Good location and excellent room

Wonderful hotel with family vacation

This is another wonderful hotel...unfortunately it kept raining while we were there, otherwise we could enjoy the sunrise scene from our family room. Nonetheless, it is still a great place to stay with very attentive staffs.

Excellent service close to the beach restaurant

Clean place, nice pool and gym. Great breakfasts and very courteous staff. Great views from the room. Busy and loud road. Noisy till late in the evening. Could not keep the windows open for sea breeze. Overall would highly recommend it.

Very poor customer service

Breakfast was low quality for the high end hotel. Food quality was way below expectation. Staff ignored customer's request and had very bad attitude.

Awesome hotel overlooking My Khe beach. Fantastic views down the beach and front row beach road from our corner suite. Delicious breakfast with local cuisine selections as well as the usual western choices. Within walking distance to many fresh seafood restaurants on the beach front row.

I have a feeling ill will come back again

Nice hotel. Friendly staffs. The beach is on the other side o the street, but it was very crowded and the guy at the beach entrance gate asked us to pay before entering.

The hotel is nice and all , but my girlfriend and I being on our 20s this hotel felt more for older people . Quiet and kind of boring ambient I would say , the staff in the lobby were really professional and helpful but the pool staff and other staff around the building seem to ignore you or talk to you with a tone , if you at the pool and expect staff to ask you if you need anything or give you a menu forget about it , you have to get up and ask for one and if you order something they would want to charge you right when you get the food like what ? Makes you feel like they doubting you if you got money to pay it or not , if you think pool would be free forget about it as well , pool is always full of people unless you go at 6-8 pm at night when it’s cool outside. Food wise it’s pretty good I would say 8.5/10 . hotel from the outside and inside is beautiful very luxurious, if you’re in your 20s maybe even early 30s I would recommend another hotel with better vibes because even other visitors seem to look at you in a weird way or make you feel inferior to others , not the hotels fault but I had to mention that as well . Overall I would give the hotel a 7/10 . hope this review helped you decide whether to stay here or not .

Nice hotel, loud area

Nice hotel by the beach but seriously loud in the evening with club music from outside pumping till early morning - rooms aren’t well insulated so you can really hear the bass rumble when you’re trying to sleep. Other than that good hotel

Beach front, good amenities, all you would want from a stay in Danang

The staffs are very helpful

Bathrooms are poorly designed, i.e. although shower and toilet have a door, the area to bed is open. So anyone flushing or using the basin can be heard, disturbing anyone trying to sleep. It would be easy enough to have a door that actually closes and can insulate some sound.

Disappointing

There is nothing wrong with the hotel staff do their best but unfortunately there is a very noisy nightclub right in front of it . We booked an ocean front room which was fine but had to change to a downgraded room due to the noise . No refund on price as booked through hotel.com but was offered a free cab to the airport which saved us about £5. Have to feel sorry for the hotel noise isn’t their fault local authorities should do more about this noisy bar . If you are going to stay there get a city view room and you should be fine

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and the experience is just amazing! The staff are very friendly and taking every opportunity to service the guests, providing suggestion for us to go HoiAn when we touched down and assisting with the transport. The hotel is clean, nice beach view, rooftop pool and great relaxing massages too. Thank you Khank and Dang for the excellent customer service! Beachfront, walkable to many restaurants and night life activity

From the moment we arrived felt like a VIP. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Check-in was easy and staff brought out luggage to our room. They also explained all the amenities of the room. The room was bright, clean and enough space (twin room). Arrival cookies was also there to greet us. Beds are comfortable. Loved the roof top pool and bar. Very relaxing and drinks are good. Breakfast was amazing with I think anything you would want for breakfast was available. Fresh fruit excellent. All the staff was kind and helpful. Modern hotel with all the amenities you can have. I'd highly recommend the hotel and it is right across from the beach. I'd only say rooms with the ocean view maybe bothered by the beach bars across the street with music but it didn't bother us on the upper floors.

The service was amazing. Hotel is readily accessible, and it’s just a 3 minutes to the beach. Limited amenities, thus, please don’t expect too much. 1. The room does not have the best view, even though we selected ocean view. There are other rooms with better view which is of the same category. 2. The aircon sound is really loud, and there’s a club somewhere, and we can hear the bass in our room. We are staying at the 10 floor, where the highest floor is 21 where the pool is. 3. Little gesture which is great: room lock is faulty, 1011, based on experience, when two room keys doesn’t work, usually is the lock issue. I knew because when we tabbed on the lock, the lock was opened, but door knob was stuck. I think concierge should have sent another person up with us. They did not bother changing or upgrade for the inconvenience caused but they did send us a letter of apology with a place of snacks. 4. Pricing for the private car services is reasonable, including the tour packages.

The Radisson is in a nice location opposite the beach with cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are exceptional - friendly, thoughtful and helpful.

The property was conveniently located very near to the My Khe Beach and about 20 minutes drive to the airport.. The room was bright and clean and the bed comfortable, the view from the window was fantastic as it was facing the sea and the beach. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and customer-oriented. We also like the Omelee Spa and the infinity pool was great. The breakfast service at the Market Place restaurant was very good, while dinner was very quiet (maybe because of many restaurants nearby), although we enjoyed most of the food served.

For the money this is an excellent hotel. Breakfast food amazing and very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean and rooms refreshed daily.

A dependable brand choice

Very good location as far as access to beach, but restaurant and other shopping choices nearby could be better. Those are further south, about 15 - 25 mins walk. Restaurants and bars that are nearby cater to large tour groups. They are oversized / priced accordingly. Across from the hotel / nearby are parking areas for tour busses. This area feels a bit odd, with huge concrete shells / incomplete hotels / condos facing the ocean / promenade type area, and cleared / unbuilt lots converted to vegetable gardens in blocks behind the big hotels. Other large buildings along this strip look abandoned, but are probably just closed for the “off season.” For optimal quiet, best to be roomed on the non-beach side. There is some noise from the bar / pool area on the 21st floor (if your room is high up). The main sound issue is from the beach clubs across the road. But, this probably is more a concern in peak tourist season. The hotel itself is clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms, at least facing the ocean, very bright. The balconies are rather narrow—good for standing, but not furnished, though some small pieces could fit. Good lighting options in the bedroom / bathroom. Service was generally very good, but English still a struggle for non-key personnel. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, but shined for more traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Nice and clean hotel with great lobby staff. Pool was not heated for the cooler season. So, we didn’t swim at all during our whole beach vacation. Hotel was in a walkable location to the beach and restaurants in the area. Other than the breakfast restaurant, there was no restaurant onsite for formal dining forcing guests to search for eating places off-site. Breakfast staff was very petty, not approving of my taking coffee back to me room in my thermo mug because we came to breakfast late and didn’t have as much time to enjoy it. I assumed they would throw away the unused coffee anyway.

Hotel is new with a fantastic view from the pool. Staff was warm, helpful and prompt. Food would be an area the hotel could improve on as both breakfast and room service tasted satisfactory.

I had an incredible experience at the Radisson Hotel in Da Nang, the friendliness of the staff along with the prime location made it a brilliant stay for me. I have to thank Kristen for the warm hospitality, I stayed in the room with the ocean view, and it was to die for. The cleanliness of the room and its modern architecture really made it an enjoyable trip for me. Thank you, Radisson, I'll see you soon.

Not great

Didn’t get the room booked, no discount offered. Slow check in and check out. Arrived late and no food available on the room service menu. Property and service were poor.

Great Hotel

We stayed in a premium ocean view room at this hotel for 4 nights. The view of My Khe beach was glorious, I would definitely recommend upgrading to an ocean view room. The breakfast which is included is extensive, including an egg station, many changing hot dishes, a self serve espresso coffee machine plus Vietnamese soups, cereals, pastries, fruits and more. The rooftop pool area is amazing. There is an extensive undercover seating area with a serviced bar and a great view. There are many restaurants in walking distance and the hotel is a short taxi ride from the Dragon Bridge and night market. We had a great stay at the Radisson Danang, highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, the roof top pool has the most amazing view. The beach is just across the street with lots of restaurants and beach cabana’s to rent for the day. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing, very polite and friendly

海から徒歩5分の立地にインフィニティプールがあるので晴れているととても気持ちのいい景色が見えます。 街中から少し離れているのでうるさくなく、のんびりすごせます。 スタッフさんたちも親切で、色々教えてくれるので、観光もしやすかったです。
