Es un lugar el cual llego a tj cuando voy con mi familia y la mascota de mi mama que es su apoyo pocos lugares aceptan con perro gracias a service de pet friendly ❤️ que ofrece el hotel todos muy amables las habitación comoda tiene una pequeña area para las mascotas

Front dest receptionist super rude and has no maners, they stated after paying the deposit and going into my room that visits were not allowed I asked where did it state that they had no write information for you up front, she said only in the back door of my room. Super sketchy

They are the best in the Vaja California Hotel Industry .Their staff is wel trained respectful and nice. Their rooms have top quality cabinets countertops and mattresses. The best sleep I have gotten on months. Highly recommend this Hotel . Nicer than some expensive American Hotel chains . Dont miss out on excellent discounts available NOW

The suite room was nice. Water camw.out brown when you first opened it. Looked better in the pictures.

The executive room was way better than the Jr. Suite from las time. Cleaner and in better condition, the Staff was great and the free breakfast is always welcome.

Run down hotel. Pool was dirty. Next to busy street. Breakfast was ok not the best. Ladies be careful when using the towels if you leave them with make up stain they will chage you 100 pesos or 6$ dollars, FYI

Not very hospitable for hospitality industry staff

So the place itself wasn’t terrible and specially for the price but the service? That was pretty sad, just not friendly, not courteous or nice, borderline rude mean, I saw 2 different girls one at night when I checked in, and an other when I checked out but just so unwelcoming I would never stay there I don’t recommend it if you have options don’t pick this one.

Check out staff was rather rude, accused us of having paint on the floor towel charged us for it, when the jacuzzi was still dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. A bit disappointed

Got a Jr Suite, it is in decay and dirty, and at checkout, they kept my $30 deposit because they claimed two towels were "stained" or dirty wich was not true, they were not shown to me and I explained that I did set one small one on the floor because the shower area leaks water

Outdated not what I expected. A suite has individual rooms at least. The suite I got was exactly like a regular hotel room i don’t know why it’s listed like a suite. The furniture was scuffed up old there was a safe that I couldn’t use. It didn't have WiFi, meaning I had to connect to one of the (20) different networks they had but couldn’t connect to any and to top it off if I would have connected to WiFi I would have had to airplay from my phone to the t.v. That had me very upset cause that meant I could not use my phone and watch t.v. at the same time. Hotels are suppose to have t.v.’s that are connected to WiFi and have apps to watch movies or whatever am i right ? What century are we in?

La verdad no fue lo que yo esperaba

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of the food choices. The kitchen staff was very polite and professional. The room- the TV didn't work, and the jets in the hot tub didn't not work.

This is more of a higher end motel. Very clean, felt super safe, and it was close to the Marriott. We would go there for drinks.

Área limpia, habitación en buen estado, si llevas a tu mascota ve preparado para dejar un depósito de 200 por noche que no está incluido en la reservación, además no puedes entrar con tu mascota al área de piscina ni al restaurante, así que muy pet friendly no es :)

We stayed here and it was good. Good for a night . Very noisy with the street but not bad. The staff at front can be nicer. The lady up front looked like she hated her job. But overall good stay. Has the basics for a cheap hotel.

The hotel has made smart carefully thoughtout improvements , frugal , smart ..price in this neighborhood very good and staff management , cordial and true delight of mexico people. Im pleased to be regular visitor and always rather stay than return to las vegas.

Pesimo servicio al check in. Grosera y de actitud negativa de la persona que me atendió. Cuarto que me asignaron no es lo que muestran en la aplicacion. El cuarto no es hermético, se escucha todo el ruido del exterior. Pesima experiencia

No access for disabled for wheel chair bathrooms with fans to remove vapor when shower is in used staff ok but not resposable giving you instructions how the used the pool , dinning room hours .limited lights is room and rooms are to small

Not a returning customer

Shower was cold even after leaving it on for a bit to see if it would warm up. Parking was ok because there were hardly any cars. Receptionist changed my room upon arrival due to “not being ready” and when requested 1st floor she stated “oh no those rooms are not for this type of reservation” (online). Bed was kind of hard my body was aching in the am. Website pics misleading, pool water was dirty didn’t even get in.

Over the stay was OK but I'm not sure if I'd stay there again. The room seemed like it was in the middle of getting updated but the forgot to add little things like clean towels, ironing board and bed sheets. Also my 'view' of the golf course was a small window in the bathroom. I will say that breakfast was the best part of this stay the good was delicious and the service was great.

They charged us extra for no reason, they also did not give us our money back after checking out, area was unsafe. The shower head was broken and all the water in the bathroom exploded everywhere upon turning it on, not to mention this place also had bed bugs, a serious case of bed bugs. My family and I had to check out at 3am due to not being able to sleep.

Good hotel for the price. Right on the main blvd Aguascalientes. Walking distance to Xolos stadium and Galerías mall. Room equipped w/ microwave & mini fridge. Internet/wifi is not so great. Slow... better have data on your phone. Decent beds not to soft/hard. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. the free breakfast not bad.

This place is more like a hotel. The Wifi did not work. We couldn’t even watch TV. The only thing I liked was the free breakfast.

Centrally located, convenient fridge and microwave. The only issue and incovenient, is that are no Coffee pot in the rooms. Other that that everything else is excelent.

I've been going to this hotel for over 3 years and never had a problem. That was until a recent change in staff, and now if you leave one spec of dirt on a towel they want to rob you of your $30 deposit. If you go there don't use their towels useless you don't mind getting your deposit ripped off.

Misleading!!!!

I was charged a $30 deposit cash upon checking in, even though I had paid in full. When went to the room, I was informed the WIFI was not working and that the TV was not walking, and I jumped into the spa tub I heard a lound knock and was told that the water was leaking to the bottom four floors. I was told not to use the spa tub and this it the reason why I booked it in the first place. I did not want to stay and they offered a downgrade room for the same cost, I told them I was leaving and I was informed that they would not refund me the cost of the room since it was paid in full. Talk about bait and switch, I will rever stay at this place again.

No se deje engañar por las fotografias... Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria , un servicio al cliente pobre, desde ahi comienza mal Problemas para ver TV Camas/almohadas incómodas Fue un viaje familiar y no habia toallas adicionales disponibles (solo habian 2 toallas)

The woman at the front desk was great and excellent customer service. All staff on-site are very attentive and helpful.

When you service is horrible, NOTHING else really matters. Right?! You guys have hands down the worst service ANYWHERE!

I won’t ever stay there again .. the TV never worked, there was zero wifi, the window in my room did not lock correctly, the pool closes at 5. I had to get maintenance come to the room about 10 times and never actually fixed the problems with the tv or wifi. The only good thing about it was the breakfast.

Check in was fast and easy, great location close to restaurants and mall. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We liked the fact that we can bring in our furry friends. We definitely coming back

Hotel parking spaces are very limited and areas are full of clutter, feels like you are in a horror movie.

The room smelled and the sheets appeared and smelled unwashed and not clean. Hopefully this improves.
