Nice property. It's more of a 3.5-star rather than a 4-star when compared to competitor hotels in the area. No room service or ability to buy anything later in the evening, unlike having a full dinner option

We were upgraded to a suite!!

Clean rooms, amazing staff and the decor is very city oriented. The food is good and the location is very accessible. Don't have to wait around for your ride. Only have good things to say about this location.

The worst stay ever

The worst experience I have had in a hotel in India. Switches in the room don’t work. Wifi not working. No response to complaints for hours and also suffered food poisoning from room service.

Bed bugs and left me with bites and a very bad reaction

Breakfast is incredible, huge selection of western and Indian food. Staff was great, led by vishal at the front desk. Lobby is nice. Room furniture is scratched up and dated. Listing says sleeps 4, but there was no sofabed. Had to ask for extra beds, and insist that we shouldn't pay for the second one. They relented. Ambience mall is a cheap uber ride away for cheap eating options.

Excellent stay. Room was beautiful clean and great facilities

The property is not maintained and looked after property, my room came with a broken bathtub and fridge. The sofa was extremely dirty and ragged. The towels they had provided were also ragged and looked as if it were used. The breakfast was nothing fancy, chef was not able to make scrambled eggs. It was a disappointment all together!

A convenient affordable place for work stays within DLF Phase II.

Spacious family suite with double bathrooms, nice bedding, work desk and multiple cupboards. Wi-Fi activation required call to IT help desk. Breakfast had good variety of options and pool was nice too.

Good part food, bad part tobacco smell in my room

The experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a while just to be informed. After requesting, they eventually provided a room, but it had a noticeable smoke smell. The TV wasn't working, and I had to call housekeeping to get it fixed. Overall, the service and room quality were below average, especially considering the high price.

Does not have arrangement to sleep 4 as listed

I had one major concern. When I booked room I opted 3 adults and one child. This room just had one king bed which does not accommodate 4. They provided a cot which was not very comfortable. I wish it was clarified in hotels.com listing, having known the arrangement I would have never booked this room for 4.

This hotel is not with for money. It was so dirty and they don’t even give enough paper rolls. Staff at checking was terrible.

Comfortable hotel, quite busy for checkin, only one restaurant with mostly Indian buffet, very few non-spicy options - and nothing nearby (non-buffet options were available). Tea machine broken at the time. Quite far from everything, cannot use metro. Count on about 1hr anywhere in Dehli. Decent practical service but not a ton of attention like you get elsewhere in the country.

I booked for my parents. They enjoy their stay. Its was little hard to get a hold of the staff to communicate over email.

This isn't a decent hotel if you are looking for a couple of days or stay, not more than that. The property is in good condition, rooms are comparable to other 4 star hotels in Delhi NCR and are generally clean. The main problem area is the service and lack of enough staff. The management prefers allotting hotel staff to banquets, marriages etc instead of guests. When we checked in, a marriage party was going on and it was just too loud. It took a long time for our luggage to arrive in our room. Throughout that evening the party raged downstairs below our window. Not sure if they understand that if you have such a loud party that night, at least have the sense to allot a room on a different wing to travelers who are coming to rest after a long journey. The room itself had all the amenities, but housekeeping took 15-30 mins at least to come and respond after a call. Things got better if you called after the evening when the traffic had died down. Food was below par to other Radissons (IGI and Noida had better food) and in room dining selections mostly had typical spicy dishes and request to calibrate the spice down mostly did not work. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Another rather inconvenient thing was if you wanted to get food delivered you had to go yourself downstairs and collect from the gate. Most 5 star hotels would accept the parcel at the reception and have it delivered (if staff available) or let you pick it up. The staff were nice and cordial.

Good hotel

Good property. Rooms were good , Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was average , but ok for the price , it wasn’t expensive. Service in Radisson is nothing like Taj or Marriott or Oberoi’s , Front office staff does not care about clients passing by . Location is good

Air condition were set on fixed temp, I was not able to lower the temp. Every person has it’s own temp liking, but this thing forced me to sleep like that, eventhough after calling managers again and again there was no solution, everything else was wonderful, but if you are not able to sleep properly then what’s a whole point of spending so much money, eventually I had to ask them for the fan, so that I can sleep, to be frank if you are single then it’s ok, but if you are staying as a couple temp is hot. Your body demands of that cooling temp for sometimes, to be honest. I hope this can be fixed, I would love to stay in this hotel everytime.

Close to ambience mall, DLF cyber city etc and also conveniently located near the airport.

No covid prevention

They gave us a different room than requested. Breakfast is not really good, not worth the money. However what left me in shock was that a Radisson is lacking any covid measurements completely. They had signs for elevators not being used for more than 2 people, and obligatory masks... but nobody checked or reminded guests to follow these. This meant having 100 people in a tiny space for breakfast, with no distance between the tables, no masks or gloves at the buffet, and the antibacterial gel was also empty. Also in the hotel building or elevators guests were not wearing a mask. I asked a couple of them, and they did put it on without any issues, so it would not be that hard to keep it safe for everyone.

Friendly staff

Very clean and well furnished suites. Excellent service staff. Decent and economical breakfast. Reasonable room rates and proximity to Airport and good shopping.

Excellent staff and food

Staffs are really nice. Those Nepali Chef has made my stay more better, I am in Delhi for medical purpose and the kind of food that I am suppose to eat is exactly the serviced to me, they went extra miles to cook that delicious food for me. Good bless them! Hoping to come back to this hotel again.

Nice Ambiance

I liked that the hotel was so close to the airport, and it was well maintained. The food was delicious and they had chocolate. It was hard living without chocolate.

We had some issue with the room but after we brought into their notice, we were upgraded. All this was done by Mansi, wonderful person and very helpful, courteous.

Great overnight stay before long haul flight

Very helpful staff on reception - helped when I couldn’t connect to WiFi and got IT to investigate. Always very helpful & friendly. Very comfortable bed in room and good black out curtains.

As per the budget, it is a worthy choice, but as it on the highway...must to take a taxi to move around, we have a conference at Leela Ambience very close to this hotel, but need a taxi ride to reach that venue, otherwise we are happy.

Friendly people and a comfortable bed made the property acceptable, but the food quality and overall condition of rooms kept it from being excellent.

Don’t stay here

I stay here only if I have to. Each time there is a problem with my room. The latest issue is I was given a smoking room despite booking non-smoking and confirming this at check in. The lack of attention to detail is letting this place down. Overall the place is just tired and in desperate need of a makeover and change of staff

Radisson....

Great hotel, friendly staff, lovely room, good restaurant. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Highlight for me was the comfiest pillow and bed which was great the night before a long haul flight back to the UK. Thought the food was somewhat pricey but I guess that’s hotel prices! Overall a great stay, lovely end to a wonderful trip

Staff’s attention to detail is very poor. I had a number of problems during my stay. None of them were swiftly attended to.

Breakfast buffet was nice and room dining was also nice. The staffs are pleasant and friendly. The only negative experience- I am a non-smoker and was traveling with two children but they put us in Smokers' floor. I guess that could have been the only room available...

Great Choice

The lobby and restaurant is grand and food is delicious. The room is spacious. And the location is very near to the bus stand and the center of Mysore, very convenient.

Pathetic Property and service

Horrible experience wirh no hot water, rates on 2nd floor and poor customer service. Left my trip in half and checked out despite paying in full for two nights.

If you want to stay somewhere close to the airport, this place is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, very quiet, and the staff were very helpful.

Again the biggest joke in India, if your book a twin bedroom, you might not get it, it is allocated on arrival, never seen this anywhere else in the world, after I said guarantee me my booking of twin beds or I cancel, they did, but you shouldn’t have to fight for what you book? Book 3 stars and under no problem, 4 & 5 star hotels have this ridiculous policy, unbelievable!!!! TIME TO CHANGE THIS STUPID SYSTEM. Location is good, rooms are nice, toiletries are very nice quality in the bathroom but in short supply, only enough for one person & not replenished daily, not good enough. The buffet breakfast was very good (Radisson Jaipur could learn from here) after I showed them how to fry an egg it was nice, just a few things that needed fixing like rock hard baguette, correct time to clear plates etc, but overall very good, service was first class, helped along with the above & beyond fabulous service from Mr. Bashisht. But if you go out early they do a packed breakfast to take with you, forget it, it was the worst effort I have ever seen, the breakfast on the train was far superior to the stale rubbish the hotel gave us, stale bread with brown smelly coleslaw inside, brown banana, stale croissant, a small box of 1% juice 99% sugar water, OMG. Fix a few things & it will be a really great hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, great service, great breakfast and restaurant, restaurant staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. This hotel is surrounded by corporate offices, there is no convenience store or a restaurant nearby (walking distance). It would have been great if this hotel had a small store and a salon for cut/shaving on its premises. I see lot of guests staying here on business for weeks. I myself stayed for few weeks.

Clean and Comfortable

Stayed here for one night. The service and the people behind it were excellent. The room was big and comfortable even though the room wooden flooring showed signs of ageing. I had dinner in their cafe downstairs and the buffet choices were very good. Its in a good neighborhood and close to Cybercity and Ambiance mall.

The staff was friendly and they had a good restaurant. The rooms were however very hot and in spite of asking maintenance twice they couldn’t get the room temp down.

We stayed in the hotel just 1 night before flying further to Our final destination. Everything was very good and service was remarkable. We enjoyed Our stay at the hotel.
