Very nice team working there. Marouane the frint desk manager is excellent
All was great, really nice place in a very good part of the city, very comfy bed, everything that you need
House keeping were cheap with room amenities (toilet paper, towels), no sound proof walls. Noise from neighbors all night, could even hear what their conversations. Buffet was very limited for the 280$ i payed. It’s more of a hotel where you just sleep and be out for the whole day, not for people that love to spend their days relaxing at the hotel. On the other side, the location of the hotel is well well positioned downtown, only walking distances to visit the popular spots. Would not stay their again for that price.
Hotel
This hotel is one of the best hotel. I’ve stayed in by far . Very clean and the staff is really nice. The pool in the gym is well maintained.
Great all around. Excellent location, service, food, Breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!
Good location, plenty of amenities and activities
Terrible experience overall
The staff at the reception was very friendly and these are the only people I’m impressed with. But this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The WiFi didn’t work for 80% of the time. I literally saw the cleaner take out some bathroom tissue rolls that I had put in the bin (because I dropped it on the floor accidentally) and prop it up again in the bathroom for me to use. The telephone in my room didn’t work and after having the tech team come up 3 times they still couldn’t fix it. Basically my whole stay didn’t have a way to call from my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Just go anywhere else.
The hotel was excellent and the location is perfect for shopping, taxis and a short walk to the main train station.
Clean and tidy , large room with terrace and dual bathroom ,
Comfortable hotel in great location. Hotel reception smelled like rotten fish. It was nauseating. The bathroom door handle did not work and 2 of us got locked in bathroom and could not get out until someone came to our rescue. Room was very basic for the money.
Hotel was great but service not so great due to lack of communication in English
Excellent hotel and in a very popular location, close to all amenities
Check in and check out service was very poor. Didnt feel welcome and was slow

Great property
We stayed as a family of 4 plus grandma, has two connected rooms, very good for families although surrounding area at night is a bit dangerous to walk especially with children, also have to take a lot of taxis to the Medina which you need to have a lot of cash and price varies all the time there, breakfast was good, pool is somewhat heated but can be cold in winter, my kids enjoyed it anyhow
Great location. Plenty of dining options and night life close by. The rooms were clean and staff super helpful.
I had a good stay at the Radisson Blu Carré Eden. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were professional and attentive, and the overall service was solid. The food was decent—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying enough. One thing to note: excursions booked through the hotel are significantly overpriced—about three times the price of booking online. If you’re planning to do any excursions, I strongly recommend arranging them independently to save money. Overall, it’s a good option for a comfortable stay in Marrakech.
Nice pool/spa/ fitness facilities Very nice staff. Rooms are very well laid out and decorated.Very pleasant stay
Great value. Excellent breakfast.
Started off terribly with no shuttle picking us up despite me having confirmation. I have 2 children and one with special needs and was left standing for hours at the airport until doing my own taxi. Once we got to the hotel and checked in we got to the rooms but kids bed was no ready but with a phone call that was resolved. Overall hotel was ok but do not do a pickup.
Liked the hotel and would come back
Love it
Nice hotel very clean good location
Great stay with kids! Highly recommend if your traveling with little kids as the rooms are quiet large and the breakfast is great with lots of variety!
Great staff and service. My daughter uses a wheelchair and the site was accessible . was given an accessible room . They only criticism i have is the wet room (disabled shower) did not have an adjustable showerhead which is to be expected.
Rooms are too small and overall it’s not value for money. Hotel is in nice area though.
Beautiful hotel
Overall nice hotel, the service was excellent
Great stay. Right above a mall with Carrfour on the bottom floor.
Excellent walkable location. About 30 min walk to old town. All western world amenities are there. Staff was so helpful in getting me a taxi and negotiating price for me. Room was modern and clean.Breakfast buffet excellent. Warm pool during my Nov stay. I dont have anything bad to say.
Good experience . The service was very nice
Séjour très agréable
Hotel recent et comfortable, service impeccable. Bien situé. Extérieurs très design et soigné.
A very nice and clean hotel located near everything👍💖
service at reception slow, no information at all about how to use the different services around, no one told us that only one elevator go to the garage, makes us lost and confused how to find our way from and to the garage. no one told us that the elevator does not work if we don’t use our room key. the safe is really not safe , I could easily put the safe and what is inside in my suit case and leave, it is not fixed to any wall.
Very convenient
Great place, everything works in the room, clean bed, room is recently renovated. Had kettle and coffee machine. Pool is also refreshing during hot time. Could be improved: pool hours are short. Reception staff cannot give information about extending stay or room price. Reservation department is not open all the time.
Lovely experience , perfect location
Beautiful
Amazing hotel beautiful , peaceful , great pool area , great breakfast.
Le petit déjeuner est très moyen La chambre côté rue n’est pas du tout agréable alors que les chambres côté piscine sont super agréable La salle de sport est super Les bagagistes et voituriers et la Reception sont très bien et très efficaces
Very helpful staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a terrific breakfast. Jamal at the front desk was superb and very professional.
Service is poor
Very good and will always be glad to always come back
Staff need training. Hotel doesn’t have guest friendly policies so doesn’t prioritise guest experience
When arriving at the hotel, the reception was very slow, or maybe their system is very slow. The depisit is quite high. So make sure you read the small print before booking. They are also very slow to replying to emails prior the stay. However i would still rate it as excellent due to the cleanliness, politeness of staff and quick room service.
ممتاز جداً والخدمة على مستوى عالي
Great place
Great stay
Clean very friendly staff 👌
Great stay and very good services
Everything was awesome
The staff were super friendly and smiley all the time ! Particular mention to Facial who was very attentive and going out of his way to make our stay memorable. Also the young guy around the pool was excellent but i cant remember his name !
Good service. Nice team. The quality of food not as good as before..
Fantastic location and great staff. Pool a bit small
The best place you can stay with family and kids . I will be back next time again . I will recommend fortement this place .
Very clean and close to the city centre
Top location in Marrakech, but still very quiet. Very nice hôtel. Very nice and big rooms. Pool ans area very nice, pleasant and very clean. Top service and incredible hospitality! Special thanks to Ayoub and Sara at the reception. Eliezer & Valerie Wizman
Staff was amazing Especially Sara at checkin and Abdelaouhed at the front door.
The staff are friendly, approachable and are willing to help if you need them.
Excellent location, but open plan bathroom in room wasn't convenient especially using the toilet and washing hands during the night disturbed my wife who was sleeping.
Bouchra B (restaurant) and safaa (checking) were amazing !!! We were refused slipper!! Because the person in charge said we weren’t VIP! Forget the Bathrobe!
Need carpet renovation in hallways , shower no work , hot water no working complete , only 1 elevator working room to exit street,
Great staff and rooms
Excellent was treated in a very nice way
Great property, very clean room and modern facility. The location of the hotel is great, walkable to many restaurants and shopping centers. Don’t miss the breakfast at the hotel, simply awesome!
A good basic short-stay hotel. The shower/bathtub was strangely setup, basically in a cupboard in the bedroom, but overall clean and friendly staff. Location is its strong point.
I liked most the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and always available to help.
Very clean
The staff and the location were great, but the property is very outdated and filthy. There was hair all over the guest bathroom floor. Overpriced for what you get.
Excellent location. Clean and reliable.
Good hotel
Don’t rely on Hotel for any transport as they charge you 4-5 times more and still not reliable. Check in took longer than expected.
Excellent property in a very central shopping area. Lots of activity around the area to enjoy. the hotel has a great pool and lovely terrace for socializing. The room was by far the best bit, with excellent wet room, soft bed with appropriate pillow.
Excellent hotel for families..close to everything
Great stay ! Perfect location
Very well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent !!
We loved our stay, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
. The unfortunate part of this hotel is the staff and this has to be the worst Radisson hotel we stayed in . The two things that stood out for me was the way staff treated certain guests compared to others . The day we checked in , we asked for a tour to be booked , it was a half day tour of Marrakesh, the poster in hotel proclaimed that it was safer and easier to book with them so I felt rest assured that this would be the case. The driver pick us up and took us to meet the guide .. his name was Saeed and we were told that he was the best guide in Marrakesh . The tour turned into a nightmare , he didnot follow the itinerary and took us through the medina( this is our first time in Marrakesh ) , he didnot walk with us but went ahead talking on his phone , he left us at a carpet store and explained that they would explain the different parts of the carpets had different meetings, we then told the owner we didnot want to buy the carpets , he became angry and switch off the lights leaving alone in the store .. this was very scary so we quickly left , the guide kept taking us to shops and we explained that this was not on the itinerary and he just yelled at us. We then asked to be taken back to the hotel . The second thing we asked about was exchanging dirhams at the hotel, the lady who checked us in said there were atms to withdraw money but the last day of our stay I saw staff exchanging dirhams for other guests. Please don’t stay here!
It is a 2.5 star hotel. DEFINITELY not a 5 star hotel. When checking in, the guy at reception desk started negotiating a different room, he said they did not have an upgrade, nontheless, he started offering 2 other paid options. We decided for a super premium room. It definitely needs a lot of maintance. The headboard has tears, floor is all scratched, wardrobe is missing pieces of cardboard, water was leaking from the WC, had to get people 3 different times to fix it, temperature control not very modern, all in all, not a 5 star hotel. Service, personnel, room, spa. I would definitely rate it a 2.5 hotel.
The team were lovely and v friendly. The hotel is well located but a taxi ride away 20 minutes from the medina. We were upgraded to a pool side view. Much appreciated. Thank you. Room service was great and the asparagus risotto was divine. Sadly, we arrived during the school holidays and the swim pool was full of screaming kids and historical and selfish parents who believe, everyone should out up with such annoying mess. The hotel management MUST managed this situation better and control the noise level. Parents cannot be allowed to take over and turn the space into theirs own home lounge. The staff simply ignores it. The only way we managed spend one day by the pool was because we were wearing Ears Plugs and sound cancelling head phones over them and even that was not enough to block the families and kids noise around us. So we simply gave up and booked days passes at a more elevated and pool controlled hotel. The only to get some sun and be quiet. Such a shame really but I did not leave home to end up spending my week holidays in a crèche. Hell no!! We also would have liked to have someone at hand to order food and drinks. We had to leave the chairs and make our way into the bar/ restaurant in order to order something.
Excellent breakfast and service.
Great pool and service
A great place to unwind
I loved this hotel. And, I did not like the Radisson Blu in Casablanca at all. However, happily, I really enjoyed the Radisson Blu in Marrakech. It's in a great area. The property is in excellent shape. The rooms were great, as was the gym, pool, restaurant, etc. My room was actually quiet. I also want to acknowledge my wonderful waiter at the restaurant. His name was Tarik, and he was fantastic.
Safe and secure, rooms were cleaned daily and many other requests were granted without hesitation.
Very modern, clean place. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurant area.
All good
Helpful and patient staff. Much appreciated!
Great hotel and a good services.
Le meilleur hôtel de Gueliz
Un service aux petits soins, une équipe formidable et professionnelle, un hôtel très bien situé. Encore merci
While they only have 3 floors with rooms and 4 elevators it took over 5 minutes to and from our room. All the time even when not busy. There was no wifi at entrance. This made it impossible to connect with tour guides abs others. Pool was a wading pool not one for actual swimming plus it was not open in the evening. They ran out of towels several times.
Very clean nice hotel. Amazing staff
Best location and royal treatment.
The hotel is in great location, in the middle of Gueliz, with restaurants all around, a mall under the hotel, and a big Carrefour under the mall. Great for shopping, sightseeing, and night life. Best location in Marrakesh. It felt like a real 5-star experience. The grounds are well maintained and very luxurious.

Great place to stay
Very good hotel. Room is spacious,AC worked, hot drink facility is available in room, big bed. Breakfast is plenty choice. Every night there is live music to entertain. Swimming pool is warm and lovely. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is in the centre but quite far from Medina old town. The only thing that is uncomfortable was the smoking policy, as we found people smoked around pool area and in the room ( smells pot in the corridor). It is a family friendly hotel so they should banned people to do this.
Located at the centre easy for shopping and dining
Great service and location.
The stay was excellent and the management very respectful and responsive I specially want to thank the hotel General Manager and the two duty managers for all their efforts make my stay memorable Excellent rooms, very central and a resort like feel to the place
Lovely staff , great people at the hotel and very helpful
Location is good, staff is very swaans helpful albeit a bit disorganized. We were supposed to be upgraded as VIP gold member but we’re not. We were supposed to be charged 300MAD but were charged 400 MAD. Note during Ramadan most of the monuments close at 3. We were not told by the hotel concierge and the permitted us to book trip from 2 to 5 and it was a waste of time and money. When informed, they said they did not know. Otherwise staff was really good and happy to help.
Although the hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is what made this hotel stand out. Every single one was exceptional, from the doormen to reception to the waiters. All were very attentive, helpful and kind. The food was excellent as well. Would highly recommend!
Overall satisfied Good breakfast

Horrible service
It is funny that I was sent this review when Radisson Blu Hotel refuse to check us in because according to them our reservation was not in their system. No assistance given to solve this problem and we ended up staying at another place since your staff was not helpful and not willing to solve the problem. We waited for 4 hours for nothing.
