All is good, really it was very good experience.

No slippers in the room

The smell of smoke was everywhere, including in non smoking floors. The staff moved me from one room to another, but it smelled like smoke too. The smoke absolutely made this a place to skip unless you want your clothes and luggage to smell like smoke

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Feels like a family atmosphere, typical of Lebanese (from concierge, to reception, to restaurant staff, housekeeping..all). Location great as it is walking distance to Manara and all of Lebanon. Pool and Gym were great additions although they are closed on sundays. My only comment is to improve breakfast as it does not include a great variety of food.

The location is superb, and the staff are very very nice and helpful in any means.

The location is amazing five minutes walking distance from zaytuna bay and restaurants and you can find groceries and market places in the area. The hotel is clean with specious elegant lobby. The service was amazing and all staff were good and friendly. Very recommend it

Great stay and great staff

Everything was very good except the following: 1) The room didn't have an international power socket which made it impossible for me to charge my phone. 2) The bed sheets were too small for the bed. 3) The service in the lobby's bar was way too slow. I understand it was after midnight when were ordered a couple of drinks, but it's supposed to be a 5-star hotel, so they should provide faster service.

Short Biz Trip

It was great option for me to stay in the Radisson Blu Martinez, the reception officers were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and it was for non smoking residents.

Solid option for a short work trip

Solid hotel in a perfect location. Very clean and excellent service. I would have preferred to have the choice of a firmer/ denser pillow.

The installations wete great, but the hotel personnel made the visit very enjoyable. I was staying at a diffent hotel and was very unhappy there, so I dropped by the Radisson Blu one afternoon amd had a beer at the bar to get a sense of the place, and immediately liked it. Ila

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The hotel is clean and inviting. I was disappointed that I didn’t have an option to have air conditioning (rather than heat) in my room - coming from a cold weather climate, I didn’t need heat in my room so I had to leave it off - but the room was very stuffy without any air moving. Breakfast buffet was great but not quite to the same level as my last stay. Overall, great experience.

Our stay at Radisson was pleasant but could have been better. The temperature in the rooms is very hot and we made this known multiple times. The hotel team said we they are currently out of season for AC meaning they cannot turn the AC on despite it being 19-21 degrees outside.

nice and friendly staff, the pool is clean and beautiful. the only thing is we chose a non-smoking room in a non-smoking floor but people in other rooms kept smoking and we got the smell from the ventilation system. the hotel changed out room , but the problem persisted. welcome to Lebanon!

I have booked and paid for executive room with full lounge access, but the lounge was out of service. but after long discussion they offered just 2 drinks during my stay and breakfast which is not equivalent of using lounge

The property is definitely older and aged, but I heard that's fairly common with most hotels in Lebanon. The staff were absolutely great, they made everything easy. There were some hiccups that I was sad about. 1) the irons were very old and not working well (the two we used at least) 2) no fridge in the executive room we were in 3) the blow drier was very old and barely had any kick to it. Overall I would recommend if you're on a budget but you might even be able to find something nicer on your budget. We did not eat in the mornings but did us the 24-7 room service and the food was always good.

The hotel needs maintenance in many areas, no views from any where, cozy rooms are like a mini cruise cabin, front desk guy who made a registration made many mistake, at check out didn’t know how make a refund. Mr Ali a Duty manager was exceptional. No plug in at night tables, walls need to be fixed, did not cover my expectations.

Average hotel with average cost. Friendly staff. Nothing special about the hotel.

They insisted that they were fully booked and could not give us a new room. Their solution was to flip the bed and change the bedding. The presence of such a noticeable odor in the bed was a clear indication that the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel were lacking. It is essential for hotels to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their guests by maintaining clean and fresh rooms. Aside from the unpleasant odor, I found other aspects of the room to be below par as well. The overall cleanliness was questionable, with visible stains on the carpets and dusty surfaces. The bathroom was not as tidy as one would expect, and it further added to my disappointment. Moreover, the response from the hotel staff was not satisfactory. While they attempted to address the issue, their actions were not enough to rectify the problem and ensure a pleasant stay. I believe a the hotel should have replaced the mattress or given us a new room.

A wonderful stay at Radisson BLU

We had the most wonderful stay at this place. The location was excellent and the service was great. Above all, it was the people there that made it really special for us. Kasim, Nadim, Ali, Hussein, Rita, breakfast manager Aziz were all top notch professionals and yet gave a personal touch to everything they did. The drivers that work with the hotel were also excellent. Haidar, Hassan, Hussein were all excellent drivers. If I visit Beirut again, this hotel will be my automatic first preference.

Hussein was very helpful, They have nice staffs, i lost my iphone 14 and they Trace the driver’s plate number with their CCTV camera and the driver brought my phone back to me. Neat and clean hotel I would like to visit again.

Great and pleasant welcome by Samer Reda and Rita at the reception. Rahil was so supportive throughout our stay as well. Was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is fantastic. It is clean and safe. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful if you need anything. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of tasty dishes from which to choose. The room was comfortable with very nice mattresses. I would definitely stay again. The hotel is conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants in walking distance.
