Our stay was excellent except of check in. Property needs to add to their check in process/requirements that all citizens of Russia have to have their domestic Russian passport for check in. I never have it with me and use Russian travel passport when traveling, which I have no problems booking domestic flights with, however the property did not accept it for checking in. This was a huge inconvenience and all guests need to be informed about this requirement prior to their stay! Other than that everything was great - clean spacious rooms, great spa facilities, nice view and walking distance to many sights.

Great location

Очень довольна отдыхом и одназначно приеду еще. На теме чистоты не буду останавливаться, то, что должно быть белоснежным - белоснежное, то, что должно блестеть - блестит. Отличные действительно подогреваемые бассейны и термальная зона, и с градусником все отлично, в мае было прохладно на улице, но при этом очень комфортно в бассейне. (есть, с чем сравнить, в отеле напротив утверждают, что в бассейне 27 градусов, но на деле, было 23, замеряла инфракрасным градусником, дети вылезали дрожащими через 10 минут). Очень приветливый персонал, внимательный к гостям. Отличная детская анимация, дети при деле весь день, детская игровая хорошо оснащена, аниматоры организовывают и занятия, и игры, и перед завтраком приветствуют. Завтраки отличные, отдельно организованный детский стол и он весьма разнообразен. В общем на данный момент считаю лучшим местом для отдыха с детьми - и в отеле много всего, даже в дождь было чем заняться и вокруг в пешей доступности много всего детоориентированного.

Good hotel for stay 2-3 days before or after flight. Very good breakfast, delicios restaurant "Anatolia" in the -1 floor. The SPA aria in the hotel is very tired and too many children in the late evening there.

The hotel was not bad , it had a very nice view on the floor that we lived. Right to the sea in the middle of the top floor of the hotel. The breakfast could use a little work. It was walkable to all the attractions.

Great value for the $$ compared to hotels around. The great benefit of this hotel compared to others around is that it has 1 big heated pool and spa located outside. Also 3 sauna types. Huge haul and many (paid) activities. I didn't have any issues staying at this hotel. Every time something was needed, it was resolved right away. A but pricy on food, but you can easily find places to eat around.

Well rounded, well appointed and enjoyable.

Clean and well decorated. The staff was very helpful. The pool and spa were awesome but not enough space for the demand! The bar lacked the atmosphere and the cocktails were just OK(( Did not eat in any of the hotel restaurants as they looked dull and not speaking and exciting cuisine when compared with other nearby offerings. Temperature checks were done and masks and antiseptic spray were provided. All in all, a very safe and enjoyable stay and the front reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The balcony, and the view from the hotel was great. The open pool time is little bit short, it would be nice if the open pool time will be longer.

Perfect vacation hotel

We stayed as a family for a weekend in December. Excellent service. Hotel restaurants and breakfast were delicious. The spa was super clean. The pools were warm and perfect to swim.

horrible room and beds

family vacation- 2 adults and 2 4 years old twins. I ordered a standard room as it stated can sleep up to 3 children at the room description. as we arrived in spite of the fact our reservation included 2 children- they wanted to charge us for an extra bed- the room was totally not suitable to allocate 4 persons. the room had a very narrow sofa about +-50 CM - and could not fit a person- and there was not enough space to put another bed- the room including the mattresses were pure suffer for us. the hotel facilities were great - it has few swimming pools, kids club, and few restaurants- but bearing in mind that Sochi has unstable weather and it was raining for 2 days - the room was crucial to our stay. the staff was indifferent to our situation.

WiFi is nonexistent. A few days during my week stay the room wasn’t cleaned until 6pm. They have an insane towel policy for the pool and beach requiring you to hand in a card each time you want a towel. Sorry, but I don’t wanna steal your dirty towels. Be reasonable. You can’t charge to the room at their private beach. They want you to bring cash which could be stolen when you go in the water. I paid off my incidentals the day before my checkout because I was leaving at 3am due to an early flight. Five minutes later a guy that didn’t speak English was upstairs emptying out the entire mini bar. Sorry, but again I don’t wanna steal your alcohol. Be reasonable. Finally, when I complained about the problems at the hotel a manager named Maya was rude and obnoxious. Worst manager ever. She should be fired immediately.

We rate Radisson exellent comparing even 5 star DR resort we visited in Punta Cana last year. We had good time and felt safe. Beautiful hotel and nice amenities. Customer service we rate exellent. And thank you again. See you next time!

The hotel itself was very nice but the customer service was not the best I've experienced (reception and breakfast room staff not as welcoming as I would have expected).

Great location and good spa and pool area. Never did find their semi private beach but not an issue. Great breakfast . Restaurants on site were a bit pricey. Overall would reccomend, we had a great 4 days there.

Not bad at all

A very nice hotel, there isnt much close by, but it is fairly handy for the Olympic conference venues. Interestjng and unexpected english pub just next door

This is the second time and definitely my last time I stay at this hotel. It’s a great hotel with TERRIBLE mattresses. I won’t stay here again unless they change all the mattresses.

A Good hotel right next to the board walk and Sea

Location was fantastic. Very close to pretty much everything that Sochi has to offer. Very walkable to great restaurants and all tourist spots. Not everyone on the staff spoke English. That was the only downside. You will have to call the front desk and pay for a ride to/from the airport. The staff do not understand "Queen" bed and they prefer to join two twin beds with a very uncomfortable split in between. Always ask for King.

Excellent Accommodation

Lovely stop over in a twin room. All the required comforts. The rooms were very clean and has everything we needed. Plenty of space in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

Great location, clean room , great pool and restaurants. Good Customer service. The only bad thing is the air conditioner doesn’t work properly for a 4+ hotel. Other than that it’s ok.

We were here for the World Cup games, we enjoy our stay awesome facility!

This hotel is really nice it is very close to the amusement park and the beach. Friendly staff and the rooms were real nice. After walking the boardwalk along side of the beach and returning to your room to relax on a jacuzzi was real nice. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel.Close to the beach

One of the best hotels in Sochi.Its new,clean and the staff is very polite.I stayed there for 3 nights and had quite a good time.Definitely coming back for the EURO 2018.So,yes,i recommend this hotel.

My stay was short just 5 days but my children enjoed hotel and espesially entertainment. Breackfast was very good but cooking station could benefit from having second chef making omlets etc. every day thre was a very big line waiting for pancakes, omlets and waffles. Deposit system is very strange i was asked in the bar and restourant if I have a deposit every time I wanted to sign for room, in the first day I could not get drinks because it is appeared that I don't have deposit takwen by the reception and I didn'tr have my valet with me in the pool. I stayed in other hotels in russia and never had similar experience. It made me feel like I was not trusted and will run away from not paying for food and drinks.

Locked minibar

Not bad but mini bar and phone were locked! If some one is staying in a 5 star hotel ofcourse he can pay for a coca kola!!! But they ask for 3000 rubels deposite to unlock the bar which diesnt have more than 500 rubels drink in it!!!!

Skip trying to eat in the bar

The bar staff and managers are both short staffed and inept. They could not figure out how to close a check and never waited on us. We had dinner downstairs in grill restaurant which was pretty good for both food quality and service. I has the burger and it was pretty good except it was slathered with some sauce that was not mentioned on the menu, nor expected. One oddity is that they stop serving from their Josper grill early a few hours before they close and only serve part of the menu. The server was very friendly.

Excellent stay-very helpful staff

The stay at the Radisson in Sochi was stellar. The main purpose of my visit was as a tourist and the reception was extremely helpful in arranging for all excursions. First, they made arrangements for a visit to Abkhazia which was perfect. Second, they helped me with the excursion to Sochi itself. Many thanks to Anastasia at the front desk who spent extra time going over maps with me and places to visit and how to get there. I was most impressed by the professionalism of all staff in this hotel. In addition to the high quality of the staff, the hotel offers top of the line amenities including fitness facilities as well as top-of-the-line restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Sochi.

Great for Olympic Park

I was so lucky to be able to stay here. My room had a nice view of the Olympic Park including the flame. Could walk to the park. Nice pool area and helpful business center. Staff very helpful.

Very comfortable and nice hotel in Adler

I stayed in this hotel for few times, the hotel has very mordern decoration, comfortable bed, large size room and luxury feels in all the way a 5 star hotel should present. I really love the indoor & outdoor swimming pools, sauna and gym as well. The hotel itself is a definately worth for the money you spend on the room and facilities, the only downside is the transportation, it will be much convenient if hotel run shuttle bus to downtown adler, the closest bus station is a solid 10~15 minutes walk. Walk to the downtown adler will take at least 25~30 minutes otherwise you will always have to book a taxi. Nevertheless, I still think it's the best hotel in the Adler area.

Great hotel by the Black Sea and the Olympic Park

Great hotel, improved tremendously in customer service since 6 months or so ago when it first opened. Excellent customer service! Disappointed that the room temperature was not possible to be increased manually, it had a limit and I was cold when working during the day in the room (it was fine for sleeping). I was told that the temperature can not be increased. Disappointed also that the two specialty restaurants in the hotel were not open on the weekend as the Japanese Suchi one has excellent food. Also disappointing that there was no convenience store in the hotel as there is no other store nearby, one must take a taxi ride to find one. Breakfast is fabulous!

High quality Sochi Resort Hotel

I went to Sochi to see the Olympic preparations. While the hotel is still surrounded by construction activities the manager and staff were most helpful and I had an excellent stay. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Bad location

Appalling location at present, in the middle of construction zone. Incoming taxis found it almost impossible to reach the hotel. Also a long way from most of Sochi attractions, though fairly close to airport. Do NOT stay there until Winter Olympic construction is finished!

Внутри отеля высокая влажность, по-моему кондиционирование не работает в должном объёме. За 200-250$ в сутки отель не стоит своих денег, тем более это тариф без завтрака.

Впечатление очень среднее, номерной фонд в уставшем состоянии, матрасы и подушки не очень хорошие. Расположение то же не совсем удачное. Персонал очень старается. Рум сервис работает отлично.

комфортное проживание

Отличный отель с удобным расположением и качественной инфраструктурой. Можно погулять по набережной, дойти до рынка, олимпийского парка, 10 минут до аэропорта. Вкусные завтраки. Понравилась спа-зона.

Отдых с семьей в декабре 2020

Очень хороший отель обслуживание соответствует заявленным звёздам. Персонал очень внимательный и тактичный. Порадовала спа зона и открытый бассейн подогреваемым в декабре это очень актуально. Завтраки 5 из 5 есть все на любой вкус. Одно что пора обновить это ремонт в номерах, мнеого потёртости и царапин на стенах и мебели.

Отдых прекрасен!

В целом все хорошо. Но есть и небольшие минусы: нет Свободных халатов для детей (просили пять раз, так и не нашлось свободного), мало лежаков в крытом бассейне (люди вынуждены класть полотенце и халаты на пол), нет классических видов массажа, теннисный стол один, настольный футбол без мячей (бармен говорит потеряли:)). Это мелочи, но их нужно указать.

Отдых в 5 звездах

В целом не плохо. Персонал услужливый, терпеливый, спасибо им! Единственный минус, который заставил меня удивиться: зубные щётки и пасту выдают только если попросить. А щётки такого "качества", что при каждой чистке зубов вся щетина оставалась во рту. Думаю для 5 звёзд это неприемлемо.

Окна выходили на огромный кондиционер,который гудит всегда и не возможно спать с открытым окном,так же сильно отравился на завтраке едой.В номере не было зубных счётом и ложечки для обуви,хотя типа это пятёрка.

Быстрая регистрация, впечатляющий холл, но мебель в комнате потёрта. В общем хорошее впечатление!

Хорошее место

Всё хорошо! За исключением того , что у отеля нет собственного пляжа. Как в принципе и рядом какого либо пляжа. Сразу за отелем пристань для яхт. Но это компенсируется бассейнами. Поселили в номер выше категории, чем был оплачен! Здорово!

В целом все отлично, сервис, порядок, расположение, все очень удачно! Единственны рекомендация убрать детский настольный футбол из зоны рядом с бассейном куда угодно подальше. Он очень шумный и мешает отдыхать и расслабляться, даже музыку не слышно из-за его грохота и скрежета.

Отдых в Редиссоне блю

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха,персонал всегда готов прийти на помощь,чисто и уютно....единственный минус хотела бы отметить...это пляж...по непонятной причине 1/2 пляжа занимают отдыхающие других отелей....приходится искать место...пляж на мой взгляд недостаточно хорошо оборудован...ветреную погоду зонты летают по пляжу( травмоопасно) между лежаками на камнях лежат отдыдыхающие не из отеля...то есть зона отдыхающих из Редиссона блю не выделена(рядом распологается отель редиссон парадайз..где этих проблем нет...территория пляжа для отдыхающих огорожена вместо летающих зонтов тенды все красиво и удобно) все остальное просто замечательно

Неплохой отель

Отель достаточно комфортен. Сервис тоже вроде всем хорош. Завтраки как и везде в принципе, одинаковы каждое утро почти. Из минусов: обеды и ужины могут быть или нет (решается неведомой администрацией). Это очень неудобно с детьми, которым важен режим дня. На пляж нужно ехать (везут бесплатные шатлы), поэтому рассчитывать время отъезда/приезда. Если уехал с остановки шатла, добирайся в отель сам. Вокруг куча точек питания, но в основном среднего качества за большие деньги. Пляж с небольшим набором лежаков, постоянно ищешь место. А рядом все за деньги (качалки столетней давности, небольшие беседки). В целом неплохо, но я бы не вернулась)

Все на достойном уровне, никакой суеты на все просьбы был отклик. Спасибо аниматорам за работу с детьми и взрослыми!

Excelentes servicios

Hotel que ofrece servicios de spa, piscina temperada, salón de belleza y un gimnasio muy completo. Además tiene dos restaurantes muy buenos. También el desayuno buffet es muy completo y variado. Las habitaciones amplias y muy lindas. El servicio es de primera y está ubicado cerca al estadio Fisht. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Es excelente para pasar unas vacaciones con familia con hijos pequeños porque tiene de todo.
