Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price.

Property is fine. Pool not as advertised. Very murky green water. Our toilet never worked properly and after 2 maintenance visits we opted to change rooms, but it wasn’t seamless and we were stranded for a while. Area around hotel is pretty good wrt restaurants and connectivity.

The rooms look basic but clean. We tried to upgrade to a suit which would be a better room, but was told that all the rooms look the same.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely views. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall I thought this is a great place to stay while in Sao Paulo. The check-in process is a little on the slow side but it was all uphill from there. The room was great, spacious; the bar served great drinks and the breakfast was really, really good.

The staff was excellent and very courteous. The bathrooms and the fitness and sauna are dated.

It was fine. Decent breakfast compared to the other hotels in the area. Last time I stayed here my shower wouldn’t drain. This time the room smelled like there was a sewage leak. But for that - hotel is fine. Staff are nice. Good location.

o café da manhã estava maravilhoso. Inclusive tem uma senhorinha que fica abastecendo o buffet que trabalha de forma impecável. Em alguns momentos do café senti que deixaram faltar pratos e talheres para reposição, nao atrapalhou pois peguei de mesas sem ocupantes, mas é uma dica para melhorarem ainda mais o serviço. Os quartos acho que estão caindo de padrão. O primeiro que fiquei o colchão já deu o que tinha que dá. O segundo também nao era dos melhores. Disfarçaram com colchas de duvês....deu pra dormir, mas já foi melhor. O ar do 1505 nao tem capacidade para atender a um quarto daquele tamanho, abri a porta da varanda para entrar um ar e gelar o quarto (afinal esta bem frio em sp). O quarto vizinho a placa com o numero caiu no chão. Resumo: acho que estão deixando cair o padrão e por isso provavelmente não voltarei.

The hotel has a lot of staff at the reception talking to each other and the clients waiting. The rooms are normal but the presence of certain hallways with plaster on the floor is not pretty. The waiters are very good people and the suitcase collector.

Péssimo isolamento acústico

O serviço prestado é excelente e as condições do hotel são muito boas. A localização é ótima. Porém, o isolamento acústico do hotel é péssimo. É impossível ter uma boa noite de sono diante de tantos ruídos. É possível ouvir todos os barulhos do corredor e dos quartos vizinhos. Diante desta situação, não é possível ter um bom descanso e nem privacidade. Eu estava hospedado em outro hotel durante a semana a trabalho e resolvi mudar para o Radisson Blu para passar o final de semana com minha esposa. Me arrependi um pouco desta mudança, pois apesar da excelência do hotel em todos os outros aspectos, o isolamento acústico deixa muito a desejar.

It's best in region.Very close to jkiguatemi and Iguatemi both malls.Pool is small and sport center is fine enough. Surrounded by different type of restaurants.A bit far from any convenient store or supermarket.

This is a business hotel and it did a great job of doing exactly that. The breakfast was top notch and included in my price. The room was ok - nothing fancy. The only issue was the hotel elevator, that seemed to take forever.

SUPERB value at weekend rate. SUPERB Breakfast . SUPERB Service, EXCEPT My criticism is the fanfare over an upgrade where floor height is hotels interpretation of VIP upgrade and yet 801 or 1811 are exactly the same room. With Gold Expedia experience i can generally tell hotel occupancy . But hotel would not give a green city view despite the fact it's pretty much the same size room all round this hotel. I endorse a lot of reviews that i saw prior to this visit. But its value is superb. Why the big deal about an upgrade to exactly the same room?

Excellent location. This is a true 4/4.5 star hotel. Top notch service. Impeccable cleanliness. Professional staff. The rooms are quiet and quite large. Thick walls and thick floors, could barely hear anyone next door. Good WI-Fi, strong shower, everything we needed was there for the taking. Parking could be better as I do not like valet. I like the freedom to pick up my car when I feel like it. The room is very big but the bathroom was tiny, not proportionate to the room.

The staff are the true assets of this property. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. I felt that they genuinely were invested in making sure my stay was enjoyable. From the front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping—everyone was lovely. There are people there who speak English, which is very helpful. They also appreciate when you attempt to speak Portuguese. The rooms are clean with daily service. The gym and lap pool are nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Oh—and I recommend the breakfast.

Great hotel in São Paulo, nice rooms with enough space and amenities. Friendly and helpful stuff. Delicious breakfast buffet and dinner options. Fast and reliable internet connection but sometimes a bit flaky/ difficult to re-connect. Area is quite nice and offers other amazing restaurant. Will definitely book again.

Rooms very old. Brazilian socket with only one international socket. Mini bar made so much noise I had to unplug it. Overall very functional, breakfast amazing
