This was an amazing hotel! Spa is fantastic! The moment you walk in everyone treats you like royalty. Everything is spotless, location is reasonable distance from the airport, even for an early flight.

We had a family suite it was huge with a great view over the city. Great amenities huge room, would’ve had no problem living in the hotel with the family.

Very Clean and good communication

After a long hot day sightseeing it was heaven to return to the Radisson. The hotel has excellent air conditioning, is exceptionally clean, lovely comfy beds and sofa. Lastly the staff are friendly and helpful, from reception staff to cleaning staff. We felt everyone was exceptionally helpful. Well done Radisson.

Nice apartment style hotel

Really nice apartment style hotel! We stayed for one night during a layover and the location was basically the mid point between the airport and the old town city center which is where we did some sightseeing. We had a room that had a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen and the view was amazing. The majority of the apartment was clean but the living room had some dirt and hair on the floor but it wasn’t too bad. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Top 5* facilities in hotel. Brilliant clean, big rooms, seating room, fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, Gym, Souna and Steam room. Very close to metro and local transport. Lots of cafes and restaurants around this hotel. Brilliant part we like is politeness of staff always happy to help. When we enter in hotel we found very welcoming by Hamza at reception and he helps as with all our needs. Very helpful and great human being person. When we land Istanbul, our baggages didn't arrived at airport, Reception staff really helped us in this worrying situation. We highly recommend to everyone. We'll be visiting soon. We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the hotel for 7 nights Our room was on the 12th floor well-equipped and comfortable and clean The staff at the hotel truly exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool and gym sauna services were also clean Overall our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a enjoyable vacation experience I want to shoutout Hamza at the front desk the 2 ladies in the gym area for being helpful and to meet the general manager at the sauna his name was Mohammed such a pleasant gentleman highly recommend this place and excellent employees i will be coming and staying again when we come over!

Good stay

Nice hotel. Good points, very quiet and spacious with lots of parking options. Great location (a bit far from city centre) but have lots of restaurants and local shops nearby which is helpful. Rooms are very good quality with everything you need from washing machine to fridge, cooker, coffee machine and so forth. Staff are very welcoming and smiling all the times which is good to see. Breakfast is very good and have plenty for everyone. Negative points, swimming pool is not heated and has cold water which is not good for small children, there is only one pool and there is no outdoor pool. Indoor pool is 140deep so not ideal for small children again.

I stayed in this property a total of 5 hours. Check in and out was very easy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They called a taxi for me when I needed one and even ordered food for me. My apartment was 1102, it is a one bedroom apartment, has washing/dryer all in one, kitchen, living room and very fast internet. The apartment was clean, I felt very safe. I wanted a hotel closed to the import so I could do some work, shower and do laundry.

Definitely a place we would like to stay again when we visit Istanbul. Its location is excellent and close to daily basic needs. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The room was clean

Brilliant stay and stafg

I needed to stay somewhere out of the UK and Europe for 14 days and could not have asked for more. Staff were amazing, very friendly, organised a coronavirus test for me in my room (precautionary before onward travel), house keeping were brilliant, nothing was a problem for them. Room was great, I was upgraded to a 2 bed suite on the 16th floor, lots of space, great views, good condition and kitchen well equipped (oven, job, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer in shower room. Gym well equipped, a bit old and dumbbells ran out at 15kg but probably the most functional gym in a hotel that I have stayed at. Couple of things that would have been useful, a washing up cloth, drying towel and washing up soap but supermarket was round the corner, pool being closed for a big chunk of my trip due to maintenance. But if that is all I can find to say, it give an idea of how excellent it was!!!! I was really impressed with how seriously they took coronavirus cleanliness, really reassuring. This will be my go to if I need to clear for 14 days before traveling to the USA again, or for a holiday in Istanbul. Thanks everyone for making my long stay, superb!!

Istanbul is great town

The hotel is amazingly clean, friendly staff and amazingly helpful however, during my stay it coincided with war injured young men, they were all over the entrances with various injuries, very unpleasant to see whenever leaving or entering the hotel. I was on the 17th floor, the tiny and nice balcony require taller fence to secure sitters. Finally, in order to go to the city center you need 70 Turkish Lira for a taxi. In overall rating you feel home in this place apart from the above coincidences during my stay

It was a great experience with the friendly staff, good service and great view. We really enjoyed our two weeks in Istanbul . Thank you all 😊

Istanbul Apartment

My family had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem.

Breakfast is expansive and not good

breakfast buffet is not good and cost 10 euro per person. I advise to eat any restaurant nearby but not in this place....

We’ve been there for 10 days, that was brilliant.

It was beautiful and clean, security was good also.

Reception staff was very friendly and spoke English which is a plus! We asked for clean linens for the pull out bed and it took over 45 mins for them to bring it up after numerous calls. The kids couldn’t sleep till very late bc of this and there wasn’t any apologies just excuses. Also the bathrooms have a dispenser for hand soap and shampoo. That is it! No shower cap, conditioner, bar or soap for the shower or other basics you’d expect would be included for a 4 star hotel rating. All night the sounds of sirens and dogs barking and cars/honking and fire works on the streets till 2-3 am kept us up even though we were on the 18th floor and all windows were closed!!! Very disappointing stay. Left there without any sleep and a lot of discomfort due to lack of bathroom amenities (usually we bring our own but we were there in a 16 hr transit so didn’t unpack them.

It was amazing and kids loves it. We all enjoy it as a family. We will sure stay there again. Thanks to Hamza as well in the front desk.....

Amazing Hotel

The Avrupa Residence Suites are an amazing place to stay. For the room that we rented it was basically a two-bedroom apartment with all of the amenities. The staff is kind and helpful and the rooms are spectacular with all of the space you could need. For us digital nomads, the Internet connection was spectacular. Right next door there are restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and a grocery store. On either side of the street are bus stops and there's a taxi stand as well. Once the new metro line is running this will be an even better location. Do note though that this hotel is no where near the airport or the tourist areas.

Great Experience and Value

While visiting Gasiosmanpaşa, we stayed at Avrupa Residence Suites for 10 days. They are beautiful, modern apartment suites equivalent to a fully equipped two-bedroom apartment (at least in our case). If you are visiting downtown Istanbul, then this would not be the place to stay as that is very far away, but if you are visiting Gasiosmanpaşa it is just like your home-away-from-home. Some of the many amenities included: 4-burner range, full refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer (with instructions in English!), radiant heat (it was winter time for us and very warm). For us, as tech-nomads, the internet was solid and fast (30-50 Mb/s) so working worked very smoothly. Below the hotel are numerous restaurants, a bakery and a full grocery store. Right out on the street is a bus stop for line #49 (and probably others, but this worked for us) and right next door is a taxi stand. So, while there's no subway or tram close, transportation was not a problem. Also, across the street are numerous ATMs and a small shop where you can reload your Istanbulkart. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk staff speaks fluent English. I highly recommend staying here if it fits your location needs.

Elif and the Front office Team are amazing, the property is well kept, best security I have ever been in a hotel, nice free parking at the basement, The suite is huge and functional, I live the Laundry facility. Which we are able to do our laundry, cafe and restaurant are on the same building , convenience store or super market I. 5 minutes walk. We rented a car so no problem in driving around Istanbul, it’s the best highway and roads I have ever driven. People are courteous and helpful, very friendly and I ❤️LOVE Turkey. The place is great away from the too busy center but you will have vevrthing you need inside tho hotel . The are is busy but not like the city center .trsturants supermarket are in the adjutant building . There are many resultant and cafe in the vicinity . Not a sturdily one . Very good quality and nice stuff .

I would like to say that all the staff are very friendly and give excellent customer service, especially Mohammed, Hamza and Beram. I highly recommend these suites to everyone and I shall make sure to book again anytime I am visiting Turkey.

Avrupa Residence Hotel

I live in Istanbul and know the area but the hotel was hard to find - it was on the edge of the Avrupa Konutlari and amongst a strip mall and there was no sign on the street, only the hotel marquee. The residence is new and modern and very appealing to the eye. There were two reception staff on duty but one did not speak English so when one of the receptionist took my car to parking, we had to use my Turkish. The room was spacious and clean. The usual amenities for a suite hotel were provided -- a range top, refrigerator, hot water kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and an electric Turkish coffee maker as well as a large screen TV and internet. There were only straight chairs for sitting and the only outlets for appliances were near the headboard or near the floor at the entrance.

Rooms are big, clean, modern, comfort. Breakfast was Ok but needs to add more varieties from day to day. Location is great and easy to access highways and attractions. Great for families with children

Excellent hotel with convenient shops around.

Totally amazing experience, staff were well mannered, kind and very helpful. Hotel arranged driver and English speaking tour guide for us. All sight seeing was about 10/15 mins drive. My children loved the pool and me the gym. All shops below hotel were so convenient especially the food grocery shop (Asda/Tesco style) I would definately stay there again as breakfast was nice too. I would recommend to friends and family.

Really satisfied. Sincerely dedicated staff to the guests, permanently no service to the guests. The only objection would be unfriendly and ignorant attitude of some maids.Wellness valuable. Location orders usage of taxi to get to the central parts of the city( no metro or other means of rapid transport). Summary, above expectations.

The hotel room was nice for 6 people and we enjoyed it . It is far from the city center but they had free shuttles 3 times a day . Breakfast was great . The furniture in the room need cleaning .

Very clean but staff could hardly speak English, hotel was a lot further than advertised I shelled out on taxi fares for 3 days but later found the hotel had a free shuttle bus to the old city. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but health club and swimming pool was amazing.Overall 8 out of 10 but note to take your own tea\coffee sugar etc and soap as these were not provided and getting hold of toilet rolls from hotel was like gold dust. It is a bit far from everything but then this kind of hotel would cost a lot more if it was nearer

personally I very much enjoyed my experience in the hotel and all its facilities. As a family visit we felt very much like home in the hotel room. though there were some staff that may have been not considerate in terms of giving the correct information, some staff were very helpfull and kind; like the lady receptionist in the morning (somalia?) that aided us to our daily plan and our difficulty in terms of language. As a family we have all agreed to recommend the hotel to others and will return to Avrupa residence suites as a valuable and loyal customer. Thank you for the experience, and we look forward to visiting the hotel on our next journey.

Best kept secret in Istanbul

Tucked away near a residential neighborhood is the Avrupa Residence Suite. The courteous staff took care of all of my families needs from scheduling tours to providing suggestions to local eatery's. There were several stores and restaurants just down stairs that gave a range of services as well as the best Turkish Pizza place (oddly enough it was next door to a Domino's pizza). The rates were beyond reasonable and rooms were so clean that they were as if we were the first to stay there. The neighborhood was very quite at all hours which made this stay even more peaceful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul.

Quiet oasis in Istanbul

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and the modern rooms are airy and clean. We rented a two bedroom unit for our family and it was more than big enough. The pool and reserved parking are also very nice. The hotel is not close to public transport so count on renting a car (and experience the crazy Istanbul traffic) or take a taxi or the subway. The restaurants that are attached to the hotel are pretty good. The Kebap place is very good! There are 2 grocery stores nearby. The biggest one is in the gated community that is part of the hotel.
