Cleaning of glass in the room wasn`t okay. Se could see the use from others on the top of the glasses
Excellent hotel right in the center of Copenhagen. Opposite Tivoli and a short walk to shops and bars. Hotel was clean and provided complimentary water and coffee all day. The breakfast was incredible and provided some of the best pastries we had ever had. You could also order a la carte breakfast options off the menu which provided that additional 5* touch.
Good location and service
Great location, food, and staff.
Cold room, impossible to heat properly
Hotel was a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit noisy in the room form outside.
This is a rip off. The rooms even luxury premier room are extremely small.. There is only one closet where you can have an about six pieces of clothes there’s no drawers. There is nothing you don’t have floor space for your suitcase because then you can’t get around the bed.. There’s no room service. There’s no mini bar. There is not even a pool or a spa. There is a gym, but it’s a public gym with all kind of weird people.. This is probably the worst five star hotel I ever have stayed on. Avoid avoid there is so many other good hotels in Copenhagen.
Toilet was no clean when we arrived. Draft came through the windows Could hear the noise of the roads below all nicht
Overall very happy The staff very pleasant and helpful
Disappointing
Sad to see the how little detail is given to comfort of this historic hotel. Mattress was one of the worst I have slept on and an embarrassment for such an expensive hotel. Minor detail for comfort but still it would be nice to have more than 2 coffee capsules of the 6 provided, with 4 being decaf. A bucket list hotel to stay but sadly disappointing.
Alright but...
Great big room, but, the softest bed i ever had. Fells like your head is below your feet. The flushing in the toilet needed repair. At breakfast they missed to inform about the ala carte meny. Found out ourselves when we had eaten. Needs a step up in service for us to visit again.
Room check
The toilet didn’t flush and the water stayed in the sink. I think no one had stayed in the room for months. Otherwise it seemed like a nice place .
Great location, litterally acrosd the street from Tivoli gardens. Minutes from shopping street Strøget, restaurants and bars. Great breakfast at the hotel too, and very friendly service. Shout out to concierge Michelle!
Great hotel
Will come back
Enjoyable 4 nights stay. Close to Tivoli and main attractions. Staff were all very helpful.
Excellent choice!
This is a fantastic hotel. My room was quite small but well-optimized. The view of Tivoli was nice and the location perfect for the train station, shops and cafes.
Bad ending
Nice hotel but it ended poorly and that we had breakfast there one day and we ordered off the menu had a coffee and an omelette and a sad pastry and ended up getting charged $39 each. There were no prices on the menu and the buffet was not listed on the menu either Nobody told us we had access to the buffet. That’s sad at reception. The woman apologized, but didn’t take that charge off. Our bill. Left a bad taste in our mouth.
Recommended!
Very convenient, in front of Copenhagen central station. Nice, modern hotel. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
Great
Beautiful design hotel in center of Copenhagen. Great location and all amenities you could ask for.
Thanku for your help 🙏
Yay - customer service rocks
Finally somewhere with amazing customer service. Something that is disappearing recently. Thanks Radisson/SAS.
Nice but Needs an Uplift
It’s a lovely lobby area and we did have a good stay here, but it’s clearly in need of some refreshing. Our room was quite cold on arrival, bathroom curtains are all bobbled fabric and don’t look down the backs of the radiators!! It’s missing those ‘fine touches’ to really make it feel five star. The staff however all very friendly and helpful!
Best location and very good service
Amazing stay in a prime location of CPH. If you appreciate the iconic design of Arne Jacobsen at this place you will experience design at all scales from furnitures, stairs, lounges, textiles etc. Amazing view over Tivoli, the City Hall etc from our room at 11th floor. Breakfast as well was very nice with a variety of choices buffet or ala carte. I will highly recommend to stay here and will be back myself.
Lovely staff and unmissable views!
The streaming service in my room wasn’t working so they kindly upgraded me to a suite which was absolutely stunning! The streaming service didn’t seem to work in the suite either but I was so touched by the kind gesture that it didn’t matter (and the view of Tivoli and the city was much better than tv). Thank you so much to the kind staff (I think Christian was the man who helped) for making my stay so enjoyable, I will definitely be staying again soon!!
Worth the ratings
A Quality Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I can't speak for the food, as I ate out, but it was very comfortable and centrally located.
Too expencive compared to overall standard
Great central position and comfortable well maintained hotel
Extremely noisy room Hotel is dated and does not have any amenities for a 5 star hotel as described Heater did not work on both of our rooms
Nice property, overall satisfied with stay
The hotel is in a good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also an easy walk to many of the local attractions. Our room was clean but small with very little storage - no drawers and a few hangers for two. We were also disappointed that despite booking for twin beds we had one large bed. We were told that it was based on availability and that nothing could be done as the hotel was full. This detracted from our trip as we are not a couple and wanted separate beds.
Great
Very friendly and professional staff. Spacious room with a great city view.
Very comfortable for overnight stay before boarding ship for cruise. Staff excellent
Great staff, beautiful hotel and great location
Perfect hotel
Wonderful hotel with a very good location in the heart of Copenhagen. Nice and clean, great staff, good rooms, OK bar and breakfast. I'll be back...
Weekend business trip
I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Copenhagen over the years, and this hotel is absolutely the best, we were lucky enough to get a corner room on the high floor and the view of Copenhagen was incredible (it is a tourist attraction by itself), the hotel is cool with a modern classic charm, the service was respectful, professional and friendly, only little improvement suggested would be to make the breakfast a little bit better. Overall a amazing stay without any doubt.
On the 17’th floor. Perfect room, but the bed was in a condition we did not expect from a Hotel in this standard. The bed had two big “holes” due to many people use the bed. We were not comfortable in this bed. Further more at the bath room, the body wash did not have any soap in. Luckily we had our own body wash with us. I told them at the check out and hope they will do something about it. The Hotel and the breakfast was overall a nice hotel, but I expected more of a hotel of this standard.
Modern hotel right by major sites. Very walkable. Excellent service. Ask for corner room overlooking Tivoli.
Everything about the hotel was great! Room was perfect-location couldn’t have been better. Kristian the concierge was absolutely wonderful! It was nice to be greeted by him and he was always ready to help us in anyway he could. Great stay all around!
2 daysinto a 5 day stay a nd the bar had a problem with draught beer with only one choice of bottle beer. I can undrstand it may take 24 hours to resolve but for 3 nights there was no draught beer which is not the standard i expect in a radisson
We were disappointed in the size of the room. We asked for a tour of Room 606, which has been kept in the hotel’s original Danish modern style, but too bad the redo isn’t as nice. Simon gave us a tour of the room and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The man at the front desk with a beard and glasses who checked us in wasn’t friendly or polite.
Beautiful room, high floors, particularly appreciate windows which can be opened to have fresh air, conveniently located hotel, very professional staff and nice dining option.
An amazing stay, if only for three nights. The hotel and staff were extremely curtious, efficient, and clearly well trained and versed. I will be back in October, and will insist on only staying at the Radisson Royal Hotel.
Housekeeping can be poor if staying for longer tha
Great hotel apart from house keeping. If you are staying for one night not a problem but if you are staying longer and have early evening events room servicing could be problematic.Wrote to the front of house manager about this on the day after we returned home and have yet to receive a response.
Staff appeared confused over whether breakfast was or was not included! Having advised I set up breakfasts separately, on arrival I was told, yes I can see it, on checking out another story....I have to say the receptionist had a bit of an attitude ☹️
Great location which is close to pretty much everything. We asked for an upgrade because of our anniversary and the staff gave us a wonderful room with the view. The restaurant inside the hotel was wonderful.
The room was very small and smelled musty. The price was completely out of proportion to the room size. The neighborhood is inconvenient and it was noisy.
Location
Perfect location had a wonderful time close to everything great views if Tivoli😊
Smukt hotel
I liked how close to the train station, I thought rooms were 2 small for the price
First Class Inside
From the outside, the building is generic but, the moment you walk in the doors to the bright, open and modern lobby, your opinion changes. Fresh flowers and gleaming surfaces. Professional, well dressed and friendly staff greet you as you approach the desk to check in. Concierge was very helpful with dinner options and reservations as well as airport transportation.
Room was large and very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to train and metro station and had lots of eating places and places to visit close by. Highly recommend
.
Convenient location and walkable.
Location is A for people who wants to be in the city center. Breakfast is great, Staff are very helpful, Price is too high!
A very pleasant experience! Will book again!
Central location. Very comfortable room with all amenities. Courteous and helpful staff.
Beautiful building and rooms. Perfect area of town for walking around. Very comfortable all around.
Property was very nice. One exception is the modern shower that no matter how you aim it water ends up outside all over the floor. Everything else is totally five stars.
Serious housekeeping issues - missed cleaning the room three times, plus the space under the bed was very gross. If you leave the windows open the bugs come in. Room service very bad, would get our order wrong, felt like they didn’t understand English. The building itself is amazing and the room had a wonderful view. People downstairs are nice but not quite trained at the 5 star level. Restaurant looked good but the furniture was dated. Bellman nowhere to be found when we checked out.

Excellent Location.
Historical Connection to Arne Johnson Unique furniture and design. Very comfortable room with good room servicing. I particularly liked the professional fitness facility the like of which I have not seen in a hotel before! Very central location and easy to access things/places in København. Great buffet. Lots of variety.
Best hotel to stay in the city
One night stay
Only stayed 1 night weren’t in room or hotel much - happy with hotel
Staff very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. Property very clean and in a good location.
Great location
Wonderful property and service.
.
Location location location. Great rooms. Service and excellent food. Kudos.
Excellent location, lovely room. Absolutely fantastic.
The hotel is dated and the gym is an odd corner with no clear sign. After we complaint about the standing light no working at check-in, nothing was done until we left 4 days later. The front desk and concierge were helpful thought.
Old room. Definitely not of 5 star standard. Room was dirty with hairs from previous guests. No shelving in the shower for amenities. Breakfast is very local Scandinavian.
Breakfast was wonderful, location very convenient
Bad veds
Very good
Location central convenient, and friendly staff. Bit of a noisy location
Amazing design history and great breakfast
Helpful staff and welcoming. Very convenient for a weekend in Copenhagen.
The suite was perfect. Nice bedding that allowed a good rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also great.
Very very small bathroom, bed was broken, Air condition very noisy. Too expensive for a standard like that, even for Kopenhagen
Middle of Copenhagen
Concierge staff was great.
Very old property renovated inside
Clean rooms. Wqlking distance enought to the center
Outstaning
This hotel lived up to the 5 star reviews. The rooms were air-conditioned and comfortable. We LOVED the choices at breakfast. And, the location was so convenient- right by the train station and Tivoli gardens. I would definitely stay here again. The service was also outstanding.
Amazing!
Location location location and a dose of the 60s
Location can't be beat - across from the Central Train Station, very close Metro stop, S-line train station as well, not to mention Hop On Hop Off tourist buses. Multiple restaurants at all price levels close by. The decor screams of the late 1960s but is in very good condition. Friendly, helpful staff. Have stayed here twice; could well stay here again.
The staff were most helpful and considerate.
very nice
Staff was great and location was amazing!
Parfait !
Très bon situé, literie parfaite, très bon petit déjeuner
The suspended light over the small table in the corner is not convenient. I bumped my head several times on it
very friendly staff
The concierge (specifically the jovial 71-year-old gentleman) was extremely helpful and very engaging, one of the best I've experienced in my more than 3 decades of global travels. The hotel is exactly as I remembered it 7 years ago during my first stay, kudos to the team for maintaining it well up to this day!
Great property. Central location to relevant sites. Easy to take train from airport to hotel. Concierge very helpful
It was a great place and the staff was very helpful. Great location.
The hotel staff are very pleasant.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Onsite restaurant and great breakfast. Right in the middle of everything, so it's super easy to walk anywhere or there is always a cab right outside
Nice hotel, friendly staff
