My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean.

Staff were very friendly, provided excellent service, the buffet had good options of food, and the views from the pool and beach were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pros: Breakfast: good variety of items Staff: Friendly and helpful Service: When I needed towels or others items, I was able to get it efficiently (about 15 minutes.) Cons: Room: One of the bathrooms smelled of urine. There were small roaches in the desk when food was out. Service: On several occasions I try to call the front desk, but the phone did not work.

We enjoyed our stay at Radisson Ocean Pavilion. The staff was very professional, the installations clean, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel was close to the city center and they had taxi service available for the guests at a fee. We would definitely would stay again if we return to Cartagena.

Great stay

The hotel was very nice, with great staff and an amazing breakfast. The food took a long time after ordering in the restaurants, but other than that, everything was excellent.

It had friendly customer service, especially for English speakers. Could use newer towels in the rooms, but otherwise great facilities. Ate good breakfast here!

In the room, the sink was not working; we reported it, but nothing was done about it. Later, we were moved to another room, but the air conditioner’s thermostat wasn’t working properly, and the towels were in poor condition, even torn.

Excellent place to stay, clean, lots of room and very friendly people. My wife got flu and the Hotel got us a Doctor no cost to check her out at our room. That was excellent

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property itself is located right on the beach. The breakfast that is included is amazing with plenty of choices. The only negative was that I missed my connecting flight and was arriving a day later, but when I contacted travelocity about the issue, they reached out to the hotel about modifying my reservation to 3 nights instead of 4. They wouldn't change the original reservation, and as a result, I had to make a new reservation 😌

The hotel doesn’t make good use of the beach. You have to rent plastic chairs from unaffiliated people that charge an obnoxious amount for really poor lounges and chairs. No beach service from the hotel either for drinks or food. I booked a two bedroom suite that was marketed as the top floor; however, this was not the case. There are 3 more floors above that aren’t part of the hotel. It was also ocean front but I looked right onto a roof of another hotel building. The lights in one of the bedrooms would not turn off. I notified the hotel multiple times, but ended up having to take the ceiling lights apart to disable the electricity after 3 days of asking for help. Finally, the suite didn't have a kitchen, just a table and not even a microwave.

There was no lock on the door. You lost my bags, no hot water, black mold in vents.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, as the facilities feel outdated. While the staff is exceptionally friendly and made the stay enjoyable, the breakfast fell below Colombia’s usual standards. I would not recommend this hotel until it undergoes renovations.

The staff was friendly. I had stayed in another hotel the first 3 days of my trip in the Boca Grande area. This made it very convenient for restaurants and shopping . This hotel has a few drug store for an emergency, but the lack of options makes it a little difficult to find restaurants unless you eat at the hotel or you take a taxi or Uber to drive back to the city. The room was nice but many of the rooms don’t have a direct view to the ocean. They offered me to switch to a room with a balcony which was nice they offered. Besides that, the pool was nice and you can walk to the beach which very nice. Nice place.

My stay here was awesome. What I love most about this place is the staff. Especially from the restaurant. The kind of attention I received there when traveling with my wife and 2 year old was one of a kind. Everyone was so welcoming and I truly miss it already.

The Radisson was a good hotel selection for my birthday trip to Cartagena. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and approachable. Check in and out was a smooth and easy process. The breakfast selection was good and filling. On my birthday, they surprised me with a special treat. I believe they upgraded my room in which I was very pleased and thankful for. The only thing that I didn’t like was there was a particular faint odor in the room that didn’t seem to go away. Other than that, we had a blast!

Hotel had a foul mildew smell throughout. The jacuzzi had dirty bubbles floating in it and when asked to be placed in room close to friends they didn’t even attempt to accommodate me.

It was a pleasure to stay 4 days at the Radisson Ocean Pavilion, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet great , nice pool. The not-busy at all beach is right in front, super-easy walk-on , We had three dinners in the hotel restaurant which were all tasty , well prepared and quite reasonably priced. The only drawback is also an advantage: location. The hotel is close to the airport and right on the beach but offers no other interesting dining options in walking distance; the town center is a 10-min taxi ride which, in turn, was always readily available and cost a very modest 20K pesos. Would return any time.

Stayed here many times. Good hotel the staff are nice especially Nixon. Lagoon view is best but it's a shame there are not many rooms with balconies. The pool is nice and we like the beach here in Los morros. It's also very close to the airport and Karibana golf course.

Amazing , just phenomenal overall experience . First of all extremely friendly and helping staff . They make you fell home . Everyone, from the valet to the reception, from room service to restaurant , from the bar to any facility, every single person is just amazing and they treat you like family . The hotel is amazing , extremely clean , modern and definitely an overall winner . It is an amazing option to have a getaway to get your mind away from business and stresses of life . That’s how my sister and myself felt . We loved the staff and the hotel so much so that we will be back end of April . Very convenient location to airport and a good value. This was my second stay at this facility and had a great experience both times. Clean, safe, and working A/C. The on-site restaurant is top-notch - great dinner options. I would not hesitate to recommend for both business and vacation travelers.

Was a great stay love the shower! Do need better lighting in the bathroom, and microwave in room. Bed was comfortable and the best part is they surprised me for my birthday with a dessert and nice card. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Recommend it felt very safe.

We arrived early and I had called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving early and asked if there was anything that they could to allow early access to room to. They said that they would look into. Never heard anything back. They sent me to the left side of beach. There were rocks and shells in the ocean. My baggage was damaged as the handle of my $300 bad foot been ripped off during transit. The room I was waiting for was ready by noon and was not offered. I was on a rocky beach waiting for access and after checking in I got back to my room for a chap and the key didn’t work. So far a disaster. Help!

I didn't like how when I arrived they were unaware and unprepared for my VIP status, so throughout the stay I had to remind them to provide the discount etc. However, my room upgrade was phenomenal. The hotel itself is okay. Food is mediocre and the area is near nothing.

A nice hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is nice overall. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent. A pretty good selection with slight variations day to day. The hotel is relatively close to the airport and away from most tourist attraction. It is beachfront, but you should know the beach is public and full of hawkers. The hotel has no control over beach activities. We had a room with a "beach view" and while you could see the beach, it was more of a glimpse through the side of the hotel and a neighboring building, so I wouldn't pay extra for a view. The hotel does have a couple of modest sized swimming pools. We had a suite, which really was like 2 adjoining rooms sharing a foyer. The foyer had an annoying light that would blink on and off and the light would leak into each room. The bathroom faucet didn't really fit the sink and so would spill water onto the surface. Other than that the hotel was in decent condition, we had no major problems, and I would not mind staying here again. Overall, the building was reasonably well maintained, and the staff did a great job, from reception to housekeeping to the kitchen.

The room had a few issues. There is a bed light without a connection to an outlet, since there was no outlet: so no bed lights at all. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom wasn't fastened and hangs lose on the wall. The airco in the room is quite noisy.

This property has excellent staff and the food was absolutely amazing! We loved it here.
