Nice location and very modern! The only negative being the loud noise from the corridors and the thin walls.

Great hotel with a metro station just outside, we felt safe and walked back every evening. The room was bright, clean and a perfect size. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Loved Madrid and would definitely stay again or at another Acta hotel!

A fantastic place. Very clean. Great location, just a bit out of the main centre but nice to the tube.

Hotel was in main street. Staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I love this hotel.

Everything was excellent

Our family of four stayed in the quadruple room for 4 nights. The room is a little too crowded for us (4 adults), but the king size large bed is nice and comfortable. Room is clean, we like the good water pressure with rain head shower. Service is good, they provide lockers free of charge, so we were able to leave our luggages when we arrived in the morning and come back to check-in in the afternoon. Bus stops and subway are right outside the building, but we just walked or took uber when we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, but next time we will stay in a more central location.

Great place, but the rooms need some sort of noise cancelation to the walls and doors in order to have a proper rest, it is too noisy, plus it seems that all guests must be reminded to behave and keep it to themselves.

Everything is good. Could improve in supporting guests. Or suggestions about around the area. Breakfast was very good. Deco was good.

Good place to stay if you are staying for a night or two.

Convenient for my trip and central Madrid. Felt like a safe location, well lit area. Courteous staff. Slightly dab, but utterly clean and comfy bed and quiet. Modern bathroom with great shower and nice towels. Breakfast, good choice and fresh. Good coffee.

Great stay

Great facility, like new. Clean and smells good. We were just looking for wash cloth and better cups other than paper cups. Otherwise, it was very good stay. Breakfast were wonderful and of reasonable price. Dinner were great Pilar, Danny were very helpful. Kimberly and all the staff were so nice.

I believe the property is advertised with soundproof rooms. It is not. But this was mostly an issue in the morning with doors slamming as people left for the day. We had 1 night with a neighbor who was on the phone all night which was very unpleasant. But the place is very clean and everyone was nice.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast options. About a 15 min walk from any major tourist attraction but tons of resturants, grocery stores and shops nearby.

Very clean and quiet. Steps away from transit station. Easy walk to Royal Palace.

Really like the hotel & staff, but noisy at times

Pros: -really nice, calm decor in the hotel and rooms, perfect vibe aesthetically -powerful shower -spacious bathroom -hotel is a nice space and atmosphere generally -staff at the desk are very kind and welcoming -bottle of water in the fridge -smart tv -location was good, right next to train/tube station and also cheap to get taxis to other parts of the city -soundproofing from outside street noise was amazing (just not inside, see below) Cons: - i read reviews saying the rooms near the lift can be noisy so I emailed a week before asking to be put in a room away from the lifts or any busy/noisy areas. i was put in a room closest to the lifts! it is noisy, the walls are like paper and you can hear the maids vacuum, people talking waiting for the lift, the lift going up and down and pinging, the plumbing and doors slamming in other people’s rooms. it sounds like they’re in the room with you! the family next door to us were running around shouting and shrieking (kids playing loudly) at all hours of the night, which of course isn’t the hotels fault, but the soundproofing between rooms should be a lot better. it affected our sleep the first night. -bed and pillows were a bit firm -the sheets/duvet thing were annoying as it’s a sheet, then a flat duvet in the middle then another sheet but the flat duvet isn’t inside a cover so it comes loose. i’m hoping it is washed after every use(?) as otherwise that’s not very hygienic FYI if the soundproofing was better, i’d stay again

マドリードとトレド旅行のため一泊利用しました。 駅前て立地は最高、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 無料の飲料水は冷蔵庫に配備、希望したら快く追加でくれました。 電気ポットは部屋にありませんが、電話でお願いしたらフロントにて貸出してくれます。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは、鍵付きのロッカーでセルフ対応です。 好きなタイミングで出し入れ出来て便利でした。 スリッパがあれば完璧です。 またマドリードに行く際には、ぜひ泊まりたいです。

Hotel com bom café da manhã. Quarto com boas instalações. Ponto positivo para localização. Foca literalmente colado na entrada do metro e estação de trem. Você chega facilmente às principais atrações em menos de 10-15 min…

Ótima estadia

Ótimo hotel bem em frente a uma estação de metrô, quarto novo, ótima limpeza e muito confortável. Apenas vaza água do chuveiro para o banheiro. Gostamos muito da estadia neste hotel, recomendamos.

Buena opción fuera del bullicio

Es un hotel que si bien no está cerca de las principales atracciones es fácil llegar ya que está al lado de una estación del metro y de cercanías. Todos los empleados muy amables, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias.

Prima hotel, kamer wat warm en gehorig. Personeel aan de balie kortaf toen ik vroeg naar tips voor restaurants op oudejaarsavond. Zelf maar wat leuks gevonden via internet.

Hotel di fianco la metro, con stanze molto belle e funzionali; letto comodo,colazione buona.

Fint ophold til et par dage. Rigtig dårlig lydisolation. Man kan høre alt der sker hos naboerne. Rengøring kunne blive bedre. Vi brød os ikke om at der ikke var dynebetræk men blot lagen. Tæt på metrostationen hvilket var perfekt til at komme nemt rundt

Lamantablenente los funcionarios del hotel se mostraron totalmente inflexibles a recibir equipaje en consignación por 11 días a pesar de los pedidos que hice cordialmente para el efecto. A pesar de ofrecer tener las dos reservas con el hotel no hubo forma de llegar a un acuerdo. Considero que cuando uno está fuera del país busca que sus hoteles sean su espacio seguro fuera de casa . Ese no fue el caso. Imposible llegar a acuerdos

Excelente estadia! O acta superou todas as minhas expectativas! O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e muito confortável, com uma cama incrível e um banheiro impecável. O chuveiro era simplesmente revigorante! A localização é perfeita, bem em frente ao metrô e perto de tudo o que eu queria visitar. A equipe foi extremamente gentil e prestativa em todos os momentos. O serviço de guarda de bagagens após o checkout foi muito útil. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para todos!" Un poco caro, pero me gustó

Solo me quede por una noche, pero la estadia estuvo muy comoda, regresaria de nuevo a este hotel.

Es un hospedaje que no está en el centro de Madrid, pero tiene una línea de metro muy cercana, en la cual en unos minutos te permite estar en el centro de Madrid en la estación Opera

Nuevo, bien comunicado, tranquilo!

Se nota que lo acaban de remodelar. Están super bien comunicados, cercanías, metro y autobuses. Cerca de restaurantes y buenas tiendas de gastronomía. El desayuno bastante completo y muy buena relación calidad precio en general.
