Nice hotel not the fanciest but nice I would stay again

Our hotel was spotless, the streets were spotless all round had an amazing time and didn’t have to travel far for food or drinks it was 25 mins to the spa but that was very much worth the travel

Three start hotel

Room was old. Bed was uncomfortable. It was like a three star hotel at all.

smoke was smelled throughout the property and both nights there was loud partying and going in and out of rooms!

Standard large hotel format. Room ok but very standard and the heating was impossible to control - way too hot!

The staff were the main issue - reception was a disaster - it took 30 minutes to check in with 2 people ahead of us and no acknowledgement of people waiting. Upon checkout they initially refused to store my luggage for the day while i carried on working (we were also renting meeting rooms from them for the day). Badly designed hotel with doors facing the courtyard so meaning you could hear everything going on in the hotel (thang god i brought earplugs), Would not stay here again

Ver convenient.

We couldn’t choose a better stay venue for our 6 days stay. We walked to almost every attraction of the city from our hotel. The breakfast was just amazing and the bed super comfy. Housekeeping could get some improvement even though the rooms are very well maintained and clean. I would diff stay here again if i ever come back.

Perfect Location

Perfect location and very comfortable stay. Their breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was great but there was a smoking smell on our room several time that came from the room next to us. We called the front desk to complain about it and it didn’t help.

The rooms were a bit tired; the staff were not as helpful with logistical questions as we would have hoped. The public areas are beautiful. Be aware, the street in front closes all day on Saturday and Sunday, making Uber pickups tricky.

There is much to improve

There is a serious communication problem, the guy at the reception didn't understand what I wanted from him At first they brought me a room on a low floor that was very old and had a musty smell I could not stay a minute, and asked to change the room They said there was a possibility but at a financial cost Sometimes there are towels, sometimes there aren't The feeling that the house is an industrial hotel

Unique property in a unique location. Lots of restaurants with high quality food, lots of gelato places, historic buildings. Vibrant and full of culture and historic sites and buildings. Fine architecture all around. Excellent choice with excellent options.

Great location and gym! A little odd it doesn’t include access to the big pool though.

Lovely relaxing 2 day stay

All of the staff are lovely but a special mention to Andrei that looks after the cars. He literally goes out of his way to help me in particular but I see everyone. I was a bit of a pain being forgetful with things buy he really went above and beyond in helping me. In my business if I had 10 Andrei's my life would be so much better.

Very convenient location, Clean and nice staff, assess to outside pool you have to pay, separately $35.00 per person.

The receptionist Alex was very welcoming!

Receptionists were very welcoming, smiley and informative. I forgot their names but they were two ladies just want to say thank you as you started the good vibes to our trip. My sister was celebrating her 25th and they gave her champagne, a cake (which was lovely) and a card! Thank you so much it’s really appreciated! The room was spacious, we booked the exec room so could have breakfast on the top floor. The receptionist Alex was also very accommodating during our stay and I just want to thank him and everyone else who made our stay enjoyable! 10/10 service and have recommended them to so many already!

The pool was closed and guests that want to enter the pool need to pay 30$.

Great stay

Great stay, wonderful breakfast. When looking at the photos on your website, it shows an outdoors swimming pool, we found out this is actually a separate company, which we had to pay to access. It was really lovely and high spec service, it is costly to get in there. It was only about 15 mins walk to the Old Town Staff were good in Hotel, Ramona on Reception was exceptional

Location is good but staff are mostly expressionless and cold. No staff bother to assist and open the doors for you. They just stare at you struggling with the luggages.

I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult to get to and was also part of this seperate business. I never could find the sauna which was hidden away in an over crowded locker room. Knowing these things would have made me choose a different hotel. The rest of the property and the fantastic dinning options on-site, more than made up for the defeciencies and gave me an experience that I didn’t ask for but wanted. I am very happy with the decision to stay here and look foreward to returning when the pool is open.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was good, I would like to mention RADU from the reception who helped us a lot and gave us excellent service both when we arrived and when we left the hotel.

our room is very nice and confy. Otel has amazing bars and restaurand. The expedia rates are very high. I suggest make the booking through hotel web site.

Vacation

Great staffing and excellent location and very good breakfast buffet

The hotel and the room were lovely as were the staff, especially the catering staff who were amazing. The location is also very central. When my husband wanted to use the indoor pool, he was told he would need a swimming hat. The one on offer at the pool was overpriced. Additionally, the day before we saw other people being let in without any hat. This inconsistently applied rule (that did not allow for my husband to use a shower cap) was designed to make the company that runs the gym/pool money. It is unfair not to warn guests about this, so they can bring their own swimming hats.

3 night stay in a superior room 30.9-03.10.23 overall,a great experience in all aspects.a very minor "misshap" set right by Alexandra from guest relations.unexpected and not asked for,and a professional staff member.generally all the staff I encountered during my stay-top class.2 dinners at their outlets did not disappoint.

Clean, modern facilities!

The place to stay

Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well even when it was 100° (38°C). The pool was clean and a pleasant way to cool off. The breakfast had something for everyone. But, given the price, you should have a hearty meal to make it worth the price—more than a cup of coffee and a croissant. I was supposed to stay at a different hotel when go back to Bucharest, but I cancelled that reservation and am headed to the Radisson Blu. It’s convenient to the major sites and many good restaurants downtown, along with shopping, if you need to do any.

Short but enjoyable stay

The hotel is located very conveniently. The breakfast buffet was a little pricy, but there was a huge selection. The fitness center was closed for renovations, but there was an excellent gym in the neighborhood.

Good place and good location

I didn’t like my single room being next to the lifts and being woken on two out of three nights at around 3am by other rowdy guests. Clearly the room wasn’t properly soundproofed.

Amazing hotel very recommended

The room is clean, large and spacious. There are many restaurants in the hotel, all of them excellent. The hotel is close to everything, on weekends the road on the main street is closed to cars and you can walk on the road. Close to everything also on foot. The spa is perfect, the best massage I've had. One point for improvement is the attitude and slowness of the waiters in the restaurant of the pool, other than that everything was perfect!

The problem was with the clinics. Not clinics in the room and around the swimming pool. The services of the reservation was excellent

Very central hotel, a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with partial pool view. The outdoor pool is not heated. To access the elevator the room key is needed. Overall, a great experience.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As someone who had previously stayed in a suite a few years ago, I was shocked by the vast difference in quality when I booked a junior suite this time. The room was dimly lit and mediocre, failing to meet the standards I had come to expect. The minimal price difference between the two options made the stark contrast even more absurd. One of the major issues I encountered was a recurring sewage odor emanating from the bathroom. After enduring waves of unpleasant smells, I eventually discovered that the odor ceased when I closed a drain cover. It was disheartening to have to figure out such a basic solution on my own, highlighting a lack of attention to detail by the hotel staff. The staff failed to provide any meaningful information about the hotel, leaving guests to fend for themselves in terms of discovering the amenities and services available. Additionally, I experienced instances where I called room service or the reception and received no response. On one occasion, I was left with no choice but to personally visit the reception desk to place an order. Moreover, the overall ambiance of the hotel was outdated and failed to justify its cost, especially when considering the competition and recently developed establishments.

More basic training required

Building, facilities, furnitures all excellent! Once you involve staff is where things start to go very wrong, Awful check in revived. I information about the pool, the gym, where breakfast was served & when etc etc . Settling the bill on the main bar took 15 minutes while other bar staff were interrupted by new orders while I waited semi-patiently. Could not pay for 2x breakfast at checkout time for reasons of new computer system. Was told my card would be charged in my absence & an invoice emailed to me which I’m still waiting for !

Good location poor quality

Location is good. Looks nice and modern but rooms are dated. The walk in shower/tub is high and has a small swing door that only covers half of it so the floor gets wet and slippery. They have king size beds but bedding is way smaller. This booking was an extension to our original stay booked by a cruise line. With the exception of a lady manager, the rest of the staff is careless and even unkind.

Hotel were nice,except one thing . I forgot my a iPods in the room after checkout, immediately after I left hotel I called them. To get true to concierge it’s separate story. On the website only one phone number, reservation, no one pickup the line. Finally someone answered and I explain her the situation. She promised send housekeeper to the room and call me back. Of course nobody called me. Next day called again, and she told me , my AirPods funded and the will keep it till my friend will come to pickup it. My friend trying pickup it today, But no luck, he was waiting almost 2 hours, after all they told him the story, someone putted in the safe , and somehow it disappeared. I didn’t expect this kind of service in 5 stars hotel 😥

All was good, but I feel they are understaffed, I would have to call them at least 5-6 times for a room service until someone picked up the phone.

Not worth the high price

Christian was unprofessional and rude. We are on a VIP program that comes with perks. When I asked about the perks, every question was answered with a “No”, without even checking our account. Of course, once I made him pull up our account, he saw the perks and gave them to us. Frustrating experience. Don’t just tell the customer no without looking into their account!! He was also very cold and unfriendly. The room itself was comfortable but you could tell it was old. I’d say it’s a 4 star, not 5. Not worth what they charge.

I got the worst experience from that radison hotel, they tried to steel from me 500 euro, when I checked in I asked for a balcony because I smoke and I was told no balcony available but the lady told me that I can smoke next to the window, so I did and 2 days later my key card did not work, I thought that because it was demagnetized so when to the reception and I was told that they cut my key card because I smoked in the room and I need to pay 500 euro fine, I told them that I never signed any documents saying if I smoke that I would have to pay a fine of 500 euro, I was told that it’s a law in Romania that if u smoke indoor the fine is 500 euro, I asked to see that law in writing and no one was able to provide me that document , so instead of paying that 500 euro I was kicked out of the hotel and I had 30 min to check out and I was told that Expedia will refund me 2 nights of hotel that I prepaid with Expedia, so please do not go to that hotel they are there only to rob people , they invent rules and laws and tried to scam me for 500 euro
