Great hotel but not in the best location.

Perfect hotel in a area that is still under consrruction.

The hotel looks quite new, it's in great condition, very stilish and the area is quiet. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit too firm

Nice hotel

Truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff when it came to making our stay as comfortable as possible and for providing two foreigners with some excellent dining recommendations!

Great Stay, but the Bathroom Needs Improvement

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. However, the bathroom fell short of expectations. There was an unpleasant smell, and it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, as there was noticeable dust in certain areas.

Terrible service with certain staff. Met with hostility on my first night. Staff at the reception appeared frustrated with his job. Luckily I had booked 3 nights at another hotel so couldn't be bothered with them.

Noisy hotel from the busy road out outside. Stayed for two nigjts and staff unhelpful in finding alternate room.

The building is new, rooms are large and mainly clean. However, the location of the hotel is not convenient at all. The hotel locates far from the city center: there is only a couple of nearby restaurants and public transportation is not the greatest. Bed comfort is fine but pillows are awful (extremely soft that you don't feel any support). Unfortunately, breakfast is weak for a 4-star hotel.

Public transport right beside hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room lovely, bed great!!

New hotel, great staff, restaurant offers asian food. About 30 minute walk to City Centre.

Family stay

Stayed in the hotel as it’s an already known name and had high expectations. Sadly though the room was not much clean as it had many hair around the bathroom and soil left in visible places, but was able to clean it on our own. Breakfast was small but nice and service was really nice. First room we got had some drainage issues so after first shower the room was flooded but they were really nice and helpful at the desk. Overall stay was nice but had higher expectations for the brand

The hotel itself is excellent, staff friendly, rooms clean and spacious. All aa you would expect. The location is possibly not ideal as it is over the river and south of the main tourist areas. If you are only staying a few days the travel time may become an issue. However the outstanding and ridiculously cheap Budapest transport system mean in reality you are a short walk to the tram (4) or you can catch the 107 Bus from outside the hotel and be in the heart of these areas in 15-20 mins. In return you get an extra place to explore with a lake to walk round with bars and restaurants and even a beach.

Budapest new modern treasure !

Fantastic hotel, it isn’t perfectly central but don’t be afraid of public transportation or using taxis because this hotel is worth the stay. Clean, modern, fantastic service, really good sized room, super quiet. We loved it!

Very high standards in en excellent area

Lovely property, very new and clean. It is in a business area so not that great a place to explore etc to check for dinner. Still recommend it as the bus to the city centre is about 50m away.

Good accomodation

Wonderful all around. Beautiful and CLEAN hotel.

Had 1 issue: paid for 1 large bed and got two small beds instead. All other items we 1st rates.

Great value, modern, good amenities

Me and my family have stayed at this location multiple times and even have sent some friends and family to stay at this location. We have always enjoyed our peaceful quiet and spacious stays here but this time was not the best we arrived to our room noticing and pool of water under the toilet once we realized is was coming from the toilet on our way out we let reception know expecting a change of room or at the very least the mess to be cleaned up we came beck to our room to see it was not cleaned up only worse and we would not be getting a new room unless we wanted a smaller one and that someone would be by in the next day to clean it and fix it the next day someone came to clean it, but no one came to fix it. We stayed for three nights with a leaking toilet, even resulting in our five year old slipping we’re going to the toilet at night. We had used glasses for drinking left in the room from the previous tenants. The spoons were also used, resulting in us having to request some fresh glassware and cutlery. The staff was very kind and very polite. Although I do wish that this man it was handled much better than what it was four days three nights with a leaking toilet was pretty upsetting. We also never received a follow up call about changing rooms on the second day and no one ever came to look at the toilet or attempt to fix it.

Generally good on all counts. Breakfast is quite good although the staff need some incentive to be polite perhaps. At dinner it's a different story, staff were great and some of the Asian fusion food was fantastic. Recommend the wasabi prawns! Rooms are nice, receptionist was very good

Deze accommodatie is heerlijk, het is natuurlijk onze recentie, eigen interpretatie. Hotel was schoon, mooi en zoals ik verwachte van het Radisson hotel ( al eerdere ervaringen) Het ontbijtbuffet is goed, eigelijk alles is er wat wij nodig hebben, wij zijn geen grote eters, maar al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De bus 107 stopt onder het viaduct, is echt 4 min lopen, daarna is alles te bereiken. Wij hadden een 72 uurs openbaarvervoerpas ideaal! Het schoonmaken van de kamers is wat je verwacht voor een hotel, dagelijks nieuwe handoeken, is natuurlijk niet perse nodig maar gebeurd wel! Al met al een top verblijf gehad, en dan nog niet over de stad gesproken, dat is een must go!

Under förväntan

Vi var 4 personer som bokade 2 rum för 4 nätter. Servicen och städningen var under all kritik och långt under förväntan. Rummen städades inte alls under en utav nätterna och när de städades de övriga dagarna då bäddade dem bara sängen och tömde papperskorgen. Vi behövde byta båda rummen efter första natten, ena pga dålig städning och smuts kvar i toaletten och den andra pga temperaturen i rummet inte gick att höja (blev kallare i rummet än i korridoren). Det fanns även ett stort spindelnät i ett utav rummen. Man förväntar sig absolut inte en sådan service när man bokar ett 4-stjäringt hotell och speciellt inte på sånt känt hotellkedja som Radisson. Vi valde hotellet trots att den var lite dyrare än andra och låg lite längre ifrån just då vi hoppades på bra upplevelse.

Många detaljer kvar att fixa

Andra gången jag bodde där och andra gången det var krångel med datorsystemet för incheckning. Tar eveigheter. Även utcheckningen är långsam. i mitt rum var vattnet i handfatet varmt oavsett hur man vred kranen. Det var också ett störande ljud i rummet från ventilationen? eller annat. Fanns heller ingen möjlighet att individuellt per rum justera temperaturen. Hotellet har potential men det finns många saker som inte fungerar bra.

Albergo bello, camera nuova eccellente con tutti i servizi necessari. E’ un po’ fuori dal centro ma per chi cammina come me non c’è problema, in 30 minuti a piedi e’ in centro. Super consigliato!

Etwas außer Zentrum, aber neu renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett,große Zimmer. Den Aufenthalt fanden wir sehr erholsam.

Very clean, new hotel. Neighborhood is in full construction at the moment, but i had 0 issues with sound or annoyances. Walking to Budapest center takes about 50 minutes, but there are busses around the corner which get you there in under 20 minutes.
