Not a very clean hotel.
This hotel does not appear to be very clean. When arriving into our room, the bedding was quite obviously stained, there was plates and cutlery stacked up on a window in the corridor and rubbish overflowing from bin bags in the stairwell. Although the issue with the bedding was resolved, it is disappointing to experience such uncleanliness at a Radisson branded hotel. The staff appeared bored and like they wished they were somewhere else. The breakfast was OK. The location was good in proximity to the o2 but I would not be booking this hotel in the future and will not be recommending after our experience of uncleanliness.
Perfect for the o2
Lovely hotel . Very friendly and welcoming staff . Very efficient when needed help . Bed was very comfortable. Loved the decor . Would go back .
Close to the O2, and very clean hotel
It was great but both day's the shower was cold - luke warm at best. We apoke with other guests whobhad reported this so hotel was aware.
Should be better
Nice hotel but feels like it’s not being cared for or looked after. Shower never got warmer than lukewarm, the shower door leaked and the air con in the room didn’t work. Dirty wine glass sat in a windowsill in the corridor throughout our stay, napkins lying about and just generally untidy. Felt like all style but no substance
Great service, but will not recommend it.
The first impression was great, good location for the O2 arena. We were greeted warmly at the reception and were offered welcome beverages. The room size is adequate, lighting was a bit too dark. The lack of extraction fans in the bathroom means there was a damp smell as soon as I stepped in. Wireless charger, bedside light and light on the makeup mirror was not in working order. Shower temperature was tepid on the verge of being cold, even at the hottest setting. Fixtures around the bathroom are loose and fallen apart. The staff are great, the location is great, but the quality of the room is of sub standard.
Overnight stay
Lovely overnight stay for a concert at the O2 Arena. Great location to walk to. Lovely large room, comfortable bed.
O2 stay over
Very friendly staff, but window in bedroom did shut properly, so just kept the heating on. The breakfast was definitely worth the extra. Would use again.
Good
Clean hotel. Great funky decor.
Excellent service..
Stayed 25th January 2025. I booked two rooms, both had a broken window and in one, the air conditioning didn't work. The bar closed at 10:45 which was very surprising. The area is horrible and whilst they advertise a 15 minute walk to the O2 venue from the hotel, we felt it far safer to get a taxi. In the morning, whilst waiting for a taxi before departing, I noticed staff were using a supermarket shopping trolly (still with the coin slot chain release mechanism intact) to carry bottles and other bar consumables in order to restock the bar - that pretty much summed up the quality of the place.
Awful
Broken window, cold draught coming in, no hot water for shower!
Staff were rude. No pleasantries at check in, not inviting at all. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Thin walls, was a party in a room next door and above at the same time till 3:45. How no staff heard I will never know. Would have complained at the time if I wasn’t really trying to sleep hoping it would stop. Overall, very disappointing. Would not stay again.
Wonderful stay
Absolutely amazing place with better value than what we paid for. Beautiful shower, bed, TV, lighting.
Overall good!
Overall everything was good, and only downside pillow was very squishy not firm at all and mattress very soft too, you sink in. Everything else was lovely , hotel very pretty and breakfast was delicious good variety.
Fantastic location and stay
Fantastic location a few minutes walk from the 02. Very dog friendly so had a wonderful stay with our two Furs, staff were so warm and welcoming to us all .Mosham ( hope I’ve spelt that correctly) was incredibly polite and helpful and made us feel so welcome arriving with dogs and associated paraphernalia!! Parking (pre booked) directly outside the main doors was a huge plus
Nice enough - not really close enough to O2
Nice enough. Quirky decor. Everything felt very ‘new’. Room was spotless. Only complaints were: - drinks were ridiculously expensive in the bar (£35 for a cheap bottle of Prosecco) - the hotel isn’t really in good walking distance of the O2, yet the description gives the impression it is. It’s stuck out on a main road that I wouldn’t have been comfortable to be walking along late at night. Had to call a taxi to take us to the O2 and back
Go for the aesthetic, not to sleep
Beautiful aesthetic but mattress was like a rock and the room needed a little maintenance with some electricals not working and the window latch broken.
Restaurant opening times were not as web advertised. The opening window had an air gap as it wouldn't close properly, so let a cold draft blow into the room
Sleepless night, very disappointing
Terrible night sleep. The hotel is next to a busy main road but doesn’t have sound proof windows! We also had a whining noise in the cupboard next to our room which was going the whole time. I was offered a reduced rate upgrade in the week before our stay, I accepted it. Got to the hotel, no availability. Why offer it if you can’t fulfil it? Overall a pretty dreadful stay.
Convenient and value for money and close to Greenwich.
Nice decor,
Overall not too bad, shower was unfortunately unable to get any warmer than room temp and the mattress was a bit too firm.
WARNING watch out for double payments
Hotel is ok but parking is overpriced for what it is (£22 per night to park on a sliver of pavement only big enough for a vw polo). What really lets the place down is that they took an additional payment from the credit card even though the room was already paid for.
There was bags of black bin liners of rubbish as we got out the lift onto our floor at 6pm. They gave us single beds which was not what I had booked but the staff argued that I had, even after looking at the email confirmation.
Lovely Hotel
Such a lovely quirky hotel. Loved the theme throughout. Only shame was the room above decided to make noise at 3.30am for about an hour, waking us up sounded like they were moving furniture. Not the Hotels fault.
Disappointing
Rude staff, long wait to check in, rooms not as pictured, no soundproofing in rooms - we had the Blackwall tunnel traffic directly outside our window and could not block the noise all night. The electrical in the room hummed all night long, the toilet smells and the cleaners left all of their towel carts outside our room to begin cleaning at 6:30am.
Good for O2
Pleasant..modern...some updates needed
..
This hotel was close proximity to the O2 arena (about 20 mins walk) It was good for an overnight stay. The room was fine but could have done with a light in the centre of the room. Other lights did not make the room bright enough. Breakfast options were good - catered for vegetarians.
Met my expectations
Great find
Great hotel for a visit to the O2 and surrounding area
Near 02
Convenient overnight stay for O2 arena event
Stayed here for an event at the O2. Only a 15m walk from there so really handy. Parking is £22 for overnight in one of ~15 spaces. This feels really expensive but considering O2 official parking is ~£30 then I guess this is the reason. Initial check-in was not the smoothest though no major issues. Seemed to be some confusion over which rooms were ready. Considering check-in available from 3, we arrived at 4 and the corridors to the room were still filled with cleaning stuff, only 1 cleaner though. Room 110 directly above reception was clean and largely functional-could not get the aircon to work- temp showed but couldn't see any way to turn on. I did not raise this with the front desk as it was late though, ended up just opening a window. Nice shower, very good pressure. Only comment on this was that the knob to direct water from either the handheld or rain head was incorrect. Usual hotel-style TV and plenty of charging points both 3pin and USB by the bedside. Breakfast was a buffet affair - tasty but as with a lot of places that serve breakfast this way, you need a bit of luck to get all fresh items for a cooked breakfast! Only had scrambled eggs ready, fried or poached eggs were provided on request. By the time a fried egg was provided there were no sausages left! Didn't bother me too much as I wasn't too hungry and made do with just bacon and beans plus there were pastries and other things to eat also. Seemed a little understaffed but staff were pleasant and helpful.
£3 microwave pizza sold as £16 stone bake wood oven pizza
The staff are very unfriendly and the breakfast is not worth the money so please don't book it
A ok stay
House keeping need to be better as waiting for Room to be ready and TV remote was temperamental and had to be replaced. I have a similar make TV and my remote works ok and been dropped a few times. The other thing was we had to walk through the dining area to get to the room.
Parking option is terrible and they also charge for it. Food delivery service is nonexistent.
Great Impression
Pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was
Great stay
My experience was beautiful very welcoming friendly and very helpful staff very professional and polite
Modern chain hotel
Terrible parking, great location if visiting the 02. Lovely room and bathroom, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast disappointing for price, very basic, low quality ingredients, luke warm.
Not the best 4 start
The rooms smell bad Change twice but still had a smell from drains The delux room is basic so standard must be bad Not 4 star hotel more like 3 Reception looks 4 start rooms 3 star Shower good
Check in staff and Check out staff. We’re not friendly, very surprising as this is normally the first and last point of contact Room looked like the clean had been rushed, wipe marks could be seen on the floor and surfaces
Not the best.
Hotel looks nice but then the room was falling apart. Towel rail on the floor, shelf under the sink hanging off and tap coming off the sink - not great when staying with a toddler. The TV also kept saying cable link issue.
Very basic hotel but the room was excellent and the service superb. Food had a limited menu but it was well cooked and presented. Recommended if you need to stay in the area
Smelly drains and was overcharged for meal.
The staff were really hospitable and the hotel lobby is quite lovely. However, when I got to my room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom - some sort of drainage issue which had the bathroom and room smelling like a sewer. I immediately notified front of house, and a cleaner came immediately, he just sprayed around a few times in hopes that the smell would go, but it didn’t solve it long term. The room was very small and compact, I left with bruises because I was bumping into everything! The hotel is also on a very busy back road, and people seem to loiter outside of the hotel and make up a lot of noise. The sound proofing isn’t good at all, you can literally hear everything going on. On a positive note, the bed was super comfy, and they had a google cast which allowed us to stream from our own Netflix account. I probably won’t return to this hotel, it wasn’t the best value for money
Good hotel but noisy with the rraffic

The Hotel was very nice! Clean and quiet. I walked there from the o2 which was a bit annoying due to the construction work between there. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
