We had a great stay in this hotel, the rooms were very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Only 20 mins away from central with metro which is convenient. Definitely coming back again!!
The staff was very helpful.
Good location close to airport. Convenient to start your Swiss journey. Good tram to city centre in. 25 minutes.
The stay was alright I had an upgrade. Service from Eleni was great. Although the rooms don’t have much light as its business hotel.
Clean, comfortable and lots of storage for your belongings which was a plus. Short walk to the tram which was great! Overall great stay, would stay here again!
Unfortunately I asked staff for just small bowl to my room for my special breakfast( I am allergic) and it seems to be a problem. I didn't get delivered.
The staff spoke many different languages and were knowledgeable about Zurich city and the surrounding area
Nice
very small rooms n very dark not enough lighting
Muy completo
Room ceiling was unfinished , and othe thing was good
Terrible Breakfast Experience. Small Rooms.
Booked a suite studio but when entered the room it was a standard room. Reception told no other rooms available now so change the room later. 4pm changed the room but was the same small size and instead of having a chair this room had the bed pushed against the wall to make way for the smallest one seater sofa. Bed only standard double not queen size as advertised. Definitely not a suite as advertised very disappointing. Breakfast at the Luigia restaurant terrible. Baked beans, scrambled egg, bacon and hotdog sausage totally stone cold. Had to insist that my plate was microwaved to make hot after being told that breakfast is always cold and that’s how it is eaten here. Waiting staff too lazy to clear th plates from the table for half hour. No teaspoons or wooden stirrers available near coffee machines. The restaurant has only one task to provide hot breakfast but totally failed.
First of all , the room we booked was a queen studio suite and found it very small , and the bed was more like a double bed. The room was clean but there was a day that they forgot to clean the room. It was shocking to find out that there are no phones in the rooms and so if there is anything you need you have to go down to the front desk. Thank God we did not have any emergency otherwise we would have to run down for help or better yet just scream for help. The breakfast buffet was not good at all , not a lot of choices, the croissant was always hard and the plates were not thoroughly washed. The city center was about a 20-25 minute by tram and so we either had to Uber and spent 18-22chf or walked at Least 5 minutes to the tram stop and spent 4.50chf to get to the city center. Moe, one of the hotel’s customer service rep was very helpful as far as switching us to a different room since the first one didn’t look like the one featured in Expedia when I booked this trip. Overall experience was okay.
Me encantó , muy limpio y súper práctico
It’s a newly built.
Average hotel (overall)
Good hotel. But if you take a room with balcony, it will only be in 1st floor (like ground floor). Staff are good, however, I did not see anything outstanding, they do not offer luggage help for example.
As well as you'd expect from a chain hotel. Well maintained, clean, very close to airport but about 30 mins out from the main Zurich HB station (one tram ride away but may have to do multiple transfers during evenings). There was an on site restaurant but no seats so we had to do takeaways but two grocery stores and small cafes nearby for food options.
Great
The Hotel was 5 star but the restaurant attached to hotel was subpar . Bad service and mediocre food.
Dining area and breakfast options were excellent. Clean and good quality and variety of food.
Overall the hotel was excellent. The staff was great, the room was excellent. It is basically at a tram stop which is perfect for commuting around Zürich. Having a gym was one of the reasons I opted for this hotel, however it was very limited in what it offered. I opted to go to one just a few minutes walk away.
I chose this hotel due to it's closeness to the airport. The bonus was the fully equipped gym next door. The hotel has a gym, but it's limited in equipment. While dining options are not broad in the area, which is only an issue for dietary restrictions, the tram system is super easy and can get you to anywhere you want to go. I'm very pleased with the hotel. It's clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly.
Good location, easy to/from both city and airport. Was able to check in a bit early after a long overnight flight. Staff was great and will return when I have business in Zurich.
great
Great customer service
Everything was within walking distance. Grocery store, pharmacy and bus/tram
It’s a beautiful place to stay and convince. Tram station 🚉 is very close and there are two grocery stores within walking distance. However, the check in line is very long because only two counters. It takes time and slow. They should open several windows because it’s a busy hotel.
Poor experience
The air conditioning did not work. It took until 11:30pm before they decided to move my room.
Room faced quiet courtyard. Public Transport a 5 minute walk and then less than 30 minutes to Zurich centre. Comfortable bed and roomy bathroom.
Overall the property was ok. The problem was limited amenities like microwave, which we had to access in the lobby. Also, we went to have breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. No not eat their breakfast. Very little options for the price you pay. Use the money rather to buy breakfast elsewhere.
Overall good experience just need better communication on how to find the parking lot. Beds are comfy and it’s quiet there. Restaurant downstairs is amazing!
Love the place and convenient to different restaurant
Fantastic and tremendous place
Carpets on the hallway were stained and decolored. Price is too high and it’s cheaper making a reservation through them. I paid $1000 for 5 nights and my cousin last minute got a room through them at $700 euros for 7 dsay stay
Nice and cozy.
Having to pay for the parking was unexpected and it was extremely expensive. Gave us a hard time with telling us it was fully booked and that we should have booked in advance when there was no option or advisory to do that. Also property did not have any water bottles on site. Out of ones to purchase for the entire week. They also gave us a hard time when asking for extra pillow and blanket.
.
The room size and kitchen is great. Only con is the loud noise from restaurant that ended late. But if you’re tired, you could probably sleep through it.
Everything is fine. Just the rooms size is small. Also, AC doesnt work at full capacity
Good hotel and staff very helpful. Public transportation nearby too.
The hotel is located next to the tram station which will have you in old town in under 30 minutes. The rooms are very clean and quiet. It was a wonderful stay.
Terrible service We booked 2 room and they didn't even provide 1 parking spot. Finding that spot at other location cost me 32CHF. Terrible, I wish I can give 0 start.
Parking to expensive you can faun near night free parking
ac wasnt working no water provided parking is extra
Solid clean tidy space to stay outside town center
Very clean and tidy rooms, and efficiently run hotel. The gym has no more wet cleaning wipes left but was also cleans and tidy. The rooms were a bit small but very efficient, and the proximity to the airport is nice but it is a solid 25 min tram ride Id say from the central train station, just a heads up.
Great spot for the last night of our trip. Close to the airport with a very convenient tram about a block away. Comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked it for a longer period of our trip!
Good safe neighborhood Tram stop nearby for transport to Zürich
We stayed at the Radisson Hotel for 2 nights for a trip we planned to Zurich. There were very good transport options into Zurich as well as the airport. There were also good food options around the area too. Upon arrival, we were asked to use the self-check-in computers at the front of the hotel. This is quite a long process and we would have preferred a staff member to take care of this all for us after a long journey. However, it did work and we were able to find our room. The room was lovely (a little bit dark). On the second night we had asked for an extra blanket at about 8pm but the hotel seemed very understaffed. We were told that only 2 members of staff were working and we would have to wait 1 or 2 hours. At 11pm, we had to return to the reception to ask again. Akhil was very helpful and assisted us immediately. He was very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is very nice but seemed a bit clinical and felt a little bit like student accommodation. Even saying this, we did enjoy our time here.
This is a great hotel to stay at. I love the location, and the staff is awesome.
Staff members at the reception are not helpful at all. We were required to do self check in, which would not work. Every time we asked the reception for help, they ignored us and told us to just fill out the information on the screen, even though it was not working. It took over an hour to check in, when a receptionist angrily scanned our passports and checked us in manually Over all very rude staff members
Emergency stay over.
The hotel was ok. Our plane was cancelled, and we had to find a room fast. Check in was slow and extreme busy due to many others customer being in the same situation. The room was just ok, some noises in the corridors late at nights, but overall ok for this type of hotel. The evening meal at the hotel’s restaurant was good: good service, good food and good prices.
The staff was very accommodating with our big party. The rooms were spacious and clean
Everything Great
Staff was very helpful and friendly! Public Transportation is within walking distance!
Very nice accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and bar attached!
Comfortable
Arrive, three hours and a half early before my check-in never in my life saying a Radisson I had to wait after 3 o’clock to check in there was a line out the door. Checking computer don’t work. there was a line outside the Radisson door. People are hot waiting manager can’t control the scene. They don’t have nowhere to leave your bags never again.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Zurich, and it was a highly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, our room was extremely dirty, prompting us to request a refund so we could find another place to stay. However, we were told that a refund was not possible. Instead, they sent someone to clean the room again. Shockingly, the cleaning lady admitted they simply don’t have time to clean the rooms properly. We pointed out several issues, including a broken lamps, un-flushed/stained toilet, and dirty drinking cups. When we returned several hours later, the only thing that had been changed was the drinking cups. Despite staying for three days, many issues, like the broken lamp, remained unfixed. The staff clearly lacks any concern for customer service. This experience was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would not recommend staying here.
I need AC in my hotel that’s my only complaint. Ring from the states we are use to having ac to make the room more comfortable
I loved it! Plus the laundry facility was a great bonus.
It was easy to get to and from and the staff was great!
The self check in was a bit tedious and not user friendly. There was no phone in the room to
This was a great hotel for convenience and location to the trams. The restaurant had AMAZING pizza! The trams to get around are located right down the street which was perfect for navigating Zurich! The room was a bit small but worked out perfect for my husband and I. There are USB plugs to charge your phone as well! You would need an adapter for a flat iron, a blower dryer is provided tho! We didn’t use it but there is small kitchen area. No room service or a/c but the weather was nice so the room stayed cool. Would totally recommend for those that don’t plan on staying in their room too much. You shouldn’t anyway… your in Zurich!!
Couldn't check in. No one wanted to help. total nightmare, poor customer service, hotel was ok.
Friendly staff. Nice and comfortable rooms.
Great place! The hotel is next to a station and its easy to move in Zurich. The check in was a bit slow but asides that, everything was great.
No room service took too long to check in
The property is a very nice modern building, with very pleasing decor. However, the system they force the patrons to use, in addition to the uncaring/irresponsible/disrespectful staff servicing it, makes this one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any hotel, of any level, on any country.
The staff of night didn’t do a good work when we active. No help in wellcome neither information
For my layover (19 hrs) I was able to rest as well as access the tram readily for my City excursion.
Very high-tech hotel where the check-in and check-out were concerned. Please note there is no air conditioning in this hotel especially if you are visiting in the summer can get hot.
We really liked it our only complaint was room was hot and couldn't turn air down enough
Perfect
Good staff, property is contactless, took a minute to adjust to that. Decent breakfast, nice bar, quiet rooms
Good hotel, bad service
Very limited service. If you buy via Hotels.com or another service like that the check-in will be anything but smooth given their system tries to force you to use automated check-in but you end up needing assistance because the reservation from hotels.com is not found. Pretty sure the hotels.com listing did not say anything about parking being extra (and quite expensive) and the wifi requires you to get a little piece of paper from frontdesk, they don't give it to you (because their 'self-check in' doesn't handle that).
Lovely stay
Great stay, lovely apartment. Parking is pricey but convenient, it's one of the more expensive ones in the area but again can't complain, clean and secure.
Rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is paid separately but convenient
The self service check in is complicated.
Staff rude given wrong room
The hotel is super nice but the check in time was so long. We had to wait until 3:40pm because the room was not cleaned up yet.
I loved this hotel! The room was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. It is very walkable and easy to get around via train or by foot. I would definitely stay here again.
The lobby was pretty, but the staff always seem to be perturbed when requesting their assistance of any sort. When I booked it spoke of free parking and Continental breakfast, however once checking in, it said, I had to pay for parking and continental breakfast.
Jasmine is very helpful for giving directions where to get train tickets.
Basic
Very good
Very modern design and environment-friendly setup. The only downside is it was a bit cramped. Bed pushed to the wall under a bookshelf. The room where we stayed is a bit hot even with fan on the high setting.
Cleanliness, Safe and Transportation
.
Good location near the city tram #10 that takes you right to the city center and airport. Good spacious rooms, helpful staff.
Do not recommend this place. You arrive exhausted from traveling for hours to find a self service kiosk for check in, no one about to help either. The whole process took almost 20 minutes. Now we are starving & pop by the hotel’s only restaurant to be told there’s only a table at 10 pm, over 2 hours away!? To add insult to injury or injury to insult the elevator doors slammed on me hard brushing my arm! Not to mention that the huge apartment sized rooms pushed one side of the bed up next to a bookshelf! Bizarre & inconvenient!
Seems like a brand new hotel and room was very nice. The self check-in was new and takes a bit to get used to, Took as much time as if someone was doing it at the desk. Would be nice if the coffee machine was free but in a country where mcdonalds and KFC cost as much as a sit down restaurant in the U.S, I guess thats expected. Overall hotel itself was nice.
Cold and impersonal
Not so nice to have to use a machine to check in. Uncomfortable synthetic bedding and broken lamps.
Checking in on the kisok should not take so long as most people are drained after traveling. There should be someone at the front desk to assist people about any questions navigating the area. Also the lighting in the room was more on the dim side.
Nice and comfortable stay
Great rooms and excelent location
nice hotel
This is kind of property thay would ruin the entire brandname of Radisson hotel and chain. Atleast in North America, Radisson is amazing and is expected to provide certain level of service. This oarticular hotel was inconvenience at best. 1. They made us self check in on arriving from a 12 hour road trip 2. The room had spider webs 3. Zero Toiletris provided 4. I had to plug in and connect lights after entering the room 5. Parking charges are incredibly high 6. Bed is uncomfortable 7. AC Stopped working past midnight I personally wouldnt stay here even if Radisson pays me $1000. Out of 12 hours in the room, i was fiixng things for 4 hours.Tried going to reception and there was a line up of people who were complaining
Could have been better...
I was disappointed there were no toiletries avialble in the room. I was charged double room tax , location was ideal for my business
