Absolutely brilliant facilities and very clean.

Couldn’t find the opening hours for the restaurant anywhere. Really good value for money. Very friendly staff.

Rooms quite dated. Very few plug sockets. Wouldnt have wanted to be more than one night.

Fantastic value stay on Warwick Uni campus

Great place to stay right on the Uni campus. Buses running into Coventry or Leamington from round the corner. Reception very friendly and helpful. Bar area with free coffee. Rooms are compact but perfectly good, nice shower and bathroom. Make sure you scan the QR thing they give you and enter the code to reclaim the £16 parking for 2 days (overnight). Can't complain about any of it for the price. Don't hesitate or be put off by complaints about the carpets, they're not perfect but it's really not an issue!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The staff were lovely lots of tea coffee water available in the lounge gratis, and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend the Radcliffe to everyone.

We were there for a conference and it is a perfect conference facility, with staff who are keen to help.

Our room and en-suite were both tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was an iron & ironing board, fan and safe. There is complimentary tea/coffee both in the room and the lounge area. There were good quality toiletries in the bathroom. We had a very comfortable stay.

Inside the Warwick campus. Anytime Flatwhite/ Coffee cookies fruits on the house is a great gesture. Just that the gym/ sauna/ pool is in a common sports centre shared by students and it gets over crowded during non lecturer hours. Access to other sports like tennis / badminton is only for the sports club members.

What a discovery this place is. Within the campus area of the University of Warwick (actually on the edge of Coventry), this place is brilliant. The setting is very quiet and easy to get to and from. Loads of free parking, very jolly and helpful check-in staff, a great lounge/bar area (with complimentary tea and coffee at all times) and very clean comfy rooms. I wish I’d known about this place sooner!

V good

Two nights stay - room only. Stay was spoilt by extremely noisy and shrieking young people rushing along corridors both evenings of my stay. Whilst it is not the fault of the staff that these young people were inconsiderate it certainly spoiled my stay and reduced the time I wanted to spend at the bar.

Firstly, not to put other people off visiting this very good hotel our experience was the result of inconsiderate teenagers and their parents not controlling their behaviour. Our one and main disappointment was the fact that the hotel did not react or deal with a bunch of rowdy teenagers who were running wild up and down the corridors. We initially had words with them which resulted in further rowdiness and childish behaviour in the corridor which resulted in us having to call hotel reception on 2 occasions. I do feel the hotel manager could probably of dealt with it better and more promptly, particularly as it apparently happened the night before also talking with the lady at reception during checkout when she asked how our stay was. I know other people staying at the hotel were also not happy with the noise and behaviour. Having stayed at this same hotel before I also appreciate that this was probably an isolated incident but one I feel the management must take on board in terms of prompt action in such events as all those involved had their parents in the bar area, after all we paid good money for a nice experience which was spoilt by unnecessary behaviour in the corridors of the hotel. If you want to run around doing outside the hotel where there is plenty of space.

Visit to University!

Perfectly located for the University. Comfortable, clean room. Lovely large shower! Ample parking!

On campus. Convenient for Warwick. Walls are thin though so you can hear the next room which is an issue if you’re next to a snorer!

Staff were polite. Hotel and surroundings were clean. Will stay here again if I need to.

Room was clean but carpets and bedding looked old. Musty spell in the room was quite overpowering. Bathroom was very clean.

We stayed here one night prior to our son’s graduation. We were so pleased we did due to the close proximity to the university concourse. Parking was easy and free ( just submit registration at the reception). It was a quick and level walk to the university which was fantastic for getting to the ceremony early to get a good view. The accommodation itself was surprisingly good with quality furnishings and bath products. Breakfast was plentiful - even having my favourite marmite for toast! I had gone with the misconception that it was more student accommodation but I was very wrong and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a need to visit the university.

Lovely welcoming helpful staff on reception. Clean rooms, really friendly bar staff, food was good too. Perfectly located for the University.

Lovely stay

Good stay! Costumer service was amazing, arrived and left with smiles! The lift floor was dirty and sticky and the room's carpet (245) needs to be changed. The lounge area is amazing with complementary/non stop coffee/mocha/cappuccino/etc, etc! Overall, we had a nice stay and I would not hesitate to go back again and I highly recommend the establishment.

A safe haven and a great place for a good night sleep. Plenty of parking and great food. My top choice for staying in the local area for business or other reasons.

Fantastic hotel

Had an amazing stay. Being able to remain on site for the hotel and conference was brilliant. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Facilities top class Already planning on booking for the next conference in May.

Found a great place to stay

Lovely hotel. Really nice and helpful staff, modern building and very comfortable. Food all good as well. Great stay, I’ll stay again and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

It was on the campus and suited us as we were there to look around.

Lovely room/hotel/bathroom but no heating in room

Hotel was nice and room was lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable but there was no heating in the room. We were advised to turn the radiator up to the max and if it didn’t work they would supply us with a heater. The radiator didn’t come on so they gave us a small fan heater which was noisy as hell so we couldn’t use as we were trying to sleep - we woke in the early hours of the morning with our room like a furnace - yes the heating was timed to come on and, as advised, our radiator was up to the max! Once we’d cooled off and went back to sleep all was ok.

Nice and spacious room. Comfy bed, very comfy pilows, excellent pillow choices.

Staff was very friendly and courteous, and the room was immaculate and exactly as presented in the photos online. Would have liked more readily available information about amenities, e.g. laundry facilities and nearby shopping (on campus).

We had arranged a late checkout with reception. Apparently the cleaners were not informed and so made a great deal of fuss making us feel very uncomfortable. This included talking deliberately loudly outside our room. Very disappointing.

Everything was great, Stayed for the commonwealth Games. John and the rest of the team were outstanding in dealing with some booking issues due to miscommunication from Hotels.com, but they stepped up and sorted it which was a big relief. Very local and convenient for Warwick Uni as its on campus and it was very comfortable.

Great Value For Money

We used this hotel as we were booked into a show at the Warwick Arts Centre, and it was perfect for this. Just a ten minute walk. Very friendly, attentive staff. The room was very comfortable and had everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, Should we attend another show, we would definitely book again.

Very good

Great to have on-site hotel accommodation at the university and rooms that are well maintained, clean and good quality. Parking is easy and staff are helpful. The price is a little higher than I might have expected. However the weather was cold and the heating did not work. There were no extra blankets available in the wardrobe either. So I had a broken sleep due to the room temperature.

Very basic and dated hotel and the bed side lamps didn't work.

Clean and modern hotel

Great experience staying at the Radcliffe, we were there for a couple nights whilst visiting a family member at the university. The service was great and very efficient, rooms were clean and fairly modern. There was plenty of parking available and it was free!

Clean and well prepared for virus prevention.

The hotel itself, room, restaurant, lounge and reception are clean and there was no issue. But it was during the current COVIT-19 environment, so I just stayed and did not do anything particular. I did not experience ordinary and usual environment and can't fairly tell about such time. It is located in the campus so good for the university related events and purpose.
