My second time traveling to Tulumn. Radhoo exceeded our expectations. Staff was amazing and attentive. We felt safe and comfortable. Love the air conditioning. The pool was great and we loved that we have access to the beach cavanas via its sister hotel, Encatada. Enjoyed our stay

Remarkable concierge but overall needs improvement

Really cute hut/bungalow in the desirable Tulum Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff replied quickly in the chat. Convenient beach access and a very nice pool. My toilet was broken during the entire stay. Staff would try to fix it several times but always it was broken no matter what. The hotel provided ample beach accommodation but once on the beach, you cannot put charges to your room, which is problematic for me, as I am not comfortable carrying money or credit cards when I’m planning to play in the ocean. Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal. The concierge was excellent. They booked me a massage and made me dinner reservations. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes They would not empty the trash and my breakfast from the morning would sit out on my patio until the evening. I’d have to ask for it to be cleaned up.

Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.

Great property and friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, prompt service (communicating via whatsapp was very efficient). Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

Radhoo is like heaven. The ambiance is superb. The pool is to die for and beach is 30 seconds away. So quiet at night yet so close to everything. No mosquitos. The service was the at highest level. Fabian was the best!

Luxurious couple’s trip

We stayed at Radhoo for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff, pool, closeness to the beach, cozy jungle vibe, and food were all amazing! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but as we spent most of the day by the pool, it was no issue at all, and it was very comfortable. It was also great that the hotel was on the jungle side, so we didn’t get the noise from the beach clubs (only a tiny bit of music from a nearby restaurant, which we didn’t think about), but we were still close to the beach clubs and walked over there on foot during the day. We communicated with the staff on WhatsApp, which made it incredibly easy to get their help - it almost felt like having a butler. Thank you Radhoo!

Amazing stay!

One of the BEST hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Service is unparalleled and the whole hotel vibe is magical. Loved the pool, the breakfast, and every aspect of our stay. We celebrated a birthday while staying here and their staff really went above and beyond to make it feel special.

Very comfortable stay! Amazing pool and service. It’s nice being on the jungle side of the beach road, as it feels very quiet and peaceful.

AMAAAZING! My husband and I had the best experience at Radhoo. The service was just like no other vacation we have been on. First off the place is absolutely beautiful, and very romantic. The staff was so nice and pleasant. And when I say whatever you may need or want they will provide for you in the most convenient way. It has a sister property right across the street where we were able to spend time beach side. Its like you get two in one, serenity in the jungle and relaxation at the beach. And the food and drinks was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Best pool in Tulum

Radhoo was amazing we stayed here second part of our stay the organized everything from the other hotel Encantada which was also amazing. The hotel is beautiful as for the pool amazing! What's makes it special is the staff so helpful and kind we can't say enough great things about them there all wonderful made it very special for our anniversary. Food and drinks were wonderful. We will return Radhoo!!!

I spent my 30th birthday at the Radhoo Tulum at the end of July/ early August and I had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the 24hr pool was perfect for a night swim! Would absolutely come back and I've already told anyone who has asked about my trip that they need to stay here! Thanks so much Radhoo for the best birthday!

Loved the pool and how clean and fresh the room was, leaving a comforting smell. The food was also delicious. Enjoyed how minimalistic it was. Also loved how accessible communication was through WhatsApp and being able to accommodate any needs or concerns.

It was the last place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in Tulum, and as we had already seen and stayed at several lovely hotels, we were a bit hesitant as the hotel doesn’t have a beach. But we were taken away by the lovely people working there, from even before the stay Ana made sure we had everything organised and ready for our stay. The premises are stunning and very well kept. We were also a bit scared, it being a jungle hotel, that there would be loads of insects, but to our surprise we didn’t have a problem with that at all. For beach, they have several sister hotels you can get access to. At the Nest we had one of the best lunches of the entire holiday. Furthermore they suggested us to take part of different experiences which are great! I absolutely loved our stay! Thank you Ana and the whole team, you are great! And hopefully we will be back soon!

Highly recommended , best option in tulum area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Everything from the location, room, the food and the staff were excellent! The room was beautiful, spacious, well ventilated clean and smelled amazing - they really paid attention to the small details! Food, from the free breakfast to pool side service to room service is restaurant quality in taste, freshness and presentation. I was warmly greeted by Abdiel and assured by him along with the rest of the amazing staff. All in all, this is a luxe experience. I’m going back!

Amazing place to stay

We loved our stay at Radhoo, from the day we came to the day we left you could truly feel that the staff is there to serve your needs. They took care of everything and recommended great places to visit. I’d definitely recommend staying here especially since they are partnered with hotels that have beach access.

Beautiful property that has a large pool area in lush gardens right outside the villas. The villas are clean and are incredibly spacious with air conditioning. Nice, quaint bar with swings. The free breakfast is amazing. Turn left out of the hotel and more restaurants, bars, shops await you within a 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk.

Beautiful setting which is close to other shops, restaurants, and bars (go left walking out of the resort). Very nice pool area and bar. The villas are beautiful and clean with cold air conditioning. Lush gardens around the villas and grounds. Very good free breakfast!

Beautiful eco hotel, tranquil settings in the middle of the jungle, tucked away from the everyday high sounds of the strip. Amazing staff, very attentive and accommodating to your needs. Oscar and Abdiel were amazing. Highly recommended

The hotel had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. Definitely worth the value.

Hidden Gem in the hotel zone. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, willing, and professional. Communication was very easy and accessible via whatsapp with the reception. Wifi works great! The beds were so comfortable with great quality sheets. Pool and bar area is adorable- and secluded compared to other hotels in the that area. Spacious rooms with AC that works! Lighting of the rooms is kind of dim, however it did not bother me and gives the hotel character. Very happy with this hotel and will return for sure!

Best kept secret in tulum beach

Amazing hotel and very private and secluded- so incredibly relaxing and the staff were perfect

I just want to start off by saying that I dont usually write negative reviews, but this hotel in particular really upset our stay, My husband and I stayed here in the best suite they have, Dec 10th to Dec14th on our last night the AC woke us up, because there was water leaking and dripping on his face, the air conditioner is located right above him, this was our last night and we had to leave very early the next morning, we reached out to the on site contact and they could not fix the AC and the maintenance tech was not on duty. We could not get accomodate to a new room, because there were all full, half of the bed was wet and we had to turn off the AC so it would stop leaking, the room was supper hot all night, and we couldnt sleep the whole night. Staff were only able to give us dry small cushions since they were out of bed pillows and towels to put over the wet bed. Two days latter I wrote an email to Jordana (manager), letting her know what had occured since we never herd from any management reaching out to us. We wrote to her, we wanted our reinbursement for the last night, her response was " The AC was cooling and working, therefor she could not remburst us, she can only give us a credit to come back, and stay in there best room, First of all, Why would I came back? Second I did stay in your best suite and it was falling apart. Please do not stay here worse management service we have ever experinced, lastly Jordana never replied to our last email. "BAD MANAGEMENT"

I had an amazing time at the Radhoo! The staff was exceptional my only complaint was that the rooms didn’t have great lighting but I brought a lamp thankfully since I read reviews prior to my arrival.

The hotel was very cute. Love the pool. Would have overall gave a better rating. However couple things. To my mistake i placed small amount of cash inside of a purse tuck away in my suitcase. Came back to hotel and my money and some jewelry was gone. Secondly... The hotel was inadvertently booked twice, never received a email confirmation so i rebooked thinking i the transaction didnt go through, once i was advised by Expedia. I immediately tried to rectify, Expedia attempted to contacted hotel for 3 days up until my arrival to cancel double booking. I also tried to contact hotel and never could reach anyone. Once i check in. I informed front desk of mistake along with all email correspondence. They stated they never received a email or call from Expedia and still tried to charge me for the 2nd room although i had all the proof It stated in my booking breakfast was included. The front desk advised me my stay did not have breakfast included. They do not have beach access, in order to use the beach at one of the properties they have an “arrangement” with. You have to spend a minimum consumption to use the beach. There is no onsite parking if you rent a car. They do not have any recommendations on parking so you have to find your own which cost about $20 USD per day. This couldve have been a great place to stay. However the hotel should do better with communication, advise there is no access to beach, no parking and ensure staff is not going though guest personal

Beautiful oasis in the center of the hotel zone

Radhoo is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of the hotel zone. fantastic design and ideal for a holiday where you want to be in the centre of the action but have a quiet place to retreat. The pool is stunning and all the amenities are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again my only comment is that there could be better customer service when you arrive and while you’re there. I barely spoke to any staff and so was left to my own devices. But will definitely be back to this wonderful oasis in the city and hopefully this will improve over time.

Architecture and design are amazing! But staff needs to be changed - not professional and can’t speak proper English! Talked to so many different people on reception desk but they can’t even say a word except guy whose name is Rafa.

The hotel is beautiful! The entire property is very nicely laid out - with a lot of greenery - the vibe was very calm and soothing. My favorite part was the pool and the hammocks around it. The staff was extremely helpful and always very friendly. Overall great experience!
