I was very satisfied with my stay.
Property was clean
Would recommend it to other people.
The room was a little small but for the price it was reasonable.
Friendly people at the registration counter. Good prices for the amenities.
Excelente
Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak English decently. You get what you pay for although the breakfast is good. The rooms have very thin walls and there is a lot of ambient noise from heaters, water, etc. if you’re a light sleeper look somewhere else but if you’re on a budget this is a great place to stay with friendly staff and good food. Decent location near termini. About 20-30 min walk to everything so that is a plus.
Bedbugs
Won’t stay there again
There was air conditioning but it didn’t work of a night time and was told to open outside doors. There was no shower curtain over the bath so water went everywhere and the pillows were flat as a pancake and no extra in the room
Arrived at the hotel and got sent to a completely different hotel without any notice. Overall really poor experience.
Avoid!!
Possibly one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in! The bathroom floor was stained, the bath and basin taps were rusted and there were no plugs for the bath or wash basin. Cupboard doors didn't close properly either, plus the walls were cracked. Breakfast buffet was adequate but no hot food. For the price I paid I feel ripped off and when I asked to change to another room....surprise, surprise...we are full! Not to be recommended for a single traveller.
Dirty and bad place!
They dont have air conditioners and not bath curtain so when i took a shower the all the toilet and bathroom was wet and the bed was not comfortable and also a lot spots on the sheets like someone pee on the bed and they didn't change sheets
Friendly staff. Booked two twin beds but only got one double.
Hotel Noto is conveniently located next to the Termini Train/Metro station, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other interesting places. We liked that Hotel Noto served breakfast everyday starting at 7am because we could eat before getting picked up for tours. It was also really nice of the cleaning staff to make our beds and provide fresh towels every day while we were away. Overall, our experience at Hotel Noto was 8/10. The only issue we had was not having a shower curtain. The bathroom would get really wet.
Worst hotel experience
The room had mulfunctioning fridge and shower. At the end they decided to move us to another room that was more little and still with a really bad shower. When we explain that to the recepcionist she treated us horrible even insulting us.
Location is excellent and convenient from train and metro . Bathroom are dated . Rooms could use fresh paint in traffic area. Plugged fridge and bottle of cold water inside fridge will make a good welcome but missing in this hotel . No shower curtain !!!
I arrived at 4 pm my room wasn’t ready, the mini fridge was not working we asked in reception about it the respond was like they don’t care. Gladly the housekeeping I believe her name was Anna help us to get a working fridge . My opinion the rooms are too small to accommodate 3 persons .
Dirty, old, noisy.
Stay at hotel noto
It was very close to central station but expensive. The room was small. The shower was leaking. Breakfast was average. No hot food and no eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The front desk agent was great. She gave us a excellent service and answer all the questions regarding Italy.
Convenient place to stay in Rome
Close to the Termini and all the transportation means of Rome, the hotel is convenient. Rooms are old and a little bit degraded, but clean and ok. Housekeeping everyday, with clean towels. I had to change the room because the first one was smoked by cigar or cigarette smoke in an unbreathable condition. Breakfast is diverse, basic, always the same, but you will find things to satisfy your morning hunger. Wifi is ok, new system made by Ubiquiti. Walking distance, 5 minutes to bus, metro or train. Also, the central tourist attraction are at 30 minutes walk, which is ok for visiting Rome. Do not miss the Diocletian Baths Museum, at 3 minutes from the hotel in your way to the metro.
It was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Near termini
Worth for the money
Old building but kept well. Very happy with room upgrade. Very helpful staff. Very central
Romo noto
Everything was fine for the price. Breakfast should be improved.
Nice hotel close to termini station
Helpful and polite staff. Room average all the facilities you need. Cleaner every morning. Close to public transport and shops, restaurants within walking distance.
Great Central Location, very close to main train station. Quiet street, convenient shops literally right outside hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but very adequate with everything you need at a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is nice too. Only small gripe is no WiFi in rooms yet. All things considered, this place is terrific value for money !
We needed a place to stay for one night only near the termini aswe had an early morning departure and this hotel worked fine. It is about a 5 minute walk to the termini. The rooms are basic and small but comfortable and a fair value. The staff was very friendly and even prepared a “to go” breakfast for us without our asking which was very nice.
So bad
I hope never to stay again in such Hotel. Arrogant staff on the reception ( except the lady) To have a visitor in the room is not allowed even for 5 min as i ask. Gay unfrendly hotel!!
A nice place to stay
The hotel was good, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room was also good, but the bathroom was not. There was a tub with no shower curtain, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. There were no enough toiletries.
You get what you pay for
It was good for the price. Super thin ( cracked) walls, I could hear them snore next door! Location was good. And free breakfast was good.
Close to inner city
Small rooms but very nice. Easy walk to get to the local bus or train.
Great location
Lacking simple facilities... disappointing for a four star
Clean and fresh.
Well air conditioned, lovely staff and a great hotel to stay in.
Second stay and every bit as good as the first.
Lovely welcoming staff, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make stay better. Room was clean and all amenities described were provided. Very happy to stay here again and to recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the lovely stay.
Not 4 stars!
This 4 star is worthy of one. Put next to elevator. Loud! Beds extremely narrow. Shower had black grout and lights didn't all work. Redeeming quality was the staff, feeling safe and near the train terminal.
Do not recommend
I would not suggest this place. I know the price may be tempting but spend a little more and stay somewhere nice. The location and hotel staff are nice but thats about it. As far as the room water goes everywhere in the bathroom, ac doesnt work, breakfast isnt good and no wifi in the room. When i booked this hotel my mindset was to get something cheap because i was gonna be exploring all day but i learned paying a little bit more is worth it sometimes.
Fantastic Staff Service
The receptionist - all of them makes our stay more fun and enjoyable
Hotel NoNo
Stinky room that smelled of sewage and no air conditioning
Hotel NoNo
My too was in the middle with a view of peagons and bird poop The room smelled of sewage and Mo Air conditioning I was offered a fan
Really good position for sight seeing
This is a budget hotel but could not be cleaner and is comfortable, hot water always available. the breakfast (continental) was generous. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of the Bus and Train terminus so ideal for seeing Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very quiet at night despite large parties of school children who were well behaved. To be really picky I would have liked a hook for clothes in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. but the important cleanliness and comfort were perfect.Thankyou Hotel Noto!
fantastic stay
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean with clean towels and linens even for a 3 night stay. Comfortable beds and rooms fully air conditioned. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit room. Can honestly say this is the only place I would stay.
Disappointing stay
The hotel itself is tired and is in urgent need of upgrading. The room was not to a good standard, old furnishings and tired. The breakfast was hugely disappointing, food selection very poor and very little fresh produce. As we were in Italy, we did expect fresh coffee but it was from a machine and powdered. The area in which the hotel is located is not good, especially during the eveings, when it appears dangerous to walk around. We decided to leave the hotel after only 2 night of our 4 night booking and found another one which was far superior but the same star rating. Moving hotel cost extra from our holiday budget.
Old hotel
No cute, very old, no wifi in the rooms (terrible). Poor Breakfast.
Not a great experience
We've recently booked room for 3 adults at Hotel Noto - terrible experience. It's beyond me how this hotel is rated 4 starts, it's not even 2 stars. We've checked in initially around 10pm - was given a room with the beds incorrect to what we have requested, they said nothing they can do about this, it will be changed in the morning. one of the beds was actually a camp pull up bed, the walls were dirty, some dirty panel was placed next to the bed! The lift had buttons missing, lamp fixtures falling off the wall. The room had no Wifi (wifi only available at the reception) it was dirty, cold, bed uncomfortable and the last straw was when we got told the hotel has no iron to lend. Breakfast is pretty awful, coffee/juice that I left on the table. We've called Expedia to complain, which they spoke to the hotel and they have offered to move us to a 3 star hotel (same company) around corner, Hotel Regio. Regio was much better, first floor room meant we could pick up the wifi, card key entrance (the previous hotel had a key that weighed around half a stone) still no iron, but it was warmer and cleaner in general. The location was ok - 5 min walk to Termini Station. The staff was a little patronising which didnt go down well. It may be an Italian thing however. I would never chose this hotel again and they desperately need to review the star rating. Moving hotels during a trip isnt something I wanna be doing.
Close to the train station
Stay was ok but a bit noisy. They did provide a 24hour front desk, vending machines, and breakfast.
Tilava, siisti huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamiainen.
Sentralt økonom alternativ. Helt ok. Litt dårlig frokost. Du får hva du betaler for.
Colazione internazionale a buffet abbondante.
Good location close to the central train station. The neighborhood is bad
great location, rooms very old, aviod breakfast!!
Well, i did not expect that, the inside of rooms are old and used, the bathroom saw better days long time ago, for the plus is the service and personnel. Breakfast? avoid at all cost, everyday very poor tost with cheese, some cornflakes. I was used to very different style of 3* hotels and brekfasts….thing on plus it its location, great spot for site seeing.

One of the most dirty hotel I ever stayed in. There is dust EVERYWHERE higher than 1m 60cm. EVERYWHERE! The bathtub can’t be used. There is nothing to hold the water. There is no construction or curtain to hold the water. The bidet is “losing” water so when used you are just swimming in water in the bath. The toilet sit has to be treated like a fragile rose! The air conditioner is working extremely...like EXTREMELY loud and can be regulated either to 33 degrees Celsius (for real) or just turned off. Internet connection? What is that? You’re logged in from (any) device for MAXIMUM 30 seconds, then thrown out and you have to login again! I will NEVER go there again. Ever!
Personeel was vriendelijk.

We really enjoyed our stay, good selection of continental breakfast. Hotel is near the Termini metro stop, some nice places to eat just a few minutes walk away.
