & toilet paper as it was not left. Breakfast is quite limited nothing other than butter for toast. Bit disappointed as we had expected more. We had asked for a soft bed somehow they took that as we wanted an extra bed when we arrived. Beds are very firm.

Hotel was fine had a great pool access room, but the hotels staff did not speak much English which made life hard. But overall a good location walking distance to the beach.

Ice hotel, not super fancy but quite good, close to the beach and a little further away from Bangla. Supplies sometimes have a problem - on the last day they did not have any coffee in the restaurant. Staff very friendly - the added three blankets to make the bed a bit softer

Reception staff are not the most helpful. However the cleaners and the restaurant staff are very nice. Mattresses are very hard.

Stay

Hotel was in good condition as you expect from a fairly new hotel, staff are very helpful but the food was not for a European (breakfast ) it was aimed more at the Asian market. I nearly did not book this hotel as it implies it only has a bath but there is a very adequate shower as well. Stayed from 6th to 21st November and rebooked got January 2018

Very convenient location , nice room and service !

Spent 5 nights at Ramaburin .. pool view room .. very clean ,, comfortable room and good customer service . Convenient location . Easy access to so many places .. patong beach , Bangla road , Simon Cabaret , Jungceylon Shopping Centre etc . Friendly staff . Breakfast served daily 6.30 am- 10.30 am .. yummyyy!!! I recommend this resort hotel to anybody who is visiting Patong, Phuket .

Nice Hotel close to everything

If you are staying in Patong area this is the place to stay. Near the beach but it will be hard to leave their amazing pool, bar has happu hour abd cocktails are good. Breakfast is ok Terry do fresh ehgs as you wish which I tought was a plus. Close to plenty of food options, good for fun.and for families. We were a couple and choose the pool access room, it was totallu worth it!!

a real let down

*slow wifi. *the majority of staff have almost no english language ability. It was almost impossible to arrange anything... including things you would expect to be easy, like ordering room service! *the hotel looks very tired with faded exterior paint, disgusting cracked mats covering the sun lounges and rusted outdoor fittings. The outdoor chairs on our balcony were most uncomfortable as they were missing cushions. None were available on request. This hotel is in serious need of a renovation! *room cleaning is inconsistent.. sometimes they wouldn't clean the balcony, sometimes they wouldn't replace the towels, sometimes they wouldn't replace they drinking water or bathroom soaps. *the breakfast was just terrible!

Great location, central to markets and the beach

This was our first time out of Australia. We went to Patong in Phuket. We had a relaxing holiday despite the humidity. There was a lot to do and see. Learnt that you must barter at the markets or you will pay too much. Tried different food, went to the Siam show in Phuket, a must see, was amazing Lot's of eateries and bars all with great service enjoyable after shopping Quad bike riding, Hubby really enjoyed that. Massages nearly every day Ate a lot of seafood at really good prices Thouroghly enjoyed our room, with the huge bath, air conditioning went 24/7, balcony overlooking the pool area. Lovely sitting out there at night on chairs and table provided Allow extra time when departing as there is a lot of bag checking, far more than in Australia, also ques can be very long. Great flight there and back entertainment available on flight for minimal price, helps to fill in the time We flew direct there and back

Good location, 5 min walk to the beach and about 10 or so minute walk to the shopping centre and Bangla Rd. Nice and quiet location, away from the craziness, but close enough to get to it if you like. Lots of shopping, restaurants & night markets close by.

My Hotel experience

The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to good markets, beach, night life and Bangla Road.

Clean hotel. Far from noisy street & near beach.

Good stay. It's located at the end of noisy Patong street. Easy access to shopping & massage area. Near to Hard Rock Cafe. Limited choices for breakfast selection but overall not bad. Bedding is a bit hard for us. Shower water volume is smaller & temperature is not consistent hot/cold.

Great facility, great location, horrible service

If you want some peace and quiet for rest and relaxation at night, this is a great place. Close enough to the bustling night life but far enough so it's not disturbing. From check in to check out, the two ladies at reception didn't smile once, didn't say anything remotely welcoming, and almost seemed like we were annoying them when asking for towels on the way to the beach. If you don't mind an unfriendly staff, this place is ok, but I wouldn't stay here again simply because of the terrible service.

Great location

The resort has a great location as it is easy walking distance to beach, shop's and market's, there is always taxis or tok toks outside the resort which is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great new hotel

This is a new hotel, very quiet and still central enough for a nice walk to the main areas. Rooms are great, hot and cold tap is design over functionality, you will see what I mean :). Would recommend this hotel and the pool access rooms.

arrived at the ramaburin resort greeted by the porter with a big smile instantly, helping as getting the bags from the van, then for the check in what shocked me was a very different welcome then the happy porter, the lady doing the check in at front reception desk i found to be abrupt and could speak very little english i just checked in and brushed it off that she was having a bad day. however when any of my family or myself pass through front desk we found them to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming except for the porter who always smiles and gives little nod of his head, we found with staff on the front desk to be unapproachable and unable to speak english, so if we needed anything or for any question we would ask the staff in the restaurant who are the completely opposite to front desk, though their english too wasn't great they tried hard, all staff in restaurant are fantastic couldn't ask for better service and for the cleaners cleaning room 1005 and 1006 thank you for the good job everyday. the hotel it self is great we enjoyed our stay , it is a small report but has everything you need , nice modern and well pointed rooms, the pool was great, the hotel was only a very short walk to the beach and short walk to the markets. i would recommend the resort and stay again myself but the hotel could invest in a lot more training and coaching to the staff at the front end of there business at front reception desk. thanks guys at ramaburin restaurant for our hospitality made

Amazing place

I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this is great 4-5 star... Staff are friendly food good, just very nice hotel to stay in Phuket.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 1 week, bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable. Room service took over an hour to turn up, the staff couldn't speak very good English, asked for a glass of ice and had no idea what we were asking.

Slice of Heaven

Paid a little more for the pool access room....so worth it....pool is stunning....room was modern and clean...although at the far end of town the hotel is situated a short walk to the beach and is peaceful at night....not being opposed to walking it was'nt a bother that the entertainment hub was a wee walk...totally enjoyed our stay....staff were helpful and full of smiles....although not a breakfast person myself (included in price), my partner enjoyed what was on offer daily and was more than happy with the service....would reccomend to all....solo, couples, families....well worth the price paid....will be back again!!!!

Nice new hotel good location

Enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in poolside room. Clean new rooms comfortable beds nice staff and great pool... Breakfast was a little cold closer to finish time but pleasant enough if arriving early.. Booked for one week and got discount on second... Recommended hotel.. Will stay here again...

Good budget hotel with drawbacks.

The location to this hotel was great. A 3 minute (if that) walk to the beach, and close to many bars and shops. We were on the second floor, with a great balcony that overlooked the pool. The first floor rooms opened directly to the pool, but you could also see directly into them. When we checked in, we wanted two twin beds- which we got- but they were pushed together to make a single bed. When we arranged the furniture to separate the two, you can tell the floor there had not been cleaned for a long, long time. One quick call to housekeeping had that quickly remedied. The downsides- breakfast was adequate. Not amazing. The beds were incredibly hard. And the wifi was terrible. If you could stay connected, it was awfully slow. But more often than not, it was just not working.

Quiet & new hotel, short stroll to beach and shops

Pleasant modern room, room on 4th floor overlooking pool and with panoramic views of the hills. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was in a nice open restaurant and provided a good selection for Asian and European palates. The pool was a welcome feature after a swim at the beach or coming back from a tour, The only negative was the very hard mattress. But that did not not detract from an otherwise very pleasant week.

Get more than what you pay for

Absolutely fantastic hotel price, service, location and amenities. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist - often going out of their way. The loaction is also brilliant with it being away from the hustle and bustle but with a very easy and casual walk to restaurants, the beach and Bangla Road. The pool was very clean and relaxing as well as the bistro having a large selection of nice food. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great hotel close to everything.

Staff helpful and friendly and try and help in anyway. Gave us a later check out no extra charge. Pool beautiful and clean. We did eat at the restaurant and ordered room service all were very satisfactory. Price good too. Beds a bit hard but I still slept well. Breakfast satisfactory.

Excellent Choice For a Holiday

Have stayed in similar area before & chose this venue as friends were staying here. Neat, clean & fresh & not as busy as many others. Had a pool access room - no issues at all with mosquitoes etc, but kept doors closed to prevent any problems. Breakfast was adequate, and overall this hotel represents excellent value for money. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, Jungceylon Shopping Centre, restaurants and Otop Market area. This was my 7th holiday in Patong area, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience

Fantastic place to stay wonderful, friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. Excellent value for money and nice quiet location, it was my mums birthday while we were away and the lovely girls at reception gave her a birthday present. Its these sort of things that will make us want to go back there again next time we go to Patong

Hôtel qui serait très agréable sans chinois

L'hôtel est agréable et bien situé: prés de la plage et pas loin du centre ville. Par contre la clientèle est déplorable : des chinois en famille mal élevés, irrespectueux envers les autres clients, sales, aucun savoir vivre : leur linge est étendu avec des fils au balcon des chambres ! on se croirait dans un HLM ! Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais ils ne font pas grand chose pour améliorer le confort des autres clients. Les femmes de ménages sont désagréables et les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyées. Les autres membres du personnel sont, par contre très agréables et avenants.

Everything huge here including the value for money

I'm very very happy about this hotel choice. After the check in at the front desk the staff sent me to the assigned room at the 4th floor and my reaction was "WOW". I got a shock due the really big size of the room, the nice, big and comfortable balcony with a great view on the swimmingpool and the really big bathroom including both shower and bathtub facilities. Room cleanless it's also a really big good point of this almost brand new hotel in Patong. I had very relaxing and nice time at the pool area too (I love to swim and the swimmingpool it's sooo nice and big). I can't wait to be back here cdue the real huge value for money of this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato x 4 notti ... devo dire per L importo speo ( 18€ a testa ) va più che bene.. le stanze per fortuna sono molto carine e grandi... ma il buffet delle colazioni non è tanto vario, anche se cè da dire che chi si accontenta di un po’ di Joghurt, di brioche e un paio di uova, va più che bene. Del resto il personale è carino e sempre d aiuto, poi la vista sulla piscina merita e cmq l hotel è posizionato in un ottima zona!
